ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Group meditations. Less than I meant to. I have had trouble focusing with so much going on.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
As usual, I communicate with Princess in spirit as I go to sleep and ask his help in sleeping.
My three cats: Roxy, Missy and Princess in spirit. I am moving later this month and wanted to explain it to Missy and Roxy. I asked Princess to help me. I am able to communicate easily with Princess and have never been as successful with Roxy and Missy. I asked Princess to listen in and be sure they got it.
It is a complicated move. My new place is having some major repairs and will not be ready for a few weeks or months. I do not know how long. Missy and Roxy will stay with their Aunt Linda. They have stayed with her before. I will stay with someone else. When the new apartment is ready we will all move in and we will be together again.
They listened and seemed to understand. They will leave first so they don’t have to be here when friends help me pack. Missy wanted to know if I would be safe and of course I assured her I would. Roxy wanted to be a part of the packing out and all the people being here and I reminded him that Linda has cats and he will be with them.
Princess made sure they understood and told me that they did. I’ll continue to talk to them about it. I do not yet know what day this will happen and will tell them when I know.
I had better communication with them than ever before. Maybe it helps to have something important to tell them. They knew something was up and I hope they feel better about it now that I have explained it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. A meaningful communication with Roxy and Missy.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I discovered that having something important to say made it easier to communicate than when I am just practicing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No not this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? no

Gold Member1. I’ve been meditating on letting go of guilt and too much responsibility, and piles of feelings related to those. It’s been a bit of a mess, and still a work in progress. 🙂
2. No real communication still. Connected with my friend the bald eagle at the zoo, he/she felt me coming!
3. The eagle felt me coming. 🙂
4. Same as always.
5. No point to trying.
6. Continuing to practice intuition with app games, and reading peoples’ feelings.Thank you!

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Week 3 of my Theta meditations for reprogramming my “Editor” (subconscious). I haven’t noticed any changes or anything different. Maybe I’ll continue for a bit longer, but I miss my Soul Malas meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Everyday conversations with my fur kids.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. I will try on the Saturday call if I can be there. Or on the recording if I can’t.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. I found out that my feelings that I have been having about one of my friends has been correct. He is not doing well, so I am offering new information to him in the way of healing. Also a couple of instances of thoughts coming to me regarding some things that I was supposed to be receiving. A couple of days later those things were received.

Appx 30 min sitting quietly in garden (almost in silence) late at night when finally all neighbours screaming children went indoors and balls games hitting fences stopped after a very long day outside
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
General conversations with my 2 neighbours cats.
My neighbour’s tuxedo cat, Princess. I was giving her long light touch, slow strokes down her back and noticed she was gradually relaxing and repositioning her body. I continued till she was sprawled lengthways on the sofa, taking up almost all of the space, and asleep. Similar situation with Barney, a friends dog, the other day when I stroked him.
Was I using healing hands or just the method of stroking her me make her relax and fall asleep.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing this week
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Was I using healing hands or just the method of stroking her me make her relax and fall asleep. Know question will not be answered but important to me in my learning .
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Usual own guessing games and looking into other intuition activities. Will check Val’s games as not done for a while

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
The usual daily meditations, but missed a couple of days.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have had a major issue with one of my rescues (posted on the group) plus health issues of another, so not been focused enough to do much, hence nothing to report for points 3 and 4 either.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, again for the reason mentioned above, have been too tired physically and mentally. -

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’ve done meditation every day. One hour chanting and a silent guided mediation almost every day.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with FAT (See below) but I’m really struggling with my confidence still. Elsa is being quite silent and essential as is her nature. We are communicating about her day to day needs – she has had an upset stomach and need to go out a lot during the night. I can feel her before she comes to me to let me know. I am resisting practicing because I’m scared I’m going to get everything wrong – I know I need to get over this to move on. I have been sensing a lot from the plant Mugwort, which I’ve been gathering to make tea to help me sleep. I can get a sense of her energy and power if I stop and feel, and ask, before I pick any.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That animals have shown me about vibrating faster, communicating with all things, and that individual responsibility for our own evolution is crucial.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Will I ever be able to open my heart and become as generous, loving, forgiving and compassionate as the animals I meet?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes but I only just did it and posted it, urged on by the accountability deadline – I have been avoiding it for fear of not getting anything right. I didn’t read any previous posts so as not to get influence.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been trying to be still, hold the stillness for as long as possible as I go about my daily life. I’ve been catching myself when all my energy comes from my head, trying to centre, stop, ground and start again from my heart. -

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Continuing to strengthen my silent meditation with a mantra and followed by the Sutras. I am feeling the increasing power of this practice
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I just primarily spoke with my cats, especially Roo. He has taught me so much.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My meditative practice and ability to drop in is improving.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Will post if I get a chance for the call.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did connect with Magne and will post in the forum. Amazingly powerful energy
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did review Val’s document on how to strengthen intuition. I also practiced the “lean in”technique for making decisions.

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I tried a bit, but have been otherwise preoccupied.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I am still occasionally trying to communicate with the pets that present to me on the video consults that I do, not doing it enough or focused enough. I think I am pretty much in the same spot as I was before I started this course, general feeling of attitude of the animals but not full on communication.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel bad, nothing to celebrate on this subject, just determination to work more at it.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
none really, as I did not practice much and got lazy
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I just did, short but better than nothing. I just got a sensation of queezy stomach and boredom from him with mild interst in the communication and attention he is getting.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not, thought I am trying to take note when I “know something” in advance, like who is calling or who is reaching out to my husband by text etc. -

Platinum Member1. I meditated almost every day. I feel tired and at times I fall asleep in the evenings. I usualy prefer meditating in the living room, on the floor, but I woke up a few times with back pain from sleeping on the hard floor 😃 Hopefully it is just something transitory, and it will not last too long. 😃
2. I have practiced verbal communication and healing. I visited Toto at the hospital, and I had a wonderful experience again. There was brought in a dog abandoned by his owners and the washing maschine was running. He seemed somehow scared by the sounds of it, therefore as I was alone, I closed my eyes and sent him good feelings about the washing machine as it poses no threat, neither my self.
As he was hidden facing a corner, as if he wouldn’t want to see anyone as I opened my eyes I saw him looking at me. His gaze softened and finnaly he relaxed, and laid himself with the head on his front paws facing me.
He loosened his guard and I peted him with healing energy, and he just closed his eyes and sighed. I understood it was as if he would say to me that he feels good and not to stop. To me is amazing and it gave me such a wonderful feeling, that with as little as a little grounding and concentrating to send him peacefull waves, I have succeded to do so much.3. I want to thank God for helping me help! I want to celebrate life and love and all the wonderful experiences that arrive in my soul journey path.
4. This week I have no other question except the one already posted for the live call regarding vaccines and other drugs.
5. I haven’t communicated yet with Magne, but hopefully I will succeed today.
6. No games other than usual life intuition games.
