      1. Meditations?
      Shamanic drum meditations, ASMR meditation, Chantress Seba and handpan meditations, meditated while crafting.

      2. Animal Communication?
      I worked with Alfie this week. Those pesky sores on his legs that formed when he got so upset over LeBeau’s health crisis are still there, slowly healing, but he can’t seem to stop licking them. I talked to him about it, asked why those sores are still there and why he won’t stop licking. He already told me previously why the sores formed so we knew that part. After talking to him again, I found out what his condition was called – lick granuloma. When I described that condition to him, he confirmed that was the issue. He basically can’t stop licking because he is in a vicious cycle where licking causes the sore but it itches/irritates him so he licks to stop it. I have been putting a vegan salve on it and he says it helps. He wants me to cover it to keep him from licking it off so I got some bandage tape and will do that when I put that on. We have a plan. ❤️ AC is a game changer! ☺️ I also practiced presence with several lizards and insects in my yard this week.

      I also talked to my friend’s bunny Sugar. He is working his way closer to transitioning, and I check in from time to time to see if he is okay or needs help or anything. This talk was very powerful. I felt his peace and calm. He showed me that his spirit is getting stronger and his body weaker, but he is excited to be one again with nature and the Earth. I thought I would be sad after our talk but his peace and grounding were so strong that it made me feel the same way in my body! Love him. ❤️

      3. Gratitude?
      I am grateful for what I have learned this week. I am grateful for Alfie and LeBeau. I am grateful for my friend Mary who is like a teacher to me. She teaches me so much about our true nature. I am grateful for the Divine guidance I receive on my awakening journey.

      4. Questions/discoveries?
      I leaned from Penelope this week the importance of deep listening. Listening to animals without interjecting your own thoughts, words, feelings, judgements, opinions. To really hear an animal’s message, you have to really listen. If you do other than that and bring in your opinions/judgements/etc., you are not showing the animal that you are listening to them. They won’t feel heard. It works the same with people. It was quite eye-opening when she showed us that lesson in real time. Wow. That was a powerful and humbling lesson. ❤️

      I also learned this week that sometimes things we become accustomed to change for a reason. When we grow spiritually into our true divine nature, some things we have in our lives that helped us with that growth may have to then change in order to push us to the next level of learning. If those things that helped us grow didn’t change, we wouldn’t grow and evolve into the next level of our best and highest self.

      5. FAT communication?
      Not yet, but plan to soon!

      6. Intuition Development?
      A source I use for divine guidance shifted and changed and I had to learn how to find that connection another way. I learned that divine guidance is always there for us, it may need to shift and change in order to challenge us sometimes so that we can grow and strengthen our intuition. The new way took a little more energy and effort, but it worked, and I was connected again. Kind of like exercising a muscle I don’t use often. ☺️

      1.) Meditation: What meditations did you do this week? Use the Meditation Module for guidance. Private ones with Val and the one from yesterday’s club call.
      2.) Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice. Serenity. Hawkeye. Tuning into them not eating the recipe well sometimes and Hawkeyes poop getting affected by the recipe I sense.
      I also connected with a fly and a little spider. The spider was hanging out on me for a bit-very sweet.
      I also connected yesterday with Rolo.
      3.) Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week. Hunter and my cats and plants and other Goodness.
      4.)Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication? That when energy gets better, even little tiny creatures (like baby spiders) are drawn to the one whose energy was awful (sometimes still is) and is getting better.
      5.) Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) OR Animal Teacher Handout: Did you communicate with this month’s FAT or an animal from the Animal Teacher Handout? If not, why? I did yesterday during the club call and Mel said quite a lot of true. @melanieappleyard thanks for the feedback!

      Tuning into what I eat and my body and the cats and their bodies and eating and environment.

      Twin hearts, heart wisdom love meditation, chants.

      2. Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice.
      I could not do any formal practice this week, being preoccupied with the treatment of the 3 boys.

      3. Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week.
      I’m grateful that the dogs are safe…one of them attacked a snake and it died, but she was not harmed.

      4. Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication?
      Can an animal show misleading symptoms, which may not match with actual reports?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) OR Animal Teacher Handout: Did you communicate with this month’s FAT or an animal from the Animal Teacher Handout? If not, why?
      Yes, during the call.

      6. Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do? Avoid intuition game apps—use resources from the Welcome Module.
      I could not focus on a particular lesson, so I always fall back on the basic one of guessing colors.

      1) I did the Heart Wisdom Love meditation and did a body awareness meditation exercise this week.

