One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

This week I have done a lot of meditation as I was a participant of a Healing Hearts to Animals weekend seminar. I enjoy the led meditations as I am still not confident in correctly leading myself through a thorough meditative session without my mind wandering.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

While working with Beau, a 7-year-old lab mix, I was clearing his Chakra’s and he was relaxing and seemed to be enjoying the experience. When I worked on his left shoulder, I received a 2 second video of a dog, the same color as Beau doing a Snoopy happy dance. Then as quick as it came, it left, No other communication occurred. Later, I told his owner about the experience, and she said he has had an injury to his left shoulder a while back.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I was blessed to be in an environment including people whom it was “safe” to share findings or communication with the animal teachers this weekend.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

This weekend I was able to work intimately with a group of dogs and horses. The communication that I did receive was not expected or requested. The movie clip popped in and out and was over. I am still not savvy enough to solicit responses from my own pets or when I look at a picture (FAT) or an animal of mine who has passed. This weekend was awesome and at the same time a little frustrating. Will I ever be able to communicate with my own animals with personal questions or will I only be able to receive messages intermittently while intimately working within an animal’s personal bubble?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I have attempted to connect with the FAT but have yet to be successful. I meditate beforehand and look at the picture. I leave the image of the photo in my upper left corner to help channel the appropriate animal, but nothing happens. I believe I’m open to receive communication being conscious of the “Clair’s”, so I’m open to different communication styles, but still nothing.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I have not played any Intuition Games yet this week. Coming off a weekend seminar of energy exchange, honestly, I didn’t want to have a negative or failure to connect again. I am choosing to savor the wins over the weekend foster my confidence.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I don’t remember how many times. Two maybe. They were Val’s.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye and my mourning dove friends. Also at least one client.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did during the call. I got some same/similar things as other people.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, daily for 30-45 minutes. I do the prescribed pranic healing meditation plus one of Val’s. This week I’ve been doing the gratitude meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been talking to a horse that I feed….she is rather neglected and over worked, so I verbally encourage her and offer her love.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The usual that I’m being regular , albeit this week was a bit less, due to other commitments.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new, since Barb gave me an answer to my question of how to have detailed conversations.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I have done so, but only superficially, so will post at the end of the month after a formal session.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Nothing specific, just trying to guess some answers to questions that I’m unfamiliar with.

      1. Meditate!

It’s been a rough week, as I had an awful event in the family with my nephew being rushed to the ER, but succeeded to keep to my every morning and almost every evening praying meditation routine…

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).

Besides communicating verbally, I had an interesting experience this week. I went to visit a friend in the Vet hospital, as he went missing for 2 weeks, and he came back with wounds and lumping as by being hit by a car. So, at hospital there were 3 patients. It was lunch time and 2 of them, one with a form of cancer, barely standing, and also my friend Toto was left out of the enclosure to exercise at will. The third one had spinal health issues, and equilibrium issues and was not allowed to roam. The personnel went in and out, and as I had a few moments alone, or being left alone to stay with my friend. I have lowered on my ankles and started to ground myself on fast mode and emanate love energy and healing hands energy. I almost burst to tears when the cat with the cancer walked and then crawled and stayed beneath me. It was such an emotional moment… I imagined that they are all 3 healed, golden healing light wrapped each of them, sending ripples of healing to their bodies. They were running and happy chasing a butterfly on a meadow with the greenest grass and drinking water from a crystal clear spring… and the cat just came beneath me and sighed… and laid in resting position with the head on its paws… As I am still learning to adjust to these new experiences, they the Angels, Teachers and Guides, showed me once more how pure hearted they can be.

      3. Celebrate!

I have some good reasons to celebrate. The Divine guidance is sending me signs to trust myself more and I start to do that! 😊
      a. The cat has came to absorb what I had to offer. Extremely rewarding!
      b. I have succeeded to regain calm and send healing energy to my nephew in a time of crisis.
      c. All my life I was pretty strong when something happened, but when everything finished, I would cry, and rethink what else could have happened, draining my good energy. So, one morning, I felt miserable, by the situation with the kid, and Toto… and the first song when getting into my car to go to work was this:

