One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      Much love, Barb & Val

I forgot to post last week so am starting over. Posting early.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Mainly group meditations: church, membership group calls for Val and Susann

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Sal, our FAT. I forget the breed. I communicated with him during the group call last Saturday.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How easily and well I connected with Sal

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Why can’t I communicate with my cats Missy and Roxy? My cat Princess who is now in spirit is the only one of my cats I have ever been successful communicating with.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, during the group call. I asked him what his purpose was with Lee. At first he seemed confused, did not understand the question. Then Val explained about animals’ purpose with their humans. He either was listening to Val or got it from me as I was listening to her. He sort of said oh that is what you mean. I am her guardian. Aren’t all cats guardians? I guard her from thing both seen and unseen.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? // I was on Spring Break with my family (including teen daughter), so I didn’t meditate much.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? // I tried one of the previous FAT dogs, still I don’t hear anything back. Only the feeling that she loves her person very much, and is bored.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. // 1. I re-listened to some of the basic classes and had the feeling “yeah, I can do this!” 2. This morning when I left the house all 3 cats were hanging around the back door, Maui definitely wanted to go outside (he is only allowed to do so with me, on a leash, but sometimes he sneaks out). When I got out the door with klunky bags in hand I checked to make sure he was still inside and didn’t sneak out, at first I only saw the other two, then Maui poked his head around the corner – I think he knew I was looking for him!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? // Just wondering what I should do differently to get believable results.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. // Nope, I listened to the Saturday call when everyone talked to the current FAT and I feel that hearing other people’s experiences gets in the way of my own connection. I tried the previous FAT dog again, hoping that a reconnection should be easier than a new one.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? // I haven’t checked to see if I have access to the website intuition games (thanks for the note last week!), it is hard for me to find specific lessons among all the classes and dropdown boxes. I stuck to my usual app games.

      1. Meditate!
Yes. I do meditate, though mostly in the evenings, some with very nice effects.
      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have tried to connect with Sal, after the break through taken in the live Q&A, but it’s not the same when alone at home. I will try some more.
      3. Celebrate!
I want to celebrate the fact that I have succeeded to cross the barrier, and have that special encounter with Sal. 😊
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
One of my mom’s cats passed away and it happened during the day between 2 – 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I heard a stressed meow and went outside but nothing… Ever since I work there I have only seen a cat about 4 years ago… I have asked people to remove the sewage cap because I heard a cat in distress and maybe somehow got in, but there was nothing. I heard the meowing 3 times, and each time I have jumped from my desk, and went outside and called to see if there might be a cat somewhere, I asked the doorman… No one has seen a cat. At the time I was alone in the office, and I don’t have a second opinion about it, but could I have heard my mom’s cat calling when she passed? I knew she is going to release her body as she was 17 years old, and she showed the signs. Could I have some traces of clairaudience within me?
      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Oh yes! And he was so funny too! 😊 I have written all my notes with I’ve got during the live call.
      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week not too much, consciously. I am following my instinct more, which I assume is related to intuition.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

10-30 minutes each evening before bed, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

This evening when I felt it was time for my cat, Scooter, to come in from outside, I went to the window to see if he was sitting by the door ready to come in. I saw him streak across the deck as if chasing something or being chased. I went to the door and right out in the yard were two coyotes. They ran when I walked outside and I clapped my hands at them and they took off. I told them my kitty is off limits to you, and I’ve told you that before. Nothing has changed. I will have to be watchful when I let him outside.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I made an attempt. That picture looks like a painting. Almost not real.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games, but leaving space for intuition to come to me if needed.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Appx 30 mins on and off plus listening to calming music . Watched and completed a Brad Yates tapping video. Busy week

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Haven’t communicated with any animal this week except my neighbour’s tuxedo cat who sometimes appears to want to attack another neighbours calm tabby cat when both in my garden. Tuxedo says its territory. Tabby stays quiet and may move away Am attempting to resolve the issue

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate that some animals wander up to me on their own accord without any assistance from me.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      None this week

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet. Been too busy but looking forward to communicating with Sal

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Played my various guessing games as usual when out and about e.g which squirrel in the park will run to me first for biscuits/peanuts. I can recognize individual squirrels by the markings and behaviour. Guess, but almost certain, that my intimidating neighbour will leave his own house at same time as me. how many games of doubles tennis I’ll play, how many ‘wins'(more chat than play!)

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

This week my energy has picked up again and I have been meditating almost every evening. I like to listen to guided meditations on youtube. Also using Val´s heart meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I talked with Brady, a dwarf poodle. He is little but tough, and he loves going skiing with mom. Strong and determent. He seems to like more outdoor activities, than relax on the sofa.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Just thrilled that I keep it up.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Not any questions right now.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I talked to Sal today, after doing the heart meditation. I met a very confident and calm cat. He felt content and happy to meet me. Showing me around the house. Have posted.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      Not anything in particular.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. Have been focusing on chanting every day; did Val’s soul healing; did two silent guided meditations.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I tried to connect with Rosen to ask about his tummy. I have posted yet. It’s hard to trust and feel confident.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. All the healing I have received from the animals and this whole process. I can no longer imagine how I would have survived this far without them, and this. Thank you.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries! Why do I always lack confidence to connect. Why can’t I tell whether its’ real or not? I would like to change this.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. I communicated with Sal on the Q&A. I found it quite difficult. I’m not sure if I connected or not – I think the photograph was very bright and sharp and somehow I kept wanting to look at the photo rather than connect. But I got an amazing message: You’re on the brink. Keep going. This is not a competition. Be definite on your path. Don’t allow doubt to distract you. You know what you want. You have chosen. Step forward. – this really resonates. I am going to write it out somewhere where I can read it easily every day. Thank you so much Sal.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No. Still a sticking point for me. I think it would really help me. I forget to do this.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I have had the opportunity to do a lot of meditating this week. On the airplane, on the beach and with the group on the call Saturday. Hard to tell how much total time, but it is significant.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I did a lot of communicating with my kitties this week, particularly Sal. I have talked to them extensively since I have been gone all week. I have loved reading and replying to everyone who connected to Sal. It has been very rewarding to provide feedback.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

What a wonderful experience it was having Sal as the FAT! I have gotten so much more insight from the wonderful community we have here and feel so much more connected. I am learning to trust my intuition more, as well as gaining so much insight about my kitties This is all worth celebrating!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Still wondering if and how I can energize water…. I am very interested in learning to develop my Clairs and have upgraded to Platinum.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Sal and I communicated quite a bit this week , as I have been out of town. I have done a lot of posting in the forum. Sal has really enjoyed this experience and he has an extra little “spring in his step” and has been very connected to me.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I played my bag of crayons game. I am getting better. It was interesting, how I received the information to identify the color. Once I was driving, holding a crayon and I started seeing blue EVERYWHERE! Blue cars, blue signs, blue sky. Sure enough, it was a blue crayon I was holding!
