One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing with animal communication, but a lot of process inside of me. I’m working on seeing, where my next step in life is and where I feel stuck.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

Yes she is a very interesting bring. She told me, not to give anything about what other people say about me. She said, that every being has it’s own way of doing things and she showed me, how this looks in the cat energy world. She told me to be proud of who I am.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s. Every day. I have usually done ones that are about 45 minutes or so, but at times other lengths of time.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity, Hawkeye, a dog in Spirit. Also a mourning dove friend. Perhaps a gnat, too.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Not about learning how, but a realization I had that the FAT pointed out about just BEing and that it’s in the name of the human being species. More in the conversation I wrote about in the FAT area.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No new questions. Discovery is what I learned from Katie, the FAT.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
YES, I posted for David to read about the conversation.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I haven’t been very talkative to anyone this week. Not sure what this is, but I’m done with it!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Grateful for feeling better than the last 2 weeks.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I love Mooji´s guided meditations on Youtube and I listen to them almost every day. It makes me recognize the quiet space within. I have also enjoyed the short 3 min meditation Val shared.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I talked with one of my chickens. Her name is Tuppen and is four years old. She has been sick for a few days, and I took her to the vet. After that I felt closer to her and connected with her in a different way. Feeling her spirit so bright, brave and strong, and her wish to live. I have been trying to help her the best I can. She seems to be a bit better. She told me how she feels and what she needs more protein and fat to gain her strength.

What I learned from this experience is that chickens are willing to communicate like other animals. For some reason, I thought it was more difficult to connect with them.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

The fact that I am talking with one animal every week. And being dedicated to this.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I wonder about when many people talk with the same animal at the same time, how can it answer everyone at the same time?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No I did not talk with the our new animal teacher, but I will for sure very soon.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      I played with the cards.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I didn’t manage to get up early enough for half the week but then rallied for the rest of the week.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Ginnie at the request of a neighbour. She refuses to go outside – she has had trauma in the past. I communicated twice. The first time she didn’t engage. The second time: she sat there. I’ve never come across a dog who didn’t open up to some extent before. I asked her (as requested) why she wouldn’t go outside and she showed me an image of a dog with no fur – just bare raw skin. I understood that this is how she felt outside – so vulnerable and with no strategies to defend herself. It then came to me that a weighted blanket might help her in the house. I ventured to ask a little bit more but was hesitant so early in our communication about what she was scared of. I saw a large amount of dogs, a man with a whip and loud noises. Is this a hunting pack? Is it a fighting pack? I don’t know and I want to resist the temptation to interpret straight away because that’s where I’ve gone wrong before. I am slightly concerned that I’m making it up because any pictures when I asked about her home were very confused and all over the place. I would like to ask something that I can verify. I shall try and do that later today. I haven’t fed back to her guardians yet – they are extremely sceptical about this so I’m a little nervous.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I told my mom what the rats had said about her (the conversation with a so called pest) – they had pointed out how gentle and kind she is. She was so pleased. She then found herself in a spontaneous meditation when she was led down a burrow and saw a whole load of shiny brown beautiful eyes looking at her.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
This week I came across a wounded fox. I rang a wildlife rescue. I was with Elsa so I couldn’t go close to the fox but kept him in my eyesight while I waited for the rescue man to come. The whole process took a few hours. Normally I am really anxious about time – it’s a struggle to fit everything in the day. I realised later that I was completely happy doing this – I could have waited a year and not have worried. I was also really happy with myself while doing this. Insights that I feel will lead me further to my struggle with self love and finding my true way in life.

Appx 30 mins Yoga plus tuned into an hour’s mindfulness session

Spent lot of time still searching for Harley, as guardian extremely concerned. Harley has been spotted regularly at a school, hopeful sign of a regular location not too far from home

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate that a squirrel, amongst those I hand feed in local park allowed me to stroke his face, paws and back will eating peanuts from my hand

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

When tracking an animal via photo, am always time scale behind the animal plus the time guardian receives this info the trail is cold again. How can I get ahead with the animals so the guardian knows where in advance to go. Is it that you make an arrangement with the animal to be in a certain place a certain time and the guardian to be there too . .

Not yet. Haven’t had times. But will do so

Several times I sat and concentrated on my breath. I easily breathed deeply and felt more peaceful. I am teaching a Reiki workshop this weekend and will be doing a lot of meditation with the class. I will also be doing attunements which are another form of meditation. More to report next week.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). I just had a brief chat with Katie, our new FAT. I told her she looked like a very happy dog, that I loved her smile. She asked me if I had any dogs and I told her I had two cats but no dogs. She asked me if I wanted to have a dog and I explained that I am not allowed to have a dog. I said I have a neighbor dog that is a friend, that I always talk to. She asked what the neighbor dog’s name was and if she talked to me. I said her name is Shalo and that I just tell her how much I love her and that the is my doggie friend. It was just a short intro chat. I explained that a week from tomorrow she will have lots of us talking to her at once including her Mom and Val. She asked if I would be there and I said I would. I told Katie that I looked forward to connecting with her then and other times during the month.

Did a lot of meditating this week. Probably more than an hour per day. Did Body scans and other meditations from the Calm app

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I talked to my cats Zuri and Hershee.
Hershee told me “Quit looking and start FEELING” re: my communication. Thought that was really good advice since I feel like I am trying to hard at times to see or hear something.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? – not much, it’s been a pretty intense week. I did go back and re-listen to some of the basic classes to try to fill in any learning gaps.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? – Katie, FAT, see below. Also I am continuing to try to clarify nighttime behavior for my cat, it doesn’t appear to be working.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. – I haven’t given up.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? – What do I need to do to receive communication clearly? No discoveries.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. – I tried, last night, haven’t read anything about her to verify what I sensed. She loves to run in zigzags and chase sticks. her human is silly, there is a cat in her life who doesn’t like to play chase. That’s all.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? – I can’t access the intuition games yet, so read several of Val’s blog post regarding intuition.
