One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development Lessons? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Meditate!
I did a little better this week, though still felt asleep some times. Hope this strange period will end soon.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I communicated with Drop. He is one of the Angel Guardians disguised as a cat, living on the street. He is waiting for me every day for more than a year now, to go and to come from work…..
First, I would like to correct his name, which is actually Likurichu… (Firefly in Romanian as previously I though it is much easier to say Drop, from a letter play in local language)
I have been shocked at first but now I am starting to get used…. This little guy has chewed half his tail off…
I feed and help animals for many years, about 20, but I have never went through such situation. He has been operated on Monday to remove the part of the tail which he left without fur. It has been found that most of his tail started to rotten, and it had to be removed. He now has only a stump left… he has been neutered also.
This whole week I went to visit him everyday. He is eating but I will attach a picture to see that it is not an easy decision to leave him on the street like he is…
I also did exercise with the wide array of hospitalized animals, and the healing energy worked very well.
Today evening I got the news that Minou, a boy cat that belongs to my mother is feeling unwell, and crying. My instinct tells me it’s something internal. Hope the night will pass fast so that we can get Minou to the vet.

      3. Celebrate!
I am happy to have developed this healing energy hands, and that it proves that they get activated very easy when an animal needs help.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Are animals around me, putting themselves in danger in order that I get to practice?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I did not get to Maximus this week as it was a very complicated week. Sorry sweetheart Maximus!

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
Traffic intuition works well, and did play with a friend on Sunday, that each one draws a shape, and to guess which shape it is. I guessed them all without hesitation or cheating in any way. I am proud of this achievement.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I spent total of about 30 minutes a day meditating, minus one day. I did a heart/brain coherence meditation and a Love Your Life meditation, as well as practicing belly breathing and grounding.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I spoke with Maximus the FAT again. He was tired, so we didn’t talk much. He said he was fine though he hadn’t seen Monique.I also connected with a hummingbird at my feeder, who said his/her name was Red Feather. i tried connecting to my dog in spirit, Lucy, but could not receive responses very clearly.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I tried communication with a few different types of animals instead over over thinking it.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I am a bit frustrated still that I am having a hard time putting feelings into tangible words.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did, briefly, please see above.

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development Lessons? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?I did not but I am taking a course on connecting with my guides, so I will try to incorporate that as well.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, to different ones I did with Val. The first three -different lengths. They focus on clearing energy, manifesting, Healing.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told Serenity something and she reacted in a way I knew she understood -something involving eating. I also invited Hawkeye to follow me to the bathroom. He got down from the microwave and I don’t know if he came into the bathroom. I think maybe he did. I might have communicated with clients over the weekend. I think one – he was in Spirit.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning about getting in my heart and answers coming.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I posted for Monique to read the communication between Maximus and me.

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development Lessons? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, more with numbers -communication from the Other Side. I asked Val about this and she explained what it is.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

10-40 minutes each night before going to sleep, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music. I skipped a couple of nights this week, as I had a couple of rather spectacular (?) accidents involving my body. It wants to heal, and wants me to let it sleep in order to do that.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My fur family. Focus is on Ginger this week. Why won’t she quit peeing on the carpet? Why doesn’t she tell me she has to go outside anymore?

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      No, same reason as #1.

