One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Meditation short one I did with Val twice. It involves Love and expanding it. Cleared energy. Revitalized me. Uploaded blue print. Healing energy for cats and me.

Another Meditation while standing in the Sun. I felt the connection to the Sun from the top of my head (Crown Chakra) going up to the Sun and sensed a little the connection to the Earth through my feet. I guided the Light from the Sun to work on areas of my body. I guided the Light from the Sun to work on my cats.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Told Serenity and Hawkeye about how grateful I am to them. I have been learning even more than before how in tune they are with me and understand.

Serenity about going to vet. I learned how important it is to prepare them.

Talked with dog who was not well and he said about if it was too much for his mommy to watch him with difficulties then to go ahead and send Soul to next journey with assistance. The mom wanted to know if time and to get dog’s forgiveness. She wasn’t paying much attention to her dog saying he wanted to stay around for now.
It was Frustrating because his mom was putting her feelings first even though she was saying she was not and she wanted me to tell her to do assistance basically.

Talked with two cat clients about where their parents want them to potty as opposed to where their dad gardens.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How connected mine are to me and understand.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I don’t.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I posted for Monique to read.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers and communication from those on the Other Side making me question the new apartment and considering breaking the lease.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditated every morning for thirty minutes except one. It’s a guided meditation on creating the life you want and opening your heart. I also did a meditation with Val on one of the Q and A recorded calls.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I tried communicating with Maximus. I got some impressions but am feeling very insecure about whether they were actually from him or it was my imagination.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I tried connecting with the FAT and have blocked off time to attend the call this Saturday.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I’m still not sure how much of what I receive is my imagination filling in the blanks and what is coming from the animal.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did. I got that he was a very old soul and “wizard” like. I did not get specific words, so it was not very much a conversation. I did ask him about his favorite toy but then I saw a picture of one of my cat’s toys.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I played guessing the suit of the playing card and did better than last time.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, the regular Pranic healing meditations plus for grounding.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been talking mainly to two of my boys, both with different issues. One has been physically hurt, so I’m trying to reassure him that he’s safe now, and I think he understands.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m refreshing what I’d learnt in AC courses much earlier while going over the coaching club courses.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have a couple of questions which are part of the post for the live call…..do animals have delayed grief, and possible causes for sudden changes of behavior.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, briefly, but I will post only after further communication during the call and later.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
This week has not been a specific game, but trying to guess at random things like who was calling.

      1. Meditate!

I have succeeded to meditate mostly in the morning, because most of the evening I pure and simply I have felt asleep. Still somehow confused this week, and very sleepy.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).

I have connected with Boumba while he was still FAT! Amazing experience… After I took my time and done all steps for grounding, I connected with Boumba. I saw a man’s face and as never before, and never since that only time, Boumba came and rested on feet. The image of the man disappeared, and he sent me a dot of light, growing into a golden light tree of life. I haven’t figure it out what exactly he meant.

Yesterday, I have visited my dogs, and I told Estella I need healing. She came and put her head on my lap. Afterwards she rested on my feet too. When I touched her, immediately I felt my heart was warming and as if something was drained in the ground. ….. I felt really better afterwards.

      3. Celebrate!
This week I celebrate that I have succeded to connect with my Boumba and Estella. 😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
When we tune in to connect with an animal, and some other person is connecting with that animal right in that moment, is it possible to catch the other person’s energy, and see him/her?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I love my Boumba so much, and he has sent me a tree of life 😊

      1. Did you meditate this week?
Only a little. Been very sick, dr, no work, cannot talk. Bad Week/ Difficult taking care of my dogs
and not be able to speak but have to wash mud off feet every time they go out as has rained every day.
But tried a little meditation and grounding exercises

      2. Practice As usual with my own dogs, especially since I could not speak with them. Surprisingly my 10 month old puppy Sabrina was more receptive than my old girl Georgia.
Also Connected with a lost dog on f.b. I knew I could not find where he is, 1000 miles away in another state, but feel that I connected and told him if someone finds him not to run and if someone connect with him to try to tell them what he is seeing woods, river house etc so they can better find him for his owner.
Also a friend in another state, the sister of my H.S, BFF who has suffered from cancer for last 10 yrs and is in end stage, asked me abt an experience she had. Her dog died this yr and with the sis’s health problems has been a bad yr. She finally decided to look for another dog. had appt to look at puppies but no one showed and figured it was a scam. That nite the picture of her dog that died fell off the fridge to the floor. She picked it up and put it back and a minute later it was on the floor. She was wondering if the dog was mad and telling her not to get another dog, I checked and said no just the opposite, he is telling you not to let this stop you
but to keep on searching, it is time for another companion to help uyou right now. I could not get if he was saying he would come back to her or not but did want to speak to her about that and how and what to look for,
      3. Celebrate!
Guess just that am still hanging in there and trying.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I think I’ve discovered that while Georgia is my ROCK, Sabrina, my teenage witch and total handful, is going to be my salvation!
      5. Featured Animal Teacher!
No. To be honest I didn’t even think about it. While I think I have done a lot in my feverish state this week, did not even think about doing that.

