One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Hi Judy, Welcome! We are glad you are here and participating by being accountable.

Please paste your accountability report directly into the submit field (where you wrote “Hi! This is my first attempt… hope I did this correctly. Thank you!”) rather than attaching a document. With it all written out, other members can join you in celebration, learn from you, and help with challenges.

Keeping you reports in a document separate from this (then pasting contents in here) because we occasionally have system hickups where a post gets lost or doesn’t record. If that happens you can try posting again later, or send a copy by email to [email protected] to get further assistance.

I’ve pasted a copy of you document contents here for easy reading.

        1. Did you meditate this week? Yes
If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? 3 + times each day.
What meditations did you do? I do the type where I mentally build my working office and the app CALM on how to meditate.

        2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? A grey lizard, squirrel, and bird (grackle)
What did you talk about? On two different occasions, while sitting on my deck, I asked if anyone wanted to communicate with me. The lizard showed up a few feet away. The next time I asked if anyone wants to communicate with me and the squirrel told me his name is Eddie and the bird told me his name is Henry. What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I learned that I should stay in a neutral mode and not focus on being filled with love or admiration of them.

        3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I want to celebrate finding this course and diving into learning all I can.

        4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I want to learn more about critiquing my approach to communicating with each animal in a way that is comfortable for them. What discoveries did you have? Their ability to project their feelings onto me.

        5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? Not yet. If not, why not? I had a very sick pup and had to step away from my classes.
If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

        6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? Yes. If so, which one? Tried to guess the color of pen. I haven’t been able to guess the correct color. I’ll keep trying.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, every day, especially for the full moon. I did the usual pranic healing meditation practices plus Val’s ones on de stressing, grounding and connecting.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with Sadie from the animal teachers category. I had deliberately not looked at the previous discussion, and saw that Sadie had passed last year. I hope it was ok to post the inputs I got.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Sadie is the first animal I have communicated with here since joining the club a month ago. It was slightly longer than I’ve had so far with the FAT last time.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Since I did not know Sadie had passed when I communicated, it proved that it is just as easy to speak with an animal in spirit.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, but I would like to connect further before posting.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I tried the game of guessing the card….but since I don’t have a deck, tried it with some coloured crystals that I’ve put in a bag, and guess the colour by just touching one.

Nita, It is always okay to post your conversations with the any of the animal teacher helpers. We’ve had many lively discussions with those animals who are now in spirit, not longer in the physical body.

Love the idea of crystals in a bag to guess their color. ALswys interests me the energy of crystals and colors.

Thanks Barb. Since there was no feedback, I just wondered!

Yes, I enjoy practicing with the crystals….these are pebbles we use in pranic crystal healing to clean the chakras!

Thanks again for all the inputs.

        Blessings

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

10-30 minutes before sleep each night, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I’ve been listening to the little swallows in my barn. They come in and sit on the beam while I feed the horses and tell me such stories! I only wish I could understand what they’re telling me!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I attempted to connect with Rosie. I got nothing in response.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. My intuition told me that I could be expecting one of the packages I ordered in the mail soon. It arrived the next day.

Sat in garden very late evening to chill out and let mind wander and then be still to listen to distant sounds.. Just started taking part in Nick Ortner’s 8 day tapping ‘You Are Enough’ Tapping Meditation

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Chatted to a grey parrot with red tail caged in a pet shop. The cage was very big appx 10 wide x 10 feet high with plenty of items for stimulation.

As I approached the cage I mentally introduced myself, gave him gratitude, and told him what a gorgeous bird he is. The parrot edged along pole to the bars where I stoked his head for quite some time. We talked about him being in a cage which he didn’t mind. I asked about the freedom of being able to fly. He assured me he was able to experience the freedom with previous guardians. He told me he was waiting for new parents which will come soon and give him another home where they too will take good care of him an give him a good home and the freedom to stretch his wings and fly. Sensed he knew who his guardian would be and was just waiting for them to arrive in the shop.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate was able to communicate with the parrot without preparing by grounding

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have

      None this week

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet. But will do so

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

As usual my own intuition games. Will check out latest ‘Intuition’ development lesson game – haven’t done so for a while

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I am doing another Immersion with Susann. It is a series of 4 zoom cools, two down and two to go. The first two included lots of meditation. Also meditation at church on Sunday. Once again mostly group meditations.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated with our new FAT before and during the Q&A call last Saturday. We discussed his concern about being FAT. He thought as teacher he needed to give a talk. I assured him that he did not, that being FAT was doing just as he was doing with me. I also connected with him before he was asked questions by everyone assuring him. It was sort of like being with someone back stage to help them over their state fright before going “on” as the new FAT.

My cat Princess in spirit. Once again Roxy is pooping out of the box – in the middle of the living room area now. When he was peeing in the box and then pooping in the bathroom, Val worked with this as a behavior issue. He no longer poops in the bathroom floor, now he poops on carpet all over the apartment. When he started doing that Val said it was because he was in pain and I removed one food that I think was causing issues.

