One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      A. I tried a few times, but it’s never been easy for me. I’m still practicing learning to clear my mind and relax well enough to get into the meditative state.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      A. I tried talking to a few different animals, including my own, specifically one dog named Kira. I imagined her face looking at my face and I tried to send a mental message to her to look at me in the eyes, but she didn’t. Maybe I’m not far enough along in the course to be successful at this sort of thing yet.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      A. I would like to celebrate the fact that in spite of the many challenges trying to just get started with this course, and some struggles trying to get through some parts, I have not given up.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      A. How do I get an animal to know that I’m trying to communicate with them before I start communicating with them? Even though I am a highly intuitive and gifted psychic and medium, and have even spoken to animals before (they spoke to me), I have Discovered that this course is much more difficult than I was expecting it to be for me.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, Val’s heart meditation and grounding meditation. I’m also focusing on chanting for concentration and self healing.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
There have been suddenly bumble bees following me to whichever room I go to, so I tried to ask for a message. Though I didn’t get a response, I looked up the significance which is a reminder to focus and commitment. I am determined to work harder at practising communication.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am grateful for the insights from Val regarding my questions on communicating with pets in spirit.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to know why I get different, sometimes totally contradictory answers when I speak to the same animal at different times.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Yes

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
At a very basic level, I’ve been trying to visualize in detail.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
no, and i don’t get meditation…i do want to be teachable…I get prayer to Creator

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I tried to hear Ruth, our white request cat. I asked her what she would like her name to be. I tried to talk and hear Eve a dozen times. She is our newest family member, a year &1/2 Great Pyrenees. She comes and stares at me and I guess she wants out. But I don’t know if it is for potty or to walk. She has gone poop and pee in the house often at night. I don’t know if she has tried to wake me up or if she even knows it is ok, to try. She has chewed on two computer plugs and the wall and paper, all at night. I want to trust her and not buy a box.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I celebrate that even though I have not understood this web site and even though a couple of events have taken but so much time…I keep coming back to this site. I dearly want to communicate with animals!!!!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Question: How to!!!! Discovery: I saw a new wild bird in our yard and told him; he is welcome and told him about the water feeder. In the past I would have just admired him/her.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I asked him if it was ok, if we talk now? I asked I he would like to teach me something. I didn’t hear anything

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? no…this is the firs time i heard of this intuition dev exercises…i will go after this…maybe this is the reason after a month i have not heard from an animal.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR GOOD WORK sharron clark of Washington state

      1. Meditating as usual. Trying to make my peace with the box breathing exercise, it just feels AWKWARD.
      2. Last Sunday I saw a calf who I learned is sickly: no specific illness, just not doing well (low weight, can’t keep up with the herd, etc.). The owner is close to having her put down. I sent the owner info on a farm animal rescue near me, hoping that may be a fit, and have been sending her golden love energy (along with my family). I haven’t really tried to communicate, just send love, and sense that she feels better.
      3. I feel that the calf DOES feel better! I will ask the owner when I see him this Saturday.
      4. none.
      5. Nope, still sticking with animals in person. The calf was actually halfway across the field, so that was a stretch for me!
      6. Practicing checking my intuition with muscle testing, in combination.

      Thank you!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Sort of- I have been working on managing my energy – visualizing drawing it to me and grounding myself.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Bear, Pam’s black lab in the Animal Teacher section. He talked about how he had felt and how he wanted to come back as a young energetic dog. He also showed my Val’s heart meditation, with love flowing from human and animal hearts in a circle to the right. He told me an open heart is how I get better at animal communication.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I connected with Bear and I connected with a tree – which was totally unexpected!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I am still have a hard time trusting what I’m getting, but I feel that I am getting better. I know I need to practice more regularly and focus on managing my energy.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I communicated with him on the call last week so I chose a different animal teacher this week.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I don’t know if this counts, but I practiced calming my mind and energy and drawing my energy back to me.

Serenity I prepared her for the vet office visit. Also regarding her eating habits. I also talked with a few squirrels. One told me to always be prepared by having back up. Another told me that an apartment I was trying to check out didn’t have good energy. I also talked with a dog in Spirit-a client.

      1. Did you meditate this week?

      Not much.
A very busy week. Working full time again, company still here this week, taking Sabrina to her reactive dog class and working with her every spare minute, taking Georgia to her scent work class, didn’t take Sabrina to hers this week, Georgia has a trial coming up next weekend so we have to practice and get ready for it. So with all that going on, not muc time for anything else.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week?
Tried to talk to my own girls. don’t get verbal response.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Sabrina are forming a close bond and I still have high hopes of getting my ability to communicate back,
      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I have questions, but I don’t write them down and y the time I write my accountability I forget what they were.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
I tried but she really didn’t want to talk with me When I asked her why, she said I wasn’t really trying or maybe it was my imagination and guilt feelings. I wasn’t in the mood for being put down or for self recrimination so I stopped the convesration.
      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? no

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, of course, every day. I wish I could meditate all day sometimes…

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I talked to some kitties at the pet store. And I wanted to take them all home.
Spent a lot of time with Sal this week, since I have been so concerned about Sal’s health and not being able to get a private session with Val until December. I prepared him for a vet visit, and he was so good when it was time to get him in the carrier. I knew that he understood where we were going and why. He was so good.
However, he is not quite on board about taking the medicine yet…

