One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

Yes I meditated this week, 3 or 4 times. Mostly at night when its dark and quiet except for the moonlight streaming in my window.
I connected with my deceased dog Abbey, I felt her paw in my hand. I needed guidance with a health problem Layla was having. Layla is the new angel I adopted. Abbey sent me a message through my gut feelings to ask the new holistic vet for help and take Layla to other vet to have her ears checked. I did talk to holistic vet and got some great help, however I need to call conventional vet to check Layla. I thanked Abbey for her help. I know and have learned Abby is always near. She has heard me and communicated with barking. I am the only one that hears her.
I am grateful for my connection with Abbey.
Does my rescued Egyptian dog understand English when I talk to her? She stares into my eyes when I talk to her.
I did not communicate with the FAT. Never thought to try it.
I have not looked at the intuition development exercises yet. I am still working on my other course.

I have been meditating every day as I go through the Advanced Course, which I have completed (🎉). I also sporadically will do a quick breathing and grounding during the day when transitioning from one activity to the next. I have advanced this skill for sure.

I attempted to connect with several animals this past week. One successful connection that I know was not my ego, was with one of my dogs, Athena. While I was connecting with Athena, I was clearing my mind and opening my heart to all avenues of communication. I asked Athena if her ears were still bothering her, as she had yeast in her ear and on her paw. While I was waiting, I almost missed it. My left ear became clogged. I acted surprised and said “oh was that you?”. She did not respond (probably secretly thinking… “How does this lady make it through a day??”. I then asked her if she was still itchy and the tip of my left ear became itchy. This is the 2nd time I have successfully connected with Athena. Both times, it was through sending me body sensations. It feels good (no pun intended) to know her communication style so I can be on the lookout.

I want to celebrate my intention to speak in a positive fashion only. I will stop playing the broken reels in my head that stop me from moving forward in becoming a successful animal communicator. I have all the tools that I need to become a kick ass communicator, watch out 2023!

In one of the lessons you say to create a safe place for the animal to communicate. I think I went too literal and I envisioned a little cottage with a red door. Inside are beds, toys and climbing structures for different species of animals. So For this FAT, I invited Sternchen into the cottage as a safe place to chat. It was confusing (my bad) because I was connecting with her by what she was doing in the safe place not in her own home. Help me to see what a safe place within the animals current living environment, if that is not the location we are chatting in? After writing this down, it doesn’t look like a good idea. ?

No, I didn’t play intuition games this week. I was doing the lessons instead.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, my regular Pranic healing meditations, including Archangels meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
It has been a challenging week with yet another dog (third in 3 weeks) being unwell, so the only communication has been with him (mainly to explain the need for medicines!)

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Not about communicating, but that I’ve earned a session with Val thanks to regular accountability posts. It’s invaluable under my circumstances.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      Nothing in particular.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, during the call. I want to connect again using Val’s guidelines in answer to my questions during the call, and then post in the discussion.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Did not have time for a specific practice, just tried guessing who was calling!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? On the club call and I tried doing mantra meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I apologized to them. I also told Serenity about that I would appreciate it if she would be easy to get in the carrier for the new vet visit. I asked her where she would like for the vet to take a piece of fur for the VDI test.

I talked with a dog while in physical body and during the call she transitioned. I talked with the dog while she transitioned and after the transition. I saw her transition, too. It was a touching experience. The dog guided her mommy to contact me to communicate because she wanted me helping her transition because in a past life she was my human daughter and another past life we were animals and she was my daughter.

I talked with birds on my walk.

I talked with a client cat as well about a licking behavior.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Serenity letting me easily put her in the carrier. Also, with the communication with the dog who transitioned while we were talking.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. During the club call and the communication was accurate. I Hope to connect again with Sternchen soon. I also saw a business yesterday named Little Stars. It was a preschool type place for kids 18 months to 6 years.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No exercises. More with numbers.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

A few times, just sitting quietly usually with either Missy or Roxy on my lap. Also group meditations at church and during the call last Saturday.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated with Little Star a few minutes ago. See below.

I have also communicated with my cat in Spirit Princess. She is a soul mate cat. When I think of her I hear “Yes, Mom” I often ask to help me go to sleep at night. I don’t know how she does it, but somehow she does. I also ask her to check in with Missy and Roxy to be sure they are OK. She agrees with me that they are.

I also talked to Roxy when he was in my lap. I rarely get words from him but when I tell him how much I love him he responds by purring and snuggling closer. I take this to mean that he loves me too.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I was able to connect with Little Star tonight.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions or discoveries this week.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I was not able to get a good connection with Little Star during class. It helps to call her (or him) Little star rather than focus on pronouncing his full name.

