One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      – Yes, I did meditations from the beginner’s animal communication course. I spent about 20-25 minutes meditating and will be adding to that before Friday.
      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
      – I attempted to communicate with Turkey the dog, Nancy the cat, and my own pets. With Turkey, I tried to show her how to approach people calmly and to stay away from strangers as they can be dangerous. With Nancy, I tried to send feelings of being safe and loved, to calm her anxiety.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
      – I felt more connected during my meditations and felt a shift in my body, which I didn’t feel before even though I’ve done these meditations before (like chills down my spine, tearing up, etc). Its hard to explain, but I felt I’m doing something right.
      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      – While meditating, I focused on one of my pets and saw a small mental video (more like a GIF really). I am not sure how to distinguish if it was a message from my animal, or my mind. I also am not sure what type of receiver I am (clairaudient, clairvoyant, or clairsentient), it’s hard for me to tell.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      – I haven’t yet tried with the FAT, because I am not good at receiving messages yet. I feel like if I unknowingly manage to send a message but can’t hear anything that’s being sent back, it would annoy/frustrate the animal. I am a bit reluctant to try for now with animals who don’t know me.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      – I played the first game to enhance clairvoyant skills. I will be working on this one for the next week as well.

      1. Meditate!
Every evening. Sometimes I also let run a masterclass even though I fell asleep.
      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I put my best to connect to Sal, the former FAT, and got only bits that I have posted into Sal’s page. I have also tried to connect with any of my friends but as any parent of adolescent, I talk I hear. 😊 I am also in the phase of not struggling too much, and when I feel that it is about to happen I let go, and wait for the Universe to guide me.
      3. Celebrate!
I want to celebrate life this week, and the bits of communication with Sal, but I shouldn’t do that before Lee confirms 😊 Anyway I will take your advice, as this is not about being right or wrong, but first is to learn the process of doing it.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I have the question with the moon and energies. Why can’t I sleep when it is a full moon night? Is it good or bad that I feel the vibration of the full moon?
Why is it so silent outside, as many people say animals are usually agitated and actually people too. At the last fill moon I have opened the window and my cat Boumba stood a little on the window sill and than he jumped running hurriedly away, like something scared him…
This also happened on other occasions like something is outside, during the night with or without the full moon.
What would be a good habit to do when this full moon and no sleep happens?
      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I have hoped and have succeeded something. 😊 Please check point 2
      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I have played the Clairvoyant exercises one time only , as they require too a meditation first as I think they will work better, and did not had enough time … I also have started to check my intuition in traffic, and I have had some success. I try to guess who goes where and if they would change the lane or not. Helpful distraction from other unorthodox thoughts and nerves… 😊

Note to Barb: I had trouble finding the correct week, the link took me to last week’s postings. Just FYI.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Soul Malas Healing Meditation Music 10-30 minutes in the evening before going to sleep.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I found a little squirrel that had somehow gotten his leg caught in the feeder hook I have on my deck. I saw him hanging from the hook and went to see what was wrong. He was in shock when I got to him, but I told him I was there to help. There was no fight, he allowed me to get his leg out of the hook. I put him in a carrier and took him to the Nature Center. Unfortunately they said they probably couldn’t help him as injuries such as a broken leg, which he had, even if they fix them and release them back into the wild, will break again due to the stress placed on the legs by running and jumping. But at least I saved him from being eaten by a hawk or other predator.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Not yet.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games, but as always I leave space for intuition to speak to me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I have been using the heart meditation a couple of times. And when I am with the horses I really try to listen and be an empty vessel. Other than that, not much meditation this week.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I tried to talk with Linus, male dog dead. He was the beloved dog of a friend of mine. Talked about purpose and his journey as a protector and healer for his person. Very strong and beautiful soul, has gone through a lot of challenge in his life. So brave.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrating that I prioritize this journey .

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Always wondering if I am really connecting or if I make it up.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes I tried to connect with beautiful Aston. and I mainly felt his personality and energy. Have posted.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      Not any particular games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes I meditated every day. I listened to binaural beats for chakra balancing. I did several different meditations on the Calm app and Jason Stephenson on You Tube.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I was sitting in a parking lot and saw a bird so I decided to try to connect.he was hopping around looking for something and I asked if it was food. He gave me the impression he was looking for nest material. At this point I thought he was she. , but then he corrected me and directed my attention to another bird which was the female. I asked him where their nest was…

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

So when I asked the bird about the nest I just sat quietly listening. I then was directed to back up my car to the right and look up. There , up high in a pine tree I saw something and realized it was a nest. That was a big moment!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

So many questions. Will post in the Q&A for the call

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Initial impressions of Aston the beautiful baby of Lucia’s. He feels very young and looks like a cuddle bug. His eyes are intoxicating. Seems very curious and like a Mommy’s Boy

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Just spent more time using my imagination and reaching out to different animals

      1. Continuing to mix quiet meditation when I go to bed and/or wake up, and filling myself with love when I think of it
      2. I THINK I connected with two different species at our local zoo (one bald eagle, and Bella a panther). It was odd, I asked them questions and got the answers in my head – ding! – before the question was even finished. I asked the eagle especially to move (groom, scratch, whatever) to show me that she could really hear me, but she didn’t – so I am not sure if it was legit.
      3. See #2. Also I think I was able to support someone who posted asking for help on your FB page, though it didn’t involve communication it felt good to be able to support someone who was having trouble caring for his cats.
      4. Did I REALLY connect with those animals??
      5. Tried 007 Sal again, still nothing that couldn’t be guessed by anyone.
      6. Still waiting for access to games on your learning portal. Continuing with my apps (intermittent encouragement, as is usual) and paying attention to intuition in daily life.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s. I also took part a little bit in a group Healing Tami from the program offered me. That was pretty cool!

