ModeratorTo help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.
6 QUESTIONS
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.
What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

Platinum Member1. Meditations?
I am trying some breathing meditation techniques now. Used the drum meditation a few times. Heart wisdom love meditation and staying in that space as often as I can. I find that anytime I am in the presence of an animal/critter, I instantly go to that wonderful, peaceful, “just be”, space and feel filled with so much compassion and affection for them. Fear is nowhere to be found when I am in that space. I have also made a promise to myself to increase my meditations, spend longer spaces of time in meditation and give myself the gift of what it brings. Things have been hectic at work still and I have allowed it to consume a lot of my energy, so I need to reclaim my power, take my energy back, and spend more time in meditation so that I don’t let that happen again.2. Communicate with at least one animal?
Alfie and LeBeau (my pups), Mama squirrel, Petunia rat, a lizard, a honeybee, lots of cardinals, and all sorts of other fabulous critters. I enjoy the company of our animal/insect friends, so I try to talk to everyone I come across. With the honeybee, she had fallen into the water bird bath, and I was rescuing her. I got her out and tried to blow the water off of her wings. She struggled for a little bit but started to regain her balance. While I sat with her holding her in my hand on a leaf so she could dry off, I seriously felt like she wanted to hug me. Like she wanted to give me an embrace to say thank you. ❤️ In that moment, I wanted to touch her, but I didn’t want to hurt her, she was so fragile, so I sent her an energetic hug and told her I loved her. I found a place where I could put her down safely so she could recover and hopefully be able to fly off soon.3. Grateful for?
I am so grateful for how much I have learned about sweet Alfie this month! What he has shown to everyone is amazing and I am so grateful that everyone has shared those conversations with me. I am grateful for how close I now get to so many critters and whereas before they would try to get away from me, now they either come to me or let me help them without them running away. I genuinely feel their affection now no matter how small they are. ❤️4. Questions/discoveries?
On the masterclass call, for the first time I experienced what it is like to do a medical scan when we worked with Teddy. I have tried on my own before but never really experienced it happening. With Teddy, I felt like I was there looking at her and seeing everything in real time. It was an amazing experience. I hope she gets a good report from the vet. 🙂 I also discovered – or better yet, finally admitted – that I have been cheating myself out of valuable meditation time. While I have done mostly quick RX type moments throughout the day and short 5 min drum meditations, I must get back to doing longer quiet meditations. I was so much calmer and more at peace continuously when I was doing my 20 min sessions every night. It has just been SO busy the past couple months that I haven’t had time to do those. I am going to pick those back up because my mind is tired of working so hard. LOL I need reprieve. 🙂5. FAT communication?
Alfie has been amazing this month and being so clear in his communications with everyone. I am blown away at how everyone is getting his messages so spot on! When I look into his eyes now, I really SEE him now. I notice a difference now when I look at him. I see the wisdom, I see so much more on a soul level with him than I could have imagined, and I see his appreciation for being chosen this month. He has also been more cuddly while at the same time more independent (in a leadership type way) this month. It is like he grew up in my eyes because he was finally really heard. 🙂6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
Talking to every animal I meet. Focusing on breathing and listening to my breath and heartbeat. Trying to connect with my own internal energy so I can prevent those pesky emotional triggers. -

Platinum Member1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Twin hearts meditation, Soul affirmation, The Great Invocation, Stress busting, Heart wisdom love connection.2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I visited someone where I saw something heart breaking…a pair of (a month old) pups were just picked up from their mother and brought to be kept as pets. I couldn’t say too much except that they were too young, but it was brushed aside. One of the pups looked happy, the sibling sat in a corner, trembling. So I spoke to reassure him that they were safe and would be looked after, both would be together. After a while, he calmed down and started exploring the place, even playing with the brother. I like to think he heard me. I feel very upset about the situation, and will connect to the mother (whose photo I have) to comfort her when I feel better, as I don’t want to pass on my feelings to her.
I had to make a (long) day trip, so spoke to Blackie, as he had been averse to my traveling. It has seemed to work, as he was apparently ok while I was away.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I am grateful for a couple of events last week….and the fact that Blackie is doing better.4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
After seeing the pup’s response, I felt that animals do hear, even when I think they don’t.5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
Yes, and got encouraging feedback.6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
This week I couldn’t practice with an ATH, so just did the “communicate with every animal you meet”, especially the number of birds that live here. Also with the pup mentioned in #2. -

