Platinum Member1) I did the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation, and this week I experimented with connecting with animals more quickly by simply focusing on the feeling in my heart rather than doing as much of the visualization that I typically do. I found that my connections were just as strong without the additional visualization, which was helpful to recognize. I also watched the masterclass on microbes, parasites, and genes and did the meditation that went along with it. I was so relaxed that I ended up dozing off, so I will need to try that one again!
2) I only had one animal client this week, a cat named Harold. His family wanted to know why he occasionally still defecates outside of the litter box and what he needs or requests to help make their upcoming move to a new house easier for him. With the litter box issue, I felt a lot of nervous energy surrounding it. It seemed that the behavior began when his family adopted his brother and brought him home. Harold thought that if he stopped using the litter box, it might be a way for him to go to a new home where there were no other cats. I later learned that he came from a hoarding situation, and he prefers to be an only cat. However, he has since gotten used to his brother and made it clear that he is happy to stay where he is now. When I asked why the behavior is still continuing, I got that it has become more habitual and is also a way for him to signal when something in his environment is making him anxious. He wants his family to know when something doesn’t feel right for him, and he is even currently on medication for anxiety. We discussed alternative ways he could signal that something is bothering him, such as hiding under the bed or in a closet. This would still allow his people to recognize that something is making him anxious and see if there is anything in his environment they can adjust or address that day.
3) I am grateful that I was able to get out this weekend, spend some time in the mountains, and visit a lake that we had never been to before. It was beautiful and a much-needed break. My win this week was receiving positive feedback from Harold’s guardian. It is always very helpful and encouraging to hear back from the guardian after a session.
4) My new awareness this week is that I really need to write down the very first thing I receive before I begin asking additional questions. With Harold, I initially picked up on something involving a lot of cats. I then started asking more questions, which led me to the impression that he prefers to be by himself. I also got that at one point he had been a stray and was surrounded by a lot of other cats. It turned out that he had actually come from a hoarding situation. This experience reminded me of the importance of documenting my initial impressions before exploring them further. I also need to be more mindful of how I word my questions so that I am not unintentionally asking leading questions.
5) Yes, I connected with Beau and received positive feedback.
6) On my hike this weekend, I really focused on my senses and tuned into my surroundings. I paid attention to how things felt and smelled and what I noticed around me. The longer I stayed in one spot, the more I began to notice things that I hadn’t seen when I first scanned the area. I picked up on quite a few things that the people I was with hadn’t noticed at all. It was interesting to see how much more I became aware of simply by slowing down, staying present, and paying closer attention to my surroundings.

Platinum Member1. Meditation
What meditation(s) did you practice this week?
Heart wisdom love meditation, Twin hearts meditation, The great invocation, Mindfulness and metta blessing.2. Animal Communication
Describe one communication experience this week.
• Animal’s name & species
• What did you learn?
• What surprised you?
Missy, horse, from the FAT/practice page.
Earlier, I had no experience with horses, and wasn’t sure how it would be to communicate with one. I had done so while she was FAT, but since then, since we feed 3 horses every day, I am familiar with them and found it easier to connect to Missy!3. Celebration & Gratitude
What are you celebrating this week?
Share one thing you’re grateful for and one win, validation, or breakthrough.
I am very grateful I was able to make an eleven hour round trip for a condolence visit, without the usual heavy rains/landslides. Asking the weather angels to help really worked! My win was to maintain a regular routine (including practice and writing this) as I have been very low on energy since the trip.4. Discovery of the Week
What NEW awareness, question, insight, validation, surprise, experiment, or breakthrough did you experience this week?
Even if I’m unable to take an active step, asking Divine beings for help works! I had thought of using the pendulum to clear landslides, which would leave me stranded midway, but didn’t know the exact method, nor the time or energy to review the class…so just asked the angels!5. Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab
Did you communicate with this month’s Featured Animal Teacher or another animal in the Practice Lab?
If not, what’s your plan for practicing this week?
Yes, during the call.6. Intuition Development
What Intuition Development lesson or exercise did you practice this week?
What changed because you practiced?
I am practicing guessing the time, but with a difference…to figure out when it will rain heavily, so I can put all the dogs in. Being alone, it takes time, as they are in different areas, but of late, I have been able to time it well. -