      6. Intuition Development Games! Again no. thought abt it and wondered if in my state where it was hard for me to function, if it would be more difficult or if it would comee shining thru but did not have the energy to try

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

10-40 minutes each night before going to sleep, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My fur family and the deer that are returning. I tried telling them that hunting season is again upon us and to be watchful and aware.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

Not yet. What a beautiful kitty.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. Leaving room for intuition to “strike” at will. 🙂

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I have tried several times and have listened to different meditation recordings, but have not felt it worked. I was off track from the beginning of the week and did not do the priming from Tony Robbins at all this week. I did finally take some time today in the heat of the day to get some water and sit down inside. I set my phone alarm for 15 minutes and started a version of the soft focus exercise. I actually felt it was working and allowed myself to close my eyes as that is what they seemed to want. At that point I had weird visions that flitted from here to there and I actually felt more energized – this is the first time that has happened. I am not sure if I had fallen asleep and dreamt or if it was a vision. I will definitely repeat the process again as I liked that it did not make me feel sleepy as usual rather energized me.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I faintly tried to reach out to the animals around here and listen to the birds and insects.
I did reach out to a spider that was hanging on the front door of our barn – not sure he or she but I tried to be indifferent and open. I did feel something but not sure what, but a definite sign of recognition from the spider. I said hi, what are you hanging on the door for? Nothing in response but a definite feeling of “I am alive”. I said it’s okay to hang on the door but please do not get on the handle so I can get in. The next day he was there again and I said oh hi! I see you are still here. No problem. The next day he was on the handle and I said – I told you not to be on the handle! Please get off. Then the next day he was nowhere to be seen. Then today, he was back on the door again! So I said welcome back lol.

I have felt Maximus in my chest my heart has been pulled to him and I have felt him hug me and we have sent love to each other. He has literally wrapped his “arms” around me. This was very helpful as I had become sad and very scared of what criticism I would get from him and others speaking to him this month.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I want to celebrate my persistence in going through with Maximus being the FAT, this was a tough decision but my heart told me it would be the right thing to do as hard as it would be. This I feel has allowed me to break through and feel with my heart and got me to truly meditate and possibly communicate better.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

None, I realize I need a lot more practice. I think I have figured out what works for me, I will practice and see if that is true, if not will keep searching.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I did not post this but I truly feel I got hugs and strong love and reaching out from Maximus this whole week.
Today (well, yesterday – Thursday) I did as described above and took a rest from physical work in the heat ad sun and sat inside with some water and did the soft focus (or an adaptation of it) and had several feelings and images. Maximus came to curl up on my lap and cuddled, then he reached up to hug me as he had when he was younger, then he pulled away and got angry at me and I said I am sorry, but this is hard and he would suffer more in travel and there is space here but I am not here all the time either. Then I saw him by some hay being cut (not sure if that was because our field was being brush hogged instead of hayed this time or because he was by the hay in the barn he likes to hang out in). Then all kinds of other images flashed in my head fast, very fast and I did not have paper to write them down quickly to remember so they are gone just faint memories.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not really play any games, but as I was filling our Berkey water filter (the opening is way above the level of my head) I tried to intuit where I had poured to – how high the water level was. At first I was amazingly close, the next times I was a bit off.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Appx 40 mins in total relaxation plus watched and completed a couple of Brad Yates taping videos for ‘brain fog and tiredness’

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Neighbour’s cats Tabby Princess hasn’t been around much in the garden this week but when seen him outside he still follows me for nibbles and stroking on his terms. I talk to him but little response. He’s still wary. Tuxedo Princess visits. This week noticed she hasn’t run after tabby Princess either in or outside of the garden. This week tabby was sitting on a narrow path near my home with his back to seated tuxedo a short distance away. Both seated in loaf position. Tabby kept glancing back towards tuxedo as though checking what she’s is up to. Tuxedo’s sister, a very sweet, once very shy and skittish cat who doesn’t leave her home often walked past. Tabby just gave her a glance. I walked past and praised them. Then I observed them from a distance for quite a while. Tabby and Tuxedo didn’t move
Progress is being made, I hope. Wait and see what happens with them when in my garden.

Getting into habit of mentally saying ’hello’ to any animal I come across and noticed some wil look in my direction

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate the feedback received form Lucia re Boumba. Got few things right. Need to be more confident in myself. Plus guessing correctly the ‘letter’ in a newspaper quiz which I hadn’t read or bought

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      None this week

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet. But will do so

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Guessed the correct ‘letter of the alphabet’ answer (gut instinct), to a puzzle in a newspaper which I hadn’t bought or read

      1. Yes – a little every day. Some long silent sessions. Guided meditations during the night.
      2. I practiced with Boumba. I was hesitant because I felt I had struggled to connect a couple of times. This time I made more effort to be still and I asked him for something concrete. He showed me the passage and a room and Lucia confirmed it. He also showed me the same picture that he had in the previous times I had tried to connect but I had dismissed it because it had happened too quickly. Difficult to trust myself.
      3. I want to celebrate Animal Communication. I have such a stronger relationship with my beautiful Elsa because of it and at crucial moments I can ask her about things (or I can ask Val to ask her :))
      4. Questions about trusting myself….that old chestnut!!!!
      5. Not yet.
      6. I keep playing the: intuit whether the door is locked at work. I really like it because it starts my day in a playful way and reminds me to stay heart centred.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Every morning as usual, silent meditation with Sutras

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I talked to a little kitten in a pet store who was all too eager to get the attention. She was so sweet and almost made me cry, but she knew she would get her forever home any day, and I sent her some loving healing energy , which she accepted readily.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Really, I am just celebrating this incredible opportunity that I have and the person I am becoming. I continue to seek guidance and resources to accelerate my spiritual growth

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
A thousand questions, but no single burning one today

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I just got acquainted with Maximus, studying his photo and getting first impressions.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I am playing a “guess which Chakra is unbalanced” game of my own with new people I meet.

      1. Not doing as much as I should, still bits here and there.
      2. I connected with a great horned owl at a Raptor Rehabilitation educational appearance. I feel like we connected easily, but the messages I thought I got were all wrong, after talking to the responsible human.
      3. Kona my cat started to tiptoe up and sleep with my husband, after I tried to send him that message!
      4. Same questions as usual.
      5. Nope, I still need to focus on animals who are physically close to me.
      6. Still practicing intuition with my apps.

      Thanks!