I introduced myself and told him what a beautiful cat he is. And commented on how brave he is to balance on that post.

I also said that I was one of those who was learning to communicate with animals and asked if he would help me. He said he was but then said I already knew how. I said yes but seem to have forgotten how.

I told him that I new his Mom and he said “you do?” I asked if he had a message for her and he said to tell her he loves her. I said she loved him too and that it is an honor to be the person of such a wonderful cat.

He is a very high level soul. I look forward to getting to know him (or her) better.

Thanks Klaudia for offering for him to be FAT this month.

I shared this in the thread of communication with him. Or her. I did not think to ask which. I think he.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No.

      Hi Britt-Marie here

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

-yes I did the breathing exercise with going in the heart 2 times.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

-a dog Texas a small poodle own by one of my old friends. Never met the dog other than looking at a picture. He talked about his family that he loves very much and his addisson-disease and how it affects him. And that his owner puts him on a pedistal to much, dont thing he is able to be so active anymore. He told me he wants to jump and play. He told me what treats he like and about his owners disease.
I got feedback and most of it was correct.
But I learned to trust my clearsenses. I feel that the owner wants to think of her dog as to be sicker than he is, and did not take in that he actually wants to play and be outside more.
Sometimes the persons involved can not take in the ful picture. And it is not my mission to make them think otherwise.
The owner was happy and I am going to do a converstion with her sons dog also this week.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

-esier to take contact than what we beleive. And that I get more info than I thaugt I would.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

-Is it always good to give every information you receive from the animal. Sometimes people are not at the level of understanding. I feel sceptisisim and preassure to performe. It is in my mind as if some people expect a miracle and maybe get dissapointed when it is mostly ordinary talk about ordinary life issues:)

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      -Yes I talked to Sternchen.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

-no not an exercise. But been focusing on talking with the angels, and se and feel connection and trying to get help in my ordinary life.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes every day in the morning for 30-60 min

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Talked to my spirit animal snake, Ulysses… Does that count? Trying to retrieve a message from him. Also talked to Zuri about knocking over every glass of water she gets near. What’s up with that?

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Just my continued dedication to this process, and pursuing an energy healing path, to someday benefit other humans and animals other than my own.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered St. Germain as a powerful Ascended Master to call on to help transmute negative energy patterns. He is pretty amazing.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I tried but was unable to connect. I got the sense she was busy with the other cats.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I am currently taking a Medical Intuition course, so I would say that would be applicable.

      1. I’ve been dropping into my heart space much more easily lately! Practicing that especially at bedtime.
      2. I connected with a few of my zoo animals: lions remotely (the male likes belly rubs but the females ignored me), in person over the weekend I think Kimti the partially-blind snow leopard was looking for me, and I think Shelby the flightless bald eagle was excited that I was there too. I wish I knew how they sense me.
      3. See #2. Also, I was able to join a live coaching call for the first time ever!
      4. No particular questions besides wondering how the zoo animals sense me.
      5. I think I connected with the FAT on the call, and just got a sense of her regal bearing and wise soul – no words YET.
      6. Having fun with intuition and muscle testing in all sorts of situations. I am LOVING having that ability! Finally!!!

      1. I did meditate this week. I’ve been working on this vision board challenge that has meditations to take you step by step. I also did the Heart Wisdom meditation from the most recent Q&A. My cat really loved it.

      2. It was my first time ever doing animal communication but I tried communicating with Sternchen. It was better than I thought and I got some things right! I didn’t get answers to my questions but I got a good feel for her and could see her in her element.

      3. I want to celebrate joining the L.O.V.E system on Saturday and going for this when I’ve been wanting to learn 🙂 With the shortened week, I had to start learning fast so trying to keep up. I’m happy also that I wasn’t way off with communicating with Sternchen.

      4. I can see now how this works and how cool it is. There is always more space to go deeper.

      5. Yes, it was lovely to meet Sternchen and be around her. I felt like she liked me and she got up close to my face, sniffing me. I didn’t get answers to questions but I did start to feel like it was too much to ask her. She did say “Hi Maria”. I said it was really nice to meet her and sent her a lot of love, kept it open if she wants to talk later.

      6. No haven’t gotten to that yet. I spent time getting clear and focused on my intentions, what I want to manifest so I can get motivated in my own life. Started listening to Awaken Your Inner Guidance. Lately, I’ve been concerned that my cat has primarily only been going to the bathroom outside and not in her litter box anymore so I set up and cleaned a second litter box for her upstairs. I felt like she wanted one there but didn’t like the other litter. She did end up using it (we actually went together haha)!