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development Lessons? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. Leaving space for intuitive thoughts as I go about my days.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have tried to focus on my breathing and grounding, I have also worked on the love meditation and being one with them, like seeing through the squirrel’s eyes being one with them. I have spent anywhere from 5 minutes to maybe 20 minutes each time, but it was a travel week so have had a hard time emptying.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried communicating with Maximus, I really did not get anything, I had told him I was coming back Wednesday and instead of being at the front of the house when we arrived as usual, he was nowhere around that I could see. HE finally showed up Thursday evening. I normally hear him meow as he approaches, but this time I heard nothing and my husband heard him meow. I was cooking dinner and so told him I was really excited to see him but asked him to wait until I could stop for a minute and then reach out to pet him. He did lay down in the entrance to the kitchen (he normally just meows and gives up on me and goes to my husband, though my husband did reach out and pet him when he came in) and quietly waited for me to have a free moment. I quickly defrosted some food for him though it was not fast enough for him. I also sat on the couch and he jumped up to get brushed. He is full of awns and burrs all over and I started to try to gently get them out. He bit and scratched my hand and was only interested in me brushing his front area and not the deep awns in his tail and belly.
After I made dinner I went back to my computer and he finished eating then came over and glanced in the room (I think he blinked at me!) then sat quietly as if waiting for me to do something.. soon as I got up and went to him, he went straight to the door and asked to go back out. He usually wants to join me at the computer and rest on my lap, but he just seemed calm, serene and almost wiser! But not wanting snuggles as usual..not sure what to make of all this. I could not get my mind clear enough to communicate.
I also tried to communicate with the animals mostly the squirrels and birds on our property the day before we left for Israel, I think they got something. I usually hear them and can just make out where they are scurrying through the trees due to the trees moving. But this time, I could actually see them and follow them with my eyes on them. One was eating in a tree nearby and I normally never see where they actually are, but this time, I watched it eat and he did not run away as I watched him, and others hung around closer to me as well. I tried to communicate, I may have since they hung around, but was listening to the class 5 or 4 recording that said if they are eating they might not respond.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I guess the squirrels felt my reaching out to them and offering them peace and reiterating my promise that they are free and welcome on the property.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Still not sure about if and what I am getting. Will I ever hear them? or truly feel animals that are not necessarily sick? I did discover that if I stop and think after, I can pick out some sign that they heard me or communicated with me, but it is a delayed reaction and maybe even a day later (so how can I thank them for whatever I got at that point?)

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I sent him love and several times sent him images of us driving up to the house arriving home (so he would know we are coming, but he showed up 24 hours later) as described above.

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development Lessons? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I started reading the Celestine Prophecy on Krys’ suggestion. I know I need to work on this a lot more.

I wrote a very long and involved report and then something happened and a different page came up and I lost the whole thing. I cannot go thru all that again. Maybe I wasn’t supposed to share all that with you. So now this will be short and sweet.

      1. Did you meditate this week?
      Yes I did

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week?
      dog and cat

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That Georgia and I had a good connetion and now have things back on track.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      none
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
      Yes

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development Lessons?
      No

      1. Yes but not every day – not as much as I would like. Quite a lot of guided meditations during the night. I don’t actually meditate though – they just stop me stressing about being awake. I think it still helps though.
      2. I practiced with a tortoise called Dotty. I started off but then I realised that I didn’t think I was connected deeply enough. I adjusted without going straight back to the beginning – I just went deeper inside – and then it flowed and I was connected. The reconnect was a good experience. I haven’t done that before. I tried to connect with a dog called Gerry – a similar experience to Dotty – I didn’t connect well at first but then later I got the questions right. I really enjoyed the practice. I connected with a friend’s photo of a rhino from a recent trip and had a wonderful communication. He was showing me a lot about living a balanced life. I could feel the resonance of definitely being connected with him. I find it easier from a printed photo I think, rather than online or in person.
      3. I want to celebrate the joy and love that animals bring.
      4. My question is: how can I get right and wrong answers in the same communication?
      5. I haven’t tuned in to Maximus yet this week – today and tomorrow are the days!
      6. I’ve been trying to sense various things – like locked doors – getting about 50% right.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Every day but one, when I was at my daughter’s house. The dogs would not allow it

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I talked to my cats while I was oot letting them know when I would be back.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I can only celebrate that I actually made it through this week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

With my daughter’s wedding in one week and corporate travel, I had no opportunity to try to connect. Just too distracted and no time to myself

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development Lessons? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games, but I am working on identifying chakra imbalances by looking and talking to people.

      1. I’ve been slacking some. My teenage daughter has just moved home from a year of residential treatment and I been preoccupied with keeping the family steady. I’m hoping to figure out a way to meditate that is more comfortable and effective for me.
      2. I connected with a calf at a farm animal
Rescue I toured today. He felt like a big slow-moving puppy, very warm and fuzzy. (Coincidentally that’s how he looked too!) I tried to connect with my friend the bald eagle at the zoo but he was in a different exhibit (all outdoor birds have been moved to enclosed spaces because of a bird flu in the area). I tried to see where she was but it didn’t work.
      3. I’m not giving up!
      4. No discoveries. Just waiting for progress.
      5. Nope, I still need to stick with animals close-up.
      6. Still practicing with my apps, and trying to connect with everything.

Sorry I’m a bit late this week and last – see answer to #1 above for explanation.
