One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

      1. Still practicing radiating love, as many times a day as I think of it. I made a nice snuggly cat bed in my heart space to help me get into animal mode.
      2. I brought my daughter to camp in Colorado, and made time to go to the horse corral ALONE. I found a somewhat beat up apple in the parking lot and took it with me for a bribe. I went to one corral with about 12 horses, most eating hay in the center of the space. There were no people around to distract me, and I made a conscientious effort to get into my heart space and radiate love. I asked anyone who wants to talk to me to come to the fence, nobody did. I asked anyone who wants an apple to come to the fence, nobody did. I tried to get into “horse energy” so I could be on their wavelength and appear more like a horse to them. I listened for a long time but heard and felt Nothing. So I went to another corral and did basically the same thing, with the same result. I fed two pieces of apple to two horses who were right against the fence. I mentally tried to show other horses facing me about 8 feet away that the two white horses ate the apple and liked it, and I had two more pieces for anyone who would come get them — nothing. In the end I tossed the apples towards the nearest horses and they didn’t even eat them, so I guess they didn’t hear me.
      3. My usual energy worker says it should only be a few more months until we can get rid of the block that is keeping me from hearing animals, guides, etc.. yay.
      4. Same questions as always, no discoveries.
      5. No new FAT yet.
      6. I’ve been practicing “becoming an animal” so hopefully I am more on their wavelength. Also reading a book about animal communication, hoping it fills in some holes for me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes. Every day. It is part of my life. At the moment chakra cleansing and recharge

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated in the q and a session with Claudia`s cat and I also heard very clearly, that she wanna go

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

There is nothing new this week. IO feel a bit more settled after very unhappy weeks

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Lucia just mentioned, that Charly could be Stupsi- is this true???? Is he Stupsi?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I tried to, but until the call, I could not come close to Charly. Maybe because of guilt feelings or grief. When we did the meditation, I started to feel him again, but more on a soul level. He showed me a gigantic aura, very strong golden light. the word angel (Val used), resonated very much. I felt a strong flow of love from his being coming towards me and a strong energy of protection. Stupsi always helps me with my current healing work, so maybe it is true, and he is Stupsi.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? no

      1. Yes I have meditated several times this week. Sometimes it was stress busting rx with Val. Other times it was for healing my pain.
2.No not this week but will keep trying.
      3. How stubborn they can be.
      4. None, too emotionally drained and sleep deprived.
      5. I tried with both Peanut and Charley. I will try Charley again.
      6. I am playing guessing games.

      1. Meditate!

I meditated every night and almost every morning. I meditated with and without audio support sometimes guided meditations, sometimes just music.
I had to meditate again on the fragility of life… that I love so much… and even though I have learned so much, and I admit I have formed my own beliefs on death and dying… I still have sparks of old me within, that comes to the surface.

      2. Practice!

I practiced with Charly the FAT this week.
I also practiced energy healing, with Boss, a cat that is from the neighborhood, a grey cat from the vet hospital, and a baby cat with no name.
Boss has made real progress, but he will stay more at the hospital, because when he will be Ok, he will be also neutered.

      3. Celebrate!

I celebrate that I have succeeded to connect with the FAT a second within short time! I am happy for my commitment! 😀

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

Q: How to get rid of fear. Who is generating and sending fear into the whole world?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

Yes! And posted! Thank you Nicole! Thank you Dear Charly wherever you are!

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

I am following my intuition every day regarding everything. I want to pay more attention to synchronicities, and feelings regarding people and animals. Each time a person stands close to my personal area I scan them, to find out what their feelings are, and then I try to find out if I hit or miss. 😊 This is my game this week.

#1 I continue to meditate and practice making the white light grow bigger and stronger as well as my love energy.

#2 This week I communicated with my daughter’s rabbit, Rex, who is in Spirit. When I first connected with him, he was on grass with fencing which I thought was a farm of some sorts. It turned out to be a petting zoo. Rex talked about all the other animals at the petting zoo. He said they all get along. One time he tried to jump on a goat’s back to ride him but he couldn’t keep his balance. “The goat was going to let me do it. Goats are funny”. We talked about the time he spent with us in my daughter’s room. How she would read and do her homework “with Rex’s assistance”. I thanked him for the time he stayed with our family. We enjoyed every minute with him.

