One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

Yes, I did. But for some reason I felt very low of energy, very dark around me. I felt very sick and I was looking for a way out, for healing, asking myself, what is not right.
I meditate every morning bevor I get up.

The client with the bunny came back and a lot of changes happened since I saw them the last time. the bunny was much more healthy (the vet was surprised) and we went in the subjects, which were there at the moment. I had to go into some healing with the client herself, regarding her 2nd chakra, bladder, old relationship. I told the bunny, that it is not his job to take the pain, like we learned it and I am very curious, of what will happen next time.

I had a very extraordinary seating in my PSEN Training (it is a training , I just do, were we learn top hold emotional process in the body).
I was sitting and sharing a very hard layer in myself, I’m working on, at the moment. the layer is not able to make contact and at the same creates a feeling inside of me of missing something- being lonely and missing contact. So I was sitting with this and an other student just received me. she mirrored me and mentioned that she was touched of my ability of words I am using. she said, that they were so accurate and touched her. this suddenly released a process, were I got a message: I got that it is my duty, to speak my truth, due to the fact, that it always was and is connected to higher truth. there was an angel standing infant of my throat chakra, guarding this area. he held a golden rod in his hand. I think it was archangel Raphael (I googled the different angels and he was the only one being pictured with a rod)

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I have a very big question of my life in general. In which direction does it go??? I feel since a very ling time that my work life as an osteopath is over, but what direction does it take? I am supposed to be a medium?? (I stared to work as such)
The problem is, that I feel very exhausted at the moment. I do mediumship, energy healing animal talk, but if I could choose, I would love to do nothing for a while. walking on the beach. restoring my health. not dealing with other people or just do it in a very small amount. Just what I want and not to do it, because I need to make some money. I feel like I need a break. So my question is, how can this happen.

Yes. I did just, while the life call. Peanut is a very vibrant cat. he feels very much alive. he felt very happy, to be at the call and be ow able to talk to so many different people and help. he is a healer and a messenger. he has contact to out of earth beings and intelligent. he can help with body issues.

Nicole, I moved your post to thread for the Accountability for week of June 8-14, 2023.

Wow, you are doing deep work and congratulations on your work with the bunny and their person.

Also, note that a this may a time of Pause for you as you conclude what you have been doing and before becoming fully into your new work. Society has trained us to be doing all the time or else. Our Soul and Spirit Guides often have alternate ideas and strongly suggest that rest, release and recovery will serve us well at this time. Beach walks may be exactly what you need. OR just sitting with nature. Ask and you will know.

      1. Meditate!

I meditated every evening, and some mornings, with and without music, and candle light. 😊

      2. Practice!

I practice everyday, and I also start my day with Ho’oponono for all my friends. As Boumba and Aston are the nearest to me, I watch them and their reactions and they know, feel, and respond to this healing prayer.

      3. Celebrate!

I celebrate silence and peace. They are so precious that I feel like celebrating by not even speaking or breathing too loud…

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

      Nothing this week.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

I did not communicate with Simon Peanut this week, but I will post what I got during the call.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

Life is playing intuition games with me. I now must learn how to handle the outcomes.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did to the first and second ones I did privately with Val and during the club call over the weekend.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye and my mourning dove friend. Also Simon Peanut during the club call.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did during the call. I am not sure about the communication- I posted and am awaiting a reply.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? More with numbers. I also a while back had a session with some people and I hit something about the military or the young man was in the military. Yesterday I saw his post on Instagram and he was wearing an Air Force uniform. I guess I was getting a future prediction when I had the session with him!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, Twin Hearts meditation plus Val’s guided one, but couldn’t manage every day, due to commitments.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
One of the horses whom I feed, to feel her energy and ask for help in grounding. I’d read that touching a horse with both hands is good for grounding.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’ve finished studying and going over the Heart of the Conversation, 7 step blueprint course, and looking forward to putting it into practice with the FAT.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
The course says to pay attention to first impressions, but if what comes up later is different, which one is valid?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. I had missed that part of the live call, and have been too preoccupied to follow up, but will do so this week.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Unfortunately not. This is one area I need to devote time to.

      1. Yes I often meditate, sometimes for stress busting and sometimes to open my heart and just listen. I also do meditations with Chigusa in a session.
2.A bird. I heard the phrase ” let it be” three times probably trying to tell me about controlling the situation with Layla.
      3. Realizing your animal can try to control things they shouldn’t and tough love is needed.
      4. nothing.
5.No. Strangely enough I felt that Peanut had very soft fur.
      6. I guessed who was going to be leaving a cooking show and who was staying to the next round. My intuition is still very active.

Meditate – Everyday for 10-15 minutes with MUSE. Added sessions with Hemi-Sync binaural beats.
Practice – Learned that Sophie is handling noises better than before the session. Used Emotion Code and conversation with Rosie who has severe OCD. Contacted Jazzy, our donkey who passed and confirmed she was there in the field watching the rest of the herd.
Celebrate – Knowing I have friends who embrace my desire to learn AC and have submitted their animal photos for help.
Questions – I have tried to locate Jan Rasmussen’s websites and they are down. Here book has been ordered. In the interview with Jan, Val promised a written list of the herbs that were mentioned. Is there any way to get this document?
FAT? – I have spoken with Simon but need to write up the interview.
Intuition – Still listening to the voices in my head and guessing about traffic lights and such.

