One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

TIP: To copy the questions, select the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over with your accountability post.

      1. Yes I meditated several times trying to shift and transform this pain I have in my back. Deep vibrational meditations and Heart Healing wisdom meditations.
      2. I did not communicate with any animal this week although I had a serious discussion with my dog about living in the human world.
      3.I have nothing to celebrate.
4.I discovered animals can be stubborn.
      5. No. In too much pain to concentrate.
6.None, too occupied with excruciating pain.

      1. Meditate!

I meditated every evening and almost every morning. I listened to some guided meditations, I have directed my meditation to a missing cat and owner, so that I help build a golden cord between them.

      2. Practice!

I practiced with the missing cat named Simba. I felt some anxiety from him… I have done the best I could to help him relax, so that he can find his way home.
I also practiced energy healing, with Boss, a cat that is from the neighborhood, a cat named Beard and a dog named Remy.
I also have spent time with my own friends, Bebe, Boumba, Estella and Aston.

      3. Celebrate!

I celebrate The Voice Within, Christina Aguilera.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

      Nothing this week.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

      Not yet.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

Intuition kicked in when I saw Boss a cat from my neighborhood just staying on the grass on Friday…Some would say he was just sunning himself, but instead rushed him to the hospital. He has some sort of infection. He had high temperature one day and the next was under normal range… Now he is recovering. He started eating, which hopefully is a good sign that he will fight off whatever he was suffering of.

Meditate – Yes, everyday with Muse and/or Hemi Sync binaural beats, also first thing while still in bed.
Practice – Yes, read Machu the bird with great success and a happy guardian. Revisited with Mimi, the dog, after the move.
Celebrate – Yes, celebrating the direct hit on Machu’s situation.
Questions – How do I find current posts from Jan Rasmussen? Everything I find goes to a dead end.
FAT? – Yes, I communicated with Charlie and we had a lovely conversation.
Intuition – Listened to my Hemi Sync audio file on increasing intuition. It always results is some form of remote viewing and usually just a snap shot.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, Twin Hearts and Archangels meditation, plus special ones for the full moon.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week has been mainly to request spiders to please hide somewhere instead of walking all over the walls and kitchen, and they do go away…or maybe they meant to any way!! The hill spiders are really huge and a bit scary!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Not really AC, but connected to the forum….that I have found a fellow Pranic healer friend Mascha, and we’re able to exchange valuable resources, specially related to meditations.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet….he looks wonderful, looking forward to connecting with him.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Nothing formal this week, just reading some old articles and notes on developing intuition.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did, about 15 min. every day: complete silence, breathing meditation, Meet your guide meditation, Twin Hearts meditation, Ho’oponopono, Unicorn Meditation, Archangel Gabriel meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I spoke to Feeling, a horse in my riding school. He is gentle, willing, confident, calm and curious.
He was very surprised and in wonder of a human trying to connect with him from a distance (I used a picture). He was quite excited about it, I am the first one apparently. He seems quite happy where he is. He likes to teach, to several people and not just one like before where he had one owner.
I thank him for letting me ride on his back and giving me confidence in jumping. He neighs.
He would like more apples and carrots. He prefers the hackamore to the bit, even though both make his neck and jaw tense. He tells me to continue to communicate with animals and spread it because the world needs more of us.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

The coaching session with Val was so helpful and insightful, I now have the advice and tools to progress!
I am also very happy to connect to Nita from our group to exchange about Pranic Healing! It feels nice to be supported by like minded people.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Val has helped me discover that my biggest strength seems too be clairsentience. I really enjoy reading the book that she recommended, called ‘The Power of Focusing’ it is so very helpful for developing that!

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet, I am looking forward to our Q&A this Saturday.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I am practicing ‘Focusing’, as described in the book ‘The Power of Focusing’.
I did the meditation again that Susan Chernak McElroy advised us -where you sit still in nature for a while and then look at the first thing you see and start writing about it. This time the first thing I saw was a green leaf.
I got a deck of cards, trying to guess the colour but no luck with that yet.

      1. Did you meditate

Completed a couple of Brad Yates Tapping videos, especially those to calm myself due to unexpectedly finding, early one morning, my South African Claw frog, called Flasher, had jumped out his tank onto a cabinet then carpet, the first time in 20 + years. Had him since a few weeks old. He was found, dry and skin crinkled appx 8 feet away on the white flashing at the base of  floor to ceiling windows. Quickly returned to the water tank. Said a prayer and called in guides for support.  Nerve-wracking few days till he recovered and now is back to old self.  If he had landed on the similar coloured carpet or anywhere else I may not have noticed, he could have died.  Frantic and worrying week

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week

Flasher, my frog, to show me any sign he was ok.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate

Celebrate that my South African Claw frog survived being out of water and tank.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have
      None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)

Not yet but will do so

6.This week did you practiced Intuition Development exercises.

      No.

Not every day – but some days. Sometimes silent, sometimes chanting. Sometimes a lot, sometimes a little. It’s definitely better when I do more silent meditation.
      2. I haven’t practised again properly this week but I did feed back to my friend from her dog last week. It gave me confidence because she seemed to think what I was saying was so “normal” she didn’t question me at all. Normal in the sense of I was able to convey clearly what was going on for her dog. I was also able to make some helpful comments that may change the way she views her dog’s attitude – not naughty, but confused; not naughty but trying to help. We also managed to come up with some helpful strategies together.
      3. I want to celebrate that I am gradually becoming more confident.
      4. My question is: I’m still avoiding practising because I’m afraid of getting it wrong – how do I overcome this deep visceral fear?.
5.I haven’t practised with the FAT again this week.
6.A gratitude mediation for the garden every morning ( a few moments); acknowledging the role of plants and earth and insects,; trying to greet all the living creatures I see.

      1. Meditation has been focusing on radiating love energy several times a day.
      2. Mickey the elephant, after her calf died. I felt her crying. Tried to connect with her a couple more times in the next few days, couldn’t get a good connection. Connected with Shelby the eagle, didn’t get anything to speak of.
      3. Nothing.
      4. Too many to write.
      5. No FAT this week.
      6. Replaying, rewinding, fast forwarding auditory memories.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Since I have to make a choice between reading and meditation before I go to sleep at night, I have been reading the book Val suggested as my homework for my sessions with her.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My fur kids. I haven’t seen “my” deer in weeks. I found what was left of a baby deer’s leg in my yard while I was mowing a few weeks ago. How sad for that mama. That would be a good reason to stay away from this area for a while.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. No intuitive thoughts this week, but I’m open to them.

#1 Yes I continue to follow guided meditations and I do mini meditations a few times a day during down times.

#2 This week I connected with a friends 18 Month old Boerboel, named Justice. We talked about the trials and tribulations of being a young dog and a big body. People expect so much from him due to his size, thinking he is an adult dog when he is still a puppy with puppy brain and impulses. He wishes he could lay on the couch with his Mom like the smaller dogs do, but there is never any room because he is “Too Big”.

#3 I’ve finally given in to where I acknowledge that I have been blessed with raw abilities of intuition which I have the power to cultivate into an amazing gift that will reach so many in a positive way. I am finally walking my path.

#4 No questions. Discoveries: I am realizing that sometimes my information is coming in at a faster rate with snippets of words or pictures. I’m not sure if that is progress or not but it makes recordings harder to decipher.

#5 I have not communicated with the FAT yet.

#6 Reviewing the Clair’s and exercises.
