To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. Meditations?
Drum meditations for several minutes in the evenings to calm the mind. Sitting quietly, concentrating on love and listening to my heartbeat, and keeping my energy calm and focused frequently during the day.

      2. Communicate with at least one animal?
A squirrel and rat in the gutter. A squirrel found itself in the gutter and made all sorts of noise throughout the day. By the evening, it walked over to where the rats were hanging out. A battle ensued and hearing the cries from both broke my heart. I immediately announced my upset to them both and demanded that they stop fighting NOW. I noticed my energy was in the same focused, panic, urgent state that I was in when I spoke to the rats in the middle of the night to get them to move out of the attic (which I later learned from Val was effective in them getting the message and following through). The fight immediately stopped, and I heard them all scurry in different directions. I then put all my energy into focusing on helping the squirrel find its way out of the gutter (I have the leaf guard, so I was afraid it was trapped). As the night went on, I no longer heard the squirrel in the gutter and felt that it found its way out. The next day there was no sign of the squirrel being in the gutter and one of the rats came out and gathered her dinner.

      3. Grateful for?
I am so grateful for the success I had regarding the squirrel and rat. I want peace and harmony among all the animals in my yard. I don’t ask for much 🙂 and I reward them with some food and water, so I think it is a fair trade. LOL I think they will eventually learn the boundaries, in what is acceptable and what isn’t, to ensure that peace and harmony are in place. 🙂

      4. Questions/discoveries?
I got to experience another dose of the highly focused, urgent energy (that Val discovered I used when relaying the eviction notice message to the attic rats), when I communicated with the squirrel and rat. I knew that energy was present because of my urgency/panic in stopping them from fighting and I got to see with more open eyes/heart just how powerful THAT particular energy is. I know that the more I use that level of energy, the easier it will become for me to summon it, and it won’t be as draining once that “muscle” is strong enough.

      5. FAT communication?
Daily. LOL I received a “knowing” from Alfie that he wants to give everyone a nice confidence boost this month, so he is making communications to him easy. So far, everyone is reading his personality just right. 🙂 He is enjoying this honor.

      6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
I watched a youtube video about our inner voice, how to recognize it, and how to hear what it is telling us. The video inspired me to actually listen to my heartbeat with a stethoscope, to help one connect better with the body and soul. After listening to my heartbeat for several minutes, I really did have a stronger appreciation for how important and fragile the heart is. While our soul is who we are, it is amazing to hear the heart doing its work to keep our soul’s vessel alive and strong. Being better connected with our own body helps us to be better connected with our inner voice. I felt closer to my inner self and more entuned to my body after actually listening to my heart beat. Still practicing the “talk to every animal you meet” and listening for those who call me.

      1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Stress busting and Heart wisdom love meditation, The Great Invocation and mantra chants.

      2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I spoke to Bear from the ATH page. I realize that sometimes I try too hard to get information and get blocked in the process.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I’m very grateful that Val took up Blackie during the call and gave valuable insights I was unaware of. I’m also grateful that some of his earlier issues have been resolved after Val’s healing in a previous session.

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Do animals mirror each other, and do humans mirror animals? My 2 dogs and I have a similar throat related issue! I will ask Val in the next class.

5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
Yes, during the call, and will connect again and post.

6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
With my Brownie’s 3rd anniversary coming up this week, I’ve been trying to communicate with her as per Val’s suggestions…there seems to be a tenuous connection, and I will try again.

      1. Which meditations did you do

Quieting the mind several times. Heart wisdom love meditation. Breathing exercises to calm myself

      2. What is the name (or species type of the being you practiced communicating with

      3. What are you grateful for this week

Grateful to the animals that take the time to greet and have quick conversations with me. Grateful to the members posting questions for Val’s Q + A calls. These questions with Val’s responses widens my communication skills. This in addition to access Val’s ‘Coaching Club’

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries

When an animal’s soul has left the physical body (passed/transitioned) and the soul continues and enters another physical body or not. Throughout this process is the soul is technically ‘alive’ So when an animal has transitioned that means only the physical body has passed/transitioned. As the animals soul is on a learning journey, so is aware of its past and aware what the soul need to lean in the future. Hope this makes sense

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher

Yes. Will post in the forum.

