One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did meditate many times this past week. Most were led by Val as I was going through the program. I also meditated with the intent of relaxation, love and safety, with my dogs several times as well.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated with Kathy S’s dog, Sabrina. I saw pictures and heard a voice but I couldn’t tell what or who the voice sounded like. She is a girly-girl and loves it when her Mom fixes her hair with pretty clips. She is a Momma’s girl and loves going with her to beaches, cafes And boutiques. (I don’t know if it’s a true connection or if it’s my ego making up stories).
      .

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I want to celebrate you answering my question in the Aug 13th Q&A. Being open to the different signature styles is good but it’s what you do with them that matters. Thinking back to the connections that I have made, how did that feel without my mind getting in the way. I need to learn how to connect with my heart and not my head.

I have a hard time closing off my mind and leading with my heart, because I use my mind to facilitate my breathing, growing my heart within and sending my intentions to whomever I am trying to connect with. They are connected and I can’t seem to separate them effectively .

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I am having difficulty separating true communication and ego fed communication. I’m not leaning in to trust what’s real and what’s not. Sometimes when I meditate and are led to call a spirit animal, my Rottweiler, Sophie, seems to appear in front of me. She is looking up at me with piercing eyes. Same position, same deep look as though she is trying so hard for me to hear her. Often times, only with Sophie, I find tears rolling down my cheeks because I am failing her. We are very closely bonded. I honestly thought she was going to be the one to connect with me first.

Yesterday, I was in the car and all of a sudden I felt nauseous. My stomach had been fine.( Clairsentience). I came home and used my pendulum and checked Sophie’s Chakras that were all open. Then I rolled her over to check her stomach and the pendulum stood still. No clockwise movement. Is this real??? I am picking up probiotics from the Vet later today just in case. 🤷‍♀️

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I communicated with Magne this months FAT. Through pictures I got the impression that he was the “Herd Clown”. He loves running fast down hills, having his mane blow in the wind. He has one or two dog friends that walk by with a lady that he likes very much. Sometimes the lady gives him a carrot. He is sweet and sensitive and will be a great horse for a beginner rider.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I played the Intuition game with different colored Starburst candies. I did pretty well. I got 6 out of 10 correct.
I also put 6 hair ties in a bag and got the first 3 on the second time and the last three I didn’t guess well.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      The usual daily meditations.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been trying to communicate with one of my rescue dogs who has been having issues, some of which seem emotional in origin. I’ve learnt that I need to treat him for energetic causes apart from the physical symptoms.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I managed to get a few points right in my communication with the FAT.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      Nothing in particular.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, posted and got valuable feedback.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Nothing specific, except for some random “guessing” games.

      1. Meditate!

I have meditated mostly in the evenings and also have went through Exploring the Mysteries of the Human Animal Body Mind Connection Masterclass.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have spent time getting into conversation with Tita And Nose. Tita is a cat that has stomach cancer, and her friend is Nose, and he is suffering of diabetes. Their parent asked me to offer healing support for them, and I also spent a lot of time getting to connect with them. I have insisted on the girl Tita, but the best I could do, was to receive I think a clairsentience message, that she is feeling nauseated. I suppose that in the C illness is very common, but I am a little frustrated for not receiveing more from her.
Otherwise, I speak to all creatures… verbally for the time being.

      3. Celebrate!
I am celebrating this week my evolution so far! Comparing with last year, it’s a new old me. 😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Question: How can I stop my analyzing mind? I am born on September so this is my month, and I have read some horoscope about Virgos. And it is true, my mind, my construction makes me analyze everything… because if I understand, than everything it’s clear…
Discovery: I think this may be one of the subconscious reasons I can’t communicate yet with my friends. ( the built in “analyzing feature” 🙂 )

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I tried briefly to connect with Magne, but I wish there would be some magic wand, to give me more time and rest. I have failed to connect and I have to recognize and learn from my mistake. I am so sorry beautiful Magne!

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I am exercising my intuition in my everyday life, regarding people or situations but no particular game from the ones suggested.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, silent meditations with sutras 1-2x per day every day

I found a little bunny in the pet store and was very drawn to him. I told him how beautiful his fur was and he modestly indicated that he knew. I was petting him and asked if I could give him some healing energy and he was all for it.

Truly grateful for this journey and every experience it brings. I learned another healing modality this week so that is pretty cool

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Found it difficult to obtain no more than about 10 minutes at a time (day + evening) to relax and have ‘me’ time due to helping friends compete/submit government forms by a deadline (sometime think this is all I do – help others) plus finally attending hospital appt to proceed for eye (eye lash/eyelid) operation plus having visitor, laptop paying up and so on – a very busy week – feel tired

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Only chatted to both the neighbours cats that visit me. Princesses – Tabby and Tuxedo when going about daily life. Have noticed that Tabby Princess seems more skittish these last few days and sometimes runs away when I open back door even though Princess Tuxedo is sitting quietly by. Normally Tabby would sit and watch even when having a drink of water. Will check in with him when possible

Learnt to keep watching animal’s reactions.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing this week

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing at the moment
      .
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Communicated with Magne and posted in forum. Magne showed me being in a paddock/field, a circus ring, ringmaster and young woman and his stable. Lot of symbolism

Received lovely feedback. Got a lot right and with the symbolism,

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Very little games or thoughts of my own intuition games as had little time .