Platinum Member1️⃣ Meditation: chanting, and silent, practising opening out my awareness.
2️⃣ Animal Communication
I communicated with Beau on the Fat call and have just posted. I also managed to follow along with the cases that Val worked with on the call. I think it’s because I didn’t give up and assume I couldn’t do it. I didn’t get the details but I did get the same essence as the animals responded to VAl with.3️⃣ Celebration & Gratitude
I’m celebrating how much I enjoy silent meditation. Focusing on it fairly intensely last month has really helped and I plan to continue.4️⃣ Discovery of the Week
I really noticed that I got the essence of the communication when following with Val’s case studies. I think it’s about opening my awareness more to hear more details. A helpful insight.5️⃣ Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab
I communicated with Beau and have just posted what I got.6️⃣ Intuition Development
I practised letting go into feelings and then tensing up again. -

Platinum MemberHello – my first week felt quite busy and fun!
1️⃣ Meditation – I do this every single morning – my own process that I’ve been doing for many many years. <3
2️⃣ Animal Communication – Got to practice with Beau the dog this week on the call. I learned that a lot of what I did with people as a medical intuitive works pretty much the same with animals. I was surprised at how quickly I am able to connect with animals. I thought it would take me longer for some reason. This is the first time working with animals directly that I don’t already know personally.
3️⃣ Celebration & Gratitude: Grateful for taking action and stepping forward on this new path. 🙂
4️⃣ Discovery of the Week – let got of the need for approval which I feel was a big block for me.
5️⃣ Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab – Yes Beau <3
6️⃣ Intuition Development – I have pretty strong and solid clairsentience/ clairvoyance – This week I was working on my auditory sense more.

1- What meditations did you practise this week?
As I only joined this week, I’m exploring the amazing library here!
I did the 5-minute stress-buster, which in 5 minutes brought me back to calm and groundedness.
Also, every day since I discovered it, the chakra colour ride. I never used to believe in chakras until I experimented with a pendulum – and there they were! Now, for some time I’ve been meditating most mornings to revitalize them. I do it out in nature while walking my dogs, and work on their chakras at the same time as my own. I find it really worthwhile to invest the time in doing this; it really makes a difference.
But the ‘tour’ of the rooms with the drinks is more intense than what I did previously, I absolutely love it!
Also do it with the horses, especially a rescue mare who didn’t like to be touched but now she enjoys having her chakra areas stroked in clockwise circles. Instead of quivering distastefully and pointedly walking off, she now leans into me. So I’ve started doing this more intense meditation with her too.2. Animal Communication practice
This morning one of our hens ran out when I opened the door to feed them. She sometimes does this, then comes straight back in, but this time one of the dogs startled her and she ran in the wrong direction. Dog thought this was fun and set off in hot pursuit. The hen disappeared into a bramble thicket. I needed to rescue her, but it was too thick and prickly and on the edge of a sheer drop to the horses’ paddock, but she wasn’t coming out. She said she didn’t trust the dog and was very scared. So I put the dog in the house and went back to connect with her, explaining that it wasn’t safe for her to stay there as a predator might get her and I wanted to take her back to safety in her home with her sisters.
I also got to practice setting my intention in the way explained in Saturday’s call – imagining the ideal outcome and feeling gratitude for it.
Although it took a while of waiting in the hot sun, eventually she came out of the brambles into the horses’ paddock, which is huge – a whole hillside. It was very hot by now and I was afraid she’d run off and go miles away, but as soon as she saw me, (and of course I was asking her telepathically not to run far away and to let me pick her up,) she ran straight towards me, let me pick her up and stayed calm and quiet as I carried her home.
Phewww!!! What a relief!
And I was really pleased as it was a successful communication in a difficult and stressful situation for both of us, which is one of the things I wrote down that I wanted to work on. And it was fantastic to have a successful outcome after using that magical intention-setting method!3. This week I’m VERY grateful that I joined and for all I’m learning already here. Also that the terrible heat is beginning to subside. And today I went riding for the first time since June.
4. Discovery of the week:
That I need way more practice in quietening my mind than I thought I did. I need to slow down and stop rushing into meditation or communication, stop trying to push things along. And there’s no need to feel guilty for taking a rest (I’ve discovered this so many times, but then I always forget…)5. Communication with Beau
I talked to Beau during the call on Saturday and have just posted results for feedback.6. Intuition practice
I started with the colour intuiting exercise, using coloured pencils as they’re the only thing I had on hand that were identical in all but their colour. Practising first with just red and orange, then red, orange and yellow. With just the red and orange it went better than I expected, but when I added yellow it became much more hit and miss. It is fun, so I’ll keep practicing and gradually add more colours. I thought I’d start with the chakra colours as I’ve already been playing around with them for some time. I’m adding on texture, smell and taste of the colours as well as happy memories/thoughts connected with something of each one of them, eg. Red: I love red hibiscus flowers visually but the taste, texture and smell for me are strawberry, mmmm, delicious! I’ve also started doing the chakra meditation in the same way. -

