One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Yes. Every morning and evening.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I was again talking to the cat of ma parents. he is so sick and so much in pain. I told my mother numerouse times, that he wants to go, but she thinks this is all nonsense and she has no feeling for animals. So I connected to him again and I just let him know, how sorry I felt for him.
For me this is very difficult, because it confronts me with all the cruelty and senseless behaviour, i had to experience during my childhood, living with my mother and it is hard to take. I feel so sorry for that poor cat

I feel very stable and connected to my heart at the moment. It feels like the emozional hardship, i was going through the last years, lifted a bit and I hope this stays.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have a question about boundaries. After the last amazing session with val, I got my skin back, which feels amazing. Now, I´m still strugeling with boundaries, when I connect with other beings. I meditate a lot about it and ask the shaman inside of me, but it is still an open field for me and an open question.

Yes. I connectes to sal. She is a very special cat. she feels to me, like she brings energies from another planet to the earth, like her owner. she told me, that she feels very content, where she is and that she is a healer and magic performer. She has not “my” energies, so I did not ask her for advise.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, to ones Val and I did privately together.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. One of my mourning dove friends regarding moving and how much I Love them and will miss them and asking if certain people are right to talk to and ask for help for my situation. More in the conversation with the mourning dove. Also, regarding mourning dove-see what I wrote in the next question’s answer.
Also, with two dog clients -one in physical body the other in Spirit.
I am not sure if I talked with other animals since the previous accountability.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning from the animals about the importance of being present and that my kitties need me to do that and nurture them. Also, advice from my mourning dove friend about not letting in stuff I can’t handle at the time. Also, about learning from the animals about intuitively knowing what needs to be done for whatever it is.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Discoveries-maybe what I learned in the previous question.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I only meditated during the group recorded meditations in the courses I signed up for. Meditating has grown on me to do it on my own. But as I’m learning how to grow my intuition other people recommend meditating. I just need to connect it with something else and make it enjoyable.

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I tried to communicate with Frankie (dog), but I wasn’t able to connect. I don’t know if was able to hear me or if I just wasn’t able to hear him. Since I couldn’t hear if he was available I didn’t go any further.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

It seems that meditation is key or being able to get yourself in a meditation like environment is key.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I still have a handful of courses to review so I’ll wait to review more information before asking any questions.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I did not since I wasn’t able to communicate during any of my practices.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I didn’t play any games because they are all locked for later dates.

Sometimes it is easier to connect with our Featured Animal Teacher of the month because they are especially aware of their important role in teaching us during the month. Other animals including those on the Animal Teachers are also available but may not be as prepared and focused for conversations with students. And sometimes the animals are busy doing their own thing and not available in the moment. Keep trying, you’re gaining on it.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

My usual, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes before going to sleep each night.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Today I noticed an Eastern Phoebe bird checking out the swallow nest in my barn. I welcomed the little bird and told him/her that if they are going to live in the barn, they have to get used to me being there. This evening I noticed there has been work done on the nest to make it their own, so it looks like they’re staying.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I made an attempt and received nothing in response.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. As always, I leave space for intuitive thoughts to come to me.

      1. Meditate!
I have succeeded to complete the evening meditation with a few short meditations during the day, with the breathing techniques that I have learned during classes. I have even succeeded to relax an anxiety burst of my dog just by breathing (as he is extremely sensitive to energy attacks) and he tuned his energy with mine, and than he relaxed in the silence and calm created.
      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
This week I have tried to connect with Rita, but unfortunately each time I got interrupted. Will practice each time I will get the chance.
      3. Celebrate!
This time I celebrate the fact that I am soooo happy for being a student here, and have learned already sooooo much! 😊 Thank you! Every time I get to listen to the Masterclasses, every time I find something new, something useful, and I can see and feel the transformation that takes place within. Thank you!
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How can we fend ourselves or shield ourselves from the negative energy that others project? Perhaps they are not conscious but I feel them.
      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I have looked forward and tried again to connect with Sal, and I almost succeeded but than my mind went off. Like loosing the cell phone signal. I am so curious to connect with Sal again, to hear what he has to say to me, and I will try again until I will succeed.
      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I have started to use my intuition more often for example with my dogs. As we don’t live together, when I visit and spend all day together I am watching them all the time, and by intuition I have remained longer with them last Sunday evening, and it was good decision as related to point 1, Bebe is extremely sensitive to the world around him, and I felt I had to stay. He is special, as everyday between 9-10 am, my mom, reports he stays in a special place in the garden like meditating. He sits absolutely still for about 20 minutes, or as long no one interrupts him. I can hardly wait anymore until I can talk to him.
I just hope that this excitement is not blocking me from actually communicating, thinking that his has repeated also with the connection with Sal, and perhaps all previous trials.

