ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not much this week. I had skin cancer surgery a couple of weeks ago, stitches out on Tuesday. And my life is in upset. Learned just before the surgery that the building has been sold and I have to move – again. Not sure where I am going. This has made it difficult to focus. Of course there were a couple of group meditation, church and a Kryon telecast
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Princess. I have had trouble sleeping and ask her for assistance. I don’t know how she does it, but tuning in to her love as I am going to sleep is very helpful. I continue to attempt to communicate with Missy and especially Roxy. He has intestinal upset again.
Our new FAT Magne. I tuned in a little this morning. I get that he or she is very curious. Not sure what this FAT is going to be like but interested.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Princess’s help in getting to sleep.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How can I better connect when I am upset and having trouble calming down enough to tune in. I am so sleep deprived that if I do get calm I go to sleep.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
As noted above, I just tuned into the new FAT brieful.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

Gold Member1. Yes, I have been meditating more to try to engage with the big life issues going on, so they worry me less.
2. I have not, there hasn’t seemed to be any point. Trying to reduce worry so that I can receive communications accurately. Saying “hi” to animals I know at the zoo, as usual, but no response.
3. Only 8 days until my 15 minute call with Val!
4. Questions: What else should I do to open up animal communication?
5. See #2.
6. Continuing to push my intuition on my games, sometimes I got it and other times I don’t, can’t yet tell why, or how to change it. -

Platinum Member1. Meditate!
I meditated almost every day, but did not stick to the routine. Still having some issues to resolve. Perhaps it is part of the changing process.2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
This week I thought to change a little and give a try to connect to my dog Bebe, one part of my heart and soul. I know now that it wasn’t the best decision, as it rose some old frustration within.3. Celebrate!
I am happy that I have trusted my intuition and did not agree with the surgery of my friend’s cat Toto. He is still in in hospital, but is moving much better, and he also has twitches of tail. The vet staff say this is an amazing and unexpected recovery, but I offered him a lot of healing energy and a lot of love straight from my heart as I have been taught here in almost every course from Val’s Heart meditations! I am so happy to have found you! Toto will not have his tail removed, he will be walking fairly well without painful surgeries and procedures and the owner saved a lot of money. I am so happy because as a beginner I still need someone’s validation, because all my life I had been instructed to ask for it. (I know it’s habit that still needs work on. 😜)4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How can I help animals rid of external or internal parasites without any chemicals or natural oils applied, just pure energy? Is this possible? I think Val can do this. I want to learn to do it too. 😊 Where can I find information about it? What do I have to do? 🐱💻5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Aaaaa Magne. ☺ What a beautiful boy! Looking forward for the call for Val to help clear my head and wash away the unnecessary thoughts…I did post in the end what I got from Roo last month. I wasn’t exactly off, but I am not satisfied
with my results.6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
It seems that Summer it isn’t the best season for me as the long and warm days are very distractive. No particular game, just usual traffic intuition which is becoming pretty good, as well with the phone, but here I feel I am cheating, because depending on the hour I can obtain also good results. 😊 -

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, Val’s first and second we did privately. Also got in Heart space on my own. Also to Ed Strachar’s webinar meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told them about being sorry for not doing better. I told them about my plan for when they need things supplements wise if the vet doesn’t prescribe it right away and doesn’t have it available right away (she has taken an inexcusably ridiculously long time regarding Serenity’s thyroid and for their magnesium deficiency. My plan is to if they need something and the vet doesn’t prescribe it immediately and doesn’t have it available immediately to consult with one of two other vets who are natural and my contact at a store for natural supplements. However, I feel Serenity needs to be tested again to know what exactly for the thyroid. I told my kitties I would get the first test results and second results. The vet is 90% homeopathic and understands my viewpoint about vaccines and things which is great, but the other things are deplorable. So, I think getting outside help when needed is purrrfect!
I connected with clients and crows (sensed about them but didn’t talk). Also with Magne.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. More Healing. Serenity and Hawkeye help me and Magne worked on my Heart chakra.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted for Eva Julia to read it. Magne worked on my Heart chakra!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers.

I am on week 2 of my new Theta meditation program. Each one is about 15 minutes long. They’re nice, but not satisfying the way my usual meditation is. Not sure what to expect with the new ones, waiting to see if anything changes for me.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family. Ginger peed on the carpet again yesterday. I told her if she does it one more time she will be spending her days in her crate while I am gone.

Not yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. Leaving space for intuition to come in as it wishes.

Not this week, not much time available. Very busy week arriving back home, but had a few ‘quiet’ moments
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
None this week except with a brief chat to neighbours cats who visit me. They appear to be getting along a lot better. Tuxedo Princess is not chatting and wary so much now oof tabby Princess but still on alert.. Tabby Princess still wary of Tuxedo but not running away so quickly now and is now sitting longer, be it by water bowl or elsewhere and just observing tuxedo and thankfully still drinking the water. All ok

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Chanting and silent meditation. Quite a lot of walking meditation. Feeling a bit ungrounded – need to work on making sure I ground out.
2.What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I haven’t practised this week. I’ve connected in a little to the rat and Elsa, but am struggling.
2. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I found Val’s email outlining the different processes of learning very helpful. I kept thinking I couldn’t do it rather than realising it is normal to have to concentrate hard to learn. So I found that very encouraging.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’ve discovered, or realised deeply, that this journey is going to involve challenging a lot of people’s points of view – I am finding it increasing difficult to accept compromises around animal rights. I need to develop the strength, the patience, the words, the courage – the preparedness – to have these conversations in a constructive way without allowing animals to be sacrificed to human misunderstanding. I also need to up my game in my practising in order to support my claims. I want to be able to make a difference and I am renewing my commitment/upping my game.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I haven’t.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I haven’t. -

Yes, with emphasis on self healing.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke to a bird during my walk, asking for a message, but didn’t receive anything.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing in particular….4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None…5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
This week has been rather tiring due to various circumstances, specially issues with one of my senior rescues, so I could not really focus on any of the points.