Platinum Member1. Meditation: my usual daily practices (and just way of life at this point in my journey) that guide me into meditative awareness. I look at meditation more as something I be instead of something I do on a linear level. But I love experiencing different ways of honing into the truth/spaciousness of being through breath time in nature communion inside outside.
2. Animal Communication: a bounty of communion connection communication this week. highlights include a beaver interaction and pair of swans gracing my proximity at the lake I frequent. The beaver came up pretty close a few days in a row as soon as I arrived at the lake. We shared time and energy and I observed and we attuned on a level beyond words to share with others. This is my primary way of communicating with animals, and most important imo, beyond asking questions type dialogue.I ask the ducks everyday — are the swans still here. I spotted them and they spotted me — and paddled themselves across the entire lake with quite a swiftness yet profound grace — and swam right near the shore and gazed at me and we transmitted and received blessings together. And I shared gratitude and light language type communion with them and received deep insight now integrated in my body. Back in the hood, Ezla and I connect in a truly magical circle of trees and I feel deeply ongoingly connected to the spirit of the land and spirit of each tree I touch. We commune with words and aromas light and touch.
3. Gratitude: I am grateful that my cats like the treats I got for them along with their raw food. Their happiness and contentment is my own. i am grateful for watching my sweet Sebastian in a state of concentration gazing at the playful squirrels run and chase eachother. The fall colors are magical and enlightening in a time of great rain — some naturally falling while some if not most coming from the geoengineering lunacy hitting us hard in this area right now. Nevertheless I spin everything into my favor, thriving no matter.
4. Discovery: I discovered the joy of extracting rose hip nectar into my olive oil — it had been a few years and so felt like a discovery even though it is something I am steeped in, no pun intended. I discovered that insight around my communication with Milo kitty, keeps popping into my awareness. I seem to always have more to share with Michelle about her kitty.
5. FAT: yes and shared.
6. Intuition: I listen and I honor it. Intuition with my food intake is a big highlight this week. Honoring more space to feel emotions if that nervous system habit of soothing/bringing safety through consuming arises. My knowledge of the nervous system is not new, yet always journeying more deeply as integration can ebb and flow in different areas of my life, depending on incoming challenges/uplevels. The cats parallel my journey. -

