One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did not meditate for weeks now and I started today again with a recorded meditation from Barbara Brennan. It feels soothing and healing

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I don´t hear or feel or see anything at the moment. I think my system is very challenged with other processes. But at least I talk loudly all day with Stupsi and He listens and contacts me. Our contact got very familiar and heart felt. Even he still is not a big fan of being touched or caught, he comes, when I go to bed and would lie at my feet until I fall asleep and when I do stuff during the day in the living room, he would come and look, what I am doing and he is very good and sits still like a stone, when I have to clean his jaw (every second day) and I love him for his support

I think I’m becoming more myself and authentic. the process is very now going since my surgery and was /is challenging and I’m walking step by step.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Ihm trying every day to really come into my heart, how Val is teaching it and sometimes it goes better and sometimes not. It´s a long path for me. I can not use willingly al my senses at the moment – so I don’t see, hear or feel. It’s painful, when I try. why?

I was part in the last FAT call, but I did not participate, because it feels too much for me at the moment, It’s painful in my heart and senses to open up

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did meditate this week, but not everyday. I did Val’s heart meditation and some media rations on my own as well, roughly 15-30minutes about 4 days this week.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I am travelling and I tried to connect to my cat Violet at home. I just checked in and greeted her to see if I could connect. I honestly didn’t feel I received anything from her, except possibly awareness that I had tried to connect.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Even though I’m travelling I did try and connect to Violet.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No new questions this week.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did not this week, but I may try later today when if I’m able to find a quiet space.

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I haven’t but this accountability question reminding me I should!

      1. Meditate!

I did meditate almost every evening and some mornings. Also in the morning listening to self coaching “ I am” meditations.

      2. Practice!

Likurichu, has been checked out of hospital today, as it has been a wonderful warm sunny day. I honestly did not even try to get into communication mode, as I felt distracted and besides meditating I found it difficult to concentrate on communication, in getting into the heart space. I have found though one very god explanatory video regarding the heart-brain connection with a certain breathing tempo, somehow like Val’s. I did only healing work this week especially while at the hospital while visiting my friend. There were very nice reactions coming from the animals, and I have basked in the feeling. 😊

      3. Celebrate!

I celebrate again that I am here, and that I have found indeed so many beautiful hearted people!

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

Q: How can I find out my spirit animal?

D: I have discovered that the book, The Celestine Prophecies, can be an ally for beginners, a very good simple support explained for developing the clairs and a little more. (Thank You Krys!)

      5. Featured Animal Teacher!

No. I had troubles getting into the heart space. Sorry sweetheart Maximus!

      6. Intuition Development Games!

I have given a shot with colored jellies, but the jellies were not the best choice, because the strong flavor told me the color, otherwise just spending time, observing more.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, almost every day. I started to myself yesterday but got distracted or something. They were usually ones I did with Val, but they might not have all been. The ones with Val involve Healing, clearing energy, Love, etc.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity – she told me a new eating spot she would like. We also communicated perhaps about why she didn’t eat her whole meal at times. I tried to communicate with her about dropping the capsules in the trash-not sure if she understood.
Hawkeye – I told him about a post I did around the time I adopted him about him not throwing up on the carpet.
A client dog in Spirit and a client cat.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning to put things aside.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week. Hopefully soon. I enjoy communication with Maximus 🙂
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, more with communication though numbers and letters a little. Hopefully good communication.

      1. Did you meditate this week?
I did but only short sessions. I try to do the breathing and opening the heart that Val does, but I have difficulty with the breathing. I have to do my own rhythm , cant hold my breath that long and especially after my illness. But whatever I do seems to work.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week?
My neighbor’s dog has an allergy and chews his skin raw. they put the Elizabethan collar on him but do
little else. He looked at me and asked for help so I went inside and got something that I knew would help and called his dad over and gave it to him and told him how to use it. Bandit hasn’t talked to me again, but I’ve noticed that he isn’t scratching anymore.

My Georgia girl was having trouble with her arthritis and I did some healing work on her this week and she is doing much better. Now that I am starting to feel better I am trying to get back into our habit of morning walks before I go to work. I am not up to par yet and so cannot walk very for
I usually will tell Georgia it has to be a short walk or something but I this time but she knew and when we got to the corner she didn’t even look at the long way but turned the corner and when we came to the end of that short block and came to the next corner she again turned the corner to go around the block. Then she turned her head and looked at me and smiled. I thanked her for choosing the short route for me.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I don’t know. Sometimes, in little ways, it seems to be getting easier.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Wondering how long it will be before I can get back to where I was years ago when it all came so easily and naturally.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
I tried but I’m always so short of time and in a rush. This week I have had to get ready for company coming for a couple weeks so very busy on top of still recovering and still working.
But all I get from Maximus is him wanting me to play with him and he keeps showing me a little red ball.