I cannot get info from him so I asked Princess is she could help. She said it is a litter box issue this time, box not clean enough. That makes sense. This morning there was nothing in either box. A few minutes later he pooped in the middle of the living room floor and I checked the box to see that both cats had peed in it. I need to check more often but that was so soon after I had checked I’m not sure how I can do it sooner.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Good connection with new FAT last week on the call.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

How can I learn to get info directly from Roxy?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, before and during the Q&A call. See #2 above and Forum where I reported this.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? no

      1. I have been meditating before going to bed, Mooji’s guidede meditation. And trying to really let go of inner stress.

      2. I talked to a female horse. And she gave me pictures that I felt was related to her owner. As well as some short sentences. Her message was life is not complicated.

      3. Celebrating that I try my best although my mind is resisting.

      4. How do I get more clear messages from mye own animals.

      5. I tried to connect with Rosie. I feel she is very proud, aware, self confident. I got a picture of a dragonlike being. Very loving and fearless.

      6. No particular Intuition games, other than really Try to be in my heart and connect to nature.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Yes – but not on every work days. This seems to have a major effect on whether I can keep my heart open and stay connected. I can’t unless I really work at it every day.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with the FAT – see below. I tried unsuccessfully to connect with Elsa. Struggling to have my heart open and connect. Disappointing after such a good spell of being able to connect with everything a few weeks ago. It feels like I can’t do it anymore, but I’m trying to ignore that voice and persevere.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate Elsa opening my life up to this. What a different world I live in now. Thank goodness!!!!
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Why do I seem to resist being in my heart sometimes?

Yes for the second time. First time I got a lot wrong, second time I got a lot wrong. I did get some stuff right but it wasn’t specific stuff, so that makes me wonder if I was connected. If it was right, why was some right and some wrong?
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Trying to stay tuned to earth and sky.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      Of course.
Chakra Balancing meditations and cleansing bubbles meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My sister’s dog Brownie, and did a chakra balancing session on her

I received my CCP accreditation this week! I also completed 2 additional Master Classes

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Will post questions for next Q&A call

      1. Meditate!
I use evening and morning, pray meditations. I have listened to meditations from Masterclasses, which I adore.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I did communicate with animals, but not in words. By exercising my warming hands, I send them positive energy to heal and to soothe. I have tried with all my animals, and my mother’s animals, all the beings that seemed to need a little soothing. I have received various reactions/answers, some of them just placed their head on my hands, others relaxed, and felt asleep, others kissed my hands, others went away as if I am healthy, I don’t need this. 😊 I am looking forward to have a chit-chat with them but until I learn, I happy this happened. This is also a form of communication. At least it has convinced me, that what I feel is real, it is not my imagination. For example as I meditated today morning, and I thanked God for this good energy surrounding my hands and me, my home, and send it around the globe, and to Mother Earth, King Boumba honored me, by coming and stopping right in front of me. He stood for a few seconds than he tucked his front paws, and just bend his head, as waiting for my hands to touch him. (He also might suffer with some mouth infection as his breath is smelly). I am amazed and delighted.

      3. Celebrate!
I celebrate the fact that results show even though in other form than expected (direct talk) 😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I beg your pardon upfront, but could it be possible that other posts than the pinned ones in the forum be more visible? I have a trouble with communicating with Emerald a queen cat, and I have the feeling that people do not see the new messages, as they are listed under the pinned ones. Maybe more entries on the same page would solve the situation. The queen is in distress and my healing soothing bubbles are just temporary and I asked for help but maybe people do not see the postings… As I have missed a few myself.
It is urgent and I don’t know what to do. I can send her only hearts, and warmth and healing energy but it is not enough…
A good question would be to the issue described in the post, is this interfering with their life? But I can not let the baby kittens be run over by cars… under my own eyes…

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Yes! During Saturday’s call. Again, I have received messages in other form, and Julie was so kind to confirm the hits, and sweet Rosie, has sent me a healing gift, which I have perceived so strongly that I have really burst into tears… So warming and reliving, and wonderful. Thank you, Rosie and Julie! It’s already posted under FAT.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week I have practiced my intuition by guessing before an animal came to me, if they will feel my warming hands. Most of them were hits! and traffic… I am better than my husband at choosing the lane that is moving 🙂

      1. I’ve been traveling, extra busy and never alone, so instead of formal
Meditations I focus on amplifying love through the day, whenever I think of it.
      2. I connected with Rosie (FAT). The only non-obvious things I got were something big and soft and green (a pillow, or Shag carpeting?). She is especially happy when Mom gives her fish, and has a little kink in her tail.
      3. I celebrate that I have another trip coming up when I will have time alone, so I can focus some energy on this work and listen to more classes and replays!
      4. No questions or discoveries right now. Maybe after I finish last Saturday’s Q&A replay!
      5. See #2
      6. I am so happy that the intuition games are now more easily available! I’ve read several of the new clairaudience tips, have been working on those too.
      Thanks!