      1. Still focusing on radiating love.
      2. Tried to connect with Gremlin (Klaudia’s new rescue, posted on FB): “I sense that he was shaky at first but now much better, exploring some, and good appetite. I think that he has about 75% vision in his right eye and about 20% in the left now. Is any of this correct? I’ve sent healing energy too.” No response yet.
      3. Nothing comes to mind.
      4. Why out of six cards did I get the color of exactly 0 correct??? What exactly am I supposed to be doing with “The Work” and Focusing, which Val says I am not using correctly? I’ll have to wait another month to find out, unfortunately. Why when I connect with animals are they always at my house? That makes it hard to ask them to show me things or places from their home.
      5. I connected with Simon Peanut, saw that he likes people better than other cats. His person confirmed that. I also saw him outside, but his person said he stays indoors.
      6. TONS of work with a deck of cards, just trying to connect with color. And some with a new app that has multiple different exercises.
-Bonus- How can I love myself more? I enjoyed a 2-hour massage to try to get the knots in my shoulders untied. It was wonderful, but there is much more work to do.

Congratulations, Greta. Excited to see your info from Gremlin.
Note that Gremlin was not in your house and you got information.
Be gentler with yourself. Flip negatives to positives. GHappy to see you connecting with other students as you progress along this journey.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did nearly every day for about 15 min: Balancing chakra tones, Twin Hearts meditation, Ascend your energy meditation, Gassho meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I connected with 2 different lizards that I could save from my cat’s paws. The communication came more from my side where I said I was sorry what happened to them and that I wished them well.

I tried to connect to Benji to get a little bit more before I put it in the discussion but could not get anything, sorry I will try again this week.

I connected to a horse in my riding school, Ginebra. I know a little bit about her of course (although she has not been there or a long time) so I find it hard to stay ‘objective’, to be a clean slate.
I get emotional when I look at her, I can tell she is a very sensitive soul. I think she mostly communicates through feelings. I took a picture of her to take it home with me to try to communicate. I feel like her solar plexus is very tied up, clenched into a ball, it feels like hurt. Her heart feels restless, or confused.
Then sometimes I feel a lot of tenderness and love. I was told she had a foal not long ago, I asked her about it and I think she really loved being a mother. I do not know if I am projecting stories I know and maybe I am projecting my own feelings also…

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I am so excited and looking forward to my first coaching session with Val this week 🙂

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I am discovering the importance of setting your intention, like Val is often telling us. For everything and at any time.
I also realise I should guard myself from starting a conversation feeling somewhat sorry for the animal. Nobody likes to get the feeling of being pitied, plus that means I am already putting forward a feeling without listening.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I have not continued the start I made last week but will try again this week.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I try to stay connected with my inner self, being my genuine self. It feels good. I also practiced being in the present moment with my cat Bootsy. She immediately fell into a deep healing sleep.

      1. Did you meditate this week

Having a busy mind and finding it hard to relax plus wanting to attempt to resolve an ongoing situation with a selfish and demanding ‘friend’ who does not realise how his behaviour, manners,  and so on affects those around him and interact with him including his girlfriend, who lives a distance away, and her family. Over a few late evenings, lying on the settee when the area is quiet, letting my mind take over, various  scenarios of our meetings/conversation/actions over the years bubbled up confirming my thoughts and feelings in regards to our and particularly my friendship with this person. e.g never laughed, felt depressed/anxious/worried generally and for his safety/his lying/taken for granted/put upon/not appreciated not that I wanted thanks/put him first in many aspects which was all true and what I had given in return, which was part of my life, be it emotional, physical support and whatever was needed. This is not a case of,  I did more for him than he did for me.  We are opposites and good friends in the early days.

As a sensitive person I examined the traits. It fell into place –  anxiety, reactive brain, emotional responses. Am allowing myself changes in this ‘friendship’. To set boundaries e.g. of concern, support –  This will take time but my intention is there.

      Apologizes for the above rant.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week

A fly was caught and couldn’t escape from the fold at the top end of the net curtain at the patio door. Told fly to stay calm and stop struggling and to walk down the curtain, which it did, where more space to enable it to leave but then went back up into the fold. Kept telling fly how beautiful it was with those big red eyes and gorgeous green body. Fly thanked me in a soft voice. Explained what I was going to do to help him escape.  Got a jar. Told fly again, to walk down the curtain and into the jar where I will take him outside and set him free. Unfolding the curtain, Jar placed on curtain the fly walked down and into the jar. Lid on jar,  the fly was taken outside and set free. I heard a soft  ‘thankyou’

       3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Sandy, thank you for sharing your exciting discoveries and plans to evolve which are much more robust than than a ‘rant’. As a sensitive person myself, I appreciated and found your comments inspiring.

