One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – again not as much as I would like on my working days. I have also noticed that if I start the day by looking at my phone, it is much harder for me to still my mind for the whole rest of the day. I’ve been testing this for quite a while now. Interesting! (still doesn’t always stop me though ☹)
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Elsa giving details about going away and that she would be staying with Marc. I didn’t get clear feedback and so will try again today. I communicated with some rats that have come to live in the garden after their nests have been destroyed by the harvesting process. My neighbour wants to kill them (our gardens are next to each other) – so it was very urgent. I struggled to focus but the urgency made me push through. I was eventually able to connect by focusing on gratitude. I definitely got some feedback so I’m pleased. I told them about the problem. I told them that they needed to hide from humans because it wasn’t safe and showed them the horrible death from poison. I also told them I couldn’t put food out for them because I was going away, so they could still look for food in the garden, but just needed to hide from humans. I also told them that the harvesting process was finished so the fields are also safe now. My confirmation was when I heard a booming male voice saying: We are very grateful. I then felt a vision of the sacred circle of life, how we are all connected and how when we respect that life works and is magical. It was a very rewarding experience and gave me a much needed confidence boost.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the gorgeous rats!
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How come in the same communication I can get some thing wrong and some things right?
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I got feedback from Roo. I seemed to have tuned in to a younger version and identified some big stuff correctly but got some other big stuff wrong. Still struggling to build my confidence.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been trying to guess all sorts of things – phone, door, people – not doing well ☹.

        Rosemary hi,
I think that is great that you connected with the rats! Kudos! I try to communicate with the flies and insects that come in where they are not so welcome.

        Hi Monique,
Thanks for your response. I try to communicate with flies too. I don’t hear anything back but my house is always full of them – I’m taking that as a win! I’ve been asking neighbours and no-one seems to have seen rats since I warned them. I’m going to get them some strawberries tomorrow and leave them in a field as a thank you! But I will warn them again – everyone wants to set traps.:(
        Love Rosemary

I am going to start this now, as I have been posting at the last minute or even too late the last couple of weeks.
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have tried all kinds of methods of meditating. Sometimes I feel like I get bored or distracted and just want to jump to the actual exercise at hand or life. I did not measure the time spent each time, though as I lay down in bed each night I try to breath inwards box breathing.
I was listening to one of Penelope’s tapes while I was driving towards a very mystical city in the North of Israel for work. I was “feeling” my connection to mother earth and noticing the rocks, hills and trees along the roadside and around and really noticing their detail. As she was reminding to breathe, I saw the rocky hills literally heave – or take what looked like a deep breath to me. It happened a couple of times as I moved along the road. I really felt like the earth was deep inhaling and exhaling. (Later on the news, I heard that there was a 3.5 scale earthquake felt in that area around that time or a bit earlier – so maybe the earth was recomposing herself?)

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a telehealth consult (that is my work) with a cat. She looked like a Persian or Himalayan. Smooshed face with longish hair. She has been scratching her face near her ears and this had been going on for a few months. I will not go into all the details here, but she was a bit shy and did not really want her owner to show me much or examine her or look into the camera on the phone. I reached out to her to explain (out loud by the way as the owners think it is neat but probably do not realize how effective it is) why we needed to get up close and personal, she sort of relented but only a bit. After receiving a feeling or vision – not sure which as it was fast and I did not have time to analyze – I let the owner know what was probably happening and how it happened and how she could take care of it. As soon as I did that- the owner had put her phone with the app camera on the floor facing both her and the cat – and the cat literally decided to come up to the phone, rub against it and look me in the eye. I voiced for the owner the message I was feeling, “thank you, finally I will get relief, I appreciate what you have done”.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel like I do not really need the meditation as much as I reach out from within as long as I am not distracted, the meditation helps if the animal is not near me or in front of me. I am feeling like I am getting my intuition skills back slowly. Really want to spend more time on this but unfortunately need to work at my present work until I get good enough to add this to my services.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I guess I answered that in question 3 for the discoveries part. Questions: not sure if what I am receiving is my knowledge or intuition but I guess I really need to practice more.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I reached out and found that Roo was preoccupied and did not have presence of mind to work with me. I detailed that encounter in the FAT discussion and hope to hear back from Lee again about it.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I practiced communicating with MAximus. I imagined sending him a ball of love energy and as I did he turned to look at me and I felt him return one to me. I wanted to askhim what I keep asking him, “where do you go and what do you do when you are out and about especially when we go away for long times”, but I was needing to get on out to work and did not have time to really wait for an answer again. I have been focusing on my health and well being this week so not much on intuition, unless that counts.
I will update if something else comes up