We’re glad you are here, too.

Check the Platinum Masterclasses for information on shielding energy. The fact that you can sense them, will help you to be more aware and increase the protection. Suggest starting each day with shielding and increasing shield whenever needed.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

In addition to group meditations – church and a group call with Susann – I have been bringing in the Reiki energy in preparation to teaching a Reiki workshop next month and to hopefully attract students for the class.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I just tuned into Sal again before my 15 min call with Val. I asked him how he was enjoying being FAT and he seems to like it. He said he liked it that Lee is going to give him guardian tasks. He likes having a job. He said it had not been as busy again as it was that one day and I told him it would never be that busy again. We also discussed the fact that it would be another animal’s turn to be FAT soon so not as many people would be communicating with him. I also asked him if he had a message for me or for my Missy. I explained that I have a 15 minute call with Val coming up and had asked Val about my Missy. He said he liked Val and did not seem to have a message for me or about Missy.

I continue to attempt to communicate with my cats Missy and Roxy. I have a bird nesting right outside my window so have tried to connect with her as well as other birds outside. No success with any of this.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The ease with which I was able to connect with Sal.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

How can I connect with birds and other wildlife outside my window?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes – see above. I posted this to the Forum and copied that post here.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, I meditated a lot over the weekend and did several of Val’s meditations during the week.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

While I was in Florida, I met a very handsome iguana who I was very drawn to. He knew I wanted a good picture of him but he was moving quickly about the pool, until I followed him as he went to a large rock where he posed majestically. He was very proud to participate in my photo shoot and thanked me for taking the time to admire him.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

My confidence level in my intuitive abilities has increased exponentially! Since upgrading to Platinum a week ago, I have literally listened to 5 Masterclasses. The series about the Clairs has given me so much insight as to my own strengths and weaknesses. So much to celebrate this week! So many epiphanies

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I discovered my kitties LOVE Val’s voice. Nothing “draws a crowd” of kitties like listening to one of the recordings…. They all 4 showed changes in their behavior since my call with Val. They are more affectionate and engaged. I think they are feeling like I finally woke up and smelled the coffee…

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Sal has really enjoyed the whole process of being the FAT. I have been busy responding to the flurry of communication with him. He has become quite confident in the process. Such an amazing experience. I am so grateful to the insight provided by this group and for this opportunity in general.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I listened to multiple Masterclasses on the Clairs and on Chakras.

Delighted that you honored Mr. iguana’s request for a proper photoshoot, perhaps he wanted to insure you got his best side.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Quite a lot. Kept falling asleep in the silent ones.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with Rosen – but not feeling confident. I’ve been trying with Elsa – I haven’t felt it was clear. I did try a willow and eventually did get the sensation of being a willow and a tree.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I think I have been looking for words or human style communication and this is where Ive been missing things. I’ve ignored feelings to not do something, and regretted it. So I’ve decided those things I feel must be the things that others talk about and I’m going to listen to them. They have always been there but I just haven’t connected that that was my intuition. I thought it was just odd feelings. Happy to have connected with that.
      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Getting better at calling sensations communications. 😊 I also discovered that the Mutant Message book is apparently a hoax. I was really sad about it. But I’m trying to think that it doesn’t change the things I thought were valuable – they’re still valuable. I’m very gullible and naïve, and think I need to develop more wisdom to live in the world. I will ask Elsa to help me with that.

      No I didn’t this week.

Been trying to check in with wild birds, ducks etc when out with Elsa. I did have a young goose stop and look at me curiously – I’ll count that as a win!

      1. I listened again to one of the advanced classes, Val’s cat said something like “just love the animal and you’ll do great.” I resolved to focus on that: filling my self with love energy. Work in progress.
      2. I tried to connect with Lee O 007 – nothing. I told my cats that I want very much to hear them or for them to let me know somehow that they hear me.
      3. Filling myself with love energy is worthwhile whether or not I every hear an animal.
      4. Same questions as always, no discoveries.
      5. See above.
      6. I still haven’t seen intuition games available, though it’s been a few days since I checked. I continue to notice when I play minesweeper that much more often than not my Intuition fails me. Even when I assume my intuition is reversed and pick the opposite choice, I get it wrong.
