One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

NOTE: Days of week have CHANGED for Accountability posting to starting on Thursday through Wednesday each week. You can post any day of the week with the changes and learnings since your post the prior week.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. 1. No I didn’t meditate this week. I have been exhausted from the weird dreams and asthma trouble. Will do so as soon as I can.
      2. Haven’t communicated with any yet. I will try this week.
      3. I purchased some crystals for protection and some to help quiet my mind.
4.If Layla sits in front of me and stares and I understand what she wants, is this communicating?
      5. Not yet. It’s been a busy week. Layla ate something outside and was choking. I had to take her to the vet so now watching her and giving medicine.
      6. Yes with pencil crayons a few times. I will try with colored Easter eggs. I have guessed a few hockey games.

Thank you Nita, Layla has fully recovered but I seem to be having trouble still. I found out deep breathing helps, sounds like meditation to me lol.

Michelle, our condolences on the passing of your rescue. As you practice, you too will find that it is possible to communicate with animals who have passed over the rainbow bridge.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, twin hearts meditation, as well as a couple of special sessions for Easter.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been rather under the weather this week, perhaps a delayed reaction both physically and mentally after Rani’s transition, so not really communicated apart from Ricky during the call.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Though I need to work harder and consistently at practicing, I’m gaining insights from the call as well as discussions on the FB group.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I still have doubts whether what I think is intuition is actually my subconscious mind.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, during the call, but I would like to connect again before posting.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m afraid I’ve neglected that this week, just lack of time and energy.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did mantra meditation. I also did Healing energy, Love, warmth, and comfort to my cats and sent it to a bird and received Healing and Love from the trees and birds on my walk. I also started doing meditation I did privately with Val.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye telling them I am working on trying to get better for us. I also asked about something and I apologized and explained a better response. I also connected with at least one, maybe others, who had messages for me. I also communicated with my friend in my building, tuxedo kitty. I communicated with a squirrel this morning. I connected with my mourning dove friends, no words exchanged. I also communicated with a client dog.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Healing journey and am so grateful to the animals, particularly mine.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did during the weekend and would like to again when my energy is right.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did lean in and out to ask questions. I also this morning intuitively thought something and it happened after-don’t remember exactly what. More with numbers, too.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Group meditations on Val’s call and in church. Not enough, this is still an area I need to work on.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My main communication this week was with ants. When I saw the first few I told them they could not be here, that I would kill them. When more and more came I got info from a friend about the ant bait she uses. Without mentioning this to the ants – I was texting with my friend – I went to get it. When I got back the ants were gone. I have only seen a few ants since and have killed them. I never put out the bait Usually I take insects outside and turn them loose, but I draw the line at ant invasions.

I also connected briefly with the new FAT Little Ricky. See below.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That the ants are pretty much gone without having to use the bait.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How did the ants know I had gone for ant bait? Did they read my mind?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Briefly during the call. I sensed he is a lively active dog. I saw him bouncing around.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Nothing to report here. I need to work on this,

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – quite a lot of guided meditations. I enjoy them a lot. It’s easier to stay focused.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with a friend’s cat – got some things right but I would like to improve my ability to dig deeper, ask questions to get more specific. At the moment I just get general waves of stuff and haven’t yet got the confidence to interrupt that to ask checking or digging questions.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That my life is slowly moving towards a more accurate expression of who I am. I would like to speed the process up, but am battling inner fears and doubts.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My questions this week are around our relationship with the universe, survival, give and take – and how can I survive without spending so much time working?
5.Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, spoke with Little Ricky. Quite a lesson in how much he loves life and loves his dogginess. I got some stuff right but also made some stuff up.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m trying to spend more time being – but I find it hard and get distracted. I think Elsa finds this frustrating.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes every day. I have had very deep meditations and find t much easier to “drop in”. I meditate 45-60 minutes. Usually silent

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Only the cats this week. We talked about how we are the only ones in the house who
”get it”. It’s kind of funny being on a spiritual path with the cats

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I learned an energy healing technique on how to work on my cats as a collective. I think it actually worked. I like to balance everyone’s chakras at one time Everyone’s health seems really good right now. I work on Sal and Roo’s digestive tract and they love it. I can tell that they feel it.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Can I work on Roo’s Neurlogic system to calm his nerves? I guess I can work on brain structures like the pre-frontal cortex, basal ganglia and amygdala. Maybe I just answered my own question…

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Connected with Little Ricky on the Q&A call but did not get much unfortunately.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Always doing something to increase intuition in different ways. Listened to a podcast on the subject this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Daily guided meditation, 5-10 minutes each day. Guided meditation during the Q&A call on Saturday.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I attempted to communicate with my neighbor’s dog who constantly barks. I have been unsuccessful at reaching him.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I am slowly, but surely, finding more time to focus on my learning to communicate.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My discovery this week was how much healing I need and to celebrate the healing that has taken place.
5.Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)?
      Yes,
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      Unfortunately, not this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

About 15 min. every day. Yoga Nidra, Throat Chakra meditation, Morning meditation (awareness, gratefulness).