When you walk through a storm
      Hold your head up high
      And don’t be afraid
      Of the dark
At the end of a storm
      Is a golden sky
      And the sweet silver song
      Of a lark
      Walk on through the wind
      Walk on through the rain
      Though your dreams be tossed
      And blown
      Walk on, walk on
      With hope in your heart
      And you’ll never walk alone
      You’ll never
      Ever walk alone
      Walk on, walk on
      With hope in your heart
      And you’ll never walk alone
      You’ll never
      Ever walk alone
Elvis Presley- You’ll never walk alone

      Is this really a coincidence? 😊 Noooooooo………

      d. That day I have also discovered a very nice message sent to me by my own heart also in the form of a song of Elvis Presley. My heart said: We (me and my heart) can’t go on together with suspicious minds, And we can’t build our dreams, On suspicious minds…. Therefore mind off! I got the message! 😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I had a good question all week, but now is deleted from my head…

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

Unfortunately, I had not the calmness needed to start the communication, but I feel Roo is smart, wise and patient, and would understand.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

No games this week, only life challenges.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Tried breathing and calming exercises’ on and off all week at various times of the day to combat the sensations rising up in my body after a nasty fall in the street, injuring myself, hospital and doctors visits.

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Was shook up after my accident so not focused on animal communications, however, .my neighbours tuxedo cat, Princess, visited, stayed, day and evening often sleeping/sitting on my lap or next to me. Talked to her about reason she chases Tabby Princess, thinks it’s fun and it’s her territory. Explained it’s my territory. We all share the space and I want tabby to visit but she is making him scared.
I talked to tabby Princess, ensuing him tuxedo will not harm him, I want him to visit and son on. He now watches her carefully. Tuxedo is beginning to ignore tabby. Last night tuxedo sat outside, groomed herself and stretched out while tabby sat curdled in a large flowerpot, Tuxedo didn’t chase tabby who left on his own accord although still wary of tuxedo….. Not sure how long peace will reign….

      3. Name one thing you to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate how trusting Tuxedo Princess is of me. As is Tabby Princess but still at times is wary, hopefully this will improve The black patch under tuxedo’s chin is the shape of a heart – she’s such a caring cat

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      No questions and no discoveries

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet but will do so

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      Not this week

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

One night I accidentally deleted my favorite meditation off of my player, so the next night I listened to some other meditations. Oops! I got my Soul Malas Healing Meditation music put back on, so went back to it for the rest of the week. 10-30 minutes before going to sleep.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My fur family and the swallows in my barn

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? .What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I made an attempt, but didn’t receive any response.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games, but every time I see 5:55 or 4:44, etc. now, I talk to my spirits and guides, since I learned this is one way they try to communicate with us. I tell them I’m listening for their guidance. It’s happened a lot the last couple of weeks. More than usual.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? A little bit but struggling to find quiet inside me.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I practiced by doing a meditation with a sea turtle, which I often do at night when I can’t sleep. I asked them to help me be able to sleep. This is what I got: I heard a booming male voice – I was surprised then I heard: you asked us for help and we came. Then I saw a mother turtle take over. She oozed fun and joy. She took me to swim with her, to dive and enjoy the water and the currents. She radiated light around my body and into my veins. She said: life is for living. You have been given everything. There is no lack. There never will be. Dance from your heart. Touch your hands to my (paws?) Hands. Grow your heart into your body. You can do anything, anytime with anyone. She was referring to the ability to transcend time & space. Grow your heart. Dance. Join us in living with joy. Don’t resist it. Join us. Allow us to help you. I asked what I could do to help them. She said: this work (practising AC) gives back. And I thanked her. 😊
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Still feeling very unconfident about being able to do this, so I want to celebrate the idea of trusting what I get.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
When I connect with other people, like on the FAT call, I used to find it easier. It seems to be changing but it could just be my buzzy mind making it seem harder.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I’ve posted. I didn’t feel so confident.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I’ve been trying to play: who’s on the phone – haven’t been having huge success but I do keep forgetting to do it!!! Grrrr…perseverance and resilience required!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Of course I did. Every chance I got.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I visited a group of little bunnies in a pet store. They all four looked alike. I talked to them , but didn’t get much back. So I decided to offer them some energy healing. They all got really still and were all facing in the same direction in the same pose. I knew they were receiving and enjoying it.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I have such a deeper, more meaningful understanding of Roo through his conversations with everyone, and their interpretations gave me such a different perspective. Really great experience

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I would like to hear Val’s interpretation of some of the things that came up during Roo’s FAT call. I have a lot of questions about that.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I did talk to Roo this week about his FAT experience. I told him how proud of him I was. He seemed so confident and sent out so much love and healing. “You didn’t even know you could do that did you, Roo?”

