ModeratorTo help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.
6 QUESTIONS
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.
What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]
TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

Platinum Member1. Meditations?
This week I did mostly drum and focused breathing meditations for as long as I could – usually 10-15 min each time, several times during the week.2. Communicate with at least one animal?
The saga continues. LOL! 🙂 After communicating to the attic critters to move out, I noticed I hadn’t seen mama squirrel for several days after. About 4 days later, she showed up to eat so I went out to talk to her. I asked her why she hasn’t come for a visit in several days and I clearly felt clairsentiently from her that she was busy moving out of the attic and trying to secure a new place to sleep. I felt SO sad. While it is what I needed to happen to save her life, I felt so bad because she was now trying to find a new place to sleep. My heart felt heavy after getting those feelings from her. I sent her my love and told her I was sorry. I explained to her again that I am trying to get the holes sealed and she would get trapped and could die if she didn’t move out now. Her teenage babies decided since I hadn’t gotten the holes sealed yet, they would keep going in and risk it. I am back to the drawing board trying to find someone to help me install the mesh covers over the vents on the roof. No one is willing to do it without me allowing them to kill the rats. I am determined I will find someone who will help and let ME handle the live trap and release part. I think there is only 1 rat left in the attic now, but I still don’t want it hurt.I also got some much needed comfort from my pups this week. I finally started my new job and was pretty stressed because I don’t know anyone and having to figure the job out with no assistance. I am good at that, but it was still stressful because I was in an unfamiliar place. After my first day, I came home and just plopped down on the couch and sighed heavily. Both Alfie and LeBeau looked deeply in my eyes, they saw the heavy stress, and came up to me gently and snuggled – very different from their usual snuggles. They kept checking my eyes and just let me love on them. It was the sweetest thing. I felt so much better and picked myself back up had a much better day the next. Day two was better, got more healing level snuggles from the pups that night and wow, day 3 was fantastic. LOL 🙂 The boys sure have healing powers. ❤️
3. Grateful for?
I am grateful I got through the stressful first week jitters at the new job and now I really like it. I am grateful for Alfie and LeBeau’s special snuggle sessions to relieve my stress. I am grateful for how I am in a much better frame of mind now that I have the job situation resolved. Now I can get back to my AC learning. I really missed not doing as much as usual on that front the past month. I am grateful to Val for these accountability posts because this is the main thing keeping me going on my AC this past month, it pushes me to keep at it even in times where life takes over all my time. It keeps me focused during the week and makes me ACCOUNTABLE for my AC learning journey. Thank you, Val, for keeping us accountable! 🙂4. Questions/discoveries?
This week was more of a self-discovery, not necessarily tied to just AC. I realized that even though I KNOW there is no need to stress over things and that stress never does me any good, I still struggle with letting myself get stressed over things. Like with the job change. After the first week, I really like the new job and realize the stress was so not needed. I should have more trust that things will work out just fine, no matter what. Back to the positive thinking mantra. I need to get back to that place of positive thinking and stop letting things get to me.5. FAT communication?
I didn’t get a chance to the past week, but I am going to reach out to her this week, if at all possible. I really want to, I just need to clear my mind and find a quiet moment for her. I notice when I attempt to communicate with animals-in-spirit, I have to really be in the right frame of mind. It is still a very different experience for me than with animals still with us.6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
I am trying to remind myself to ask my inner voice for guidance. Had I done that this week with the new job, my inner voice could have told me to not worry or stress, that I will feel much better in a couple days. Hearing my inner voice, and being consciously aware that I am actually hearing my inner voice, is still new to me so I am trying to practice doing that more often. The awaken your intuition meditation has been a big help in that area, so I try to do that every so often. Just need to make that part of my routine. 🙂-

Platinum Member1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Twin Hearts, Great Invocation, I am, stress busting and Heart wisdom love connection meditation. I’ve done the latter a few times on my own (not guided) during the day.2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I spoke to Alana’s dog from the ATH page but haven’t posted yet.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I’m grateful to be in a pollution free area as compared to Delhi (where I lived for 40 years and miss!) with an AQI between 400-1000!4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
If there are 2 dogs in a house that are polar opposites of each other, does the personality of the dog or something else play a part, since the energies of the house and humans would impact both?5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
Yes, posted and got feedback.6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I tried (for the first time) “clairaudience and conscious music energy” exercise of listening to all the sounds around, and then focusing on one. It’s a bit difficult to do that, but easier if there are sounds of nature. -

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
That rather than getting frustrated, sometimes it’s best to let it go and come back to it later and sometimes give in Sometimes the getting irritated or frustrated is quite a but the ego mind.5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not? I did during the club call and a lot was accurate.