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I do one panic healing meditation and one of Val’s regularly.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been talking to one of my 8 rescue dogs regarding his restlessness, and I think he’s being reassured.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I was feeling a bit discouraged at not being able to communicate, but have decided that I will persist with even mini sessions as often as possible.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I will post this week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have been trying to guess responses I would get from people, and a couple were correct.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I don’t remember how many times. They were to Val’s we did privately. I have done it a bit more lately. I got off track and am getting back into it. I started doing the breaths when at the beach today near the seagulls with the intention to meditate, but didn’t actually get to the meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. Client animals. A seagull at the beach earlier today -a new friend!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. When thinking about if I got something harmful from touching a person’s phone who was very nice who I met while at the beach who asked me to type in my Instagram handle to find me on Instagram. I was thinking about wiping the things in the car I touched on the way home, but didn’t want to and thought about how my cats (particularly Hawkeye probably wouldn’t).

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not. If I do, I will post.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers. Loved ones who have passed on, Angels, and Spirit Guides feel communicating with me through numbers is good 🙂

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 mins before going to sleep each night.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I’ve been talking to the swallows in my barn quite a bit this week. I’ve been able to determine there are 5 babies in that tiny nest, and they are quickly outgrowing it! I’ve tried to tell them not to try to leave before they’re ready, because they look like they’re right on the edge of the nest right now. They dive bomb my cat, Scooter, when he comes to the barn with me, sounding the alarm!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      I tried. Got no response.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. Leaving space for intuitive thoughts. Every time I see consecutive numbers now (5:55, 2:22, etc.) I tell my guides I’m listening for guidance.

Communicated with Princess, tuxedo cat, that visits. This week she hung round me a lot – caring cat. Pushing my hands to be stroked, sitting on my lap and close to me. Sense she knows I had a bad fall and not feeling very well.

      Nothing this week

      1. Meditate!
I have taken a trip last Saturday to a highly energetic place called the Ancestor’s Throne. It’s been an absolutely amazing experience. It’s a big boulder around 32 000 000 to 64 000 000 years old.I have meditated as long as I could there, but afterwards I did miss a few evening or morning meditations as either I have felt asleep, or being too late at work..
Or maybe it was also a pressure on my overthinking mind from the guilt I felt for missing the Masterclass on that day. I have listened to the recording, but still I wanted so much to attend. Got work to do on guilt. i am attaching 2 pics with me there, for fun and inspiration. 🙂

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
Crazy week, and feeling guilty for not practicing AC. Ok, I have tried to connect to either Aston or Boumba a few times, but I know I wasn’t grounded enough. The only part that seems improving is offering healing energy. All animals respond to it. I had also a few, “thank you, not now” but most of them just embrace it, and I feel is a very nice reward to me. I also tell them to help me dissipate the dense human concept away from me, and sometimes by the look of them, I mean intense watching me in the eyes, I think they are trying to help me. Of course, I know that prolonged eye contact in animal world means challenge, and I either look away or close my eyes, and let the animals do their work on me. It feels sort of an exchange.

      3. Celebrate!
I celebrate LIFE, LOVE and especially my evolution! Even though not actually AC, but for me this healing energy form for the moment is a blessing! I mean, looking back, I am only since 6 months here, and I have learned and evolved and changed so much that I can ONLY CELEBRATE!!!!! 😊 YUHUUUUUU! 😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
      1. Do you know of the highly energetic places on Earth that could help us the people that are opened to receive it, or better said to recharge, to visit them?
      2. Val, is it Ok for us the students, to do that? What do you think about this?
      3. I have found that in class when starting the meditation Val says “ relax your tongue”.
Well in some other meditations is requested that the tip of the tongue to touch the upper part of the mouth. I think that this may influence the energy in some way, but what’s the issue with this request, in AC? Does this influence in some way the grounding or something else?

