      1.) Meditation: What meditations did you do this week? Use the Meditation Module for guidance. In heart space with my cats and Hunter also letting my heart lead the way and see where it goes.
      2.)Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice. Serenity. Hawkeye. Hunter. Crows. Perhaps clients-I don’t remember. Animals I follow on social media, too.

      1. Meditations?
      Nightly ASMR meditations, quiet meditations with my pups, active meditation while washing dishes.

      2. Animal Communication?
      I talked with Dottie again, my friend’s rabbit. Dottie is still not feeling well or eating like she should. The vet is treating her but no change yet so I did some more healing with her and asked her what she needs to feel better among other things. I shared what she told me with her mom so she could try helping her. Chatted with my boys, as always. ❤️

      3. Gratitude?
      I am grateful for my personal growth this week. I am grateful that both of my boys, Alfie and LeBeau, are doing well and had a good week. I am grateful for the progress I have made with my pendulum (can’t thank Val enough for doing the Masterclasses on that!!).

      4. Questions/discoveries?
      I am learning more about embracing my sensitive nature rather than trying to “change” it into something else. I realized I don’t need to make myself “less sensitive”, I am this way for a reason. I listened to a post on Instagram where the author explained how our sensitive nature actually helps create a vibration of healing to those with whom we have the sensitive emotion for. It makes perfect sense. When I feel the emotions I have in each situation and not push them away or judge them, then release the emotions once I have felt them, I create a particular vibration/frequency that holds a great deal of healing energy. Then that energy goes out for the others to absorb, and it helps plant the seed of healing in them. That resonates greatly with me because I felt like I it wasn’t in my nature to stop those emotions, didn’t feel right. Feeling the emotion but not holding it, like Val told me first, fits more with my nature. Thankfully, the emotions don’t consume me like it does in some others, so I have control of it. I just needed to stop trying to change that part of me and start embracing it! Wow. 🤗

      5. FAT/ATH communication?
      I didn’t get a chance to this week but will try really hard to talk to Elsa this week! 🥰

      6. Intuition Development?
      Getting better with using my pendulum for different things than just the typical yes/no questions. Also, practicing being aware of my emotions, ensuring I don’t hold them but rather let them be felt and then release them. I notice the emotion passes through much quicker than before. It is getting a little easier to release them after I feel them.

      Meditation: Chanting, silent and Val’s ambience meditation.
      Animal Communication: I had success in greeting a wild heron this week. Usually I don’t think it works – I just greeted and admired. He definitely stopped and stared at me as I went by. please because I sometimes struggle toget into my heart so quickly.
      Gratitude: Deeply grateful for the rats who seem to have left my house. Thank you for being so honourable.
      Questions/Discoveries: Deepening listening skills is my current goal. I can connect but need to listen rather than focus on whether or not I’ve connected!
      Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) OR Animal Teacher Handout: I did a formal connection and Elsa showed me a past life together: she was little white dog and I was a female healer. She felt she wanted to come back this life to protect me more, which makes sense.
      Intuition Development: Focusing on different chakras.

      Heart wisdom love connection, and daily meditations on forgiveness and mindfulness, and the metta prayer with the Buddhist monks.

      2. Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice.
      I’ve been rather unwell and under a lot of medication over the last week, so not been able to do much.

      3. Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week.
      I’m grateful that my problem was diagnosed in time and the treatment is helping.

      4. Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication?
      Nothing in particular.

      Yes

      I couldn’t do much, being too tired, so just some grounding exercises and the elementary guessing colors, which I always fall back on when I can’t do more intensive exercises.

      1 Meditation:

      listened to panpipes. Slow breathing exercises

      2 Animal Communication

      A formerly rescued ginger male kitten has lived with his guardian for the past three years, who is still scared and traumatized. Initial Information indicated that the guardian’s negative behaviour adds to the situation.

      Chat to neighbours’ cats daily. Plus, a new, long-haired, timid, but cute tuxedo has occasionally visited. Possibly lives with new neighbours nearby. Will keep a check on the cat

      3 Gratitude:

      Grateful for the opportunity to learn from the cat and their guardian how to move forward for the benefit of both

      4 Questions/Discoveries:

      Discovered that it can be easy to judge a guardian’s behaviour, whereas it may be an educational need that is required

      1. Meditation: This week I’ve been doing a “Being present grounding meditation.” Feeling my connection with Mother earth through my feet, my seat, throughout my whole body. As I do this I breath in Love from above. On exhale love flows out my skin to my aura and beyond to the environment. I’ve come to understand that grounding, real grounding, feeling truly connected to earth makes me feel real, whole. A human.
      2. Animal Communication: I did a distant healing body scanning with a dog. Her person told me a bit about her background. When I asked permission the dog said she didn’t want to talk about her background. I explained that was fine that if she didn’t mind I’d do the scanning. As I started at her head I felt a little something behind her right eye, deep into her head. She said it hurt and was sound related. I asked her when it began? She didn’t say but then she showed my pictures of her with a person in an uncomfortable situation. She didn’t say anything she showed me pictures. As I scanned her I felt different sensations on her body. I practiced holding my hands over the area feeling the sensations shift and I also did the practice of holding one hand in one area and the other hand in a nearby area feeling the energy flow and smooth. The pictures kept coming and I offered the Ho’oponopono Prayer. Finished the scanning and Thanked her.
      3. Gratitude: I am truly grateful for having the awareness to see my thoughts flow… to not take my thinking personally, at least not for long. I’m grateful to connect with Mother Earth and Heaven. I’m grateful to live in this world of ordinary beauty.
      4. Questions/Discoveries: In my communication with the above mentioned animal I see now what it is to receive telepathically pictures. What I also discover was that the client above didn’t appreciate that her dog showed me pictures. So I have learned to censor what I share with the client.
      5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) or Pet Connection Practice Lab: Oh yes, I talked to Rosemary’s Elsa. I hope I’m spelling it correctly. She was sweet and playful. She also sent me pictures. It must be time for me to accept that I can see things. That’s interesting.
      6. Intuition Development: I haven’t intentionally practiced developing my intuition…but… It seems to be coming naturally ie visuals

