To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. Which meditations did you do?
Stress Busting RX/Quick connect, Heart Wisdom Love Connection, Binaural beats meditation music, L.O.V.E. Beginning Foundation class meditations from each lesson. 20 min in the evening to decompress after work and mini meditations throughout the day to keep tensions at bay.

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal, what did you discover from the experience?
I connected with Layla (Mary H’s pup). That was a great learning experience (thank you, Layla!)! Layla gave me not only feeling messages, but she gave me a smell sense message and a visual one. Based on Mary’s feedback (thank you, Mary!), I got some pretty clear messages. A couple messages I must not have interpreted correctly but this experience in communicating was more successful. I can definitely see the improvements the more I practice. 🙂 I posted my experience on Layla’s ATH forum post.

      3. What are you grateful for this week?
I am very grateful for how much I have learned in such a short time here in the Heart School. I am grateful for Val, your teaching is amazing and perfect for my learning style. I am grateful for my classmates, reading your posts and hearing your feedback helps me learn and gain confidence. And I am so grateful for all the animal teachers and animals all over! Oh, and I don’t want to forget, I got to witness baby birds leaving their nest! I have only witnessed that one time before. Such a beautiful experience! Momma bird even landed on a branch right next to me and looked at me as I was sending encouraging messages to her babies to give them courage to fly for the first time. Makes me super heart happy and so grateful to have been there to see that!

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week?
I appreciate Val answering the question I had about the difference in communicating with animals who are still in body and those who have left the body. She gave great advice on that! I also got to witness and participate in live communication sessions on the call yesterday, so it helped me to experience it with others in real-time. That was super helpful to me. I also learned to ask more specific questions and zoom out to see a bigger picture when communicating.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I did with 50 on the call yesterday. I am beginning to sense the difference in how it feels to communicate with an old soul verses a young soul. That really came through on the call yesterday, I could really sense 50’s old soul. Layla felt more of a younger soul compared to 50.

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I practiced the color intuition exercise except I used 4 crayons. The more I do that, the more times I get the color correct. I noticed I get red correct the most. Then yellow. Blue and Green still not that clear. But practicing helps!

#1 I continue to meditate in the morning after morning coffee and mini meditations during the day transitions.

#2 I communicated with a cockatiel, Scooty, that had passed just before her 14th birthday. Her Mom wanted to know if she had visited her and if she had any messages for her. Scooty was a very happy, busy bird. She told me there weren’t any bird cages and there were perches everywhere for them to sit whenever they felt like it. She wanted me to thank her Mom for including her in the family, bringing her room to room so she could participate in family games and discussions. She knew that some birds are not that lucky. Some birds are put off to a corner and never interacted with.

#3 I want to celebrate that I am able to connect much faster than I could before. Connections seem to be clearer as well.

#4 Sometimes I am not able to get seemingly easy answers. Do you live with another dog in the home for example.

#5 I have not talked with the FAT yet this month.

#6 I did the 8 ball a few times. I also attempted the one with animal a few times.

      1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
The most powerful full moon of the year (of the Buddhist festival Wesak) is in 10 days’ time, so I’m joining a lot of preparatory sessions, especially on meditations to clear the chakras and aura, plus forgiveness, The Great Invocation and Archangels meditations. I am also doing a shorter version of the Love heart wisdom meditation by myself and of course the Ho’oponopono regularly.

      2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
Just the FAT but I will start with the ATH regularly from this week. Of course, I continue to try connecting with the landscape around and my own dogs, especially those in spirit.

      3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am grateful for the healing I got during the last call, and Val’s rejoinder that has given me the impetus to get back into practising, which I was apprehensive about.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
      Nothing in particular this week.

      5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
      Yes, during the call.

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
As I wrote last week, I had started from the very first exercise all over again, but this time with writing down my responses. However, the lure of a new exercise was too strong! So I tried the magic 8 ball….tried a few very basic questions, but need to study further how exactly it works to get clearer responses.

