One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Not really other than at church and in Susann’s membership group zoom call.

I am in the middle of moving. My cats left yesterday to stay with their Aunt Linda until the new place is ready. Next Tuesday I move to a friend’s extra room and most of my stuff is moved to storage. I’m just not able to settle down for much of anything.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My cats Missy and Roxy and Princess in spirit. I have continued to talk to M and R about the move. Yesterday Linda came and got them. They have a room to themselves in her house. When she put the carriers in the room and opened them Roxy immediately came out and started exploring the room. Missy stayed in her carrier. I tried to tune into them and reassure them that everything was OK and we would all three be together again in the new apartment.

Later Linda pulled her out in the little bed that is in the carrier and gave her some loves. Today Linda said that they are both OK, eating and all that jazz.

I also communicated with Princess in spirit asking her to help M and R if she could. And I asked her help getting to sleep which she did.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I was able to send Love to Missy and Roxy after they moved to Linda’s.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Why is it that Princess is the only one of my cats I’ve ever had good communication with?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

      1. Meditate!

I did my best to meditate mornings and evenings, but still life is getting in the way and I didn’t succeed all of them as either I have gotten asleep or being late for work and so on. Overall I did meditated and have succeed to go again through Soul Repair and Spirit Healing for pets and people which I feel is absolutely amazing for me. Fits like a glove to my soul.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).

This week I have practiced a little with all animals surrounding me.
I was petting Rita, the dog from my workplace. And she was sitting on the roof of the dog house. Each time I go to her, I ask her whispering and in my heart: who are you? Why have you waited for me? Help me hear you. I want to hear your story. 😊
Time permitting, I also use to groom her. As she was sitting, I couldn’t get well to her back and while noticing and embracing the tiny waves of wind, and feeling her soft fur under my hand, I have pictured her in my head, as she was lying on the house. And instantly she did! I was soooo happy! I continued to groom her and trying to connect, but it is hard when the phone rings for work while at work 😊…. I thanked her. I will keep on trying each time I will have the possibility. 😊

I have also tried the same with my dogs, Bebe and Estella, but they ignored me and my healing, by playing with one another. I assume they are happy as they are. 😊

I again had the chance to provide healing support for a tiny kitten. When I went to hospital to visit my friend Toto, somebody brought in a kitten of 300 grams only, maybe 5-6 weeks old, with his intestines out by being bitten by a dog. As I have watched this kitten I had sensed that his vital signs are very strong. Considering the situation, I consider he was quite alert, and his eyes looked bright, even playful… He went to surgery, and I wanted to remain there to assist the surgery. While the doc was preparing the kitten for surgery, I had enough time to concentrate to ground and to support the kitten and the doc and nurse performing the surgery. The vet explained that when such young animals must be put under anesthesia it’s tricky as they metabolize it very fast, and they must work very fast not to overdose the chemical. Kudos for the doc! They were also concerned how the night will pass for the little fellow as his tiny body had a big suture on the ventral side…
I noticed that when I concentrate on healing, my hands activate quite fast. I could say almost instantly. I hope that I will evolve at the same level with AC as soon as possible. 😊
The second day, I dared ask how the kitten is doing. The answer was, he is behaving as almost not being under such trauma, and he is eating “as a wolf”. I know cats are masters at disguising pain therefore I am not putting the crown on my head, and of course pain medication is good too, but I feel very happy that I was there and have contributed to such success.
I also have a strong sense that this guy in the future, will grow up to be beautiful, healthy, and strong and complete his mission on Earth. 😊

I also provided some healing to a queen of 5 very beautiful kittens, (5 in 5 different color patterns) that were carried underneath a car, actually in the metallic shield of the car. In a stormy night, her due time arrived and she decided to either give birth in the shield, or maybe she carried them there. Nobody knows. The owner of the car wanted to use a stick to scare the cat out … My husband was passing by and got the kittens out, and the queen followed. She stayed for 3 days at the cat house, and on the 4th day, she carried her kitten, and I have seen her only once since then. Anyway while she stayed I had again that nice reaction. She came out from the house for food, and while she was eating I offered her some healing energy. When I have directed my hands towards her, not touching her, she stopped eating looking at me straight in my eyes. I got somehow shock and delight at the same time from her. When she finished eating she went into the house to feed the babies, and I followed her to continue the healing energy session, and she laid her head in my hand with a loud purr. I can’t explain in plain words my happiness, and the reward I felt. I hope that she knows what’s best for her and for the babies, and that she will succeed to complete the mission she came for. I feel she came for the family of which car she chose to hide the babies under. 😊
Val, Barb, I hope that all this detailed stories are considered practicing but if you consider it’s not, than please let me know. Thank you!

