To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. I have been listening to courses in the “vault” and have been using the meditations at the beginning of those recordings, as well as the live Q&A session (wisdom heart/love connection).

      2. I talked with Henrietta (the June FAT) during the Q&A session. I posted my responses in the FAT forum.

      3. I’m grateful for my animals, time to listen to past session recordings, and the ability to practice my AC abilities. I am feeling more connected now that I’ve had more time to focus, and I’m excited about the possibilities.

      4. When I’m meditating or at the beginning of these live sessions when we’re sharing our love energy balls and such, I get extremely tired and start to fall asleep. Is this normal, and is there anything I can do to not doze off?

      5. Yes, and I posted it in that specific thread.

      6. I am listening to the different modules on developing clairs.

Hi Erika, just to share that very often (especially in the beginning) I would fall asleep during the meditation….I think it was part of the healing! I’ve forgotten what Val said when I’d posted about it, must look it up! Even now, I sometimes doze off! So you’re not alone!

Thanks for sharing, Nita! I’m wondering if my body “needs” to fall asleep to shut down my ego thinking and chatter. When I’m starting to drift, my mind seems to be more open, but I’m afraid I’m missing things because I’m not fully alert.

      1. Which meditations did you do?
I have been hearing Val mention a lot about Ho’oponopono so until I get to explore the vault on that, I looked it up online. I found a BEAUTIFUL 12 min meditation video of the Ho’oponopono prayer in song on YouTube -video is by “Wakes”. Oh my, it is so beautiful, so I have used that in some of my evening meditations. Still doing daily 20 min meditations using the new video song, the heart wisdom love meditation, and trying out some of the others on the school site. Keeping up the stress busting Rx during the day. Doing that frequently has helped instill it into my daily routine so now I automatically take a moment to clear my mind when I start to get overwhelmed. Gotta have my meditations. I can feel it if I miss doing those.

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal, what did you discover from the experience?
Practicing more in depth communicating with my pups Alfie and LeBeau. Alfie has started just staring into my eyes for a long time when I try this (he hasn’t done that before) and I can feel the intensity of him trying to tell me something (I’ll ask him to tell me a story and then he starts the staring). I don’t know yet what he is telling me in those instances, but we are making great progress in our efforts to communicate in more depth with each other, outside of our normal daily type communications.

      3. What are you grateful for this week?
I am grateful to Val for many things but especially this week for helping me discover something I need to work on healing for both me and my pups. My pups have a fear of other dogs and I have a fear of letting them be around other dogs (fear they will get attacked because of prior encounters they’ve had with large dogs). Not sure who got it first, them or me, and who fed off of who but all 3 of us have it (the fear) and it needs to go! If I can face a scorpion, I can fix this too! 😅 I am grateful that my co-workers now won’t kill an insect at the office when I am there, and instead yell for me to come and get it outside. I am grateful for the friends (human and animal) I am making here at the Heart School.

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week?
I know from Val’s teachings how to work on removing my own fear (of other dogs attacking my pups), but if anyone has any tips/suggestions on how I can ensure my pups stay safe when around large dogs, it would be super welcomed. I think once I remove my fear, the pups’ fear will vanish. But I don’t quite know yet how to keep them physically safe around large dogs. Maybe that will fix itself, too, when I remove my own fear because maybe the other dogs sense my fear and feed on it. 🤔 Hmm, I think I may have just received my own answer. LOL!!

I also just upgraded to Platinum and listened to my first masterclass, the one on avoiding mistakes (a priority of mine so I jumped right to that one based on Val’s earlier suggestion to me). Oh my gosh. Extremely eye opening! Wow. That one lesson is going to help me so much in the message interpretation area. I loved the examples used and I think it will help me with the struggles I have had with not interpretating properly. Super excited to now have the upgraded membership. No stopping me now! 😄

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Yes, on the Q&A call we just had. That was a wonderful experience and Henrietta helped me a lot. I posted how that went on her FAT forum page. Now I think…whoops…now I KNOW I will be much more successful with in-spirit communications. Now I can retry connecting to Dakota’s Jasper in-spirit and with my sweet Cubby in-spirit.

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week?
Continuing to work on imagining a story with a happier ending for an animal currently in a bad situation. Still working on the 4 color crayon exercise. Getting better at that! Several times I get at least 2 correct and lately, I have had more frequency at getting all 4 correct!

Hi Shelly, congratulations! The Vault is nothing short of a treasure house! You will find guidance on Ho’oponopono under Advanced Q and A # 8, Dealing with abuse and cruelty. Also #1 “Exploring Trauma Healing and Recovery with pets and people” under Advanced Healing techniques. It also has the REM method for healing PTSD.
I haven’t found anything on Ho’oponopono for animals on the internet, and the way Val teaches it so unique and powerful. In fact, she says that if you do it properly, even a couple of times is enough. You may have seen on the FB forum that she had asked for suggestions for future masterclass topics, so I’ve requested for this and time travel in depth. Btw, the EFT masterclass is also very effective! It’s been almost a year since my joining platinum, but I think I’ll need another lifetime to go through all the classes thoroughly!!