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week

Guessing monetary value of antiques during TV shows. Guessing the time during the day. Generally guess correct or very near to antique value an time

      Accountability 10-16

      1. Meditating
High level 12D Energy hygiene practice and heart wisdom love meditation. Two different Hemi-sync meditations

      2. Communicating with animals
I communicated with Carmen’s cat Stormy. I asked about quality of life and he replied that he needed a place to sleep, plenty of food, good companions. I mentioned my two cats who do not get along and he said they made a choice. Life is absolutely about making choices. He choose to live with Carmen. He didn’t have to.. She’s a good companion. “I can be a little difficult at times, he says, he says. I don’t always use the litter box, and don’t always eat the food she offers. I don’t always like to cuddle. . I’m my own person/cat. But I love her just the same. You don’t need advice from me, you’re doing just fine. Your husband needs to settle down. He’s too wired. He needs to meditate more. The world needs to meditate more. Cats meditate all the time. You think we are sleeping. Yes, we sleep a lot too, but we meditate as well. Dogs don’t meditate enough Students don’t meditate enough.
I haven’t had that much luck talking to my own pets. Sheba, my Maine coon mix occasionally says things like, “ leave me alone” or “get out of my head”. So I tried a different approach. I tried to talk to My Leia’s picture. I asked the picture of Leia if she would be willing to talk to me. I Heard, No, I’m sleeping. ”Can you talk to me while you sleep? I asked. “Yes, but I don’t want to. Tell me about your life. “I don’t like Luke (one of our other dogs whose getting aggressive) He bit me on my back leg. It didn’t bleed but it hurt. He can be mean. He’s not my buddy even if we came from the same shelter at the same time. Mara is a pain but she can be fun to play with. Rey is great. She’s sweet. We’re like any family. Sometimes we get along and sometimes we don’t. Philosophy of life? Live and let live. Be kind to one another. Luke should listen to that! What about licking…It shows affection and it tastes good. I don’t understand why you don’t like it.I love you and Richard. I even love the other dogs and cats.. I’m lucky to be here and not in the shelter.”

      3. Being grateful
I’m grateful for my friend, Nancy. Always my husband, home, and pets.
I’m also grateful for my knitting which helps me slow down and relax almost like meditating

      4. Questions and discoveries
I discovered from some feedback that some of my conversations with animals have validity. That was very encouraging.

      5. Communicating with the featured animal teacher Alfie
My messages from Alfie aren’t like any of the others. What does that mean? “You need to know that you are OK just the way that you are. Don’t put yourself down. I love to eat; I especially love snacks. I jump for them when I can. I like cats but I don’t see them very often. I play tricks like hiding things. It’s fun. I like to snuggle. Life is a one way street. You can’t go back, you can only go forward. Keep going forward and you will reach your goal. Of course you have something to offer. You will succeed. Make I happen. Chill.

6.. Intuition development lessons and exercises
Feel Your Food I compared a bunch of over ripe bananas, an Asian pear, an apple, and an unripe peach. It’s hard to describe the different energies. The Asian pear had a dense energy and I wanted to ear it right then. The bananas had a negative feel. I have a bad reaction to eating bananas. II felt neutral to the apple and peach. Then I tried some cookies and crackers. The energy from the regular cookies and crackers was heavy, the Oreos the heaviest. The energy from the gluten free was lighter especially the rice thin crackers. (I leaned in to the gluten free vanilla wafers!)
      Clairvoyant exercise # 1
I pretended I was a fly flying around our house looking at all the rooms and zooming in on some pictures and Knick knacks trying to see everything that was there even though I wasn’t. It was a good exercise.