Platinum MemberThanks for this opportunity to share.
I practiced the Heart wisdom love meditation2. Animal Communication Describe one communication experience this week. • Animal’s name & species • What did you learn? • What surprised you?
Beau, dog
I learned how to communicate with an animal just by looking at a photo for the very first time.
I also learned how to to trust myself and not compare myself to other animal communicators.
I was surprised how after I started to run the video, Beau nudged my hand and I was able to touch his face under his eyes. Gosh, this was unbelievable. I had no idea this was possible and always wondered how animal communicators were able to get information about an animal from a photo only. I was shocked how Val and the other students were able to get so much information from Beau.
Only a few things came to me – I saw the colors red, orange and yellow around him and had a feeling of royalty like he was a king. He had a sweet personality and I felt little pain in my own heart that had the feeling of sadness, so possibly Beau feels sad sometimes. I also saw a red ball…but that was all. Above all I felt I needed to just be with Beau. For the rest of the session, I was present.3. Celebration & Gratitude What are you celebrating this week? Share one thing you’re grateful for and one win, validation, or breakthrough. I am grateful that I signed up for this course. I am celebrating that I had the courage to do so and join the Q& A and share my communication with Beau for this assignment. This is a big step for me as after hearing and reading other students’ feedback, I was doubting what I saw and what I felt and was thinking am I even cut out for this??? I’m also celebrating that I finished my first Weekly Accountability and Growth Challenge Assignment. Wooohoo!
4. Discovery of the Week What NEW awareness, question, insight, validation, surprise, experiment, or breakthrough did you experience this week?
My NEW awareness is that I recognize that the problem that I am facing with my dog Tenshi is something that we work on together. I looked at the Tips on Enhancing Telepathic Communication with Animals and All Life” and the part about believing in my innate ability to give and receive telepathic communication was validated.
A few days after the Q&A, I practiced the meditation and connected with my dog, Tenshi, while standing near a grassy area by a pond. I brought up the issue of her aggression toward some other dogs. When I asked her why she is aggressive with some dogs, nothing came to me. However, when we left the area, I noticed seeds from a plant caught in her fur that looked, to me, like porcupine quills. I had an immediate light bulb moment! The image of porcupine quills felt like an important message because, when we adopted Tenshi, she was recovering from surgery to remove porcupine quills.I was reminded of the importance of “validating my perception of impressions, images, or messages in any form.” This impression, image and message left me wondering: Did that experience contribute to her aggression? And, if so, what can we do about it now?
5. Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab Did you communicate with this month’s Featured Animal Teacher or another animal in the Practice Lab? If not, what’s your plan for practicing this week? Yes, I communicated with the sweet, majestic, a little sad and playful (and I’m sure so much more) Beau during the Practice Lab. Thank you Beau and Mel. : )
6. Intuition Development What Intuition Development lesson or exercise did you practice this week?
I completed the lesson on “Connecting with Animals…:My First Memory of Communication.
My first connection was with a puppy we got at the pound when I was about 7 years old. My mother made it very clear that the dog was never to be in the house and he was left in a dog house alone overnight. I had no experience with animals but I “knew” when we left the puppy in the doghouse that night that it should be in my room by my bed so that it could hear and feel my heartbeat. No amount of begging would persuade my mother. The following morning as I went to check on the puppy I found that he had passed over. I’m not sure if surprise was what I felt at that time or not. My tears were definitely ones of powerlessness and grief. That moment formed my desire to one day be an animal healer and here I am now stepping into my power and doing it. Thanks so much for this opportunity, Val and Team Heart School of Animal Communication. -

Platinum Member1. Which meditations did you do?
Heart wisdom meditations2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with? What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience.
I tried to connect with Beau and the other dogs on the call on Saturday, but didn’t feel that I got a strong connection this week. I’ll keep trying.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one & celebrate a win.
I’m grateful for all the lovely messages my beautiful pup has been sharing with the group.4. Discovery of the Week.
Instead of simply asking what you discovered, I’m inviting you to go deeper.
Ask yourself questions like:
• What NEW awareness did I gain this week?
• What surprised me?
• What did I validate?
• What challenged my assumptions?
• What experiment did I try?
• What mistake taught me something?
• What breakthrough did I have?
What new question am I now curious to investigate?
I’ve had a really busy few weeks and have been struggling a bit to calm my mind enough to connect for a couple of weeks. This has led the monkey mind to start doubting myself and question what is real. Then I started getting so much validation from the wonderful connections and advice my wise little man has been giving, I got the validation I needed. Thanks everyone for connecting with Beau.
I need to go back and do some inner work on this.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I tried and got bits psychically, but in person I believe I’m pretty tuned into him.6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? What changed because I practised?
I did some card readings this week. I’ve been busy and stressed with back to school stuff and trying to catch up with my coursework over the last few weeks, so not had loads of time for much more.
