ModeratorTo help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.
6 QUESTIONS
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.
What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]
TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

Inactive Member#1. I pushed myself to continue to meditate without missing this week.
#2 This week I talked with Jill, a white horse. Her Mom wanted to know if she is happy with the other horses or if she needed anything. Jill reported that she was very happy where she is living and enjoys being with the other horses and does not want to be separated. She wanted me to relay to her Mom that if she thought she was being shunned or bullied, she was not. It may look like that at times but she likes to be a joker and when it’s too much, the other horses will push her out until she calms herself. As soon as she is ready, she is accepted back right away.
#3 I would like to celebrate my consistency and follow through in continuing my studies and practice in AC.
#4 I’m doing well capturing an animal’s essence/favorite things. I can’t seem to figure out what is needed to get to the next level receiving more substance to my communication. Still waiting…
#5 I have not communicated with this Months FAT yet.
#6 I continue to work on strengthening my intuition skills. When I first look at an animal or look at a photo, I let my intuition guide me through gathering information about an animal.

Platinum Member1. Which meditations did you do?
Daily 20 min sessions and mini meditations throughout the day, stress busting Rx/quick connect. I am getting really good at being able to stop the thinking mind and quiet it in an instant. I have been combining my 20 min meditations with Animal Reiki and inviting the animals to join me in that space. My pups really look forward every evening for our meditation. I just say, “would you boys like to go meditate?”, they come running and head up to our spot and they take their reiki nap right next to me. ❤️2. Practice communicating with at least one animal, what did you discover from the experience?
I tried communicating with my pup Alfie. (I have had trouble discerning messages from my own pups (or so I thought)). Every time I try to cut their nails, it is such an ordeal for them. So, I asked Alfie if there was something I could do to get him to agree to let me cut his nails. I promised him that if he would let me trim one paw, just 4 little toes, I would stop and let him out of the lift (I use a doggie lift harness). I wasn’t sure if my message was received or not. I put him in the lift, he let me trim one paw (miracle right there!). When I thought, oh that was easy, maybe I’ll keep going and see if I can do more nails, lo and behold, he then started kicking and squirming and it reminded me of my promise to stop after 4 toes. Oh my goodness! He received my AC message!!!!! I let him down and gave him love and treats. He was a happy boy and I was a happy momma! 🥰 I learned that I CAN connect with them, I just have to believe more in myself when talking to my own babies. I also communicated with Kola (Dakota’s pup) – posted on her ATH forum post. I notice now that when I just talk to them like I am having a conversation with a person sitting next to me, my mind steps aside and the conversation flows more freely.3. What are you grateful for this week?
I am so grateful that I connected successfully with Alfie! I am grateful for all I have learned about AC and how I am growing each time. I am grateful for the animal teachers, Val, my classmates, and my growing confidence.4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week?
Even though I was successful sending a message to Alfie and he responded with a physical response, I don’t know yet how to recognize when he gives me a mental message. I don’t know how to tell the difference yet in my own pups sending me a message and me thinking of what their response would be from my own mind thinking it. I have a call scheduled with Val so I know she can help me more at feeling that connection and knowing when I get their message and not my own created one.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I wasn’t able to reach out to Scarlett this week. I need her to finish telling me her story of how she met Sue so, I will check in with her soon. 🙂6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

Platinum Member1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Twin hearts meditation, an advanced version of The Great Invocation (as preparation for the coming special Full moon) and focus on the Heart wisdom love meditation.2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I spoke to ATH Kola, Dakota’s dog, and got detailed feedback. I was glad I got a few points right, especially a problem with her leg.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I am very grateful for the help I got from Val for Sunny, who I feel is doing much better.4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
While communicating with Kola, who is a female, I thought she was male. This has happened earlier too….is it because I can’t sense the energy?5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
Yes, during the call, but I will connect again before posting.6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I am persisting with the basic exercise of guessing the subject of a photo and the right colors till I have a good success rate. -

Gold Member1. Meditations: Breathing, visualization, being the animal
2. Who I talked with: A robin in the yard. He/she had a big worm. I was admiring it’s beauty and worm catching abilities. She seemed to be listening but flew away as soon as my dog, Kola, walked in her direction. Shasta, cat, I was encouraging her to come up on the bed with us, soon after she brought a toy to me and we played fetch for the first time on the bed and with the toy she chose. She’s only played fetch with one specific toy and only downstairs before.
3. Gratitude: Shasta is displaying a great deal of affection for Kola and me, at the same time. It’s sweet to see she is feeling so comfortable and loving. I am also grateful that Vicki can regularly get Lexi to purr. I have not been able to but that’s OK because I want Lexi to bond with Vicki.
4. Discoveries/Questions: I wonder if when I just talk out loud, which for me automatically means I am also visualizing, if I am easily communicating or if I need to go into a meditative state first to more effectively get their messages and them mine.
5. FAT: I did not speak with the FAT this past week. I did earlier in the month. I plan to before the month is up because Scarlett is so peaceful to chat with.
6. Intuition exercises: Identify the color marker without looking, continuing Bonus classes for the Beginning Animal Communication course.

