Platinum MemberDiscovering how to meditate properly is crucial to your success as a communicator.
This is why we start with Heart Wisdom Love Meditation and Exercises in all of our Live Q&A Coaching Calls. You’ll also find many other meditations and exercises taught in the various courses and masterclasses.
Meditation done the right way is the key to becoming centered, connected and open to communication and growing your intuition. If you don’t learn to get into the right space to connect in order to communicate, then nothing else you do will work very well. It’s that important.
In fact, it’s the most important thing you can learn how to do well because everything else is based on your ability to get out of your head (mind) and into your heart space, your Soul, which is connected to everything. (That’s why I call my techniques and methods “Heart Wisdom”. 😉 )
Getting out of your head/mind and into your heart space is where the magic happens. Your goal is to be able to shift easily and quickly into a quiet, still mind.
Your mind is the only thing that can block, limit or cause you to feel stuck, or stop you from connecting, sabotaging your efforts.
There are many different kinds of meditations.
They range from active to passive, from imagination based to vibrational energetic manipulation and manifestation, to gentle observing and witnessing your thoughts.
Meditative exercises can be very healing and are extraordinarily powerful when done the right way, consistently over time. Think of it like developing your intuitive muscles.
In the Heart School courses and classes (and in private coaching), you have a very wide range of exercises and guided meditations. That is partly so that you can find what what works best for you. To expose you to other ways of feeling and being and exploring the nature of life itself including your connections with other life forms (animals, plants, trees, fish, and more).
Active meditations are when you engage in activities but instead of just tuning out and letting your mind “drive the bus”, you slow down and become more mindful and conscious of what you’re doing. You bring an awareness to the process, developing your ability to be more fully present.
This means you can meditate as you wash dishes, play with your pet, walk your dog, or anything else you are doing.
You can do them any place or time, no matter where you are or what is going on around you.
Active meditations teach you how to bring conscious awareness in each moment of the day, and will help you when you are practicing communicating with animals when physically present or have all sort of distractions going on around you.
Passive meditations are typically done either laying or sitting, entering a space of silence and stillness, focusing in unique ways, honing your imagination and ability to project, and are also useful as thought and energy experiments.
You’ll want to eliminate all distractions so you can focus, like turn off the radio, put the “do not disturb” sign out, enter the Zone and begin.
Your pet(s) are welcome to join you unless you find they are too distracting, but then, you can also choose to use their antics as a way to better focus too. They often act as guides, healers, teachers, and angels, and know a great deal about being consciously present, aware, and connected.
No more excuses
Your job is to do a meditation every day at least once a day… but only if you want to become a better, more competent communicator.
If you only have a few minutes, then do mindful breathing which literally takes 1 – 2 minutes to do once you know how. Simply shift your focus to following your breath as you inhale through your nose, hold your breath, then slow exhale through your mouth as you relax and release all tension in your body.
Or do the Stress Busting Tx Technique (3 minutes).
If you have a bit more time, do a longer exercise.
If you have more time and want to develop your abilities faster, then do more.
Try different ones. Discover which work best for you, and then try a different one.
The meditations and exercises in this Module are especially curated and designed for my animal communication students.
Slow down and breathe so you come into sync and harmony with the world around you.
See and feel yourself already connected and in your heart feel gratitude to God, the universe, the animals and all your helpers. Now, hold all that lightly and release all expectations. The only thing that can disconnect you is your mind’s interference so turn that off and become a neutral witness observer to your process.
Choose the lesson and exercises that most appeals to you, and begin.
You’ll find this Module in your student dashboard and in the drop down menu for the Coaching Club.
NOTE: You may use a meditation app if you wish, just remember that those apps may or may not be as useful as the ones I’ve designed especially for my students in the Heart Wisdom Methods.

Thank you so much for the insights in this introduction, and the wide array of meditations, to suit every requirement (including time limitations on some days!) but all aimed to make us better human beings and communicators.
Somehow the many random meditations on Youtube never resonated with me (including those related to animal communication!) so my daily meditations have been ones we do for pranic healing, some grounding exercises, your stress busting and the Heart wisdom love meditation. Now it’s a happy problem of plenty!!
I’m truly grateful to have these designed specifically for us….love your in depth explanations too!

or anyone that can help me… 🤗A few time ago, I have listened to a MC that had a rainbow shower meditation, for cleansing. Do you by any chance have the possibility to let me know in which one?
It was a grounding and cleansing meditation with rainbow lights showering, but I just can’t remember in which one it was.Thank you so much!