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity. Hawkeye. My mourning dove friends and their baby. One of them and I had an extraordinary moment together ! He/she was giving me a straight up clear message !
Also, unintentionally, with a dog I communicated with in physical body and in Spirit. He guided me to his person for her to help me because she had a similar experience with what I am going through.
Also, a dog in physical body who might go to Spirit soon.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The connection with the mourning dove and also more resonation realization that are part of existence with Serenity and Hawkeye and my Healing.

Not yet. If I do I’ll post.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, more with numbers and the moment with the mourning dove with the clear message for me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I reviewed the Q&A call archives and did the meditation from April. I was amazed how it made me aware of my heart. It seemed to be beating so loudly and really taking over everything. I listened to it again before communicating with a cat.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

As part of listening to the April Q&A call I communicated with Sal. I learned mostly about his personality. It helped me to trust my intuition. When you asked his purpose, I knew he saw himself as the protector. I didn’t know exactly what he was protecting Lee from and that makes more sense once I learned later that he saw himself as the guardian who was aware of things both seen and unseen.

I also communicated quickly with my own horse Bob who had lost his closest friend, Jack, a pony who was almost 40 years old. Bob is acting like everything is fine but I wanted to know if that was the reality. When I connected with him and asked him how he felt about losing Jack, I felt a really strong clenching my stomach.

Finally, I communicated with animal teacher Scooter.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I am celebrating that I was able to feel a physical sensation from Bob since that has rarely happened for me. I usually receive words and knowingness.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

As always, I have the questions of how to develop my visual abilities. At the same time I do receive visions the same way I would when picturing things when reading a book. These often turn out to be accurate.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I communicated with Aston, the FAT. The conversation mostly revealed what he loved to do and his personality. I posted it and Lucia told me everything was “spot on.” That felt good since I haven’t communicated with someone else’s animal in a while. I’m usually pretty good on personalities and likes. I have a harder time learning about an animal’s environment and his relationships.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I could not find the Intuition Games but I found the Intuition lessons. I tried the 5 simple steps to developing your intuitive abilities. I’m not sure I was very good at it yet. I still have difficulty getting completely quiet.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes but not as much as I would like. A lot of guided meditations at night to try to get to sleep.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? This week I communicated with Elsa – the hardest! I had to let her know about a weird change in routine: we were getting up at 4am and had agreed to take her to my mum’s house but without waking her. I explained it all, and showed her having a treat then going to sleep at my mum’s. I explained that I didn’t want to wake my mum up. When we got there at 4.30, Elsa sat in “treat position” then lay down to go to sleep. This is completely not what she normally does! Normally she runs in to my mum’s house barking like mad thing and runs all over the house looking for her. My mum said she didn’t make a sound until my mum got up and came to find her. I’m counting that as a big win!
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I communicated successfully with my darling Elsa.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries! It’s lack of confidence that stops me !
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No, not this week.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No, not this week. But I am spending time listening more to my little inner feelings.

No listing page for 29 Apr to 6 May so put under previous week 23 – 29 Apr

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Appx 30 mins listening to mindfulness session but mind on other things this week

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Didn’t have time this week except, continue to talk to neighbour cats when cats visiting me. Seems Princess tuxedo getting less agitated when tabby Princess is around

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Nothing this week except celebrate the squirrels I feed in park are still running towards me. Now when I make a low clicking sound before I enter secluded part of the park the squirrels come running towards me

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

How does it work between animals …. If animals are telepathic and they get lost/stolen why do they not connect with other animals and find their way home or they do connect but is it more difficult to find their way home or not want to go back home

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet. Haven’t had times. But will do so

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      Played own intuition games

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, several group meditations: church, Susann’s membership group call, and a couple of online meditations. Also I have several times just spent some quiet time breaching and relaxing usually with a cat in my lap.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I just introduced myself to our beautiful new FAT Aston. It was a brief intro. I looked at his picture and felt a strong connection. I told him that I loved black cats and that he (or she?) is beautiful. I talked to him a little about being FAT and the group call when we would all be talking to him at first. He asked how that was going to work and I explained that Val would introduce him or her to a group of people learning to communicate with animals. I had my cat Roxy jump in my lap and that ended our conversation.

I have as always attempted to communicate with my cats Roxy and Missy with little to know success. I also speak to the birds outside but they are way too busy with bird stuff to pay any attention to me.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I felt a strong connection to Aston when I looked at the picture. Such a beautiful cat and a loving cat.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

How do I communicate with my cats. We communicate but not in words I can post here.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Yes – see #2 above.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No