I’m learning that it is pretty much the same steps that you go through to connect with a living animal as it is to connect with an animal in Spirit. However, I am not sure if I would be able to tell the difference if an animal in Spirit answers questions as if they were still attached to the timeline when they lived with the family in question. We are connecting through the time when they lived with the person requesting the reading. So I’m not sure if the animal would naturally talk about time spent with that particular owner, making it seem as though they are still here in their physical body.

#3 Still celebrating my positivity train 🚂.

#4 Val has said that soon you will be able to talk to animals everywhere…. I would love to have that happen to me. When I see a dog at a restaurant or out for a walk, I try to conjure up a conversation but the connections are always deader than dead!

I just got a Zoo membership for the SD Zoo and the Safari Park. My hope is that I will be able to sit quietly and connect with some of the animals while visiting. First targets are; elephants and gorillas. I think they would be the most empathetic to be able to connect with me.

#5 I did connect with Charly. Right off the bat, he showed me his sense of humor. We had a heavy conversation about life and the span of one life to the next. He said a very profound statement, “ Things happen for certain reasons. We don’t always know all the reasons. We just have to let the events unfold as they should.” …Wow!

#6. I have been trying to stop at different intervals during the day to open up all of my Clairs identifying what I can pull from the environment at the same time.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, Twin Hearts meditation as well as with chants. I also did one from the collection of meditations on the resources page.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I am continuing to talk to the (huge!) spiders as they seem to have popped out from their usual hiding places!! A big one stayed out all day yesterday and I’m sure he had a message. I got a feeling, but it was without a communication, so I’m not sure.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My first laser coaching session last week exceeded expectations, as I got valuable insights and guidelines. I had sought help to process Brownie’s sudden passing, the trauma of which has affected my health and other aspects too. So thanks to Val I have a plan of action to begin the healing.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
There is supposed to be a difference in AC with an animal in spirit, but I wonder why it didn’t seem so!

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, during the call, but will do so again before posting. I like to connect more than once, to get more inputs.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, as I’m doing the exercises prescribed by Val during the coaching session.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did mantra meditation. I meditated to one or two of the meditations I did privately with Val. I meditated with the birds and trees on a special street I walk to specifically for being with the birds and trees, getting a tad bit of sunLight, and to meditate with the birds and trees. Sometimes other being present themselves, too, and I welcome it 🙂
I also meditated by simply being in my Heart space myself. This morning I meditated by sending out LoveLightGold energy.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I talked with Serenity asking her something and to do something specific if yes. I don’t remember the other things at the moment that I talked with them about. I talked with my mourning dove friend, and my cat friend who is my human friend’s cat who lives in my building.
      I talked with other birds.
      I talked with gnats perhaps.
I talked with Charly during the call.
I talked with a human’s cat who was missing for two weeks. The cat told me specifically something involving a waterfall and big black rock. The human the next day found the cat and saw the big black rock. I like to believe I helped reunite the human and his cat. I just heard I did.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
How amazing mine are in so many ways and for all they do for me and being here for me always and for other animals and how they help me, too.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new other than one involving communicating and putting out there what the “thing” is. After all- it’s all energy!

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did during the call. I have not posted it. I suppose I could post that in the FAT section for this timeframe.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No exercises other than lean in lean out and trusting what I get. I have had more experience with communication through numbers and maybe letters.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

About 15 min. every day: breathing meditation, Twin Hearts meditation, morning meditation, Heart Opening meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I connected with Prince, a horse in my riding school. He is a very kind and gentle soul. I feel so much love when I look at him. I think that is part of his job, to help people feel and act from their heart. He would like to be more free, to buck and jump around. He sighs when he says he has been through a lot. One painful memory is that of being taken away from his herd and family when he was still young, the owner did not listen to him or respect what he wanted. I feel sadness. Then he wants to talk about me. He says I should not let others waltz over me. Own my own space, be proud and respect myself. Then others will respect and honour me too. He says he is ok where he is. He has had it worse. I can keep bringing apples and carrots. I know he does not like to be touched, he is very sensitive, but he says he likes to be touched all along the spine. I will try that out.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
      Nothing in particular this week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      Nothing in particular this week.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I connected with Charlie during our Q&A Call. I got that he can be a little bit shy, introverted, but can also be super active and outgoing. Very willing, brave, courteous, joyful and peaceful. He is in between worlds, here and there. I have posted in the Forum.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I am still practicing ‘Focusing’, as described in the book ‘The Power of Focusing’.

      1. Did you meditate this week

Set aside appx 30+ mins from several early evenings to sit outside in the sunshine to relax and unwind then eventually just to hear the surrounding sounds. Eyes closed to avoid distraction (very easy for me) while doing deep breathing exercises I persevered. After a few attempts managed  to accomplish my goal.

