ModeratorTo help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.
6 QUESTIONS
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.
What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]
TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Platinum Member1. Meditations?
I missed a couple of my 20 min nightly meditations, but I have increased the meditate at will / clear the mind meditations throughout the day to make up for it. It is easier now to just stop thinking any time I want. I just focus on my special phrases and sayings to start the thought clearing, put each thought in a box and tie it to a balloon string and send them off, and then when I am not thinking of anything, I just rest in that peaceful space for a bit.2. Communicate with at least one animal?
Working on improving and strengthening communications with my pups. Talked to a few critters (ant, cricket, spider) during rescue missions. Moving them to a safer spot outside of the house. I was sadly too late to save the ant. He apparently had been inside without water for too long. I tried to help him and give him water, and he really did try to drink some, but he was already too weak to recover and headed on to spirit. I felt so sad and said the Ho’oponopono prayer to him because I couldn’t save him in time. 😔3. Grateful for?
My pups went for their second park walk with me and a friend of mine and oh my goodness, this time they acted like such pros. They willingly let me put on their harnesses this time, let me put them in their car seats, and actually enjoyed the car ride this time! They wanted to greet all the people and other dogs they saw, showed no fear, walked independently rather than under my feet 😆 this time, and just acted like little social butterflies! It was like night and day compared to their first park walk. I love my babies. I enjoyed watching them become so comfortable and noticed that my fears of them being around other dogs was not there. I am SO grateful that I was able to fix that issue so quickly!!! Thank you, Val, for getting me on that path! I am grateful for the two friends who are helping me with this and helping me walk them at the park, so it eases my anxieties about them being around other big dogs.4. Questions/discoveries?
Communications with my pups is becoming easier by the day. We have been so successful lately with AC that I can now cut their nails without trouble, they let me give them a bath, go for car rides, let me put on their harness, and they are more comfortable around other people and other dogs now. These used to be very trying times but now that I have addressed my fears and removed them, and because I learned how to talk to them and understand their point of view and involve them in the conversation, it made our relationship blossom so much more. No more of me having my way, telling them what I want to happen. Now we talk about it, get their view, see how they want to fix the issue, and work together to reach a compromise. And I know to keep fear out of the equation for myself. 😁5. FAT communication?
I did not this week. I was hoping to connect for the second time on the Q&A call today but I missed the call because our air conditioner stopped working at my house and I had to deal with that (Texas heat ain’t no fun when the A/C isn’t working!!!). Hopefully in a few days, it will be fixed, and we can get back to normal.6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
Still practicing dream recall to help strengthen my memory skills and visualization. Listening to distant sounds to improve sound focus. -

Platinum Member1. Which meditations did you do?
I did the 12D Energy Hygiene Exercises (again) and I have a feeling I’m going to be doing it every day for awhile. I’m really starting to be able to feel love instead of just intellectualizing it. I also did a number of Stress Busting meditations and the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation on the live call.2. Practice communicating with at least one animal, what did you discover from the experience?
I practiced with a friend’s cat, Gizmo. My friend was worried something was wrong because Gizzy was vocalizing a lot more than usual. I talked to him and found out he was just lonely and wanting attention because his mom was at work. That was a relief!3. What are you grateful for this week?
I’m grateful for this community and for the knowledge on how to shield myself from unwanted energy and nasties. I’m also grateful that Nicholas seems to be doing better today!4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week?
I’d like to know more about how to have Val communicate one-on-one with Nicholas. I think that’s what it’s going to take to get some real answers. I’d also like to know5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Yes, I spoke with Missy on the live call. I wonder how Val balances what she knows about an animal from past experiences with what she gets in a reading. I feel like I know Missy really well by now and I guess the answer is to go deeper. I need to do that with her, see what messages she has for me and for Natalie.6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week?
I started working with figuring out what time it is throughout the day. So far, my rate is abysmal when I’m conscious, but I generally wake up before an alarm clock when I’m asleep, no matter what time I set the clock for. That tells me I just need to cue in to my body more during the day. -

Twin hearts meditation, The great invocation, Heart wisdom love connection meditation.2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I spoke to ATH Oak, but it was too brief, so I need to repeat the session.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I am grateful to have got back into yoga which I have not done for years…and back to more regular longer meditations. I’m also grateful for the learnings from the calls.4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I realize that the more impatient I am and harder I try, the less I get!5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
Yes, during the call. I will connect again and post.6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I tried “develop your ability to sense time” as it’s easy and can be done throughout the day. -