Perhaps getting help I desperately need sometime relatively soon
Figuring cat stuff out. Now I have to figure out how to afford it all…it’s a G** da**** f****** shame things are so expensive for what is truly needed and best and that affordable things cause health issues and the like.

That they tell you things just by actions if you are aware enough to pick up…5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I asked a crow about a joke. The crow said humans and the catastrophe is a joke. They say we’re doing it all wrong.

2. Who did I talk to: Alfie, October’s FAT. I am awaiting feedback. Among what I got was that Alfie is a guardian warrior and is very protective of his family. He is enjoying being the FAT and worries if he is helping enough. He really wants to be helpful and has lots of wisdom to share. He told me my energy was scratchy and I need to calm it down/smooth it. This totally resonated with me. He wanted his mom to know to watch where she’s walking.
3. Gratitude: I am very thankful my wife and I have have planned our 10-year anniversary trip, even though it is one year late. We really just had our 11-year anniversary. We are planning a big Disneyland trip for December!
4. Discoveries/Questions: This isn’t a question, but more like a realization that I want to learn to feel my cats’ energies more easily so I will know which twin I am seeing even when the light is dim.
5. FAT: Yes! I spoke with Alfie. See #2 above.
6. Intuition Exercises: I listened to October’s Gold Call and did the exercises, pausing so I could have a good chat with Alfie.

Platinum MemberHi Dakota!
I didn’t see your post come through yet on the FAT page for Alfie so I’ll respond here so you can have some feedback about your talk with him. 🙂I love that Alfie showed he is a guardian warrior! That is such a wonderful title for him and a great way to look at it! He is indeed very protective, and it makes me smile to add that title to his repertoire. LOL! 🙂 He has really been enjoying being the FAT and oh my gosh, I know I can only speak from my experience but this month he has greatly helped me! I have learned SO much about him through all of you as well as having a greater ability to communicate with him myself this month. I am amazed at the wisdom he has shared. Wow.
I am so glad that his advice to you resonated with you. And his advice to me is quite true! I do have a tendency to not watch where I walk and do trip a little from time to time. I should really start paying more attention as I am not as young as I used to be. LOL! Thank you for passing that message on to me. 🙂
If I see your other post show up, I’ll give more feedback. Well done, Dakota! You did a fantastic job connecting with Alfie!! Hugs and love headed your way from me, Alfie, and LeBeau! 🙂 ❤️

Gold MemberOh, no! I don’t see it now, either! I didn’t even take notes, I just immediately typed it into the FAT feedback area, I saw it there, and now, gone. Sad. There was quite a bit more.
One of the first things I saw when I was looking at Alfie’s picture was a superimposed mask that seemed like a warrior mask of some kind. I only got it once and couldn’t see it again so I could try to distinguish more details. I introduced myself and he seemed to kind of know who I am. Maybe from talking with Cubby and LeBeau. I asked about his job or role and he explained he was the protector of the family. He was very serious and proud of his work.
I remember a part where I asked if all of family needed protecting, even LeBeau, and he said, “Are you kidding? That goofball? Of course!”
I asked if Alfie wanted to show me around his house, but he wasn’t interested. He wanted to talk about more important stuff like him being the FAT and how he could help.
At one point, I asked about a favorite toy and saw LeBeau and laughed. I also got an impression of a tug toy, like maybe a rope.
The picture Alfie sent of my energy was so accurate. It was like a pencil being scratched back and forth, hard and dark across a transparent surface that was between him and me. He said my energy was scratchy and I needed to calm it down, smooth it out. I couldn’t place my own unsettled energy nor had a tried, but the image was right on, including smoothing it out or cleaning it with a blue liquid. Very insightful.
When I asked about if he had a message to pass along to you, he said Mom already knows I love her but you could tell her to watch where she’s walking.
That’s all I can remember right now. I I know he invited me to come back if I wanted to. 🙂

