One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

It has been a very hectic week and I have not had an opportunity to connect with Rosen.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Did several different exercises to enhance my intuition and listened to a medium who gave some other ideas to develop better intuition

I´ve had a very intense experience with my spirit animal during a meditation in nature: suddenly a brown bear was coming out of me- first I saw his arms coming out from my arms and then I saw the head. I received the name Ursula, which actually means little bear, how I discovered later.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t , why didn’t you?

Joined an hours on- line reiki session to reduce stress and fatigue. Session was Interesting and I shed tears during the session. Felt bit calmer after session ended

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Communicated with a lovely Mira, just turned 4 years of age, lab/retriever dog. Had lived with puppy raiser and started training to become a guide dog for the Blind. Did not complete training as. unsuitable.

Held a consultation with Mira. Transpires puppy raiser was not kind to her. Would shout and mishandled her. Talked this thru including informing Mira not all dog are suitable for this training/job and apologised behalf of the humans who mistreated her. Also told Mira she was just as important as every other dog and she has another role/job with her new mum, being a companion
Disused what Mira would like her and mum do together : scent trails, agility, a model and so on. Mum took this on board.-

Learn to listen and dig deeper and then did more again

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

That I helped, a little, to resolve Mira’s feelings and behaviour, at the way she was mistreated an it’s all the past. She has a new loving forever home with mum

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      None at the moment

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Yes will post in forum

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

As usual my own intuition games including guessing where do/ who my neighbours cat visit after leaving my home. She visits another neighbour 2 houses away – possibly for more food and treats. Plus usual own guessing games

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Very little meditation this week, maybe 30 min. Guided meditation and in silence.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Loffe is a small male dog, and he is not in his body anymore. I sense from his photo that he is very thoughtful , I sense a hurt and a compassion. Also strong and playful. He tells me he is playing with his friends, animals and human. I see a man that he knew from earth. He says his soul purpose is a guide and helper. I see an old man. Then I sense that Tove his owner is giving him so much love and comfort. That the first part of his life, he was the one giving a lot, and the second part of his life he was receiving love.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrating the continuity of talking with at least one animal every week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Still not any questions at the moment.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not any particular communication this week. I was away and I really feel that she is uncomfortable when I leave her.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Just trying to really stay present in my own heart and body, and pay attention to the animals around me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes and no – a mixed bag. Definitely not as much as I’d like or as I need to. My uncle passed away and things have been busy and a little upside down.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I have communicated with Rosen but not posted yet. I did get feedback from the last communication and got things right that I felt I was completely making up – like eating an egg and seeing pictures of seaweed. I’m not sure if this was this week or last week – I said to Elsa: I never want to exist without you. She said immediately: You never will have to. 😊
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I want to celebrate A.C. I want to celebrate that I found out about it; that I started practising and what a wonderful thing it is to start to speak the language of the universe.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Still the question: why does it feel unreal and I get feedback that says it’s real?
      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
See above. Rosen is wonderful. So supportive and easy to communicate with. Eva Julia has given such clear feedback. I’m loving it!
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. trying to be still and feel as often as I remember.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Again mainly group meditations with various groups and group calls and some quiet times of just sitting usually with a cat on my lap.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

As usual, I have tried to communicate with Roxy and Missy and have communicated with Princess in spirit.

I just tuned into Rosen and thanked her for being our FAT last month. I told her that it is the first day of a new month and that a new featured animal will be announced soon. She said she has enjoyed being FAT and so has her person. We discussed the fact that people may still communicate with her from time to time but it won’t be so many again. I think she understood that.

I asked her if she had a message for me and she was encouraging. She said that I connect so quickly without all the falderol (sp?) others need so don’t think I am really doing it. She said I was really communicating – that I am not making it up – and encouraged me to continue.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I appreciated Rosen’s confirmation that I really was communicating with her.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Why do I find it easy to communicate with other animals but not with my own?

      1. Yes, still meditating.
      2. I visited a stable and had a really nice long gaze with one of the horses! No words, but he sure did look straight at me for a while!
      3. See #2
      4. Same as always.
      5. Nope, I haven’t tried yet, doesn’t seem to be a point.
      6. I still haven’t been able to access the intuition games. I have re-listened to some of the beginner classes. I remember one of them had a dry Brie section about an antidote to discouragement but I haven’t been able to find it.

      Nothing. I’m somewhat discouraged.