        Hi

        Hope you are keeping ok

Well. Believe our years of one-sided friendship is over, Update for your interest only

Met the person a few weeks ago. Nothing changed on his part although say’ wants our friendship to go back to how it was’. I don’t. He avoided the subject everyway he could. Feel myself getting more and more irritated. Was glad to get away from him and the café I often go to and where staff and customers know us and don’t like him

Few days ago I met up again as I thought what I had experienced the last time we met was not possibly justified on my part, so give it another try. Met at same cafe

After about 10 mins of his chat about himself and what he has been doing. He then states couldn’t get into cafe wifi. I didn’t rise to the bait – help him as usual so let subject be. He continued with attempting to obtain wifi on his tablet that involved staff and public.

That was the end for me. He was more concerned with wifi usage than talking to me or resolving the issue.

So far we have not been in contact with each other but know from past experience he will contact me in due course. is is a person of 75 years of age and I’m few years older than him

Never too old to learn !!!! and stand your ground…………

        Take care

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, every day. I know , without a doubt it has to be a priority. Silent meditation with mantra and sutras. Earlier in the day is better, always. Longer is not always better. Still love to add in guided healing meditations but not substitute for silent.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I tried to connect with my daughter’s cat, Luna. One way conversation, but I will try again. My daughter, Haley, has a new boyfriend and he has a dog. I think this relationship is going to be serious, so I am preparing Luna by explaining the situation and sending images, so as to prepare her. She is an “only child” at this point, so I want the introduction to be as sea less as possible.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Well, I know I have a good handle on 3D vs.5D consciousness, for sure. I have started a small discussion group with a few “like-minded” friends and we meet every few weeks. We’re going to have the 3D/5D discussion this week. It’s a great topic and I am going to have my first teaching opportunity. Baby steps

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

It never ceases to amaze me how many layers of discovery can be had with the same material, when you listen or read over and over again. Just like watching a great movie, you catch something different every time.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I have not had the opportunity to do so this week.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Just focused on living guided by my heart and not my head. Trying to let go of things that don’t feel good to me, not rowing upstream, so to speak and maintaining a higher vibration on a regular basis. It’s almost like I am manipulating my environment, and that feels like magic.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – frequent and short. Occasionally longer depending on sleep and work.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a colleague’s dog. I tried twice because I felt like I was making it up. I saw images of where they went on holiday and fed back and it was correct. I also tried to locate a missing dog and what I saw was similar to someone else trying – yet I felt I was making it up. I have been greeting geese, and I’m sure they acknowledged me several times. They looked at me a little bemused. No success with flies and bees yet I don’t think. Definitely getting faster at shifting into my heart.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Getting faster at shifting into my heart.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Hmmm…why does it feel like I’m making it up?
5.Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I got feedback from Margaret – definitely got some things right, but not all. Next challenge? To continue the conversation.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I listened to the master class. Expressing gratitude to the plants around me. Tuning in to trees and plants as I walk around.

Daily guided meditations for 15-30 minutes.
      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still trying to connect with the doe who visits me. She is very comfortable with me getting close to her.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate a discussion with a neighbor about animal communication.
      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      None

#1. I meditated every day. It felt good to have deep meditations.

#2 # Masterclass – Accessing, Exploring & Healing with Past Lives

      I went through 3 doors

1 door opened into the woods. Then I came to a clearing where there was a tribal celebration going on. I participated for a bit before going to the next door. I did feel connected to this environment, like I have been there before in previous meditations.

2 This door led me to a time like the TV show Little on the Prairie. I had one sister who helped my Mother with house chores. I was always outside with the animals. We had a small farm. I was always talking with the animals and learning how to care and treat them when they were sick, as there wasn’t a Vet available at the time. Soon neighbors started to call me to help with their animals as well.
I also had a lamb like in Mary had a Little Lamb, which would follow me to school and wait for me at the end of the school day. I was extremely happy in this lifetime.

3 This door opened to a beach. Then I was in a large sailboat with my husband and small child. We would take trips on the sailboat for weeks at a time.

#3 I want to celebrate going one step further, making business cards. I am very pleased with how they turned out. I’m not ready yet to venture out of my safety bubble yet, but making baby steps for when that time comes.

      #4 No questions.

#5 Yes I have communicated with Mr. Simon Peanut. He is a very cool, calm and collected guy!

#6 I still go back and review intuition lessons.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

It’s been a busy week which puts me getting to bed later than normal. I missed a couple of nights this week, but the rest of the week it was 10-30 mins. listening to Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?)

My fur kids and the swallows in my barn. Focus on Scooter: after our session with Val where she talked to him about trying the flea collar to help with his itchies. He is still resisting the collar and I am still offering it to him the way Val suggested. The swallow family: it was a big week for them, everybody left the nest a couple days ago. This year there were 6 babies rather than the 5 I kept seeing, so one was smaller than the rest and took a couple extra days to leave. The rest of the family returned to the nest until the last one was ready to go. That was just a couple of days ago. The barn was too quiet last nite. Then, to my surprise, some of them came back this evening. I’ve never seen them do that before.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothingnew.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No, it’s been a very busy week, haven’t had time to try.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. Always listening for intuitive thoughts throughout the day.
