To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.
6 QUESTIONS
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

Which meditations did you do?
I discovered a new meditation a week ago and I do it now every day. It was suggested by a qui ging master on you tube.
in the first step we sit and conect through our breath with the source energy of life , we pour the white light in with inhaling and with exhaling we emit it through every pour of our body into the room, into the universe. in second step we form a ball in between our hands with that source energy, feel every meridian through our hands coming alive and then when we have this ball of energy, we ask god/ the universe, to bring it exactly to the places in our body, which need healing. we ask, that this places are healed.
this is so powerful.2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I forgot the names, but I communicated with 2 cats of a client. the one cat was a master and very dedicated to help my client with her life, the other cat (brother of the first cat) was roaming around outside a lot and my client was afraid, that he was chased by other cats a lot and very anxious. In the conversation it became clear, that the second cat was not anxious, but just very in his cat life. He enjoyed being curessed and cuddled, but then, after, he was not so much involved in helping my client, but really living a very intense cat life, going hunting, being part of the wild life. he showed up as a very content cat, not needing more support.
The other cat had a completely different structure. Like an old master, much closer to human and also confronted with “human” disease, like tendency to obesity and arthritis.3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.
What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
For the session with val yesterday. It was soooo beautiful.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I am working on an inner subject. how to be more present with my essence and life my life more from the place of essence. it’s a big subject for me.
5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Yes. I just communicated with here bevor. I came close to her and what came to me, was that she was very excited and nervous of the VAT session, which will take place today. she showed me her excitement and then moved on to ask me a lot of questions, like, how is it there, how many people will be there, what will they ask? I told her, that they will all be very friendly and that all of them are so happy, to have her there and are able to contact her, and I told her, that her mum will be right next to her, to be on her side, when the session takes place. she seemed more content afterwards
6. Developing ALL your intuitive abilities is important. You have many Intuition Development Lessons available in your student members account, under the Welcome Module. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what did you do to practice growing your intuition? None

Nicole,
Well done! I’m delighted you got SO much out of our laser coaching session – it was great!!And, well done especially with the meditations and practices. I do love that specific meditation you’re describing, I’ve done it or a version(s) of it many times. So beautiful and powerful! As I recall, there is a version of it in one of our courses, perhaps the advanced course.
I’m concerned that you’re not doing the intuition development exercises. That’s not a suggestion to do them, it’s required. However, all the things you’re doing here can count as exercises to develop your intuition too. You’re not limited to just our intuition development lessons!
Please reconsider what you’ve done this week exploring growing your intuition, your senses, and instead of answering “none”, reframe what you did do and which senses you noticed or focused on using in different ways.
BIG hugs and much love,
Val

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
After the trauma of Tikli passing last week, a nasty virus that I had picked up earlier flared up and has knocked me out completely, so no active meditations. But what I’ve done every night is to close my eyes and listen to all the meditations, sometimes a few shorter ones at a time. Val had once joked that she should market her “sleep” meditations and I will certainly endorse that!2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I have been talking to Blackie as he is responding to Tikli leaving quite strangely, for want of a better word. He and I were with her the last few nights, and when she passed, he like the others said goodbye and watched her burial. Yet, the next few days he kept banging on her door and bed, no matter what I said. Even now sometimes he whines around there.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am just very grateful for Val and the friends who helped me navigate this time….specially Klaudia for her communication and wisdom, Lucia for constantly messaging me at the vets while she was dealing with her own dog, Evelyne for her messages….and calls from them and Martha after Tikli left. Just hearing everyone from different parts of the world was so comforting. Thanks to everyone else for the messages on the group and forum.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I’m wondering why I failed with Blackie who is so close to me….or is that animals too go into denial like some humans? Admittedly they lived together for 5 years, as Tikli was the first and only rescue who lived in the house with Brownie and him.5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
Not since he has been FAT, but much earlier, but couldn’t post. Will do so later.6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
As with the meditations, I’ve just been listening to the lessons something better than nothing! -