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I connected with a mare named Luca. She felt playful, curious, gentle and calm. She likes her food. She would appreciate a bit of massage on her back. I felt peaceful looking at her.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I am very excited I am in my 12th week of accountability questions and I am looking forward to a breakthrough session with Val!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I got a bit discouraged receiving the feedback after connecting with FAT Little Ricky because I got it quite wrong. I think my mind filled in quite a few things. I did get that he’s funny, a trickster and laughs/ makes people laugh so that is nice, I got that towards the end of the conversation, maybe because that is when I started to relax more and not try so hard.
I realize I need to focus much more only on my feelings during a communication. ‘Mind off’ as Val says 🙂

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

During our Monthly Q&A Call Little Ricky seemed very excited to me, barking happily. I saw him going round the circle of people, stopping to say hi at a person and then moving to the next. He felt joyful, loving. As an old wise soul. His aura very vibrant.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I try to go more ‘with the flow’, by not planning too much and changing small routines. Checking in more with how I am feeling.

      1. Meditate!

I meditated but not consistently because I don’t know where the “night owl” within me has went.
I felt asleep a few times… Luckily the mornings would not start without a little prayer.
(Every morning I wake up, Before I put on my make-up, I say a little prayer for you … Aretha Franklin) 🤣
Perhaps it’s again because of shifting energies or something, as I start to feel ashamed of my self, and I start to criticize myself for not keeping these meditations routine. I hope it won’t hold me or set me back…

      2. Practice!

I have practiced specifically AC during the call, which was live. Little Ricky was adorable. During the call I have realized that I have some blockage when speaking live, and I forget English words…

Likurichu is still in the hospital, but…. He is with Emerald, his sister that we took to be sterilized.
I have insisted that the brothers should stay together in the same enclosure, and I have prepared the beds myself, but… The next day I have found them separated again, because the vet on duty told me, that in the morning when they have to change the bedding and do the treatment on Likurichu, Emerald started growling and snarling and jumped to her face, possibly aiming for the docs eyes… So now they meet only we go to visit and let them roam a little, while they enjoy something extra to eat.
I was today that when the doc with the treatment enters the room, and goes to Likurichu, Emerald immediately behaves like a dog, to defend her brother… 😊
Of course I took water energized by Val Saturday, during the call. Emerald immediately drank, but Lik. Did not seem to want to go to the water, so I have put some drops around the mouth and on gums.’
Today, they were much better than yesterday, and hopefully worse than tomorrow!
VAL, I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THE WONDERFULL HEALING SESSION AND SPECIAL LESSON YOU DID ON SATURDAY! 🙏
I love every word you say, the order you use, I am always all ears when you talk, and do what you do. 💖💖💖 Another successful mystery case solved, and most importantly healed. You will stay in my prayers forever! 🙏

A big warm “THANK YOU!” To all the participants in the live call! All our powers combined, have succeeded to make little cat, named Likurichu (Please read: Lee-ku-ree-chu) to feel much better even though we are many miles appart!
For all students who might read this: trust yourself! It works! Thank you for being there, and for the good thoughts! 💗

I have felt them too, as I was anyway in need of some extra support, because that Saturday morning, I had to rush to the hospital with a cat unknown to the area. He was lying in the tall wet grass crying his lungs out. The vet did everything possible, exactly as in human ER, blood count, to check internal organs, perfusion, cardiac massage for almost 2 hours,… but in the end he decided to transition. There were no physical signs of attack, hit or bite on his body. He was perfect…except a thin blood thread from his right nostril.
Later we have received an X-ray showing the head with a round foreign body in his frontal sinus…

Which means someone has shoot him in the nose with something…
I am glad I could offer some energy support… as it may have helped a little for transitioning.

      3. Celebrate!

I am celebrating again for being here! Big hugs and lots of love to everybody!

And I celebrate the fact, that even though I have felt so strange lately, I still have the power to activate the healing hands fast to offer support in case of emergency situations.

I have rediscovered a song for some time now: I didn’t know my own strength , Whitney Houston… Whenever I feel I might lose myself, I play this song very loud, and I sing it as on a stage. 🤣
I get standing ovations every time, and my energy is risen back to top on green….

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

      The same as last week:
Why are these shifting energies happening now?
Why haven’t I found sooner this AC, when my life was soooooooooo much less intensive?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

I did talk a little with Little Ricky.
I now understand somehow better, why he showed me that the energy from my hands seems like the sun. We must go on no matter what, and take breaks, and just lay in the sun.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

I did not play as my life is complicated and agitated although, I will play as soon as I will have the possibility. For the moment my intuition is left to roam free… but I keep my awareness high, so that I can differentiate if my action is intuitively guided or not. 😊

      Aaaa lovely long report… again….

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

After helping my dog, Ginger, transition this past week, I found time to meditate a couple of nights before going to sleep. Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My kitties. They are all looking for Ginger. The whole dynamic of the house has changed with her gone. I still feel her presence around us, so I’m sure they do, too. I’m trying to explain to them what happened, not sure if they understand me or not. Especially Boo. Boo loved her Ginger!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

No, it’s been a very emotional week for me.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. Leaving room for intuitive thoughts to sneak in.