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises?
I did the card game guessing the color of the card and I was 100%.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

It has been a really “off” week for me, still healing from back injury. All my body wants to do is sleep, so I managed 1 night sitting in silence, trying to quiet my mind and get into my heart, and 1 night listening to Soul Malas Healing Meditation music for a few minutes.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My fur kids and the deer that have returned to my property. I offer greetings and tell them I love them and they are safe while they are here. They eventually leave, but not in fear anymore.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

I offered Maximus a greeting. I heard no response.

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time for games. It’s been rough to get through the week with this back injury. Each day there is some improvement. Trying to listen for intuitive thoughts throughout the day.

      1. Yes – and increased it because I had more time. My mind definitely wanders less these days but if I go on my phone before I meditate, it is much harder to focus on anything all day.
      2. I practiced with a friend’s dog, Mabli – checking in with her and seeing if she is ok. I was too nervous to give feedback because I don’t want to give AC a bad name so I will tune in again tomorrow and see if what I get corroborates what I got before.
      3. I want to celebrate the coaching club which gives us a safe space to practice.
      4. After I’ve had really successful communication, I seem more reluctant to have another go – I wonder why?
      5. Yes. I practiced with Maximus. Again I wasn’t sure so I did two sessions to check – definitely got the impressions of the environment right, but also got some stuff that didn’t seem quite right.
      6. I’m practising staying in the present moment and not thinking about the past or the future. So much happier for it!

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Attempted to have some quiet time but had eye operation early in the week, therefore not mindset to attempt anything at the moment

2 .What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Only communicated with neighbours Tuxedo Princess who came to visit me and kept wanting to sit on my knee. She’s a caring cat. Noticed when tabby princess came into the garden, tuxedo princess would wander out, take a look then saunter back into my home. Also tabby appears slightly less nervous, ears little flat, and observed tuxedo as she wandered towards him. Tabby stayed and continued to drink the water from the large bowl Work still to be done but have noticed a lot of progress from when tuxedo would chase tabby away even jumping onto the fence to chase him

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate that I got some things right when relaying information from Maximus to Monique

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      None this week

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Had done so and posted in forum

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      Not this week

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I worked on box breathing and focusing on quieting my mind by focusing on my breath, I did this every night as I went to bed for about 10 minutes.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I was not focused enough with the owner of a cat who was being nasty and insisting on getting a prescription for a drug that would not help the poor kitty’s eye. I realized after that I should have centered myself and tried to communicate with the cat better.
I also tried to communicate with Maximus more. He did seem to meow a lot less, like he knew he could just reach out mindfully rather than meow so loud. He still meowed but just to gwt my attention and then stopped. I just remembered that I communicated with Krys’ Lola B, shebwas fullnof spunk and wanted to jump to hug me. I got they type of food she eats and the sort of area and home she lives in.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I really don’t have anything to celelbrate other than my daughter’s wedding this week. I did have an interesting event: I decided to comune with tue trees in Katzrin on the Golan Heights, it was very windy brewing up to a storm and I looked up to the trees and into the branches and allowed myself to be one with them. I really gelt like I was a branch eith leaves and felt how iy was to let the wind blow me here and there. I felt really at one with the treed like I was a part of them.
Oh, and exciting that I communicated with Lola B that felt rrally pretty good!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing really, I know I really have to calm my mind and get centered for this to work.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried projecting images of what I wanted Maximus to do like get off my chair or wait quietly while I finished doing something in the kitchen before giving him his food. He did comply. I may have been way too busy this week to really get anything back from him. I did try to focus in him to go heart to heart and he just ignored me. Maybe I was projecting too stringly coz he did bite at me a few times.

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I tried being aware and conscious of my surroundings and being in tune with what shows up. Checking if I was right abouy who is calling and such.

Yes I did. 5 days. Busy week of travel. Very distracted and found it hard to get into the zone.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I have spend much time talking to my cats, my daughter’s cat, daughter’s dogs. Sent images to all where there mommies were and when they would come home and why we were all out of town
      (wedding)

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Nothing new to celebrate except that I did try to prioritize meditation amongst a chaotic atmosphere. And I feel as though I am managing chaos and stress so much better.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      No questions

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Unfortunately, it did not fit into the Wedding Week Schedule

      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games, but always working to develop and trust my intuition

I spoke to Cody from the practice page and waiting for feedback.

      Nothing special this week.

      1. I’ve been trying to just focus on bringing my energy to my heart as often as possible through the day.
      2. I think I got a message from my cats a couple of nights ago: he/she/they said they know how hard I am trying.
      3. Nothing comes to mind.
      4. All the usual questions, no discoveries.
      5. No, still ticking with in-person animals.
      6. Trying to notice the difference between when intuition works and when it doesn’t. Not yet clear….
