One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      1.
Did you meditate this week? If so about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, I meditated approximately 3 – 4 hours this week. Meditations: Tony Robbins Gratitude Meditation/ Freedom Guru: Freedom to live with purpose/ H’oponopono Meditation/ Val’s: Simple Mindful Listening Meditation/ iAwake Morning Ritual

      2.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience

I communicated with a older dog whose name is Eddie. His family recently moved house . They took him to stay with friends for a few days while the moving was taking place. Then they picked him up and brought him to the new home where he was feeling sad and confused. This house did not have his favorite and familiar places. He explained to me that he didn’t understand what was going on. He was waiting to go back to his familiar home. I explained to him that this was now his new home and told him how sorry I was that no one explained it to him. I suggested that maybe he could make it a fun game to find some new favorite places in this house.
He agreed to “try” but also said he will miss his home where he lived for so long.

I was sitting outside in the very early morning doing a meditation when I saw a small wild parrot that was under attack by 2 crows. I was able to rescue him right away. After rescuing him, I used the technique of matching his breath while he was panicking, then slowing down my breathing and he then followed my breathing and calmed down. I also used Ho’oponopono to tell him how sorry I was that he went through this. He drank water, ate some bird seed and then slept. It was a deep connection without words and we felt safe together and peaceful.

      3.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I celebrate that I was able to make such a deep connection with the wild parrot ( as described in question 2)

      4.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

The little parrot I saved from the crows I brought in to the wild bird rehabilitation center.
They told me that any parrots of that specific species brought in to them had to be euthanized because they a carry a disease which was dangerous to other species of birds. I felt sad and devastated. My little friend I saved ended up not really being saved at all. I have just been questioning this situation. It just kind of made me wonder why this species of bird is even here and how humans had the right to decide they should not be here.

      5.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

There was a quick communication I had with Maisy. She shook her head and just gave me a message “ You did good… and you know what I mean”. I didn’t post in the forum since it was just that brief communication.

      6.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

From the Intuition Games – I tried the deck of cards game – Four tries and I got 3 out of the 4 correct.

1..Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. Every day although sometimes in the night. Either chanting or silent or both. The trick is always to stay in the heart and believe in the heart!
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with Bonnie this week – twice. The difficult thing about this is that it was for some people who live down the road so not people who understand about me being a beginner. It took some courage to feedback and I learned a lot! Firstly, they were really nice and open to it all. Secondly – I learned a lot about feeding back. I communicated once and then before I went to feedback I checked in again to make sure and some things had changed. The thing I learned the most from was: Bonnie had said she was a little fed up of always having dry food and sometimes it blocked her up a little and she ate grass. The second time I checked in she said it was find because she had had some turkey. I interpreted this as: she had some leftovers from Christmas. So I asked the people if they gave her some leftovers -they said no. I assumed I got it wrong. It came out later that they had given her some turkey on Christmas day – but not leftovers! That was a good lesson. Stay literal with what you get!
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate having the courage to engage with people in my neighbourhood about AC.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I so enjoyed communicating with the Rat Matriarch. It was interesting to come across an animal who didn’t particularly want to engage with humans. She was so admirable and strong.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I haven’t communicated with Maisy this week. I’ve been struggling with conversation – I need to develop the art of conversation!
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No and I’m not sure why – time really. I do enjoy developing this side of life!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, to the recordings I did with Val. I don’t know how much time exactly. I did different ones. I meditated every day.

Serenity and Hawkeye -I apologized to them. I also told them that when I tell them the vet needs to get pee from them that I would like them to have pee in their bladder. I reminded Serenity numerous times to be calm and still for me to get her to give her her ear drops. I also thanked them. I also asked them what they thought I should do about something -don’t remember what now.
Some fleas also gave me a message or two.
My cats might have also either gave me a message or guidance that in regards to my fear and such it’s related to a past life and that I need to forgive.
Also I talked with a cat who had passed on Christmas Day and two dogs in Spirit. The kitty gave me some great guidance 🙂

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

My main meditation was offering Reiki to a good friend who had surgery yesterday.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I continue to attempt communication with my cat Roxy. Most of our communication is non-verbal which means it does not count on this question since we don’t talk much. He has health issues I do the best I can to control with his diet. He lets me know when something is wrong by popping all over the place which gets my attention but does not let me know what he is trying to communicate. This morning after asking him if he is OK now – behavior says he is – I asked Princess in spirit to check with him. I can easily communicate with her. She said he is OK now. I also asked Princess about the lumps or swelling over Missy’s eyes. One of them appears to be draining. Princess said they are OK.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I am able to use Princess as go between for Roxy.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How can I hear what Roxy has to say?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

Yes. Every day morning and night. Chakra meditation, cleansing, connecting

I was practizing with the cat of my parents. His name is Kraisky, he is very sick and I feel, that he told me, that he wants to go. Unfortunately my parents think, that all what I do is very big nonsense and they keep on asking me, why he is pooping at all kind of horrible places, like last time it was the cooky plate, my mother placed out in the entrery room. The cat is asking ,why noone listens to what he already said.
I feel very bad about the situation, like betraying the cat.

I´m getting closer to the subject “who am I”. don´t have an answer yet, but working on it.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      Not any for the moment

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