As already mentioned above it’s been a very tiring week, so I did not get grounded enough, and felt asleep.

I am playing or better using my intuition, especially regarding animals. In the case of the cat named, Toto, to not have the orthopedic surgery was the right intuitive choice. The vet from the hospital said that indeed now Toto is much better, and he will be just fine as is. 😊 Of course, the vet doesn’t know that each time I visit, and each time I can I send him healing, loving energy too. 😊

      1. The usual. Life has been challenging.
      2. My practice has been half-hearted at best, I don’t believe it will work, therefore it won’t work.
      3. I scheduled my 15-minute call with Val! Only three weeks to wait!
      4. No discoveries. Only the usual questions. My intuition is usually pretty good, so I don’t understand why it doesn’t translate to animals.
      5. The first time bombed, I felt like I connected but everything I got was wrong, so I haven’t tried again.
      6. The usual.

I had surgery last week and between the pain and the meds I could not remember if I posted. So I just logged on to see and it appears I did not. Ouch – hate to break it and start all over again. I will post for this week later.

Thanks. Got good news today. I am healing very well so they moved the appointment to remove sutures up a week. I’m sure all the good energy coming my way has helped the healing. Margaret

I do soul repair meditation and light and sound meditation everyday.

I tried to connect with the ducks in a park behind my house. Even though I didn’t get any message from them, one of the ducks stayed with me for some time. I could feel energy going through us.

      Positive outlook

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      No

I tried but to no avail. Later I feel a paw on my hand. Feel like an encourangement.

      Week ending 28th July
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, a specific daily meditation plus Val’s stress busting one.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke to Gibson, one of the animal teachers.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I communicated with Gibson on two occasions, so got a bit more insight than I usually do.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      Nothing in particular.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Yes, posted in the forum.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      Just general practices, nothing specific.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I started doing twice a day to the first one I did privately with Val.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Serenity. We might have talked more times, but two off the top of my head are about food. I don’t remember specifically, but based on what she did I know she understood.
Hawkeye. He told me a while back about why he wakes me up and based on something someone said recently I understand even more about why he wakes me up. I have also told both cats about how wonderful they are and their great qualities.
      Also with a cat client.
      Maybe other client animals.
      Also with Roo.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. More with Healing and my awareness involving what my cats do for me.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? More awareness related to Hawkeye waking me up. More awareness in regards to Healing.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and I posted it for Lee to read.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, more with numbers.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I wanted to add about communication I had with Hawkeye that I was and am very grateful for. Yesterday I didn’t start cooking my dinner when I normally do because I thought I had a dinner for yesterday that I thought I had made the day before. I was confused and was wrong. I didn’t fix dinner when Hawkeye told me to do though.
I am very grateful for his communication and apologize for me not doing what he said. I also realized though that I can start making dinner later than normal and have it cooking while I feed him and Serenity and it works out pretty well Time wise. I am grateful for this realization also.

      Post for week 23-29.07.2022

      1. Meditate!
I had difficulties meditating this week. I just felt hard to empty my mind. There were always busy thoughts, and even though I have tried “to stick to the rule”, mornings and evenings this week was not the best in meditation for me.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have succeeded to connect with Roo. I just see everything like a movie. He was standing in a room with dark flooring, either laminate or solid wood. It was lacquered, as it was glazing. He looked at me with big round eyes, questioning me, who on Earth I am. I have told him I am a practicing student for AC from the school. He relaxed, and than made a few steps and jumped on a window sill also with dark brown glazed wood. The window was white framed, and the curtains were light grey. He started to wash his right paw, and looked at me expecting to continue what I wanted to discuss with him. I asked him, if he could show me something that I can tell his Mom about and that che could also confirm. He jumped off and he made again a few steps opposed the window, and there was a staircase. I than have realized we were actually in a hallway, illuminated by natural light from the window. The stairway had dark brown stairs, with white banisters.

