ModeratorGreetings Fellow Animal Talkers!
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week, please answer these simple questions. This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Only Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year).
Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Every Friday we post a new Accountability Discussion. In that post, you are invited to report on how accountable you have been that week. Your actual results are not as important as the fact that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or my help working with your own animal(s).
4) You have approximately 1 week from the time of the post on Friday to post your answers for it to count. The weekly period ends when the new Accountability Discussion is created. You must post to the correct Discussion for it to count. No cheating! You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! 😀
SILVER and GOLD MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post. You’re welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We’re here to learn from and inspire each other too!1.

Inactive Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did a 10-15 minute meditation from my phone app. this week.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I asked my mom’s cat who acts feral to let me pick him up to put him in a cat carrier to go to the vet’s. I explained what and why I was doing so. While he was distracted with a favorite treat, I was able to quickly pick him up and drop him into the carrier without incident.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am glad my mom’s cat let me pick him up. He does not let people carry him and usually hisses and scratches me when I walk by him.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Just being able to practice on a regular basis is challenging.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No, I don’t think there’s a FAT this month.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games handout in the resources section) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, I will try and guess what move to make on a game I play on my phone and am half right, and I still focus in on my intuition and use it as a guide every day.

Inactive Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did a little–not what I usually like to do. There was so much going on that pulled me away from my routine.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I asked Kemo why he keeps pulling off his leg wrap. I got a visual of his leg with the neoprene wrap and the thought came to me that he doesn’t like anything tight around that leg because of a past life that Val had seen when Kemo was a bear and the leg was caught in a trap; he lost his life. I believe it was Kemo communicating that to me. My husband and I then brainstormed to modify his donut collar so he only has to wear a light bandage and can’t get to his lesion. It worked. Kemo challenges our creativity.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? There is still hope for me to be able to communicate with animals.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The challenge is still getting through my own barriers. Fatigue this past week has been a challenge, and I haven’t been able to focus. I look forward to being able to devote more time to the lessons soon.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No, unfortunately I wasn’t able to.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games handout in the resources section) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not yet, I hope to soon. Still trusting my intuition when making decisions and feeling good about it.

Yes, about 7 hours among spiritual practices and Yoga meditations.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes with 2 horses (feedback still pending) and 3 cats. The purpose of the last is to facilitate an acceptable life inside the feline and human family. Beyond communication I gave advices on using Bach flowers according to the outcomes of the communication. It is quite a challenging case, still under evaluation.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
My first public meeting as professional animal communicator while presenting the course on homeopathy for animals that I promoted in cooperation with an homeopathic vet.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
To remain centered/focused in spite of the many disturbing and diverting things that happen on daily basis.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, sorry. The reason is I did not find time to do it.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games handout in the resources section) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Less than usual for the reason above. Soon I’ll play with the box as Val suggests.(9/12) Nicoletta

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
As time is at such a premium for me, I do my meditations when and where I can. Just little mini ones but they are still effective in quieting my mind and letting me refocus.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I did. On the Q&A call. I only had a few minutes to spend with each animal as I was at work, but I believe I did connect with each one and got either feelings or messages from them.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That after such a long hiatus away from a/c, that I can still do it.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
My main challenge is and has been for awhile, finding the time to do it.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I did on our call and posted my results in the forum6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games handout in the resources section) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I did. I am the one that started the game with the deck of cards (since I have never been able to find a sack of marbles anywhere ) so this evening I reached
up and got my deck of cards to start doing this again. I only did it once as I was floored at the result. As I took the cards out, my mind kept saying 6 of hearts. I became discouraged as I thought no, you have to wait till you pull a card. So I tried to quiet my mind. I pulled a card and sat there holding it trying to get a feel for it. Is it hot or cold, etc. I kept getting images of 6 of hearts. Finally I said to myself, I keep getting 6 of hearts so I turned the card over…and…it was the 6 of hearts!!! My question, did I influence that card being picked by my continual thinking of it beforehand, (like mind over matter-you can make things happen) or was that a coincidence and my intuition correctly felt that was what I actually picked? Either way I’m elated!