      1. Meditations: Breathing, Heart Wisdom Love Connection, Mindfulness

      2. Who I talked to: FAT 50. I listened to the coaching call Tuesday morning and connected with 50 for the second time. He came over and sat almost on my feet for a friendly greeting and rub. He was very interested when I explained I was listening to a recording of what happened on Saturday. I told him he could listen along with me and he liked that. He enjoyed all the attention and being the teacher everyone wanted to talk with, even though sometimes it was a lot to keep up with. That was mostly it, we listened together. When it was done I asked if there was a message for mom and he said he was really glad they were doing this animal talk stuff together because it was fun, especially as the special Teacher.

      3. Gratitude: It is so fun and interesting to watch our kittens (1 and 2 years old) get more comfortable with us and their surroundings. Their personalities are becoming more apparent – especially Shasta’s. She’s the older one. Lexi still has some fears plus kitten brain. :). I am so grateful that this time around I am much more tuned in to what cats are like and how to really appreciate and connect with them. Max, 11, has taught me a lot, as did his brother, Jasper, now in spirit. In the past, I have been more of a dog person, and more in tune with the less subtle nature of dogs. Now I can appreciate both types of energy and ways of being. It is a gift for which I am grateful.

      4. Discoveries: I find in interesting how easily I can feel the connection with Kola and Max, who are both 11 and been with us their whole lives, compared with how I still can’t really feel the kittens. We are still just getting to know each other. The trust is deepening, which I know is a big deal with rescue cats whose past is mostly unknown (by us) but that there were in a less than great situation.

      5. Yes, I spoke with 50, our FAT, again this week. See #2 above.

      6. Intuition Exercises: I often spend time trying to feel what it is like from our fur babies’ perspectives, so I think this is a lot like “Be the Animal.” I am continuing the Beginning Animal Communication Course, Lesson 4, and am going through the book, “True Purpose” by Tim Kelley. I am about half-way through the book and am finding it very intriguing.

I did the newly added meditation. I have not done exercises in the forum. I have turned into food and my body. I also tried connecting with my Soul to sense Serenity’s energy on the bed blanket and my clothes after she was lying on them. I am trying to get more intune with my Soul to be able to sense energy through touching like I was when I was younger.

      Heart Wisdom Love Connection Meditation

      2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience?

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.

I am grateful for my cat, Scarlett, that makes me laugh out loud every day. Laughter is good for my soul.

      4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Are animals like people where some are more evolved than others?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not? You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Yes, I spoke with 50 during the Q&A call on 4/13.

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition?

      I did #7 – Clairaudience & soft focus hearing

There was some construction going on in the neighborhood. I took the time to quiet myself and tune into the noise and then I started being able to break apart the noise and hear the sound of the hammer, then the saw, then the drill. Instead of it being noise, it was like listening to an orchestra with all the different instruments.

      1. Which meditations did you do

Heart Wisdom Love meditation… Meditation on mindfulness releasing thoughts

      2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with

Sat 13 Apr Q + A call, Val addressed guardian Mary’s question about fecal transplant Q2 Assumed I was incorrect and too quick at sensing something amiss in the facial, an eye, cheek and ear area when the question was being spoken aloud. As Val’s analysis and information progressed to include the head area I was grateful that my senses were correct and reminded me to trust my senses.

Grateful for all the information Val related to this question, thus broadening my knowledge and understanding on a subject I knew nothing of.

Hi Sandy! I just wanted to share something with you that I hope also helps build on your confidence in what you received from Layla. The night of 4/13, I connected with Layla and she gave me a physical sense of some pain in her head/upper jaw area, so I felt it from her too. I posted my chat with her on her ATH forum post. It is amazing how we sometimes feel we get a wrong interpretation until someone else confirms they got it too, and it helps build our confidence. Hope this helps! Much love!