      1. Yes, I’ve been meditating a lot this week and really enjoying it. I can’t always do as much as I would like but I love that I’m loving it.
      2. I practiced with Sternchen twice. See below. I have been trying to practice with others, Elsa included, but not managing to connect. I think it’s about confidence. I don’t focus well because I assume I can’t do it.
      3. I want to celebrate that I am feeling determined! I can do this. It really matters to me.
      4. I realised that sometimes I don’t feel this is real because it is a reality that fades away quickly in my daily life of work – and that this is wrong. I’m not sure why I felt this – it isn’t what I wanted to feel and it isn’t what I thought. But I suddenly realised this is more real than anything. And I am glad to wake up to this.
      5. I communicated twice with STernchen and felt the connection strongly. I am confident of the communication. Klaudia fed back on some to confirm this and I have only just posted the second time. I made sure I did the heart communication first. I also have understood that it is much better for me to practice in this safe space right now that practice with other people who don’t really understand. I am grateful for the club.
      6. Not so much. A good reminder to stay in my heart and feel.

During the Sat live session I communicated with Sternchen.

2nd session during the week. I may have seen his aura, something I have never experienced be and know nothing about. Sternchen showed the world enveloped in protective arms. Told and shown what symbolism that I need to learn more about

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate that I saw Tabby Princess and Tuxedo Princess sitting quietly appx 3 feet from each other. Tuxedo was eating while Tabby watched a new black and white long hair cat sitting by a car appx 8 feet away. I had seen the new cat once only since last spring. As I slowly moved to the cat, wanting to check it was ok it moved under the car. Even offering treats it wouldn’t come out. Will keep look out for this cat

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have.

      None this week

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Yes. Will post in forum

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Couple of times my usual guessing games e.g which bus number will arrive first. Also , sometimes letting my intuition guide me when am just going for a walk in local area

      1. Meditate!

I meditated with music support and without, and healing frequencies, chakra balancing music. On Saturday I have meditated with my walnut tree and offered him energy healing.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).

I have succeeded to connect with Sternchen during the call.
I have offered energy healing to Rita, the dog from work, as on Monday I have found her limping. Her left back leg must have been sprained or something. I have given her a chewing stick thinking that she may stay still better for the healing session. When I have placed my hands above her hips she stopped chewing and turned to lick my hands! I felt so much gratitude coming from her, that is hard to describe. I offered her 2 days of 3 short energy healing sessions (as long as I could without being interrupted), and today she jumped easily on top of her house. There is a slight limp still, but she is mostly limp free.

I have offered also energy healing to Elizabeth, a cat from the “Children of the sky” clan that is surrounding me outside. She avoided eating 2 meals, and I realized something is wrong as she stood mostly in the cat house. Now she is in the hospital, being treated for a cold.

I have offered energy healing to a gorgeous boy cat that is the neighbor of Elizabeth at the hospital. I have noticed yesterday that he mostly stood on his pillow, but when I started to give energy to Elizabeth he started to meow. I had no time to stay yesterday with him, but today I did. He was so grateful and he wanted more, but I had to leave.

I also have offered energy healing to Nita’s dog Blacky, but I have no feedback yet.

      3. Celebrate!

I celebrate all animals this week! 😊 they are indeed our Teachers, Angels, Guardians.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

For the moment the same as in a previous post:
Why are humans fascinated by terror and death and extreme pain, instead of peace, silence and beauty? Why is this feeling dominating?
Why children show signs of cruelty instead of love?
Is it true that mankind has been instructed in the past millennia to be self centered, and egoistic through frequency being tuned different than the Earths?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

Yes. And during the call I got my chance to speak 😊.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

Just in traffic I played the intuition games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did, probably 3-4 times. I did grounding guided mediattions.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I talked to a bee at the park. It didn’t seem like a great communication, I think I was a little fuzzy and/or he was distracted.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I read some helpful advice in the Forum and talked to a bee.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions, but I think I will try to talk more consistently with the animal teachers even though I’m nervous bout getting info wrong.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.I did on the call. I got a few things similar to what some of the other readers said.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did practice having my daughter think of an object while I tried to guess it. she did great and I did not.

First of all, I forgot about the new deadline until just now. This was meant for last week. I’ll have to put a reminder on my phone.

Not a good week for meditation. I’ve been falling asleep on the couch even before I make it to bed, so not much meditation happened this week.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Focusing on Boo kitty. I had a conversation with Dr. Stephanie Brown (Val’s recommendation) and she made some suggestions for getting Boo’s system back on track.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      I heard no response.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time for games. Always trying to leave space for intuitive thoughts throughout the day.