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Some every day in the morning before work; Val’s heart meditations before communicating.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a rat. I wanted to warn them about the traps that people put out for them. I had a wonderful conversation!
I communicated with a mother rat who showed me nests made from grass for her babies.
She told me that humans could learn respect from rats. To consider the earth and life and our place in it – we tend to be so wrapped up in our own life, we don’t think. She said it’s hard to be a human. Rats respect. She showed me that she has respect in her heart and that is how she passes it on to her babies, they get respect in their hearts. She said it is natural. Humans have become unnatural because we have lost respect.
I felt so much love from her to her babies. I also felt the warmth amongst the rat community. Her purpose was to bring up her babies. She also said that rats balance the earth, they bring balance in the way they tread the earth, the food they eat, they contributed to the cycle.
I asked her about crowds of rats in cities – she said: there is more busyness, so there is more to be done.
Then she said: leave us alone, respect our space. She showed me how they get water from gutters and that it is warm underground.
I told her that it had been good getting to know her and thanked her for her time. I can still feel her maternal love now. It was just fabulous! I don’t always manage to connect to strongly.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My personal growth in happiness since discovering AC.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I question why sometimes I feel a weak connection, and sometimes it is strong. It isn’t to do with the length of meditation before hand because I have connected strongly with a short and long.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I just posted.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Ummmm….no. ☹ sort of forgot.-

Please reconsider what you’ve done this week exploring growing your intuition, your senses, and instead of answering “no…”, reframe what you did do and which senses you noticed or focused on using in different ways.
Also, that’s a great discovery and question too – please share more about that in the group when you get a chance. If you’d like help answering your question, post it for next Q&A Call. 🙂
BIG hugs and much love,

1. Meditations: Breathing 4x, Heart Wisdom Love Connection during Coaching Call, Guided Visualization, Mindfulness while eating exercise
2. Who I talked with: Keely during Coaching Call. This was my second time talking with Keely. It was a brief “hi, I know you, thanks for coming back to speak with me” conversation. I have also been trying to connect with all of our animals regarding the new kitties, Shasta and Lexi.
3. Gratitude: We are making slow progress with the new kitties integrating into their new home. They had their first ventures out into part of the main floor of the house and it was wonderful to witness their joy at being able to run and jump and play with each other. It’s likely been a long time since they had such freedom.
4. Discoveries/Questions: I have felt Jasper, who passed over three months ago, very much with us as we have been adjusting to Shasta and Lexi. I’ve have asked for her help and guidance. Last night I felt him on our bed. I can often feel her near.
5. FAT: Yes, I have spoken with Keely twice now.
Intuition Exercises: Communicate with an Animal in Spirit, Feel Your Food – I have only tried the food one once, so far. I was really not getting much of anything. Will keep trying.

#1 I continue to meditate. Longer sessions before leaving the house to start the day and 3 minute ones (off the TTA website) when I am transitioning from activities or events throughout the day.
#2 This week I communicated with a white, mixed breed dog named Lily. Her Mom was worried about her because she “Is afraid of everything”. My communication uncovered that yes she does get frightened quite a bit, but it has lessened since coming to live with her current Mom. She feels loved everyday and has accepted that at times she gets frightened and that is just a part of who she is. It is much better (in her eyes) and she wants her Mom to accept that as well. She does have peace in her life and feels much love.
#3 Connecting with my brother. I did feel like I had a genuine connection.
#4 Back to feeling the shifts. How do you know when you have shifted. Do you always feel something when you shift?
#5 Yes I did communicate with Keely. A kind, confident dog. Who at times can be aloof. He will survey a new environment or person before jumping in. Once she is comfortable with you, the clown often comes out.
#6 I am trying to strengthen my “gut” and follow my intuition during a given day.

1. Meditating
This has been a bad week with a lot of personal issues that took center stage and I think the ony time I meditated was while doing one of the classes in the course and also Sat during our call.2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week?
The FAT, Keely, and during the class that I studied this week. I hope that counts. During the class Val had picked 4 animals and asked everyone to connect and talk with each one, then asked students what they got. I connected and communicated with each of the 4.Comet: I saw Golden Light around him, sensed that he was calm, easy going but likes to run and likes to be playful. Very siciable. Likes apples, likes the texture of them and the juicyness of them.
Echo: Blue green in color. Very wise, sees and knows things most people dpn’t ask about. she coud tell you alot.
Keko: Spunky, energetic, happy. SEES ME – wants to tak about me. Says calm down, don’t stress, things will be ok but that I have to work on it.
Magoo: don’t think he likes his name, people are amused and don’t take him seriously because of his name.
When I thanked him and was saying goodbye, he came up and rubbed his head on me.3. Celebrate and be grateful for
hmm..I guess grateful that my son-in-law’s surgery on his broken knee went well. Now he has to get his broken shoulder fixed, they are still deciding how to do that.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I am realizing more and more from Val’s teaching and a dog trainer that I subscribe to and a dog video that I folow, how important it is to see things from the dog’s point of view. Really facinating.5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month
Yes I did during the class. I have not posted yet, I’m being very brave in doing so as what I got was pretty different from what others got. But maybe postiong it and getting a response will help me see where I went wrongWhich of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week?
none really. I got the cards out several times but each time was interrupted before I could do anything. Unless you want to count trying to , and I think succeeding, visualize things the way Sabrina does. It makes a lot more sense when I do that. It makes me love her that much more even thoough I am upset at the things she does. Upset but cannot be angry . -