Platinum MemberAw! That’s a shame that it erased your post. I’m glad you remembered some of it though.
I still love the warrior guardian part. That is pretty neat he showed you a mask. I would love to dig deeper into what all he was teaching about that part. So interesting! I am sure he remembers you from before! 🙂 He knows just how much you helped me with Cubby, and I think he got a little jealous when you talked to LeBeau. HAHA I think he was just waiting for you to talk to him next. 🙂
When you asked him if he protected LeBeau too and he called him a goofball, I read that part of your post out loud and asked Alfie if he called his brother a goofball. When I asked him that, he jumped up playfully and came over and excitedly kissed my chin! It was like he was laughing with me when I asked him that! Silly Alfie! LOL! So, he confirmed that yes, he did call his brother that. Too funny! 🙂
I have to say, you got his current toy of choice correct. Just to prove it, here is a picture I just took tonight. His current toy of choice is 3 of these ropes with a stuffy at the end. Good job seeing that one!!!!
His wise teaching about your energy is so fascinating. I am still so surprised at how wise this little guy is. I hope his guidance helps you. And I promise to start watching where I walk. HAHA
Please chat with all my boys anytime you wish! They all know you now and would love talking to you! You did SUCH a great job with Alfie! Bravo, bravo! ❤️

Platinum MemberHi Dakota! I forgot to mention one thing….about when you said you saw LeBeau when asking Alfie about his favorite toy. Alfie does play with LeBeau in a manner like LeBeau is a toy, he chases him and tries to play chew on LeBeau’s legs. LOL! 🙂 So you did see correctly on that too! HAHA ❤️ You did so good I didn’t want to leave anything out as I know it will help boost your confidence. 🙂 Hugs and love to you from us!