2 Name the animal with whom you communicated this week

Visited a small craft pop up market with friends. I noticed a lovely, possibly, young dog, almost hugging a wall. His eyes were darting everywhere and he appeared to be nervous. As I got near the dog, mentally telling him to relax and I will come to him (forgot to ground myself first), the guardian picked him up, however the dog was looking at me so I continued. The guardian was friendly. We chatted while I stroked the dog, letting my hand rest on the dog’s head. Wasn’t really sure what I was doing but by instinct felt the ‘right’ thing to do.  Somehow I seemed to be loosely chatting with the guardian and reassuring the dog at same time. I felt the dog relaxing, the guardian agreed. To my amazement the dog brightened up and gave me several ‘kisses’ and a snuggle.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate

Celebrating, however I managed it, helped the nervous dog at craft fair

      4. Questions you have about communicating with animals

Is it possible to have an on-going conversation with a human yet at same time connect and converse with an animal. Guess the answer is ‘Yes’ as Val demonstrates this but I would expect you’d need a lot of experience to accomplish this

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)

Yes, during Sat  Q + A call.  Will post in forum

       6. Did you play Intuition Games

Found and completed short brain puzzles testing your IQ e.g find number 463 amongst numerous columns of 466 within 9 seconds.

Sandy, did you notice that your experience with the nervous dog at the craft market and the guardian was an exact example of your question played out in real life with you in staring role. Perhaps you meant to dig in more in depth in both connections, just know that you’ve already proved your are capable and will increase with practice.

Intuition – Using the Communicate with every Animal you Meet and enjoying the birds, squirrels and bunnies that surround our feeders. Listening to Hemi-Sync binaural beats on Intuition and watching Isabeau from Sage. Her Ground/Clear/Protect protocol resonated with me as did her theory on how taking a stab at decluttering will open so many channels. Tackling the closets first. Big shout out to Lee Olivera for mentioning Isabeau.

Less this week than usual. I have got caught up in the business of work and find it hard to slow myself down when doing it alone. Guided meditations have been helping me instead.
      2. I haven’t practised properly apart from the FAT call.
      3. I want to celebrate everything that animals have and are teaching me. I feel sorry for people who don’t want to be part of this world. I also want to celebrate that I completely trust Elsa to make her choices and we have a relationship of exchange rather than one-sided commands.
      4. Why is it easier to connect when someone else is guiding me – and how can I overcome this?
5.I practised on the FAT call. I got quite a lot – I haven’t fed back properly yet, I just haven’t had proper time to write it down in a considered way – but I feel very confident about most of it. There was a lot of personal advice which was not verifiable but very relevant and resonated a lot. I am very grateful.
6.I haven’t been able to sense my intuition much this week. I have become aware of how busy my mind can get with nonsensical loops.

      1. Yes, I do my own with just music and the soul repair class too
      2. Dog, Charly. I don’t really “talk” to the animals because I don’t get that much but I saw images. I do remember he seemed to like that I connected with him and wanted to encourage me.
      3. I’ve done 11 days straight of the soul repair class everyday.
      4. No questions
      5. Yes, I posted it in the discussion.
      6. Been working on loving myself & doing the soul repair.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? 15-30 minutes of guided meditation every day

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I haven’t practiced except for the Q & A call.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing specific this week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions this week.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. During the Q & A Call I sensed a sweet devotion and deep love. I sense that Charlie is watching over Nicole and he is confident and wise. I haven’t posted yet in the discussion.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I still love practicing with cards.

Still reading the book homework Val gave me before going to sleep. I have to choose between reading and meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      My fur kids.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I would like to celebrate some HUGE shifts that have taken place for me this week working with Val! Old, painful memories involving several of my past kitties are no longer painful for me, and she told me that one of them has reincarnated into one of my current kitties.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No, I need to remove some more blocks before I can even attempt to do this, according to Val. That explains so much!

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. Always listening for intuitive thoughts to come to me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Of course every day, usually silent meditation with Sutras and mantra

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Primarily my cats Sal enjoying his outdoor time. Makes him feel like he is in the jungle. He ran out the front door one day, so had to show him images what would happen if he was out there alone, unprotected. Worst case scenarios complete with getting hit by a car and my devastation. He wouldn’t even go out on the leash for next 2 days

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Participating in a 6 module Quantum Touch course taught by Richard Gordon (Founder of QT)

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      No questions this week
