The email will have your login instructions to access your student account, courses and the Club inside.

 

1) Do your prep work

Help Val help you by filling out her BodyMind Assessment Questionnaire(s). If we are working with your animals, then fill out one for each animal(s) you'd like her to work with. Return them a minimum of 2 days prior to your session. Instructions are on the forms. If you've recently filled one out (within the last 3 months), then there's no need to do it again at this time UNLESS something significant has changed. If there have been changes then yes, please fill the Questionnaire(s) out again.

Private Student Coaching Session Program Policies:

To get the most value from your student coaching sessions, these are designed to be scheduled once a month and AFTER you've completed each Course in this Program, as follows:

Schedule your first session after you've completed the Awaken Your Inner Guidance System Course

Schedule your second session after completing the Beginning Core Foundations Course.

Schedule your third session after you've completed the Heart of the Conversation 7 Step Blueprint Course.

Schedule your fourth session after you've completed the Advanced Animal Talk Mastery Topics Course.

I recommend saving your last two sessions until after you've taken at least 6 of the Heart Wisdom Masterclasses (recorded and/or live) and attended at least 4 of the Live Q&A Coaching Calls.

There is a LOT we can get done in our allotted time, and it requires that we be focused and clear which is helpful and good training in itself.

When you schedule your session, put "6 Months to Mastery Student Session" in the Comments box, along with what you want to focus on in your session.

Important Program Policies:

Expiration "Use It or Lose It" Policy: Your sessions have an expiration date! You have 6 months from this email date to schedule your sessions, so don't delay.

Recordings: Digital recordings are included as part of your Program.

You must be ON TIME for your session: These are tightly scheduled coaching sessions, so I can fit everyone in, if you are more than 10 minutes late, then you will forfeit the time.

I will use a timer to help us stay on track.

If we run out of time, then you can carry the rest of the questions forward into your next session, post to the next month's Live Q&A Coaching Call, OR, invest in additional private coaching with me so we can go deeper.

No Shows, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies:

You may reschedule up to 2 business days (Monday - Friday, not counting holidays) before your scheduled session(s). Late cancellations and missed appointments for any reason within 2 business days of appointment time forfeits the session.
