One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? This week i communicated with a baby lizard. He was in our home and was discovered by BUDDER my senior pet.. The excitement caught Gossamers attention and they were both after him until he ended up on the wall safely where i scooped him up in a cup and brought him outside… I mentioned last week that i was never a big lizard person. I love all animals but i just never connected with lizards the same way until the one that was living in my garage… who started to greet me every time i was in there etc.. I saw his little personality and i was hooked…

I did communicate with the fat..I had a different communication experience than i have had before with any other species… so far i have had mostly conversation..not images etc… but with this adorable bunny i was shown colors and scenes… Stupsi is a wise bunny.. feels so lucky to be a pet.. cared for and loved…

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not play any specific intuition games this week but i am going to look at my dashboard to see if there have been any new games posted…

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, about 30 min every morning. I’m still on a channeled meditation from AA Michael, about allowing yourself to open the heart.
I’m having deeper and deeper conversations afterwards with AA Michael and Prime Creator.
I’m allowing myself to feel all feelings, that I still haven’t processed or let it or dared to felt before.

I communicated with Aiki. I’m not sure how it Happened but all of a sudden we were in a conversation about time. It’s was a very deep and beautiful message about the human evolution basically. I’m impressed.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I want to celebrate that I’m connecting more to nature’s frequency again. That I can hear trees talking and even Mother Gaia 🙏🏻❤️

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

I have a question about different dimensions and frequencies . I’ll post it for Saturday’s call as well.
When we learn to have a “ real true” conversation with animals , are we using the same frequency for animals who crossed over? And does that mean we can automatically also connect at that frequency with humans who have crossed over or how does that work? Other so called extinct animals, that are already living in the 5th dimension, are we able to reach them on the sane frequency?
I know this seems like silly questions maybe , interesting to me though, maybe 🤔 not important 😃🥰

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I also discovered a wonderful thing on my hike today. I’ve said many times things about my heart that is not good to repeat. I’ve felt empty, no love. Today I took a break, laced down on a rock and started to breathe in love and breathe out love. I felt “ something “. I wanted to fill everything around me with love . So I filled our whole beautiful Mother with love, everything that lives on her. Animals, trees, plants, humans , water, clouds, plants , rocks, mountains, even leaves, pine cones and needles . It filled me with such joy and satisfaction and I was amazed to finally FEEL that my love is endless. No matter how much I give , there’s always more .❤️

Yes a very sweet little bunny. He explained how he feels feelings, very interesting.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I practiced listening to nature in a deeper way. I smelled the pine and the sap, in the wind, and the warmth from the sun, while I felt connected to Mother Earth wile massaging her in every step I took. It was a wholeness that made my intuition more awake, like an intuitive dance in my inner senses.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I haven’t done as much meditation this week but still have listened to a few tracks and completed the spirit healing process, though again not as often as I would have liked.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with 3 cows (Princess, Woolley and Britta), explaining where we were going and why they couldn’t go back onto the neighbours property. I didn’t get much from them but did get the sense that they were reluctant to walk uphill – so I had to continually bribe them with hay.
I also communicated with a cow (Jane) to explain that we were unable to open the locked gate to another neighbour’s property to let them come back home. We dismantled the wooden part of the fence but it left 2 boards at the bottom. Cows are generally very reluctant to step over something foreign. I explained to Jane that this was the best we could do but she would have to step over the boards if she wanted to come home and that I needed her to show the way for the others. I didn’t really receive a reply from Jane but she looked at me while I spoke and then after only a short hesitation walked straight up to the fence and stepped cleanly over the boards. Luckily the others followed.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Don’t think I have any celebrations this week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Why do I find it so tiring to focus on communicating with animals? After just a few minutes I feel exhausted and have to end the session.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I had a very brief chat with Stupsi and posted in the forum.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Still something I forget to add into my days.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I continue my daily meditation on light and sound. Now I am working in an ashram garden so I am doing gardening meditation appreciating and talking to all of the plants. I thank the weeds for growing and then say and now you are being released to a better life so these veggie plants can nourish humans.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
      1. Pine trees that I transplanted to my yard last year. I asked them what they need and they told me sawdust!
      2. Pony: Thunder. I asked him his purpose and he talked about how he is an Emissary between 4 leggeds and 2 leggeds and that it’s important to recognize that being kind and respectful to one other soul radiates out to society. It’s more important than we think.
      3. Kitty: Potaur. He has so many aches and pains as he has IBS and his human is feeding him kibble. I sent her a cat website (allaboutcats.com) so she can study what may be better nutrition for him. I asked my healing guides to send healing energy and gave her a meridian chart and the feel my hand exercise so she could place her hand on his different meridians. He doesn’t like petting as it is irritating to him.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Allowing myself to connect with clients in a way that is for their highest good.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I am doing a body cleanse this week and it has made me more sensitive (along with Val’s class) to the vibrancy of the plant kingdom.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Posted.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I continually am having fun with many intuition games with my husband. This week it’s as guessing what tune I am hearing in my head.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I have downloaded an Inner Child Meditation this week, along with a chakra meditation, both of which I will have to transfer to my MP3 player to investigate further. Meanwhile, I did the 10-30 minutes of Soul Malas Healing Meditation music each evening before going to sleep.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I have a pair of barn swallows that have moved into a nest in my barn that was built last year and never used. I’m trying to figure out if there are babies in the nest, as I found a piece of eggshell on the barn floor this week, and they are attentive to the nest, but I hear no baby sounds. I’m trying to ask them, but so far I get nothing in return.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Not yet.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. I once again had my friends in my thoughts for the past couple of weeks, the ones that the husband’s health hasn’t been good. I texted them to see if all was well. It seems he had his corrective surgery a week ago, and is getting some strength back again.