2.I warned an earwig in the bathroom to watch for the spider living there.
3. I am grateful for my homeopathic vet for working on healing Layla’s liver issues.
4.Why do our pets gag, cough, choke and vomit when they get stressed? Is it because we are stressed?
5. Attempted to connect with the FAT, not successful.
6. Working on my senses. With all the rain and humidity we have had each day, the smells both outside and inside change frequently. The air feels really damp and chilled inside. My taste has decided to not like certain foods I used to eat. I feel cold and chilled, one minute a sweater on and the next minute the sweater off. -

Gold Member1. Which meditations did you do
Stress Busting. Asking the universe to help with a troublesome neighbour
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practised communicating with
Noticed a fledgling sparrow lying on the path near my home that was not there a few hours earlier. Not sure if it fell from the roof eave nest. I sent a message to my guides and angels to help the bird but It had passed before I arrived. Told the bird’s spirit I would take care of its beautiful physical body and how deeply sad I felt that I could not help him/her. The birds’ dark mesmerising eyes, one open, the other half closed, almost made me cry.
Missy – horse Jul FTA

6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week.
Guessing the time throughout the day without checking a clock. Making good progress.
On the spur of the moment phoned a friend, a distance away, for a chat. She had been thinking of phoning me. We quickly agreed to meet up later that morning and spent several hours catching up with latest new and so on

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes chanting and some silent but not as much silent as I would like. I’m facing a few challenges so need to up the meditation to manage them all.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tuned in to Patty’s cat Scooter. I don’t think I was strongly connected – not sure. I think because I haven’t been meditating enough and would like to try again when things are quieter. It feels unfinished. I’ve also been tuning in to Elsa – again not sure if I’m imagining things. More silent meditation needed!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that Elsa introduced me to this dimension. I cannot imagine going through life without this awareness.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Feeling overwhelmed by a general fear at the moment. Why?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Missy. I have only just posted it so I look forward to feedback as and when.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Tuning in to earth every morning first thing. -

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
– Kyle Gray morning meditation 3 x 6mins
-Heart meditation x 3
-Radleigh Valentine meditation x1 16mins
– Angel healing meditation 1 x 35mins
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with a friend’s pet this week, as she’s been told that she doesn’t have much time left in this incarnation. My friend wanted to know how she was feeling about it.
Rosie the dog knows that she doesn’t have long here and feels ready for that, but is very worried about my friend, who is taking the news very badly. Rosie wanted me to tell my friend that she will still be around her and that she will be waiting for her when it’s rime to meet again. I offered to do some healing with them both, which they both accepted.
2. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
– I feel as if I’ve opened up more now I’ve made the decision to further my skills in animal communication and it feels like the right time.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Connecting with my own dogs still feels a bit challenging for me.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I received some pictures clairvoyantly, which appeared to be accurate, so I was quute pleased with that, as clairvoyancy isn’t my strongest skill.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I worked on intuiting the card colours. I found that sometimes I had a clear knowing, which gave me the right answer, but somerimes it was less clear to me, which resulted more in me giving the wrong answer. I was correct about 60% of the time. -

Gold Member1. Meditations: Breathing, Heart Widsom Love, Mindfulness
2. Who Did I Talk With: Max, Lexi, Shasta, and Kola – explaining about us going on vacation, cats with us in the RV and Kola staying at home with my daughter taking care of her. I only felt like I really connected with Max. In another conversation with Max I actually felt like we had a short conversation about his feelings about Shasta and Lexi. He has been out and about more even when they are around than he had been. 😀
3. Gratitude: We are currently on our first RV trip with all three kitties and they are all doing well. Max had been before but had never used the new automated litter box we bought for the RV, so that was a bit of a concern. He took right to it. Yay! The younger girls had never been in the RV but took right to it. They LOVE watching people, birds, squirrels and the water. We are right on a beautiful harbor. I am so grateful that all is going so well!
4. Discoveries: I am starting to be able to FEEL more – with our animals and out and about in life. It is not my first instinct at all, but if someone points something out or I consciously tune in, I am learning to be more aware of FEELING. An example is this week we were in a casino during our beach vacation. We were there a couple of hours and decided to get something to eat. We went into a restaurant and my wife said something about it not feeling good. As she said it, I felt it, too. It felt heavy and depressing. I was happy I could pick up on it even though it did not feel good. We left and found a different place to eat in another part of town.
5. FAT: I have not spoken with the FAT, yet. I will before the end of the month while listening to the recording of the Q & A Coaching call.
6. Intuition exercises: It was not a conscious exercise, but I count the answer to #4 above as good progress. I have also been having short sessions with our cat Lexi who is currently on some meds. She prefers not to have medicine – and often runs from me. If I don’t catch her easily, I have learned if I stay still, sit with her, and explain what is going on, she doesn’t resist so much. I think we are sharing calming energy and information, which seems to be helping her feel less scared.