      1) This week for meditations, I listened to some light language activations. I also did some visualization meditations while listening to healing frequencies.

      2) I did a follow-up session for the cat who is paralyzed, and it turned out to be a transition case. The cat has been progressively getting worse and was very clear that he is ready to leave and would like assistance passing. I have not heard back yet from the guardian. I also did a practice health session to see if I could pinpoint why she had to take her dog to the ER. It was interesting because I initially was drawn to the throat and stomach, and also got the word “acid reflux”, which he does have. But that was not the specific reason for the ER visit. So, I tried again and felt heaviness and slight pain in my right foot, and the guardian said that he had injured his right knee cap and may need to get surgery. I also got my first official client rabbit session and was very excited for that. However, that also turned out to be a transition case, and I am waiting to hear back from the guardian.

      3) I am grateful that I have made a lot of headway on my business project, and I got an opportunity to be featured in a magazine, so I am excited to do that.

      4) I learned the most with my practice health case this week. I need to be very clear and specific in the questions I am asking. What I got was correct in general, but not specific to the actual question being asked. I also need to lean more into my clairsentience and really feel what I notice in my body and trust the first impression.

      5) Yes, I connected with Elsa and got feedback.

      6) I am tuning into more of my clairsentience abilities and paying more attention to subtle cues in my body.

      1. Meditation: heart focused love meditation, prayers, 12 D
      2. Animal Communication: Daily I am getting better in communication with my own cat companions about their behaviours and through observations.
      3. Gratitude: I am grateful for discovering my mindscape workshop and the power of chakras.
      4. Questions/Discoveries: The exercise of mindscape and balancing the chakras were just mind-blowing and very powerful. I enjoyed a lot learning more about chakras. Especially strong experience I had during the balancing exercise when I connected with my heart chakra, sensing the light and its strength, warmth. It pulled my hand so that I entered into it becoming that light, expanding all over the Universe. And then in the mindscape exercise, when I copied the blueprint onto my body, all chakras turned all like reflectors on a stadium. The I realized how strong their light and power is! Thank you for the beautiful teaching dear Val!

      1) Meditation: I haven’t been doing as much as I should this week.. been ill as well as working on healing myself.. so just short meditations and breathing to get into my heart and out of my head and spread the love outwards.. Val’s meditation.

      2) Animal Communication: Not really, but Buddy connected with me in my dream as I was going to , but found I was still to emotional to connect with him but set my intention at night for any messages from only love and light beings with no exceptions ( what I learned from one of the courses I did), so that I get no other entities answering for them!.. I got him where he showed me snow and a backyard!.. I felt he had a place where he gets to enjoy the snow and have fun in it, he didn’t have with me. I also got, I guess a download.. Not sure how I know.. but I feel that Buddy was only meant to be hear from that short time as my world was crashing around me with family drama and I found myself alone.. and Buddy showed me so much love when I went through it, but it felt so different then any of my dogs in the past, yet I know they loved me!!.. He shared such love where I would wake up and I would go to him and sit on the floor and he would come and lay on top of me and we hugged, snuggled… It was such a wonderful experience.. and then when I was okay with the family drama and was able to let go.. that’s when Buddy got taken from me… as I feel this was meant to happen the way it did and so , what did I learn from that?… if Buddy had stayed that day and we were told he is getting adopted and we can’t keep him,… Buddy wouldn’t have had a fun, happy loving day with us.. he would have felt our pain, sadness, crying…. that would have been horrible to be taken and taken from a bad memory of us and could have made him feel more vulnerable and scared.
      Buddy taught me that nothing is by accident and I have no control over anything and to let the divine source take the wheel from me!

      3) Gratitude: I’m learning to live in full gratitude!!.. everything.. list is way too big! 🙂 I’m grateful for everything that happened to me in my life and to finally release, let go, it’s all for a bigger purpose and I passed!!.. The struggle is over as I finally gave in and trusting in Divine Source now!

      4) Questions/Discoveries: Discoveries: So much!!.. I’ve been on a healing path this week, learning to follow my heart, and what feels good, who feels good, looking after myself now.. Learning about the Powers of the Subconscious mind by Joseph Murphey, he has audio books and on you tube..
      Some affirmations : ” I release all energetic connections that hold me back. I am completely Free.”
      “My memory is perfect, I remember everything easily.” ” I am a co creator with the universe, My awareness of Divine Knowledge is constantly expanding.”
      Question: If an animal has already reincardnated, does that mean they won’t answer us as they in different body and time line? And do we keep them attached to earth with grieving?

      5) FAT: I haven’t connected again yet this week as I had a lot of healing work to do in order to have more clarity.

      6) Intuition Development: Pendulum work with my crystal tarot cards and other cards I have together!