1. Meditation
I’ve meditated nearly every day using the Hemi-sync method (music that reaches both sides of the brain, helping them work together). I especially like the one that cleanses the chakras. I also meditated to a YouTube 20 minute guided meditation for heart coherence and connection.2. Communication with Animals
I communicated with Natalie Shannon’s horse Missy. “I like being ridden; it forms a bond with my partner. We are as one. It’s fun and spiritual at the same time. I like to go in the field or by the stream. The dog goes with us. The wind is in my face and mane. We move as one; it’s special. I can tell you’re not a horse person. You don’t understand. My partner will know you talked to me when I tell you I don’t like to jump. Not even a little puddle! Tell her that. I have lived before, a long time ago. I was a horse then also but I don’t really remember much about it. I was with a lot of other horses and we wore costumes. Our partners also wore costumes. We ran together as a herd. There was lots of scary noise and some of the partners and horses got hurt. I’m in a much better place now. I don’t understand much about the idea of dying except that it eventually brought me here. I have a good partner. But I’d like to talk about my stall. I’d like a bigger one with outside access. I want more apples; I deserve them. The others told me to say that. The other horses, other animals.
I tried to talk to one of the Guinea pigs at work (the pet store). I asked him his name and he said it was Rodney. I was feeding him and he stated that bowls were stupid. He preferred to have his food on the ground, and then proceeded to knock his bowl of food over.
I decided to try talking to my fish in my large tank. I picked out the largest one, a blue gourami, and asked him what it was like to be a fish. He asked me what it was like to be human. I said I was dry and he was wet. He said something to the effect of smart aleck human…I asked some other questions but he swam under some rocks and said “leave me alone” (I think he’s related to my cat)
Also talked to Natalie’s dog Bear. “I’m not a puppy. I am big and strong. Puppies are small and weak. No, I don’t go out with Natalie and Missy. That’s another dog. I don’t like Missy. She scares me, she’s so big. I like chewing on things. It makes my teeth feel good and it’s fun. I like to eat but I don’t like the food I get. I like to stay in the house and play with toys and Natalie. I like to sleep. I’m going to sleep now.
My last contact is a little strange. I was looking for possible animals to communicate with when I saw Patty Miller’s animals. I was looking at Jewell, a horse (in spirit) and the thought came to my mind that it must be hard to dispose of the body of a horse. I then heard words in my head describing taking a horse to a vet and having him/her put down and taken to a “community grave yard”. At first I thought Jewell was talking to me but that didn’t seem right. It appeared that Patty was riding Jewell in the picture. Could she have been talking to me? Noooo Couldn’t be. Anyway, it was an unsolicited conversation and I’m not sure where it came from3. Being grateful
My eyesight is getting so much better! On the other hand, I was tested for Alzheimer’s and it was positive. I’m so grateful I’ll have my husband to support me as time goes by. It’ll be several years before I feel the full effects. I’m also so grateful there are new approaches to this disease now to possibly stop it from progressing. I’m grateful that I’ve caught it early.4. Questions and Discoveries
Can we communicate with people this way—without their knowing it?5. Communication with FAT Alfie
I get along in life being feisty. How do you get along? Being determined is good. Keep it up. I’ve been really busy answering all the questions and having my head prodded. It’s been fun and interesting. You’ve been different somehow. You listen more. I think you’re afraid of saying the wrong thing. I want everyone to know I’ve enjoyed this. I’d like to do it again sometime. But I’m ready for a rest. Want something to validate? Well, I turned in a circle three times. I scratched my nose. I twitched my ears. Will that do? That’s a joke! I decided to share a book with Alfie. I used to be (guess I stillam) a children’s librarian and have lots of children’s of children’s books. I asked Alfie what he thought. He replied, “Read me a book? That’s different. I guess a book about dogs would be OK6. Intuition development lessons and exercises
#4: Clairaudience & Conscious Reading
I decided to share a book with Alfie. I used to be (guess I still am) a children’s librarian and have lots of children’s books. I asked Alfie what he thought. He replied, “Read me a book? That’s different. I guess a book about dogs would be OK”. So I went through my library and picked out a couple and shared them telepathically. He chose Hunter and his Dog by Brian Wildsmith. I “read” it to him and sent images of the pictures telepathically. What fun! It’s a story about a dog trained to be a hunter but could not bear to harm the ducks. Alfie’s reaction was, “It was a wonderful story! That was a very brave dog. I’d like to be that brave. The pictures were beautiful. I especially liked the one with the ducks flying away. It made me sad and glad at the same time. Thank you for sharing that story. It was a good story”
I also tried reading the same story to my dog. She seemed to pay attention, licked and pawed me when I was finished, but wouldn’t talk to me
Then I tried to read the story The Baby Leopard An African Folktale by Linda and Clay Goss to two of my cats. They didn’t go anywhere, they seemed to listen, but no communication. -

Platinum Member1. Which meditations did you do?
Grounding and heart- centre meditation and sending out loveWhich animal(s) did I communicate with?
I communicated with Alfie whilst catching up on the Q&A call this week.
I also communicated with some rats which have been inviting themselves into my brother-in-laws house.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
It’s school holidays, so I’m spending a couple of days at our caravan in the countryside. Also, I’ve got an interview for a job I want.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Communicating with Alfie this week was an interesting experience, as it was mainly through clairsentience, whereas most animals I speak to use mainly clairaudience, or a variety of methods.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Yes6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
Card readings for myself and I’m still trying to connect with animals that I meet just to say ‘hi’. I’m not getting much response, but I feel I still need to master getting into the heart space more quickly. My head is still too busy all the time at the moment. -