Yes. Appx 30 meditation. Appx hour Tapping with Brad Yates video

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Arabels – Chestnut horse. Guardian wanted answers to 3 questions. 1) What other animals other than horses live on the territory of the stable. 2) What are his favourite activities to do with his human guardian. 3) How many owners had he had

My answers:. Couple of dogs live on the property. Enjoys rolling in the fresh smelling hay. Summertime enjoys running in the fields. Prefers to be out doors even in rain. Will shelter inside when weather too hot Arabels states 2 then 5 owners as been moved a lot to find his forever home. Loves his new home and being with his female guardian. Enjoys walking in the woods/forest
Also was shown a fire in stables caused by fallen lantern on hay. Men rushing to put fire out, saving 12 horses. Doesn’t live on a farm. A ginger cat in stables

Feedback from guardian: Arabels has been moved numerous times to find the right stables and owners for him. There was a fire at a previous stable, more than 12 horses were rescued. Ginger cat roams the stables. Lives countryside estate not a farm. Loves being outside with female guardian been ridden in the forest

Learnt can obtain more information from the animal but some of the information maybe incorrect or doesn’t; resonates with guardian. Wonder why this is so

3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals

Beginning to realize I can talk to animas and some information I pass onto guardian is correct

Why do I receive information from the animals that guardian doesn’t recognize/can confirm so wonder if I’m getting it all wrong How can you verify an animal’s past life. Discovered am getting better at communicating with animals

5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes and no. One day I chanted for about an hour and a half , which was so refreshing! Twice this week I did Val’s soul healing meditation; once I did the shorter rainbow one. Time and space is a problem right now but hopefully not for much longer.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. I made a concerted effort to connect formally with Elsa when she was not in the same space as me. It has always been difficult for me to connect properly with her but this time I think I really did. So I felt her filled with love, joy and excitement at the day. What I picked up was: just love. Allow love to seep through you (feel it – as Val would say!) – right down to the tips of your toes and fingers. That’s all you need. You worry too much. Just love. Allow it to seep through your being. And I got a lovely lick. I think I’ve been looking for too much intellectual stuff. Elsa is usually very clear and get to the essence of things, so this resonates.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Trying to enter an animal’s body through my crown chakra – struggling – and then just going golden heart to golden heart. I’m starting to trust my own intuiting when something isn’t working and so I’m able to find other ways forward.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Challenge: to connect when I’m on my own and no one else is holding the space.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. ☹ Looking forward to the Q&A Fat session tomorrow though.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver
No. But I’m practising being in my heart space as much as I can during the day.

Not enough. Just group meditations on various calls and occasional time sitting quietly.

Stupsi. See # 5. Also as always quick chats with Princess in spirit.

Nice if quick connection with Stupsi

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

How can I connect with Missy and Roxy?

I had a quick communication with Stupsi which I posted in the Forum.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

Barb, I copied my post about Stupsi and intended to paste it here forgetting that I had since copied the questions I messed the post up pasting the questions again and again. I hope I cleaned it up OK. I just had a 15 minute call with Val and am supposed to be allowing the healing to continue so had to do this quickly

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Only when trying to communicate. Hectic week. Extremely high temperatures 105, 108, 100 and then drop to the 60’s. We don’t have air conditioning. We all were suffering, I had to rub down my puppies with ice packs. Now we are all freezing. I had eye surgery and Scooby is still having problems and spent a day at the vet and a holiday in between.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      Stupsi – FAT bunny – I tried but couldn’t maintain a connection.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

It is all a celebration. I love being able to talk to them.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I spoke to a dog that reincarnated into another puppy. She spoke to me as though she was still the adult dog that crossed over????????

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I tried but was not able too.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No. Just life stuff. Paying closer attention.