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Heart Wisdom Love Connection
Soft Focus Exercise
Violet Flame Cord Cutting Meditation2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience?
I spoke with Keely during the Q&A call. Several of the things I received were validated when Klaudia shared what she received on the call: Keely greeted me by coming up and sniffing me, she’s an old soul that has lived many lifetimes, she is gentle and wise, she is confident yet cautious when first meeting someone, she is soft & warm to the touch, has a loud & strong voice, and is very proud to be the FAT. Strangely, I got that Keely was elderly and so did Klaudia, but Erika clarified that Keely was only 5 years old.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.
I am grateful for the playfulness of my cat. She teaches me how to be present in the moment and how to be joyful.
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I discovered that I receive more information from animals than I was aware of. I thought I didn’t get anything from an animal and with Val’s help, she was able to show me that I had learned quite a bit about the animal that I hadn’t considered as animal communication because of how I received the information.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not? You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Yes, I spoke with Keely (described in #2 above).
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition?
I did Clairvoyant Exercise #3 where I used a picture of a lovely tropical beach. It was easy to imagine being there because the beach is my happy place. I could imagine walking in the sand and feeling the force of the wave as it came up to my ankles. I picked a tropical location so the water would feel warm (unlike the cold water we have in California). I could imagine the smell of salt in the air, the sound of birds singing in the distance, and feel the ocean breeze in my hair. Because I was looking at the picture the whole time, I wasn’t actually seeing a video but rather imagining what it would be like to step into that scene and be there.

I am practising yoga 3 times a week, being in nature, with horses every day. This week I was practising being present and watching the situation or the pictures around me.
This week I communicated with a dog from the picture, that was very interesting, vow. THe most great thing of all this week is that my husband seems to find his sense of life :-)). He has great ability to communicate with animals and I was living it with him.
I am grateful this week for opening the doors to me and my husband in understanding animals. I am grateful for having such a great family. I am grateful to my horses and my dogs for their love with which they communicate with us.
It happened to me the first time that the dog I was talking to didn’t want to end the conversation. I could not disconnect. Then I had to really physically step out of it and was thinking about taking a shower.
I have not talked to our FAT of this month yet, as there were so many things this week to practice. My husband did already, but I do not want him to tell me, I want to connect myself first. And I am really looking forward to it.
It seems my intuition starts to live. This week there were many feelings or ideas that came and when I followed them, I was really glad. For example it came to me that I am still vaccinating all our horses with Herpes and maybe it is not needed anymore. It used to be compulsory here in the Czech Republic. So I called my vet and talked to him about the benefits of it, and we found out that it is not anymore compulsory and that it is needed only when a mare expects a foal.
I started your course: Beginning Core Foundation Class, doing all the exercises one by one. I really love it. “ THere is no problem that cannot be solved with love.” -

Posting for Sandra Doherty (posted in Feb 1st – 7th but meant for this week)
1. Which meditations did you do
Ambiance Meditation and Extended Awareness Meditation several times
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with
A Magpie bird. It kept making itself known, squawking and hopping around near me. Quick chat to say he’s beautiful. The plumage glistening in the sunlight. Magpie said, Not everyone thinks they (Magpies) are beautiful and that have a bad reputation which the birds don’t like. Reassured the bird.
Numerous times over a few days a group of crows or rooks kept arriving, squawking, settling on ground and rooftops for a few moments then disappeared when I acknowledge them. They either want to send a message or make me aware they are around as its not often we see them. Understand a crow, maybe my totem. Need to check further
3. What are you grateful for this week
Grateful that I have seen colours (blue and a green), twice recently emanating from animals whilst completing a communication. Wonder if this was the animal’s aura.4. Questions and/or Discoveries
See Q 3 Would the colours I saw emanating from the two animals, be the animals aura. I not seen anything like this before
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
Yes. Posted in forum
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
Ambiance exercise when moving from one room to another. Letting sub and conscious mind inform me of the differences to the rooms