      2) I communicated with 4 client animals this week. One cat, named Taki, 1 dog in spirit, named Fio, and 2 dogs, Ruby and Deanie. I connected with Ruby’s sister 2 months prior, who had been taken by a predator, and Ruby was still coping and grieving the loss. She is also still hesitant to go outside after her siblings’ passing. I did some talk therapy with her, and we came up with some helpful tools that can help her move forward. When I connected to Deanie, he was experiencing a lot of separation anxiety, and it also seemed connected to a past life he brought up for healing. I did some trauma work and clearing for him.

      3) I am grateful that we are finally getting some rain where I live. All the plants and trees can definitely use it. I’m looking forward to the lakes and rivers being fuller and not dry.

      4) I noticed that when I connect with animals in spirit, they share a lot of the same things. I think it is also because I get the same questions from the clients when their animal passes. I still get unique and different details here and there, but sometimes I feel like I’m sharing the exact same thing that I shared in other sessions with animals in spirit.

      5) I did not have time to connect with Rolo, but I hope to do so soon!

      6) I did the “Feel Your Food” exercise, and it reminded me that I really need to try to eat more fresh, “alive” food rather than leftovers or food that I warm up. I do feel tired and drained of energy when I eat heavy foods. I want to incorporate more fresh fruit and veggies and try to eat more salads.

      Meditation: Chanting, silent meditation and Val’s heart meditations.
      Animal Communication:i only practiced with Rolo this week on the Q&A call. I only posted today because it takes me a while to digest it all so I’ll be interested to see if I get stuff right but I’m feeling more confident than I have for a while.
      Gratitude: I’m grateful for the progress I’m making in my silent meditations. I can see that its easier to get quiet.
      Questions/Discoveries: Somehow I had moments of sensing the unified field and that we are all part of this – sometimes bubbling up inot life and sometimes relaxing back into it. This has made it easier for me to feel like sending my consciousness out to connect with animals rather than viewing them as very separate from me.

      Intuition Development: Been practising witnessing myself doing things.

      1) Mediations: My morning daily meditation, heart wisdom meditation, and walking meditation.

      2) Animal Communication: I connected with Coco about why he wasn’t eating his food everyday. I also connected with a client goat that passed away a couple months ago. Then Rolo on the Q&A call Saturday. It was a slow down and be more in the present moment week for me.

      3) Gratitude: I’m so thankful for an opportunity to see and tell my grandma that I love her so much thru a video chat yesterday. She cried when she heard my voice. Dad said that she recognized me.

      4) Questions/Discoveries: I discovered how to know when I needed to ground my energy. I was more reactive when ungrounded.

      5) Featured Animal Teacher(FAT): Yes on the call and will post soon.

      6) Intuition Development: Slowing down and be in the present moment more often.

      1)Meditations: Activate third Eye meditation on you tube., Your heart meditation in the afternoon.
      2)Animal Communication: I was able to connect with Rolo during Val’s class, as well as a client’s dog Daphne in Spirit and was able to help with the grieving process as I heard Daphne’s answers which gave them peace of mind.. Was also working on connecting with the new little family of crows near me(work in progress)
      3)Gratitude: I am so grateful to have a safe, happy home, kind landlord, awesome neighbours all around me and a backyard and nature all around!.. so blessed!.. I’m also very grateful for my little family, I always tell Thumper how grateful I am that he picked me out of all the souls in the universe 🙂
      4)Questions/Discoveries: Being in a calm state and walking away and calm myself down if I’m not, so I can clearly hear Thumper when I was concerned about him.. Also catching myself to “Respond” and not “React” on matters! ..
      The biggest discovery that I learned from Val was .. I pictured my abuser and I having a conversation where she was appolagizing for all the hurtful things she did to me and was very sorry for hurting me, and her crying and smiling at me, and I answered back.. Thank you so much.. and I am very sorry for the hurtful things I spoke of you, and I love you!.. I Really felt it and visioned it as if it happened!!… That day.. she didn’t hurt me!!.. she actually was nice and acted as if she never did all those aweful things!.. as if I ” RE’ Wrote” our history.. so my move out of her house went smoothly!! ..(Thank you for that Val!)
      5)FAT: I connected with Rolo during Call and I will connect again very soon!
      6)Intuition Development: Working and learning more with my Pendulum and watching Roman Grace!.. so interesting!!.. I never knew some of the things we can do!!.. I’ve been using mine since I was in my early 20’s. (Hope this is what you mean), I also play with my friend every night where I’m the receiver and he sends me the image of a number..(right now 0-9)..I once use to practice years ago and my friend had to go into higher numbers.. I was spot on, but he also was a good sender! 🙂

        I love that you used the unique way Val taught Ho‘oponopono. I’m very familiar with the practice, but had never thought of using it the way she explained before. I used it in a couple of situations that have been bothering me that other people did and wow it really helped! I learn so much from Val and loved reading your experience. Thanks, Debbie, and we’re glad to see you in the Accountability.

