One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

NOTE: Days of week have CHANGED for Accountability posting to starting on Thursday through Wednesday each week. You can post any day of the week with the changes and learnings since your post the prior week.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

I continue to meditate everyday, sometimes several times a day. This week I listened and enjoyed Shamanic drumming while meditating.

This week I connected with Jann J’s cow, Tina. Tina is a delightful and happy cow who has many friends and is quite content with her life. It was a pleasure to speak with her and get a sense of her spunky personality. She told me about how she likes to talk and play with the other animals no matter what specie they are. She likes following her Mom around when she is feeding the other animals as she is the only human that talks to her. The other humans think she is just a regular cow and she is much more than that.

After my last Deep Dive session with Val (😫), I regained my confidence in my receptive and communication skills. I was doubting whether I was actually in 2 way conversations or was I conjuring up the communication in my own mind. Val assured me that I was in fact having 2 way conversations and we practiced together as well. I wish I could start every day with a Deep Dive lesson!

Not so much a question, but, this week I want to continue with positivity and make it a priority to practice either by doing lessons or communicating daily with previous FAT’s or other animals to keep my momentum going.

Yes I previously communicated with FAT. Results were not as anticipated. I first tried on my own so I wouldn’t have others information infiltrate my own thoughts and discussion. I wasn’t particularly happy with my outcome. I again communicated with Little Ricky during the Saturday’s Q&A session. I was certain I would get a better connection since Val was leading the charge. Unfortunately, compared to others, I got very little again. I was honestly surprised.

I have been going back to the beginning course and reviewing intuitive classes in order to strengthen my foundation.

      1. Yes I di meditate several times, both outside in the early quiet morning and in my den. Also while doing some communication courses.
      2. None. I tried with Little Rickey but my head gets in the way and I can’t seem to achieve a quiet mind.
      3. I want to celebrate healing my heart and letting go of my grief over Abbey.
4.I have trouble quieting my mind. There is always a ringing I can hear loudly even when it quiet around me. I will be taking some lessons in how to quiet my mind.
      5. No, I tried but no connection.
      6. Yes, I tried guessing the winner of the last 2 Toronto maple leaf hockey games. I will try some other games. My intuition seems to be more active lately.

I just tuned into him again. I also get that he is what I think of as a bouncy dog: happy and dancing on his hind legs. Does he bounce around begging for lap time?

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Not much this week. I have been dealing with two health issues. Nothing life threatening but painful and causing loss of sleep and making it difficult to do much. Three doctor’s visits last week and another one today. I spaced out during a group call with Susann so missed that meditation and have not listened to the replay yet Just some lap time with my cats.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Little Ricky

I just tuned into him again. I also get that he is what I think of as a bouncy dog: happy and dancing on his hind legs. Does he bounce around begging for lap time?

I introduced myself and said I had tuned in before and he said yes yes yes I remember you. I asked him if he danced around asking for lap time and he said yes he did that. I asked him about his purpose and he said to be a companion for his mom. I asked him if he was a healer and he said he did not think of himself as a healer but, yes, he she needs healing he will heal her.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I was able to connect with Ricky today

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Is is OK to communicate when not feeling well? Does it affect the quality of the communication?

Do animals tune into other animals around them and feel what they do?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, but I like to revisit a couple of times and post at the end.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
My favorite one of guessing the colors of stones in a closed bag.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – I’ve done a lot of silent meditation and I’ve enjoyed the calm and steadiness that comes with that.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with my cat in spirit: Pallina. It was difficult because I didn’t believe I could. I only have one photograph of her (before mobile phone cameras). It was hard to trust what I got but when I did, she said: everything is alright. And I got an impression of her high up, full of wisdom. She volunteered to teach and guide me – and I got the impression that it was serious and I needed to make a commitment. So I tried again the next day and this time she sent me a very deep large feeling of expanded deepness – I don’t know how else to describe it. I’m really pleased because I usually look for messages I can understand but I was really happy to try and stay with this feeling and accept this as the communication. I think it is showing that I’m getting more confident.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I think my confidence is growing.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’m just sort of realising that you have to make a commitment and follow where it takes you.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes every day for at least 45 min. Did a white room meditation. Very effective in removing distractions

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I talked with my friend’s cat Leo who is about 16 years old. He started not eating and wasn’t feeling well. I did some QT healing and chakra balancing with him. He indicated that he is very tired , and I heard CHF. This was not confirmed at his vet appt

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing specific

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Do animals have Spirit Guides?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No time at all this week due to multiple Energy Healing sessions for a Case Study

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I actually enrolled in a virtual Intuition Development Course over the next few months

      1. Meditate!

I meditated every evening, and some mornings, with and without music, and candle light. The chaos seems to settle. 😊

      2. Practice!

My practice with animals is daily one form or another, but the energy healing is more demanding these days.
But, I have noticed that while offering this love energy, and saying to the animal, “You are not alone” they all shift… from sadness, pain, anger… to bright eyes, looking at me, basking in the warmth of healing love… I can’t read all their messages they send to me yet, but I receive where the pain is and I think that step by step, while I do my own inner healing it’s a matter of time till I will get the most accurate message from them.

      3. Celebrate!

I celebrate that I am one of the richest persons on the planet!

It has been Orthodox Easter this last weekend, and I had time to reset a little, even though I had to wait for the silence of the night.

I have received a huge Golden Mountain of Knowledge and access to it, since I am here, and the Universe (though I’d prefer to say God) has arranged things so that I can evolve and grow, and to meet so many kind and generous people.