      1. Meditations: Breathing, Mindfulness

      2. Who did I talk with: Casual chats with our furry ones but no concentrated serious sessions. We just got back from vacation and I didn’t make time with all the work of getting settled back in. Note: 13 loads of laundry!!

      3. Gratitude: So far, the cats have settled back into home life with proper litter box usage and some continued togetherness. Yes! No problems with Kola Dog, either. 🙂

      4. Discoveries/Questions: It felt great to get back into AC while on the road and in our RV but back at home, my enthusiasm has not continued. Granted, it’s only been a few days. Still, I have to ask myself what it is about being at home that makes it difficult to commit to AC.

      5. FAT: Not yet, but will during this next week as long as the new back meds don’t mess with my clarity.

      6. Intuition exercises: None beyond closely observing our cats’ behavior and what is different from being in the RV vs. being at home. I’m working on understanding their experiences better.

      1. I joined a new (to me) app, Calm, that has short meditations on it. I’m trying to work meditation into my day instead of telling myself I have to have concentrated moments of time. So far, I’m forgetting about it a lot, but it’s fun to have reminders sent to me throughout the day to slow down and meditate!

      2. Nicholas is lame on his front right foot again. I’m communicating with him, sending healing energy and asking him if he can stand to be worked on by the farrier tomorrow. He thinks it would help, so we’re giving him painkillers to take the swelling down on his leg and help him be able to stand on that leg long enough to get his hooves trimmed.

      3. I’m thankful for Fall Break as a chance to recharge and recuperate from the semester so far.

      4. I’ve discovered that my progress in communicating comes in spurts, probably because my ability to get into my heart space is better at some points than at others. I have to keep relaxing into it—it’s not as hard as I think.

      5. I did on the call and posted in the forum for feedback. I felt that I had a strong connection with Alfie.

      6. I’m beginning to see the point of my nemesis, the color guessing exercise, as my clairvoyance is growing. I’m starting to get stronger colors from animals—though it’s usually a sense of color rather than seeing the color itself. I want to be able to sense the colors in my hand the same way. Sometimes I’m great at this exercise and sometimes, I’m terrible. There’s no in-between.
I’ve also been communicating with every animal I meet, even if it’s just a short “hello.” There are squirrels all over campus and they seem as busy as I usually am! “Got to get ready for winter” is what I hear these days!

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Regular morning chanting and quite a few guided meditations. I’m gradually building my rhythm back up.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with Elsa about our plans and letting her know what was going on: changes to routine etc. Struggled with self doubt. Also struggled with not being in the moment and doing stuff to “just get it done” – it isn’t the way I want to be.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Val’s saying: the way you do one thing is the way you do everything – I keep repeating it to myself.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I read this quote: Comparison is the thief of joy. So true.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
A little. My concentration went after a short time, but I did get positive feedback on what I got from Alfie. I couldn’t make the Q&A so will catch up this week.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Listening. Listening. Listening. I hear – slow down. Be.

      1. RX stress busting meditation, Val’s voice is so soothing. I also tried to quiet my mind with a quick meditation.

      2. The squirrel who launched itself off the porch railing right into the window where it fell to the ground. I was standing at the window. It scampered off. I put new food out for all the creatures because I sensed that was what they wanted.
      3. I am grateful for Val, Jade and the AC community and all the wonderful lessons Val teaches us. I am also grateful for my Layla and the awesome homeopathic vet in the U.S. that consults with me.
4.The animals will try anything to get your attention.
      5. I tried and will go back again. The days are going by fast.
      6. I used my senses. I visited the forest and listened to the wind, went for a car ride to see all the beautiful colors of the trees. I tasted each morsel of food from the thanksgiving feast. Beef roast instead of turkey. I found I do not like the taste of a latte drink. I marveled at the beauty of the trees surrounding the town from my high perch on the mountain top park. Soon, they will wear the cloak of winter.