      3. Celebrate!
I am celebrating all the achievements mentioned above. Baby steps, but sure ones ! 😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

As already mentioned above, I have discovered/realized that when I concentrate on healing my hands are “loading” almost instantly. I assume this is because I am Divinely guided and energy is traveling instantly.
A question would be: What do I have to do to get calmer in my everyday life. My personality still gets from under the duvet. For example I am still like a rocket when I happen to see an injustice. I can’t handle calmly a human that is doing crazy things in traffic putting in danger more lives than it’s own, or the pet parents that “forget” to feed the dog, or forget to put fresh water for their companions, be it cats, dogs, horses. I still feel my blood boiling with sort of rage against such misplaced behaviors. Is there a “pill” to get calmer? 😊

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I posted what I have got during the call. Unfortunately even though I wanted to give one more try, I hadn’t enough time. So sorry!

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
Not this week, just usual life intuition situations. I am also implementing the setting the intention, every morning, and every evening, and I can say until now it worked! 😊

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did to private ones with Val every day (not today yet). I even got into heart space and worked with Love and Light.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I asked the cats about which vet. I tried doing a little scanning for concerns. Not sure about what I got. I tried Healing work. I connected with Hawkeye while at the vet and sent good energy. Other things, too.
Also I connected with two or three of my mourning dove friends.
I also talked with a very scared/nervous dog at the vet and sent her good energy and she was so much calmer. If I remember correctly, her mommy said she hadn’t been like that before (at the vet). Her mommy I know said she (dog) almost fell asleep (after I talked with her and sent her good energy). The dog smiled at me, too.
I also connected with a cat or two of someone else. One had a litter box issue related to a ghost. Hopefully the ghost will not bother them anymore.

      I also talked with Magne.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I posted for Eva Julia to read.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

10-30 minutes before bedtime each night, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Focusing on Ginger, she is now spending her days in her crate while I am gone or at work. She has also pretty much stopped eating except for her regular treats. I can tell she’s hungry, but she refuses to eat the (same) food I been giving her for a very long time. I keep trying to give her variety, but nothing works. Hopefully we’ll have time to address this on my call with Val tomorrow.

No, I haven’t had time to even try.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. Leaving space for intuitive thoughts to come to me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Appx 30 min. Completed a couple of Brad Yates tapping – calming – videos. Helped a little.

Difficult to concentrate this week, especially due to noisy family living in next house and now their visitors staying during the school holidays.

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Only communicated with neighbours cats -Tabby Princess and Tuxedo Princess when going about my usual chores at home. Tuxedo Princess spooked a few times by next door children and visitors children, so spent time keeping her calm.

Checking what I need to do to get up to date with the course, recording/classes etc

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Not much to celebrate this week – wasted lot of time this week

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      None this week

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Planned to but life got in the way but will do so this weekend and post in forum

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals.

Usual games I can play when out and about

      1. Yes I have meditated around 30 – 40 min every day, except the last days, due to travel. I meditate together with the horses.

      2. I talked with an elderly cat Lucy. I am not sure if I connected but I got a sense f her personality.

      3. Celebrating that Magne is FAT and that I connect deeper with him.

      4. None this week.

      5. I talked with Magne and asked him why he is in my life as a horse this life, and he answered that it is the only way he could reach my heart, and for us to do what we are suppose to do together.

      6. Not any particular. Trying to stay open and connected.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      Yes ,every day. 30 min-2 hrs/day

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I talked mostly with Roo this week and then Val interpreted during a private session. He was being quite demanding for some healing during our Masterclass last week. I had detected some imbalance in his 2nd and 3rd chakras. It was unusual for him to be so “in my face” demanding and it was during our Masterclass. As it was, it was MY chakras he was insisting I work on.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Great private call with Val where we uncovered all kinds of cool stuff, like my Solar Plexus Spirit Animal, which is a snake….I didn’t see that one coming.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I did post my current communication to Eva Julia. “Magne the Magnificent” seemed to zero right in to heal my sacral chakra.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games per se but Val helped me interpret some things I was getting during meditation which was helpful in trusting my intuition.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
A little – I was away staying with family so didn’t have too much time alone but I did grab some stolen moments. I wasn’t working so was able to keep a connection to my heart most of the time.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced tuning in to the different trees and feeling their different atmospheres. I realised that I keep looking for “conversations” in a human sense and this is blocking me. I sensed the joy and loveliness of a snail. I greeted a seagull and was acknowledged. I’ve been talking to Elsa in words and she has been responding a lot – understanding everything (although not always agreeing 😊 ).
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I can feel.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My question to myself is: what will happen if I stop blocking myself and go with my instincts, emotions, feelings?
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I had another powerful conversation with Magne. I haven’t posted it yet – I have only just come out of it. But interestingly: I had one agenda and he clearly had quite another! I will post it for Eva Julia, but I just need to get my head around it first.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been away but I’ve been trying to tune in to trees and water and any birds I have seen.

      1. I’ve been mostly trying to connect with Soldier (a horse) and Mickey (an elephant at our local zoo).
      2. I connected in person with Mickey last weekend. It was raining, so she and Fritz (her 3-year old) came close to us to be under a roof and out of the rain. I told her out loud: If I had celery, I would give it to you. Then I told my husband “she LOVES celery” (I know this from one of the keepers). SHE NODDED vigorously!!!!!!