Gold Member1. Which meditations did you do
Listened to meditative music. Stress relief meditation
2. What is the name (or species type of the being you practiced communicating with
Jet a tarantula. Guardian wanted specific questions answered, as to Jets’ environment. Was it adequate or did Jet want the environment enhanced, if so, in what way.
3. What are you grateful for this week
Thankful that my communication with Alfie resonated with Shelly. And gave my confidence a boost.
Getting back into AC this week after a few emotional/stressful/sad weeks
As always grateful for any animal that passes my way and makes itself known to me
Thankful and relieved that one of my friends, recovering from cancer, health has improved significantly. Hope another friend in a similar position recovers from cancer too.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries
An animal spirit departing the physical body, moves forward and resides, possibly, in another animal’s body to teach, learn or experience something new to further their knowledge. We humans mourn the passing/transition of the beloved animal. Therefore, am I correct in saying with the knowledge we have as animal communicators that, in essence, we mourn the passing of the physical body and the spirit’s presence while they are with us because we will no longer see/touch/feel/smell the animal. Yet the animal’s spirit continues on its journey. ‘lives on’ in layman terms.Hope this observation makes sense. Any thoughts on this query
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
No.
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
Using my clairs/senses during and after a heavy rainfall to smell, numerous sounds and taste the freshness of the rain brought to the grass and various plants. Listened to the rain hammering on roof tiles, into and along guttering to the force itself into the downpipe to discharge the torrent of rain into the catch pipe and drainage system.

Platinum Member1. I did the Heart Wisdom Love meditation several times. I’ve also been doing the 12D Energy Field healing after a private session with Val that I’m still processing. And I’ve been meditating with my app off and on during the day. That’s been important, because I’ve been super busy at work this week.
2. One of our cats has been peeing in the inappropriate places in the house. Since we have five cats, it’s a little difficult to figure out which one it is, but I’m trying. I spoke with two of them yesterday and both said it wasn’t them. I’m going to speak with the “cat in charge” today to see if I can determine who it is so I can talk to them. I hope it’s not a bladder infection!
3. I’m thankful for Val. She and I had an amazing private session last week that cleared our farm of funky energy and “nasties.” I’ll write a report and post about it as soon as I have time to process.
4. During my private session with Val, I was able to feel love in a way I’d never felt before. I’ve discovered that my mind gets in the way a lot. I’m also thankful I discovered what it feels like now, so I can rest in it when it comes again.
5. I did on the live call last week, but I haven’t had a chance to connect again.
6. In communicating with the animals that call to you, I felt compelled to talk to Klaudia’s cat, Schneemann, as I reported last week. Klaudia’s feedback was really surprising to me, as Schneemann had passed over and I didn’t sense it at all! I still had a great conversation with him, as he graciously met me where I was. I’m thankful for that.

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Regular morning chanting as well as meditations before practising communicating. Also some silent 10 minutes first thing in the morning with my bare feet on the ground to ground – while it is still warm enough!
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with Alfie (see below) but also Tamar in spirit – she came to me when I was thinking about connecting with Henrietta. It was very confusing at first -w as I imagining it? Then I decided to go with it and this is what I got: a very powerful feeling of grounding – very strong and serious. It was a communication that was not fluffy and light – but very grounded in universal love. I understood that universal unconditional love is a law of the universe, no matter what people do, feel or say – this never goes away. It is.It is what holds the fabric of our universe together – one of the laws on which it is based. We are all part of the universe, We cannot go against the law of the universe, we cannot escape love.
I also practised with an apple tree – and also had a very strong experience. I just felt a very strong warm embracing energy – more mature and more powerful than human energy – very deeply connected with the earth and therefore in harmony with the earth. I think it may have had an unsettling/adjusting effect on me because I have been struggling to sleep and feeling mildly grumpy about everything ever since – it is as though I am integrating or processing something.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’ve had a bit of time off work this week so have been able to spend more time practising.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
That we cannot exist without trust in the earth and the laws in our sphere. They are fundamental. And therefore we also need to trust the process and let go.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I posted and received positive feedback mostly – although not sure where water comes into it.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not really. Trying to slow down and feel into things.