Wonderful!!! Thank you so much for the info on where to find that in the vault. It was a bit overwhelming at first looking at all the great things in there so you showing me the way to those classes is super appreciated! 🙂 I had a feeling the Ho’oponopono would be different for animals so until I was able to listen to that class, I figured I would try it on me in the meantime (what I found online was more geared toward people) – I needed a little “cleaning up” anyway, so it was actually very healing for me. I can only imagine how great it is for animals. I will be excited to learn that and be able to help hurting animals with it. I will also check out the EFT masterclass like you mentioned. Thank you SO much, Nita!!

You’re very welcome Shelly! Initially I was not just overwhelmed, but highly excited being spoilt for choice, so kept listening to lessons at random, starting with the fascinating paranormal recordings! After the haphazard approach, I now have a printed list of all the classes, tick off the ones completed and write a few key words next to the title….that’s how I could tell you where Ho’oponopono was covered!
Apart from its use for animals (including those in spirit), Val’s format for humans (especially for self forgiveness) is like nothing found anywhere online.
        Enjoy the vault!

      1. This week, a friend sent me some essential oils to help me with focusing during meditation. I’m excited to use them. I want to look up that Ho’oponopono meditation Shelly mentioned on YouTube! But for this week, I’ve been doing the “bonus meditations” from the beginner course. Meditating is new to me but I’m loving it.
      2. I spoke with Henrietta twice, once on my own and once on the live call. I posted what we talked about in the FAT forum, but I wanted to add that the second time, on the live call, I got that she was a very joyful spirit. She bounced around me (the only way I can describe it) when she saw that it was someone she knew! I’ll post the rest of my observations on the forum.
      3. I’m thankful to have Smokey and Nicholas in my life. They’re both such sweet horses and both are grateful to have found a soft place to land.
      4. I discovered that lives are just like clothes to the soul from the live call. That was really interesting and reassuring to me. I also discovered that being human isn’t the pinnacle of achievement, which was humbling.
      5. I communicated with Henrietta twice. Once on my own and once in the live call. She’s an extraordinary spirit.
      6. I’m working my way through the exercises, but I keep coming back to the crayon one. I’m still terrible at it, ha! I think I’m trying too hard. I keep saying I’m going to abandon it for awhile and I still keep coming back to it like a masochist!

Hi Elizabeth! Here is the full name of the video in case it helps you find it: Ho’oponopono – Full Song, Meditation, Prayer for Forgiveness by Wakes. They use a handpan and crystal singing bowls for the music and they have such beautiful voices. I find myself singing it during the day without even thinking about it and all of a sudden I just feel better. 😊 I hope it can bring you some healing and peace as well. Sending many hugs and love to you and your horses, and I am so sorry for what you have been going through lately with Barney going back to spirit and now trying to heal Nicholas. ❤️

      Vibrational frequencies
On walk in sunlight with Nature and birds
While talking with another dog on my walk other than Val.
      With my cats while relaxing
      Active meditation
While driving home listening to birds
      Acupressure on myself

Serenity and Hawkeye. Serenity about wanting her to stay near me to snuggle, comfort, nurture, and protect me rather than moving to foot of bed or floor and explaining my viewpoint. I had previously learned that she comes to comfort me and such. I more recently learned she protects me and she also feels the need to move for me to be able to sleep and that she doesn’t want me to roll onto her in my sleep. I have also been learning from both cats that I don’t come across so well when I’m stuck in my monkey mind. I have learned that they’re here for me always.

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      My cats

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
      Nothing new

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I did during the call and Rosemary said I got a lot right. I Loved that both Lee and I connected with Henrietta about the same song! It’s moments like that that would help non believers become believers or at least wonder if animal communication is possible and perhaps appreciate animals differently and maybe start talking with them, too!

No exercises. More with numbers. Tuning into my body and food and such as well as my body in regards to colors I am drawn to use when I draw. I have been drawn to cooler purples, blues, and cooler greens- less orange colors. I believe this indicates that my liver enzymes are lowering and I sense from my tongue that they are lowering as well. The purple tones and such maybe indicate connection to heart chakra, getting Healthy, connection to crown chakra, and speaking my truth a bit more and maybe my thyroid getting balanced from eating kombu flakes???

      1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Daily group meditation on The Great Invocation, Self healing, Stress busting and Heart wisdom Love meditation.

      2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I spoke to the FAT Henrrietta. Apart from that, I followed the method of communicating with the fly in “Kinship with all life” (suggested by Val) due to the number of flies here in the fruit season. Unfortunately, it’s obvious I need to practice more, as they don’t seem to move away!

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I continue to be grateful for the learnings and experiences during the calls, and having so many doubts cleared. Thanks Val!