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I was very confident and specific with the Vet in directing her to specific concerns about Sal. It was very empowering for me, actually. I was able to get her to r/o the greatest concerns, for my peace of my mind ( through his bloodwork). We had a great discussion about his gastric issues and treatment. She validated and discussed everything I needed her to. It was the first vet visit since I have been on this journey, and it was so different. Also when I called to make the appointment, I was very upfront with requesting a particular vet in the practice NOT see Sal, and explained that I did not feel he was able to connect with either of us before. They were so responsive and totally got it.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I posted my questions in the Forum for the Q&A call last week

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I did , and I will post for Shaun in the Forum.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I did not play any games , but definitely relied on my intuition to guide me with Sal and Hershee this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I alternated between sitting in silence, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, and Ho ‘Oponopono Deep Cleaning meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Every time I think I have come to terms with the deer being hunted every year at this time around my house, something else happens to bring it front and center in my face. Day before yesterday I was getting ready for work when I heard the gun shot. As I was leaving for work, I saw a deer laying in my neighbor’s field. I went to see if he was still alive. He wasn’t. My heart was broken!! I petted him and told him how sorry I was that happened to him. All the way to work I said the Ho ‘Oponopono prayer to try to calm myself down. I will never understand the mentality that allows one being to intentionally take the life of another! How I wish I could get the message through to the deer that they are not safe anywhere but on my property this time of year. I’m not getting through to them, or they are ignoring the message, I’m not sure which!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing to celebrate.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Why is this so difficult for me?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No, not in the right frame of mind right now.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No Games. Always listening for intuitive thoughts.

      1. Yes and No. Half the week – yes. Other half when work took over – no. Still struggling to overcome this.
      2. I practiced with Coco on the Q&A call. I’ve practiced with Elsa and realised that what stops me hearing her clearly is 1) expecting words or pictures and downplaying the feelings and 2) trying too hard which pulls me into my head.
      3. I am starting to accept that showing compassion to humans in essential to stopping our exploitation of animals. A begrudging acceptance, but this is a big step for me.
      4. Starting to realise that I have been connecting with my heart around other things (like deciding what to wear in the morning 😉) and that practising around things that aren’t so meaningful for me would be a useful exercise.
      5. I did communicate with Coco. I wasn’t convinced at the time but reading back it seems more convincing. I only just posted so I can’t be sure yet.
      6. I’ve been practising asking my heart answers to questions. I’m not always getting a reply but one I did get was: you can be compassionate to others while you are hurting. I liked that because it encourages me to open my heart. And it helps me in my quest to help stop our exploitation of beautiful heart creatures.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did the box breathing and heart meditation from the recordings in the club list. I meditated a few times this week, I did not keep good track of time but each time was about 10 minutes.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a consult about a dog that I did not have enough information or a picture beforehand to work with, so I tried during the consult but I really had too little time to gather information from the owner. After the consult I reached out to the dog “Juju” and I asked him why he was licking his paws so much, I got the sensation of tingling in my fingertips and I guess that that meant he was having that sensation in his toes and that is why he was licking. HE also let me know he was feeling really tired and had little energy. I tild him that his mom was going to get him checked and they should find out why he is feeling the way he is soon. He seemed relieved and I thanked him for sharing.
I also reached out to Maximus the day before we left for the US, he was up on his ledge on the front porch and I sent out a heart communication, I saw a light energy come out from him like a swirling ball of sparkly things and we met together and our energies touched. It was really amazing and I really felt the love and the closeness, and the feeling we knew each other from a past time as very close beings.
I know I had more encounters, but I cannot remember them right now.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My amazing connection with Maximus the day before we left for the US. The feeling that I got from the dog, I cannot validate but I am pretty sure that was correct.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I think I need to trust myself more. No real questions right now

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried to briefly and since I was not able to connect to the call on Saturday (very disappointing) until after the guided meditation I really feel I missed out. I will try to listen to the replay later and maybe be able to gain from it. Crazy week, with getting my husband out of hospital and traveling to our place in TN.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I tried to guess people messaging not very successfully, and started writing in a journal I bought – I worked on writing down any dreams I had as soon as I woke up.

      1. Meditate!

I struggled to meditate every evening till falling asleep, and some mornings. I also listened to meditations as I couldn’t just get in my space for meditation all the time. Also did a live meditation with colleague Chigusa, that was welcomed and appreciated.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).

I communicated mostly one way with all the animals around me.

      3. Celebrate!
I celebrate the fact that I have all these wonderful souls disguised as animals around me!

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
      None this week.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

Yes. During the call and I have posted at the time.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

Only when I remembered to make from the daily situations an intuition game…

Otherwise I feel like I have been played by my dear Minou. The whole clinic picture showed he was doing much better than Jerry, but he was the one to play me, and go above. Heartbreaking was not easy to be intuited by me.

Hi Posted in error 18 Nov under forum heading So hope you found my accountably for the other week

1 Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you learn from the experience

Communicated with Coco, a gecko, during Saturday 12 Nov Q + A session. Coco Showed me he has a fun, entertaining personality

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate communication with Coco and appears what appears to be a ‘ cease fire’ between the two Princess’s

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Yes Posted in forum

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Decided to follow my intuition. After leaving a meeting ,rather than the route, and places I planned to take/visit, I decided to let my mind take me on a journey that would eventually lead me home. This decision took me in a different direction and nowhere near the places I planned to visit. My intuition eventually took me inside at nearby library where a few moments later a friend who had also just arrived came over to me. We decided to go for a meal to a place we both know where we encountered other people we knew who were already in the cafe. A useful experiment
