ModeratorWe are glad you are interested in practicing talking together with an animal!
To get started, greet the animal and ask if they have time to talk with you. Remember that animals also lead busy lives even though we may not see all that they do. If they aren’t available, check back later.
Introduce yourself and explain why you are reaching out to them: that you are a member of the Animal Talk Coaching & Mastery Club and learning to better communicate with animals and would appreciate their help. You can ask them any questions you want. Typically they do provide a response. Please share your impressions of their personality, energy, how they feel and any insights they may share with you. By sharing what you get, the animal’s person can provide you with feedback and others can jump in too.
Use the Forum SEARCH field (located at the top of the right column above the picture of the Featured Animal Teacher) to find more discussions involving this animal (or other animals with the same name).
Some conversations have been lively, and we’ve learned some amazing insights, and laughed at jokes. Remember that this is a safe place to practice. This is about practice and learning, it is not about getting it perfect. The animals have much to teach us, to share with us and we with them.
Enjoy!

Inactive MemberHi Silvia and Shona ❤️
I couldn’t get a strong connection. I felt that she’s a thinker, she can spend lots of time observing and thinking and also she likes to figure out big deep questions about life. She thinks about important stuff like how we treat each other, relationships, love, kindness and she worries about her Mom. -

Platinum MemberHi Silvia, thanks for allowing me to speak with Shina. I connected with her immediately due to her similarity with one of my girls in Spirit (Tikli, on my page).
Her greeting was measured, and everything about her seems balanced, nothing in excess. The aura is largely green with some yellow. She has medium energy and even breathing. She feels soft and warm to the touch. Her favorite activity seems to be leisurely walks with you. Is she around 10 years old?
She seems very thoughtful, even pensive, and compassionate. These are the words that came to mind as I looked at her. She is an old soul and has a lot of wisdom. Her role is to anchor you, and her message is that she will always be with you.
I hope some of this resonates. Thanks again and love and blessings to both of you and Luna too.

Platinum MemberHello Nita – thanks a lot for contacting Shina! You described her personality very well. She was a very soft and friendly personality. She was always in good mood and in harmony with everything and everyone.
You said, she was an old soul – this is possible. But she also went through a huge development in her physical life. Together with me, she attended a lot of spiritual classes and she really seemed to in joy the development (meditation, trance, healing etc.) I think you felt that as well.
Yes, she enjoyed nature and long walks without any type of duty or activity. This was a contrast to her “job”. (I do not tell you what the job was, in case you – or someone else – would like to find it out).
One thing I want to tell you is that Shina is in spirit since 2023. I was wondering if I should have told you this in advance, but I thought you would maybe prefer to “feel” it yourself. I always find this difficult and I am not yet able to distinguish between alive and in spirit. Shina was almost 17 years old when she crossed over. I am grateful that she stayed here with me for so many years and I still miss her.
Thanks again, Nita – you did a great job!!!