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I’m not sure why I’m not progressing (deeper connections and more self confidence) as much as I should have, despite practice with the ATH and studying the lessons. My physical issues are a bit of a hindrance, but perhaps it’s lack of sufficient self healing, which Val stresses on.

5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
Yes, during the call, and will do so again.

6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
Once again, I have not been able to proceed further, finding it hard with a seasonal eye allergy, so am persisting with guessing colors of crayons and intending to choose particular ones. Perhaps it’s for the best, since I still haven’t got the degree of success I’m aiming for.

      1. Which meditations did you do

Stress busting. The art of letting go

      2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with

Surrounded by different breeds, shapes and size dogs at the local dog show whom I petted or came to me. Woody, a male dog showing me where he wanted petting.

A young girl holding tightly onto an excited barking dachshund who, rearing up on hind legs, wanted to connect with a lovely calm, gentle huskie. Suggested to the girl to loosen the lead for the dog to connect with the huskie, which she did. The lead was still too short and tight. Heard small dog repeating ‘let me go’. Told the dog, will let the girl do his request. Suggested to the girl, to hold her dog up, gently and slowly let the two dogs come face to face. Almost immediately the dachshund kissed Husky’s nose; whereby he/she fell silent and its body relaxed. It was sooo sweet seeing them together. Hope the girl learnt a valuable lesson

      3. What are you grateful for this week

Devised an ‘Energy Light Portal’ for a friend who suffers from severe migraines, anxiety and social anxiety who was due to travel (which she hated doing) by train alone on an appx 1000 mile round trip.Even the thought of boarding the train was stressful. Text friend a few hours into her journey who was now fine, relaxed and enjoying the journey. After the trip, my friend stated, the journeys were great, felt relaxed and no problem except for one passenger who disembarked early on in the journey. I didn’t inform my friend of the portal.
Grateful for this simple but effective method that worked for my friend.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries

Didn’t receive a response from last week’s question – can I create and use an Energy Light Portal without asking permission. So thought give it a go. DIdn’t inform friend of my intention. Glad it helped and it’s another tool to use

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher

Planned to. Got interrupted then didn’t have enough time the rest of the week.

      6. the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week

      Magic 8 Ball Intuitive Technique
Following my instincts when out on a leisurely walk without a defined route or destination.
Completed an Energy light Portal on a friend

      1. Meditations: Breathing, Mindfulness, not as much as I had hoped. I let life get in the way.

      2. Who did I talk with: Max, one of our cats. I spent about 15 minutes trying not to “talk” to him, but to share emotion. I concentrated love on him, along with some things I wanted him to know. It felt really good for both of us. I also talked with a bearded dragon at Petco. First I was telling him how beautiful he is and asked what he likes. He likes catching flies and wants more flies. As we looked at each other and communicated he got very active, unlike all the other ones around him. That was pretty cool.

      3. Gratitude: I am grateful for all of the animals in my life. They all bring their own special gifts.

      4. Discoveries/Questions: What does it look and feel like to send “feeling” messages? That is what I tried with Max. I was sending verbal, visual and emotional messages, with most of my focus on the feelings. I am not sure if there is more I should do to try to send feeling messages.

      5. FAT: I have not spoke with this month’s FAT, yet. I plan on it this week.

      6. Intuition Exercises: I have been reading one of the recommended T-Touch books. I tried some T-Touch with our animals and tried to sense how they were receiving it. At first, they all walked away. I feel like it was because I was touching them in an unfamiliar way. I tried again when Max was quite relaxed and he seemed to enjoy it. Kola was also somewhat more receptive the second time. I know that is not entirely about intuition but it still seems to fit this category.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Regular morning chanting and daily silent meditation as well.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Henrietta before the Q&A call, during and after. See below. I’ve also been trying to tune in to Elsa – no words but definitely closeness.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the kindness of everybody who tuned in to Henrietta so far this month.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My discovery: the big realisation – the battle in life is to win over myself. I know the theory, I know the words, but this week I really got it!
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. put forward I Henrietta and had started to feel distant from her. I think I was worrying and trying to hard. I made a conscious effort to relax and connect the day before the Q&A call because I wanted my feedback to be accurate and helpful. She came to me and told me to relax – she knew what she was doing, she was running the show. Her energy was so powerful, strong and enormous. The day after the Q&A call I sat and meditated with photos of her, Elsa and Pallina (cat in spirit). I felt as though we were all there, holding hands, in a love circle. I really felt the energy going round us. It was so beautiful. Shortly afterwards I had a mystical understanding: the way to get my life to work isn’t to do more, but to focus on making where I am into a jewel, to go deeper. The more and the way forward will come from that. Hard to explain, but has really really really helped.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not really – just trying to be aware.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I connected with Henrietta and posted in the forum and received feedback
#7 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I have been doing lean in and muscle testing