People that through their own good will have decided to help heal a small cat, living on the street somewhere on planet Earth…. Miles/Kilometers away from them…. Named Likurichu.

      Isn’t it amazing?

How can I not be one of the richest person on this planet with such friends? How can I not celebrate!

I only wish that some day we could all meet to actually get to know each other.
To have the chance to look into your eyes and say THANK YOU. Maybe a sort of zoom meeting can be arranged? 😊
An online party for celebrating all our journeys and discoveries and achievements! How does that sound? 😜

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

I have discovered the extraordinary power in a small body, in form of a cat, named Likurichu! He succeeded in getting so many people get together and send LOVE.

Val is no doubt the magnet that attracted us, all the particles together, but what if Likurichu wanted to get to Val? Through me?

As I had time to think a little, it crossed my mind what if it is actually the other way?

If I project unconsciously the lessons I learn, I have thought that Likurichu might have wanted to get to Val, knowing that she could help him.

Just feeling and sending gratitude for such an AMAZING HEALING EXPERIENCE!

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

I did not had the right interior space to talk to Little Ricky this week. Hopefully the skies will clear away the skies for better circumstances. I’m sorry sweet Little Ricky!

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

I can’t say I play something particular but I use my intuition very often, because it is related to claircognaizance, I feel immediately when something is wrong.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do

Appx 40 mins online relaxation plus watched and completed a couple of Brad Yates tapping videos

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week?

Neighbour’s cats, Tabby Princess and Tuxedo Princess. Tabby came as usual for morning drink of water. Tuxedo left my lap and sat quietly looking at tabby thru patio glass door. All quiet and praised her. However, when tabby came and walked passed patio door tuxedo leapt up, front paws clawing at the door. After tabby left the garden awhile, I let the now more calmer tuxedo out. She flew onto the fence and sat on the corner looking out over the grassed square for some time

Another day, tuxedo was asleep upstairs when tabby arrived and sat by patio door after having a long drink of water. Gave him some treats and told him tuxedo was upstairs but cannot enter the living room as door closed. I chatted to him but he stayed silent which was fine. Sitting on back step I watched him slowly lay down and relax before finally heading off on his travels. Checked on tuxedo who was still fast asleep. Previously, even asleep upstairs she would come tearing down the stairs and attempt to enter the living room. Some calmness prevails. When both outside they are either a distance apart watching each other or sitting a few feet from each other. Tuxedo still wanders into tabby’s gardens and home. Beginning to believe it maybe just my property tuxedo doesn’t like tabby visiting. Main thing tuxedo is a lot calmer as is tabby

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Nothing this week. Started to listen to Val’s recording of Healing Trauma.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Should I contact Lee as not receive Mar FAT feedback

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Not yet. But will do

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Usual games. Listening to my instinct more. The morning after a rare hot day for this time of year therefore, thought I didn’t need to wear a heavy warm coat or slacks so wore light clothing even though my instinct was to wear warm clothing. Although sunny, a biting wind soon followed and stayed the rest of the day. and I couldn’t go back home to change clothing. Lesson – go with my instinct no matter what

About 15 min. every day, Throat Chakra meditation, Chakra Balancing Tones, Opening Heart Meditation, Twin Hearts Meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I feel stuck, like I am not getting into an ongoing connection or conversation with any animal. As an exercise for myself I looked at 3 different pictures of 3 different animals to see how different I feel looking at them:
With Chaton, a cat, I feel upset, frustrated, angry. Just like when I tried to connect with him before, I feel like he is very closed off and does not want to talk to me.
With Boris, a cat who has passed, I felt peace and much love. He assures me to not be afraid to try to talk to my own cat that passed away.
With Panther, a cat I feed outside, I feel light hearted, not worried, a wonderer. I think of ‘The Fool’ card in the tarot deck. Does not care much what goes on around him. But might feel like he does not ‘belong’ anywhere sometimes, a bit lonesome.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I just want to learn more and more, about animal communication, animal behaviour, ways to educate them and play with them, all for their well-being.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I think we all, people and animals, look for connection and want to be understood or heard. Even if we are angry and shut ourselves off, deep inside we long to feel connected. How can we reach the animal if it has shut itself off and does not want to talk? Is being quiet, loving, accepting and listening enough?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I tried but did not get anything. I wonder if it’s because I do not know dogs well and have put some barrier inside my mind. A barrier is also still there because I did not get it right last time.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I try to go with my gut feeling.

Since Ginger’s passing, I am back to a more normal schedule, so I was able to get back to meditating about 4 nights this week before going to sleep. Soul Malas Healing Meditation music 10-30 minutes each night.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My fur family. I still feel Ginger’s presence in the house, so I’m sure they do, too, but they’ve stopped looking for her. I don’t know if my explanation of the situation helped them or not, I hope it did.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I tried to “press play”, but the video didn’t start for me.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. As always, leaving space for intuitive thoughts to come in when they want to.

Patty, continue to be gentle with yourself. And thank you for explaining to your fur family what has happened with Ginger’s passing. It has relieved them.

      1. Trying to reboot after a couple of very tough weeks.
      2. One of my cats randomly said “people would be better off if they slept in the sun more.” I had to agree. . . . They was out of the blue, I wasn’t trying.
      3. See #2, I guess. Plus my therapist/energy worker is back after 2 weeks away, today we worked on proceeding despite (or in spite of?) my inner critic.
      4. When am I going to get a grip on this???
      5. No.
      6. Real life practice confirmed with muscle testing, as usual. Sometimes they work, for the kart couple of weeks they haven’t worked much at all.