      3. Celebrate!
I am happy that even though I do extremely small baby steps, maybe better ant steps, I feel that I have evolved. I love the feeling of it! I feel so happy that I feel I am reborn! The last year Lucia, is far behind, and the new Lucia, knows so much more, and starts to trust her self more. I love basking in this feeling. 😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Have asked before, and still need guidance: which is the best body position, or posture for calming and succeeding to communicate with animals?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Yes, I did. Mentioned above at point 2. I haven’t posted because it is not something that would benefit the parent. Ok, I can receive a confirmation regarding what I saw, but I have no real message to give to the owner….

As many students here I have started to guess who’s calling. I have started with the minimum known/unknown number…. Not exactly satisfied with the results, but funny. 😊

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I am trying a new meditation program starting last Sunday. There are 3 meditations to listen to, each about 15 minutes long, beginning with the first one for 7 days, followed by 2 and 3, 7 days each. Designed to rewrite my “Editor” (subconscious) with Theta waves. I’m very curious to see how this works.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Besides my fur-kids, talking to and watching the swallow family in my barn. The parents are trying to get them ready to leave the nest and it’s so fun to watch them.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

I made another attempt. No response received.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. Leaving space for intuitive thoughts to come.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you

Listened to calming music, to keep mind calm and body relaxed after my accident, yeah, had stitches – mouth + hand removed. + prepare to travel abroad
      .
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience

Communicated with a friends dog, Barney, who has cataracts in both eyes. When staying with them noticed when family move their hands quickly to the side of his face he flinches. Barney told me he’s scared when these sudden movements happen. I also explained to him to count the number of days + nights I gave him till we arrived home from our holiday. Also the man of the family will be with him as normal except for one night where Barney will visit his dog + a human friend

On our return we picked up Barney to take him home. Lisa, the lady, said Barney has been very good but not eaten his dinner that evening. Barney snuggled up to me in the car on way home to tell me he had counted the days + nights. Also he would eat his dinner when they got back home, which he did. During our holiday I did a few quick connections to check with him to see how he was doing, which he was
Learnt I can connect quickly to an animal thru heart to heart

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Celebrate connecting + helping Barney

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Should I have asked permission from guardians to talk to Barney and/or told them what occurred. Have mentioned Anima Communication to them but, much as they love/adore Barney they didn’t listen, not interested

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not Yet, unable to do so but will do so

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals

      Not this week, too busy

      1. This week I have meditated 1 hour every day sharing territory with my horses.

      2. I communicated with the pony Tommy. I asked him why he bites/nibbles on me and my clothes and things. He Said he feels not seen by his owner, like before. He used to be loved and get a lot of attention. I told him I see him and love him.

      3. Celebrating everything I learn from the horses.

      4. Not any question right now.

      5. Yes tried communicating with Roo. Will post. But not sure I got contact.

      6. Trying to use my Intuition inn Reading the horses body language.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I meditated daily. Always in the morning before my mind gets cluttered. I have graduated to silent meditation for 20 minutes and have recently started adding Sutras.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated with many dogs while I was on vacation.
A man came up to me in a restaurant holding a little Havanese named Daisy. He put her in my arms right there at the dinner table and she cuddled up into my shoulder like she was mine. I felt the most overwhelming love for her and felt her love for me. It was quite overwhelming and spectacular at the same time.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Although my Clairaudience is clearly lacking, pretty much absent, my claircognizance continues to strengthen. It is also exciting that I have become a bit of a dog magnet.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I have discovered so much about myself and love this whole spiritual journey. I am a completely different person than a year ago.
How does one continue to evolve when surrounded by people who are stuck in the same place?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Of course I talked to Roo, since he is mine, and praised him for how open he has been to my peers. I also asked him to be helpful to the ones who struggle to connect. I sent him healing while I was on vacation. He is so much better balanced recently than ever before, I don’t want him to lose that.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I tried to shape shift with a tree and a plant to guess what they were feeling.