Gold Member1. Which meditations did you do
Not much this week but managed stress busting and slow breathing exercises few times
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with
Not a good week. Didn’t communicate with any animals this week except to greet every animal I saw
3. What are you grateful for this week
Neighbours Cats
Grateful to Tuxedo Princess, who continues to visit early morning daily to Insist on head scratches and petting before finding somewhere in my home for a nap. Our paths cross during the day. Early evening, after a nap, tuxedo decides to be seated on my lap before leaving for the outside world. Been grateful for her company, especially this week due to receiving news of 2 friends diagnosed with serious health issues and a friend’s wife sudden passing.
Grateful Tabby Princess, a cat I talk to, seems to have gained more confidence in coming forward and being stroked from head to tail. I started with the barest touch to his fur whilst giving him a treat. He hasn’t given me, even the gentlest of paw swipes for a few weeks – work in progress.
Hopefully one day both cats will talk to me, however their actions speak louder than words
4. Questions and/or Discoveries
Although I got Scarlett’s (May FAT) essence right in my communication with her, the rest of the communication, even with my partial take on the symbolic meaning did not resonate with Scarlett’s guardian Sue S. I pondered on the right and wrongs of the communication and how I felt. Concluded to trust what I received from the animal and to look at how I interpret the communication to the guardians
How do I delete photos from Accountability page. I added two photos – Tuxedo and Tabby then decided to replace the photo’s. Now there are 4 photos showing whereas I only wanted 2 on view – thanks
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
No
6. the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
Used my intuition with situations that arose this week

Gold MemberHi
Thanks for reply. That’s fine and thanks for deleting 2 photo’s. There was no real reason to have 4 photo’s. it didn’t show or indicate the photos were still holding when I went back to edit the write-up, therefore I added another 2 photo’s. When I saw the final layout it showed 4 photos. Couldn’t find anywhere to delete the extra photo’s
Thanks again for sorting the matter out.
Take care
Sandy

Platinum Member1. This week has been pretty stressful, so I did the Heart Wisdom Meditation every morning and the Stress Busting Meditation sometimes during the day.
2. Honestly, talking with my horses Barney and Smokey has taken up most of my time this week. We’re getting ready for Barney to transition to the spirit realm today and I’ve been answering questions and concerns from both of them. I’ve also been communicating with Nicholas, the new horse we’ll be getting to keep Smokey company. Of all the horses, he’s the most concerned about the new experiences he’s going to have with us. He hasn’t always been treated well, so that’s understandable.
I did communicate with a friend’s cat, Batman, who was acting strangely. He told me he was hearing spirit voices around his mom and he didn’t know if he should protect her from them or not. My friend is currently working on a pretty dark documentary about murdered women and she says she has felt their spirits around her, wanting to tell their stories. I told Batman that these voices couldn’t hurt his mom, that she’s being careful not to take in the pain of their stories, and explained about the project she is working on, and he calmed down immediately and went to sleep.
3. I’m thankful for this community! People have been so kind about Barney and my grief and anxiety over the situation. I’ve learned that Barney is actually excited about his transition, since he will be able to run again, one of his favorite things. I know we’re doing the right thing and the details will take care of themselves.
4. I’m continuing to learn that animals don’t view death as we do. I’m really interested in the Paws before Dying course, but I don’t have the emotional energy to do it right now. I’m learning to listen to myself, be kind to myself, and give myself breaks when I need them.
5. While I have communicated with Scarlett before, I didn’t this week because my time was taken up with the horses. I want to communicate with her again before May ends, though.
6. I tried the What’s in the Box exercise. I wasn’t particularly successful, but I’ll keep trying and not become discouraged. -

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Some every day in the morning before work; I also started catching up with the Q&A call that I missed and did Val’s meditation.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Scarlet when I caught up with the Q&A. See below.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I’m still here doing it all!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My question/discovery: I think I’m getting much more than I think but that I’m dismissing a lot.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. Just posting so no feedback of course – the big thing was advice from her to be more focused on the wholeness of the experience. But I’m not sure if it was right or not. From the feedback to Klaudia I got the preference for fish and watching the birds, I got the soft fur – but I missed the playfulness – although I did get a flash of that but thought I was making it up! I also got the love healer aspect of her.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been feeling the energy in my palms and going up and down my body. -

Platinum Member#1 Which meditations did you do?
Grounding, breathing and focus on my Heart space meditations
#2 What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I had a lot of conversations with my own horse Missy who had an injury just before I went on holiday
I connected with a small dog named Rolo who was desperate to get her view point across to her mum
I also connected with a cat named Kitten again who has various health issues, but seemed content
#3 What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
A lovely time away with my family
Getting some clarity on what is best for Missy
An amazing Q&A session with Val!
#4 Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I have overwhelmed myself with information
Momentum is crucial
I won’t get everything ‘right’ and that is ok
I can’t convince everyone this is real
#5 Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I did 2 last week