        Can’t agree more, Jade! Val’s use of Ho’oponopono for animals and the choice of words is totally unique! Don’t think anyone teaches it…one of my teachers had mentioned it, but never explained why or how. So I used to simply play it from Youtube, and of course, it had no impact. Now I find it very comforting when I do it for those in spirit. We’re so blessed to learn from Val.

        Thank you Jade!.. Wasn’t sure of the name for that technique.. now I’ll remember what Ho’oponopono is for 🙂 ..
        I’m now in a better place to now be able to really put all my effort in learning as much as I can and retain it!!
        It was a really cool experience Jade!… it sure is a great tool to have that Val teaches up..

      1. Which meditations did you do?
      The heart meditation – doing this daily – various lengths.
      Awakened Heart – yoga meditation.
      Expanded awareness meditation.

      2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
      What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience.
      Daisy – she told me that she was here to help me with animal communication in physical form and now to continue to develop that work whilst in spirit form.
      Rolo, whilst on the call.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
      Beau’s 4 week home trial has come to an end so we can start to adoption process.
      A crystal healing session I’ve just had, which showed that most of my chakras were closed. I now feel more balanced and aware that I need to maintain my own healing.
      That Rolo is helping everyone, including me whilst as a FAT.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
      What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
      Not really a new discovery but a reminder that to solve problems you should first have a communication.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
      yes

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
      I’ve been struggling a bit this week, and very stressed with work, but just had a crystal healing session to open my chakras, so will hopefully be able to connect more.

      Meditation: Every morning I ground and run my energy. Recently I’ve been practicing silencing my mind using my breath, body focus, letting thoughts go like clouds in the sky in addition to alternating Val’s Heart meditation and Joe Dispenza’s Let Go and Trust the Universe guided meditations. I’ve also been doing Ho’oponopono generously where appropriate and have been impressed with the results.

      Animal Communication: Another communicator and I donate our time to a shelter to help animals who are having a difficult time adjusting. This week we communicated (separately) with a 5 mos old rescue pup named Icy. He shared that he is not a fan of the name and we discussed some names he might like more. He also shared that his main goal for his new home is to spend quality time with someone. He misses the boy with whom he had a very special bond but the father was threatened by that bond so he put poor Icy up for adoption. Icy would love to be able to return to the boy, but if that is not possible, he would be very happy to forge a similar relationship with another. I shared the info with the shelter’s directory and also let Icy know that we care for him, are sorry for what happened, and are trying to find him a wonderful home. Icy shared that just having someone to listen and empathize with made him feel much better.
      Gratitude: I am grateful that I am able to still post even though I am a little late because I am trying to be consistent in my habits and accountability.

      Questions/Discoveries: I discovered that just listening can be a valuable tool for healing. Just like with us humans, a non-judgmental and compassionate ear can help the animals process and understand their situation and lighten their burden. Love and compassion are powerful beyond compare.

Morning Messages are always the first thing I do in my morning routine. I love this ritual and am amazed at the wisdom I receive during the exercise as well as throughout the day. I’m not sure if I’m actually receiving more wisdom or if I am just more attuned to it. I suspect a little of both.

      1 Meditation:

      Stress Busting, and 12D Energy Hygiene Practices Part 1

      Briefly connected with Rolo. Mentioned to 2 Magpies, they were beautiful and had fluorescent colours. The birds stopped and, for a second, glanced towards me, then continued on their way. Also connected to a garden spider, informing him/her I would try not to break their cobweb that spans across plans on both sides of a path in my garden

      3. What are you grateful for this week:

      I’m grateful that the doctors are pleased with a friend’s recovery after 18 months of cancer treatment, so the time between appointments has been lengthened.

      Grateful to my neighbour’s cats, who consistently visit me to the point where they follow me along the path to my home – could it be that the treats I carry and give them are truly the reason?

      4. Questions/discoveries:

      When I practice keeping a constant open heart, the animals make themselves known to me without any prompting from me.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher

      Late joining Vals Sat Q + A, therefore had a brief conversation with lRolo. Will connect again

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week

      Guessing the time – correct many times within a few minutes either side.

      Tuned into the ingredients of a thick white sauce/dip added to a restaurant meal. Tasted and smelled of yogurt, lemon, mint, and olive oil
