For this class, we’ll be continuing our series on solving behavior problems.
One of the most challenging bad behavior problems is with cases involving separation anxiety.
To help you with this, I’ve enlisted the assistance a wonderful co-teacher for this Masterclass who is an expert in this area.
Because how can you understand what’s driving an anxious velcro pet’s destructive bad behavior if you don’t understand where the issues are coming from?
Next you need to know how to best resolve the issues, the best tips, techniques and practices, that get the best results.
For instance, dogs are emotionally attached to their people and the anxiety of being separated from them can lead to extreme behaviors, including self-injury, household destruction and escape attempts.
Solving separation anxiety problems can be an intensive experience and requires advanced skills, but as you’ll see, it’s well worth the effort of discovering what you don’t know yet that can make all the difference in the world.
You’ll be learning how to change worrisome behavior so the pet and their people can enjoy a happy, healthy and more confident and harmonious existence together.
Don’t have a pet that suffers from this problem? Good for you!
However, other’s do so it’s time to ramp up your competence and proficiency by learning how to reverse the pain of separation anxiety and help them get relief.

This was my first live Masterclass as a new Platinum member, and it was very informative! I learned so much from the call but the biggest golden nugget for me was learning what to do if the animal’s person refuses or doesn’t want to make any changes in their behavior when their behavior is what is causing their animal’s bad behavior. Sadly, there are a lot of people who won’t accept the fact that they are the ones creating the problem. Helping the animal to know what to do in those situations by giving them suggestions on how they can adjust their own behavior/actions so it helps their person may help the animal have a better life with their person. Another golden nugget was when Martha mentioned cross-scenting and Val/Stephanie explained how that worked. That was a great idea!