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I reviewed the games and played a new one, but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Only occasionally and with group meditations. I did an Akashic Record Session which includes a meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My cat Princess in spirit. I called on her to help me get to sleep several times. I’ve no idea how she does it but it helps. I also talked to Roxy about continued pooping outside the box and reminded him that he has a second box, a great big one I got for him since he is a great big cat and that is unused now. I asked him why. It was a one way conversation.

I also communicated with Roo, the new FAT. See below.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That Princess is always just there with “Yes Mom” when I call her or just think of her.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Why won’t Roxy answer me? Or why am I unable to know when he does?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes I communicated with Roo during the Q&A call and before. I tuned into him early on the call. I sensed that he was in overwhelm, too much for him with everyone talking to him at once. I suggested that he get in his Mom’s lap and then tuned out so there was one less person doing this. I sensed that he felt as I might if I was in a crowd and just felt everyone crowding me.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I tried early on in the week, figured that just before sleep would be good.
I worked on trying to get back to dreaming and remembering the dreams. I had a good success early on then my mind took me to disturbing places and I could not fall asleep after that that next night. So I tried to meditate with box breathing during the day, I did not pursue and got busy. I will work on it more. As well as try to get to posting here on time instead of late again!

2.What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The first dream I mentioned above- my husband was clearing some land with a dozer of sorts and in a cove near some trees were two dogs. One was tan the other darker, black. They were playing around, the dark one sort of play mounting the tan. I reached out to them, asking if they would talk to me. Help me practice. They were medium sized dogs not quite Labrador size and with longish fur. They stopped playing and looked over at me and the tan one ran over towards me. She was female and the other one male. She started rattling off, introduced herself and told me her buddy’s name (I of course forgot both) and she was just jabbering away about I don’t remember what because I woke out of the dream or vision. I do not know who they were and was very surprised. I have not been able to find them again.
I also speak with Maximus who is very vocal, but other than figuring what he wants, I really do not feel I understand what he wants to say most of the time.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week
I actually talked with those two dogs! That was so amazing. I also managed to dream and remember the dream vividly as I intended.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Not sure, I am doing this right. I guess I really need to practice more. What discoveries did you have?
I can guide myself at least to tell myself to dream lol.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried a little early on but then this course got way layed for busy life later on in the week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I did not play intuition games intentionally. I am trying to see if I can catch myself being intuitive, as I know I do it a lot without realizing. I have been working on listening to my “gut” and if I feel something, pay attention.
I will work on more focus on this course this coming week. I will work on being less distracted by all the things available around me to take my attention away.

      1. Honestly, I haven’t meditated much. Just little bits and pieces.
      2. I tried to communicate with the FAT, and posted what I got to the thread, and the owner’s feedback didn’t show that I got a single thing right, most were 100% wrong.
      3. Absolutely nothing.
      4. Why is this not working for me?
      5. See #2 above
      6. My usual apps

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Daily – 30+ mins. per day; The heart connection, meditation, stress busting meditation, heart coherence (HeartMath), my own silence.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated with squirrel, rabbit, deer and bird in nature. I asked for a message – Squirrel “Play and be light on your feet.”; Rabbit “You worry too much…no one is out to get you!”; Deer gave me 3 words “Peace, Quiet, Trust”; Bird “Stay a little ahead of where you are!” meaning plan and prepare.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I actually focused and was determined to use this accountability guide

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

When an animal doesn’t want to communicate can it be due to something I’m doing or not doing?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
On our call I connected with Roo. I found some pieces were not accurate as Lee responded to others. I got that he was willing, calm, patient and he came with curiosity. He did want to check me out rather than me approach him. I thought he loved to play with toys (this was something Lee said wasn’t really accurate). I felt he was clairsentient and that he likes the fresh air (outside) which also wasn’t accurate. I saw magenta aura. Has soft fur although I sensed a coarseness in some areas. Messages: I’m a helper. I love helping where I can even if I don’t know what I’m doing. Roo is teaching Lee to slow down, relax more and focus on fun.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I didn’t play an intuition game. What I did was while on retreat I used my imagination to see faces, shapes, etc. in clouds, groups of pine needles on a bench, and sunlight dappled on a tree trunk. I also sensed fairies on one part of the property (don’t remember if I talked with them).