Hi Shelly, just a heads up for you and Sandy. That day you connected to Layla and mentioned the pain in the head and jaw area, we were on a walk and met another dog. Layla got all excited and when I bent down to talk to her, her head came up and smashed into my face. It was a very hard hit and I thought she broke my nose, so its no wonder she had that pain after a hard contact with my face. I gave her some homeopathic pain relief after you mentioned it Shelly, it helped her with the pain. Thanks.

Thank you, Mary. My goodness, I sure hope you are both okay after that and feeling better! I know what that feels like (it happened to me and my senior pup years ago) so I am sending you both some love healing energy! That does explain the undeniable pains I felt when I asked her. And it helps me to have a better understanding of how to tell when I am experiencing their pain versus my own pain as I clearly remember how it felt when she shared that with me. It was different than how it feels with my own pain. Thanks so much for sharing that update. Sending lots of love, hugs, and healing to you both!

#1 Which meditations did you do?
I have continued with the breathing meditation, I have also done a Heart love meditation and another which I loved from the animal comms made easy course. I have saved to my phone so I can start doing daily.
#2 What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I did a ‘proper’ communication with my horse. I have not really sat with her and gone through everything in detail for so long, only checking on things I already knew were a problem. It was quite emotional as I don’t feel like I have been able to be there for her like I should, and she was so understanding. And grateful I took the time to have this conversation. My take away was to not forget about my own animals!!
#3 What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I was not offered the job I thought I really wanted. On reflection it isn’t aligned with the path I have been actively pursuing for over two years – a professional animal communicator and Reiki practitioner. I was so sure I would get this job, I had signs – the interview was on 11/11, I looked up in the interview and there was a massive 11:11 on the clock and other things – and on reflection this weekend I realised that seeing these signs made me more attached to the outcome of getting the job, when actually it was the right path, just the outcome was not getting the job but giving me the opportunity to refocus on what I really want to be doing, as well as spending some time really focusing on myself and my skillset
      #4 Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I decided to go back and finish the courses I have. And listening to a lesson from the animal communication made easy course, regarding the 3 paths, I finally understood that my path is energetic. I have heard this before, I have read it, I have been told that is my path, but I didn’t really get it until just now, how I can look at an animal and know/feel where they have an issue, or how they are feeling. I never trusted myself. And then your advice to ‘hold that lightly’ just takes the pressure off to be ‘right’ about this. This is a huge breakthrough for me!
#5 Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Yes, I made sure that I joined the call this week and I spoke with the lovely 50. This is a note to myself to speak with Opie too.
#7 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I am still trying to intuit the animals under the lids of the petit filous yoghurts my daughter has, I do this often and don’t seem to be getting any better

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Some every day in the morning before work. Not much time for silent meditation aside of that apart from the meditation with Val on the Q&A call.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
      I communicated with 50 – See below.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate how much love and joy Elsa brings into my life! I just love to be with her.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’m wondering why I feel it is harder to connect than it used to be.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes on the Q&A call. I reported back to Amber but a few days later so she hasn’t had a chance to respond. I feel it takes a while to surface from the communication so I can’t report back for a while. I’ve also noticed I can’t concentrate for that long and want to develop my concentration length.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been trying to anticipate what people are going to say to me! And not getting it! Feeling alittle out of touch!

      1. quieting your mind, detaching before bed and in the day time. I find it is more effective if I do the detach along with Val.
      2. An ant on my desk. I explained it is not allowed in the house and it would have to leave. It did.
      3. I am grateful for the communication with Layla and it was exciting to hear what the conversation was. Thank you Shelly and Sandy.
      4. I found that Layla understands my messages when I speak from my mind. I asked her to roll over on her back and after a minute , she did so. Then I asked her to roll on her right side and after a minute she did it also. I found it quite fascinating and happy to know she can hear me.
5.I have tried but received nothing. Can’t seem to concentrate.
      6. I quietly tuned into the noise of the vehicle engine as my husband drove and tried to guess the speed he was going. I was right most of the time. Next I will try time.