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I listened to Val’s medications in the course and also tried a few times while I lay in bed before trying to sleep. Mostly I focused on my breathing and let my mind be still. I tried to feel every part of my body and then focused on visualization/daydream/future focusing. I do not kno whow much time each time, but probably not enough each time.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I was driving down the highway and saw a truck full of cattle. They were most likely headed to slaughter and I immediately felt sorry. But it was strange, because I got the distinct sensation that instead of fear that I expected to be coming from them, I felt curiosity and some feeling of disconnection coming from them. Almost like they were in a different, disassociated with the present reality, at least some of them. I fought my desire to reach out and “reassure” them, as I felt it would make them fearful and why do that. So I just sent them feelings of love and appreciation and gratitude for giving of themselves for our nourishment. I had a feeling suddenly like maybe they were just going to another farm, but, my vet mind knew that their size and quantity was right for slaughter, so I just kept sending them love and gratitude and courage.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I re-listened to the Awaken recordings and more of the beginner course sessions as well. I have been lagging behind and decided that I must move ahead.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I really am still at a basic level with Maximus, I feel like I am not communicating as well as I should be, he lets me know when he is hungry and wants to go out or in, but he is asking for more and I am not sure what, at times he scratches me or bites my leg but I am just frustrated and feel like I am in the dark.
I got loving from my son’s cat who is not usually so affectionate with me and got attention from his new wife’s family’s dog, but I was too distracted at the time to really reach out and communicate. I feel I need to put more effort in and try more.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I reached out quickly to the new September FAT Boumba and wrote what I got in that section. I really want to try to speak to Magne again so will try again soon as I finish this.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I have not played any of the games and feel very overwhelmed with all I have on my plate this last few weeks. I have set an intention to spend specific time each week to work on all of this.

      1. Yes. I’ve been at home this week so have been able to spend more time meditating every day and the more I do it, the more I love it.
      2. This week I spent time quietly with Elsa, without trying to “communicate” but just to commune. I’ve realised that I leap too quickly into wanting to hear stuff from animals, and it is better to sit back a little and feel their energy. Interestingly, even though we haven’t exchanged formal conversations, I have felt very close to her this week. We spent some time with a friend’s daughter who has special needs. I told Elsa about this and that we would have to be very patient – and she was! (Anyone who knows Elsa knows that this is not usual!) We had such a lovely time and I was so proud of her. By being quieter, I have been able to sense other beings energy much more easily this week – particularly trees.
      3. This week I want to celebrate the joy of living in the universe and being awake to the aliveness of everything and every moment.
      4. The discovery of a deeper place inside me that I can feel physically which alerts me when I’m too much in my head.
      5. Yes – I shared the communication with Eva Julia and was delighted to find that I got some stuff right which I could not have guessed. It has helped restore my confidence in my capacity to do this and given me renewed determination to keep training and get better at it. I’m so delighted at what I got right – Magne really directed the conversation his way! I’m very grateful.
      6. Trying to sense the energies of all the beings I come across while out and about. Next step: to apply this sense of quiet receptiveness to humans. Hmmm….

      1. Yes have been meditating regularly with the horses. Being present with them and nature.

2.I tried to talk with a horse Elli, she suffers from allergy, and I sensed it might come from stress from the past and present.

      3. Celebrating the connection with Magne and the two other horses.

      4. No question right now.

      5. Spent time with Magne FAT, and there are a lot of emotions of joy and love. Not so much words.

6 No particular games. But staying present listening to what my heart tells me.

      1. Yes, as usual.
      2. I tried to connect with several wild animals: a baby possum who accidentally got caught in our chipmunk trap, two young deer hanging out in our yard, and a few tiny birds. I don’t think I got much connection with any (best with deer, it tried to tell them this is a safe place and they are welcome to stay, but they left soon after). I don’t remember if I reported last time about connecting with the eagle at our zoo? That was very good!
      3. Celebrating stronger intuition in my daily life, and finally getting more-or-less reliable muscle testing! Yahoo, finally!!!
      4. No specific questions. They usual, how can I do better faster.
      5. Did not try FAT, still focusing on animals nearby.
      6. Practicing intuition on my apps (sometimes I’ve got it, sometimes I don’t, still can’t tell the difference in how it feels) and in everyday life, with encouraging results.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Meditation is one of my many downfalls. So not really but here is the morning routine I have recently begun. Before getting up I have gone back to doing my back exercises along with a good stretch, then I sit up put feet on the floor and do a good grounding and then center. I am now ready to face the day. 🙂

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about?

I don’t know their names/ but the neighbors behind me, I live on a curve so they are my next door neighbors and that makes their back yard behind mine. They keep two large hunting hounds in a small pen at the every end of their back yard. Far away from their house but directly behind mine (especially my bedroom} They used to bark at me but I talk to them verbally so they no longer do and I think they consider me a friend. But they get NO attention, are kept penned up night and day. The owner says if they let them out they will jump the fence and be gone. They are deer hunting dogs. Lately they have not even been fed on a regular basis and when it is feeding time they stare up the yard at the house and bark and bark and bark. Sometimes he comes out a couple hours later and feeds them but never talks or pet them. I know there i the mentally that you don’t treat hunting dogs like pets, none the less it breaks my heart. This past week seems to me they have been neglected more than usual and when I was outside the one looked over at me and asked me to help them. I told them I would love to but there was nothing I could do but I loved them and understood their plight and if they wanted to talk I was here. They seemed to quiet down after that.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That the last couple times I have communicated with anyone even tho only for a short time, I seem to be getting confirmation that I am correct in what I get.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
I did connect with Boumba and basically just got his essence, didn’t talk or ask any questions.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      No particular questions

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? No I didn’t but I did get a feeling about a friend a new acquaintance, and called her and asked if she was alright. She was rather startled at the question but said she had just gotten off the ph with her dad and he relayed that he had conjestive heart failure and so she was upset . She thought it was very intuitive of me to feel something was wrong and appreciated me reaching out to her.