Platinum Member1. Which meditations did you do?
-Awakened heart yoga meditations x 1
-Grounding and heart- centre meditation and sending out love – most days various lengths of time.
-Meditation from the Q&A call2.Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
Carmen’s Rocky-in-spirit. This wasn’t my best communication, but I learned a lot. I received information via different clairs and my clairsentience was the most accurate, with my clauraudience and Clair cognizance being the least accurate. I got a brief image of a cat with zoomies and assumed it was Rocky, but it better described her brother, so I need to question what I am seeing more and not assume. I always ask for numbers e.g age and time since passing, but have never really had any accuracy with this.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one thing.
The opportunity to practice and learn from my mistakes.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I realised that it’s important to question what I’m getting further to clarify whether the animal is talking about themselves or other animals.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I’ve spoken to her, but not really connected with Daisy this week.6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
Having read the poem I shared about walking with your dog, whilst walking to work I’ve explored my environment with more curiosity – wondering what a dog would see, smell and experience around me and what the birds could see, feel and experience whilst flying.
I’ve also done some fairy card readings in another group. -

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Regular morning chanting. Listening and dancing to shamanic drumming.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with Daisy again. I got some positive feedback about stuff I couldn’t have made up so its helping me increase my confidence.Need to be brave and write everything down. I have Also been in touch with trees. They have such a powerful effect on me, it takes me a few days to feel like its all integrated.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m beginning to allow myself to follow my own instincts more confidently.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Wondering why it takes me a while to recover from communicating.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, see above.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Listening to shamanic drumming. Feeling the vibrations from the energy around that. -

1. Meditation
YouTube: Communication with animals; frequency, subliminal Binaural Isochronic Spell (all music of sorts. Very interesting) 13 min. Meditation to deepen your intuition in animal communication 12 min A guided meditation to prepare for animal communication 10 min Guided meditation for interspecies communication. 10 min. Michael Burke: A super easy method for communicating with animals (meditation) 9 min
Hemi-sync: Chakra meditation, 45 min2. Communication with ATH
After the YouTube Communication with animals frequency subliminal …spell, I tried to communicate with two of my dogs and they ignored me. Then tried to communicate with Horus, my cat, and asked him if he would talk to me. He said he didn’t have anything to say. So I asked him to tell me about his day. He said that was stupid and I gave up. Later I went into the bedroom and he said he was lonely, would I play with him.
I communicated with Erica Taylor’s dog Kaden who said, “ I’m Frisky and like to have fun. I play with the other dogs in my family but not the cats. They are not interested. My job is to keep things lively. I’m still pretty young, actually, younger than the other dogs. I like to play with Kam the most. My life philosophy is to eat, play and have fun, be good, and be nice to others especially your family, your mom and dad. I know little about death and dying and don’t want to know. If I could, I’d rather be a Rottweiler. They are big, handsome, and strong. I have some Rottie markings. Did you notice? My favorite food is cheese and maybe pickles. I am not ‘pulling your leg’ whatever that means. I really like pickles. My favorite place to sleep is in mom and dad’s bed but they won’t let me. So I like the couch. My favorite thing to do is ride in the car with the windows open. I have lots of energy.
I communicated with Lana McBride’s cat Ski about voice. (after doing the intuitive exercise)”My voice is different than the other cats in my household. You can’t hear it because you’re writing. Is my voice higher or lower? Yes, it’s low. Is it fun or serious? Yes, it is serious. Do I sound playful? Well, sometimes. See, Compare my voice to Kaden! You hear more than you realize. I know these things because I’m wise. And you’re translating for me. Sigh, it’s simple. I say (think) a word. You can’t hear it right or get in your head so you find yourself searching for a word. The problem is your brain, not mine. Now listen to me. You are doing just fine. You can hear my deep voice and way of speaking. It’s different than the others. You are translating for us and you are still in training!3. Being grateful
I’m grateful that I am being offered the opportunity to participate in an Alzheimer’s research program. I also appreciate the Texas weather this time of year, not too hot, not too cold. I’m grateful that I have two arms, two legs, two eyes, two ears etc. all in good working order. I’m grateful to have met Daisy.4. Questions and Discoveries
I’m amazed at Daisy. Where does she get all that information? Is this for real?5. Communication with FAT
Mel’s Daisy in spirit: “I love you. I know your inner soul. I know because I can see it from where I am. I won’t be here long. I’m going on to another place. I don’ know where. Mel knows all she needs to know. She knows I love her. There’s lots of love here. I like it. Love can solve all problems. Love is everything.” I asked Daisy if she had anything else or was it all about love. She was quick to say, “Yes! It is all about love!” Daisy is a special dog.6. Intuition development lessons and exercises
# 6 Clairaudience and Conscious Imagination: I have worried about not hearing “different voices” It didn’t seem to me they were all that different so, therefore, I was a fraud. But I talked to the Siamese cat, Ski and he helped me understand. He helped me “hear” his voice and how it was deeper and more serious than other animals I’d talked to He also pointed out that I probably can’t hear voices as well because I’m writing while I’m listening. He says it’s not so much that I hearing him as I’m translating him. I thought that was interesting. I also listened to an interesting video by Michael R Burke about using creative visualization to communicate with animals -

