Masterclass: Practicing Shapeshifting.

Someone who recently got a rabbit contacted me wanting me to communicate with her rabbit. She said he is nervous and afraid of humans. So, I gave Va;’s shapeshifting approach a try. It was awesome!

I took on the energy of a white female rabbit. The other rabbit and I were hopping along in a big open field with lots of beautiful green grass. The other rabbit told me everything I asked him about. I asked about his likes and dislikes. I asked about his thoughts. He told me he simply needed time to adjust to his new environment (other beings, sights, scents, etc.) He told me he felt that in time he’d love his new family. He also showed me an image of him in the future wiggling his cute bunny tail and doing a happy bunny wiggle dance. It’s really cool to take on the energy of another animal! This method is going to be great when working with fearful animals.Thank you so much, Val, for teaching us this!

How do you even know where to begin to change your energy into something else?! Can you elaborate on how you changed your energy into that of a bunny?

For me it was so easy! All I did was close my eyes and then imagine in my mind a white rabbit. I think after that I imagined going into the white rabbit’s body so I was then the white rabbit. Does that make sense?

Yeah, it makes sense. But then I’m still having trouble figuring out how to become one with an animal or seeing and feeling energy, and it’s getting pretty frustrating! Thanks for explaining your process, Martha.

I understand, Patty, about it being a real challenge to feel another’s energy and becoming one with an animal. Those are challenges for me usually, too. I think the best thing to do is be patient, have faith, be confident, continue trying, and learn from everything.

Well….
I think shapeshifing worked. I am taking care of a little cocker spaniel pup who has a multiple personality. She can be very sweet and loving and then all of a sudden strike out and bite. Yikes! I have to be so aware of her mood and let her have her space when I see it changes. (I think she was a snake just past life and coming into a dog body has been very difficult)
In fact, she bit my hand, a few days ago, thankfully missing arteries but I will have a scar. After this occurred I was pretty leary of her but knew I had to calm her down. So I grounded myself and thought about her “mama” (the lady who she loves) and thought of the energy of her “momma” and pretty soon she lay down, sighed and went to sleep. So I think I may have shifted into the energy of her momma—her main love and person. Something worked. Wish I could be as sure as you Martha.

I practice the shapeshifting with my two cats present (because they love to listen in to anything related to animal communication). I shifted to a playful female kitten to play with Sky (no cat wants to play with him) and he started to get all playful! It worked! THANKS!

This is metallic. He has a prior history of abuse and does not trust easily.
He likes female horses if anyone wants to practice shape shifting with him.

Hi Alecia,
I connected with Metallic this morning. When I thought of female horse energy everything became golden and warm and nurturing and we were surrounded by this strong loving energy.
I asked Metallic if it was ok to ask my healing guides and the oversoul of all horses to help with healing past abuse. He(?) wasn’t opposed to it. I then said you are safe and in a loving home. Nobody will ever hurt you again.
I hope this helps and it just now occurs to me that h’oponopono (forgive spelling) prayer may also help. 🙏🏼

Metallic was affectionate with me and let me kiss him which is really great. I told him that I knew he had a visitor today and he looked surprised. I told him that I am happy he had a nice interaction.
