ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Platinum Member1. Meditate!
Mostly evening meditations, but shorter than I would have preferred.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I did not exactly connected and communicated with animals, but instead from the prayer meditation, I have asked for guidance and help for example, in the case of Rosie, a cat different than the FAT. She was struggling with a teeth/mouth infection, eating almost nothing. She lives on the street practically abandoned by her humans, as they travel and go away for months. She is my Boumba’s mother. A month ago we have given her some antibiotics, and she started to feel a little better. She started to eat just a little. After the antibiotic course finished, she still stood with tongue out, struggling to eat. As there are many eyes and ears passing on the street, I can not allow my self to express myself out loud too much, so I thought to close my eyes and speak with her in my head, asking her to eat, as food can help her. At first bites, she used to cough some greenish matter, which I suppose it was puss. I also had the idea to ask for Divine guidance and help, and than I petted her, and afterwards she would start to eat. This happened for about a month now, and now she is almost fully recovered. I am not sure if it is real communication, but I have sent her all my love and healing light from the bottom of my heart. I am sorry I did not trust my self enough to take pictures as to record this. I am not confident enough as my bed neighbor says of course it was the antibiotic, that worked. But I don’t think that an antibiotic would work alone for a month. Did not know where to place this story, so I put it here.
3. Celebrate!
I celebrate the fact that Rosie is now feeling much better 😊
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Could I really be a healer? Story of Rosie above at 2.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not yet, but I am planning to. Looking forward for Saturday’s call, as after Val preps the way, I hope I will get the best out of me.

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Shadow, the mother cat that I am fostering, and my pets. I apologized to my pets that they were limited to one room in the house, and told them it is temporary.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel a deepening connection and bond with the animals which I am always grateful for.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Not a lot of serious work this week. I kept getting interrupted and distracted when I tried to meditate this week.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? I was extra paranoid this week because of some things I have going on in my life. Does that count as an intuition game? 😀 -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Appx hour. Sat outside late evening – all quiet, to let mind settle + listen to surroundings – took quite a while. Find it hard to clear mind. Looking at other form of meditation
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
LiIy – female Papillion dog.
Whilst attending a party, Lily the dog, kept looking and attempting to walk towards me.
She was a little nervous with so many people and the noise so I connected with her + reassured her all was ok.. Later she was standing beside me with a young boy holding taught her lead while her guardian was somewhere else . The lead + collar was pulling at her neck. I slowly stroked her, releasing the tightness of the collar + boys hold on the lead
LiIy nuzzled her head in the crook of my arm and my body so she was secure.
I put my left hand on her head and my right hand on her back and immediately she relaxed and was quite still for several minutes till her guardian came into view.
I thanked Lily, gave her my gratitude and released my hands. Lilly began wagging her tail when she saw the guardian. In the course of the evening I found she kept looking towards me. However no one else seem to notice what was happening3. Name one thing you to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate didn’t do any grounding work before talking to Lily – connected immediately
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No specific questions at moment. Can connect to animal without grounding – connected immediately. Change mindset from ‘maybe’ with practice can do animal communication – talk to animals’ to, I can connect + talk to the animals
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet but will do so
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Continue to play my own games. Watched few quiz game + auction shows on TV to guess answers. Need to find something else

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, but not as much as last week because of work – and I really noticed the difference. The sacredness of life becomes much more apparent the more I meditate – and then I lost sight of it when I’m more in the world.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I had a go at talking to the FAT, and of course Elsa. I also tuned in very briefly to a tiny fly – it was wonderful to stop and perceive his determined personality.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I want to celebrate that I made time to practice on my own.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries! My practice session with Rosy didn’t go so well – on reflection I think I was a little superficial about getting deep enough. A lesson learned.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes I tried to practice with Rosie. I got a lot wrong – just wasn’t quiet enough inside. A good lesson.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Practicing being in silence whenever I can. -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Several times but still not the regular routine meditation I need.
I taught a Reiki workshop last weekend so was meditating with my students as I taught them the basic Reiki meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with my cat Princess last night as I was trying to go to sleep. I asked for help sleeping and went to sleep so don’t remember much of it. I did ask her to check in with Roxy. I can communicate with Princess, the only one of my cats I’ve ever been able to do this with to any extent. I need to ask her again as I don’t remember much about it.
I tuned into Rosie again his morning.
I noticed the toys in the picture and commented on them and asked her what her favorite toy was. She said she liked them all.
I told her tomorrow was the big day. The day when lots of people talk to her at once. I assured her that she did not have to talk to all of us at once but could take us one by one. I said it was like if several people called her at the same time she would to go one and then may go to another later.
I think she is looking forward to tomorrow but not quite sure how she can handle it. I told her that her mom and Val and I and others would all be there. I explained that Val would do some talking first teaching us how to communicate with her and then lots of people would communicate with her. I also told her that this would only happen once and that people would communicate with her individually during the month. I also said I might connect with her while Val was introducing her. Sometimes I am able to do that.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. My ability to communicate with Princess and Rosie.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing to report here.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, see #2 above

I had a communication with a cat on my Biodynamik cranio course. It was funny,we were about 8 students and tge teacher and the cat entered. The teacher picked up the cat and did the introduction meditation. Afterwards,he put the cat down and tried to continue his lecture, and he thought the cat would lie down somewhere, but she did just walk across the room. The teacher got annoyed and kicked the cat out. When I tried to make contact, I received following: ” i thought you got me in to work? I’m ready starting the healing work snd was just walking from one to the other person to find out, who needs help. Why am I kicked out now?
I tried to explain and I hope she understood. Also the situation made me laugh.3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. Gold Member1. I’ve been meditating intermittently: have gotten out of routine because of travel and unfortunately will be travelling again for several days. I’ve listened to several Q&A recordings and done the opening mediation for those.
2. I’ve practiced with several of the animals on Q&A recordings. Most recently, the bunny from last July (?). I just sensed him as being very calm and stable and grounded. Tried to communicate with a dog from the FB group who needs help playing more gently with a puppy, not sure if that helped or not.
3. I’ve gotten a lot out of the Q&A sections of the calls.
4. I have a hard time staying out of my head during Q&A meditations and animal visits, when Val is talking (activating my brain). I’m not sure how to manage this.
5. I have not yet communicated with the FAT.Thank you!