Gold Member1. Meditations: Breathing
2. Who did I talk to: Mostly Max and Shasta, two of our cats. Trying to listen in the way Penelope Smith talks of in our bonus monthly class. I calmed my own energy and just listened. It does feel better being aware of how I have been projecting too much energy towards my cats and it is more calming for them if I quiet my own energy and simply feel theirs.
3. Gratitude: I am grateful that Max is playing more with Shasta and Lexi and not letting them chase him away or irritate him as much.
4. Discoveries/Questions: After listening to our bonus class on Cats in Shelters, I feel like I have a better understanding of why Max has been pooping in the corner of our living room. The concept of everything to a cat is about “is it my property and if not why not?” makes a lot of sense.
5. FAT: No, somehow I managed not to make time again for this activity.
6. Intuition exercises: I listened to the monthly training session on Cats in Shelters. Listening to Jackson Galaxy was very informative and it was unique to hear a man offering insights about cats since I previously have only heard from women on the topic.

Gold Member1. Which meditations did you do
Stress Busting…. Quieting the mind several times this week
2. What is the name or species type of the being you practiced communicating with
Small excited white dog came bounding towards me. I petted the dog, however, the dog was jumping up all over me and taking no notice of his guardian to stop.
Making a fist with my hand and Using my upright index finger as a command and for the dog to focus on, mentally told the dog ‘No’. Astonishingly, the dog sat down quietly. Praised the dog who hardly took his eyes off me. Few moments later the dog fidgeted and wanted to jump up again, so I repeated the action. Dog sat down. The guardian, taken aback, queried if it was a method I used to calm a dog. Briefly explain about Animal Communication. This was a quick unexpected incident
3. What are you grateful for this week
Feedback received in regards to FTA Daisy that had some comfort to Mel A. Also other messages for Mel that Daisy relayed thru other members communications
Relating to Q2. Amazed how quick the dog reacted to a simple command. I attempt to keep an open heart when out and about. In doing so I made the change possible. Learn to be open to accept and trust in my abilities .
Relieved storm Bertie’s, wind and rain hadn’t damaged my property and only caused minor damage to the patio garden that is easily sorted. Hope the next storm, on its way, is also lenient
The unexpected incident with the dog boosted my confidence, especially as I had no time to prepare for the encounter.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
No. Busy week. Also took note of Daisy’s message within our communication that Daisy implied that our communication was sufficient for her mum – Mel A
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
TV shows e.g. Guessing the value of antique items. Points given to contestants. Got a lot right and some very close. Checking what’s different about the ambiance of each room now that the weather is getting much colder. Continue to listen to my intuition/instinct on many aspects of daily life.

Platinum Member1. mind quieting, detach whenever I need it, meditating to clear dark energies.
2. I talked to the black squirrels, one stopped and listened. They have their own feeders and special feed. They are destroying the other bird feeders and keeping the birds away. Reminded them of consequences of being live trapped and moved 10 miles away where they will have to find natural food and shelter. I discovered they don’t want to listen and find themselves in the trap.
3.I am grateful when the internet is working. Very spotty and real slow.
4.The animals either ignored the message about the trap or did not get the message.
5. No communication with fat this week, I have been away most of the week and internet is very slow.
6. Time, I am getting better at it. Listening and looking at what Layla is sniffing and asking her questions while on our walks.
