ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

I talked to Sadie the german shepherd. We talked about what her favorite things to do are.I learned to relax more and let the pictures and knowing come in. He showed me his belly full of crickets and that he liked to crawl on this person.

Platinum Member1. Meditate!
I did meditate almost every evening and now every morning. Keep continuing to listen to self coaching “ I am” meditations + newly discovered “grace space” .
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have succeeded to concentrate on sending my wish to one of my dogs, by projecting in my mind for example a simple command as “stay”. Estella was hearing my husband and Bebe outside and normally she would have burst the doggy door to check on them. As we were just the 2 of us and I was petting her when the outside noise came I took my hand off her, and in mind I told her, I wish she would stay with me, and I have pictured her, staying beside me. She did! A few moments later, she looked straight into my eyes, as if: can I go now? And I told her also in mind, Thank you, yes you may go. It was absolutely amazing!
Also Rita the dog from my work place, has also perceived when I pictured her jumping on her house roof.
3. Celebrate!
I celebrate all my successes! I am happy for each step I have taken until now, and for the amazing things I have found, and for all the wonderful things I have discovered the Universe has prepared for me!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Q: How can I find out my spirit animal? (the same as last time)
D: I have discovered a new book about reiki energy healing, which I have read and l think it was very useful.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

Apologies for typos, I’m trying to do this on my phone, my computer isn’t cooperating tonite. I’ve been working on my heart connection this week. I’m not very satisfied with my progress. Not sure of the time involved.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family and the deer. Last night there was a hunter in the property next to mine, and He may have shot one of my deer family. I saw them standing in my driveway looking in that direction and then back at me. I told them to come to my yard, they would be safe here. When I looked out a few minutes later they were in my yard. Usually there were four, I only saw three.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I guess I should celebrate the deer’s response to my message. My mind tries to tell me it wasn’t because of my message.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games, listening for messages as needed.

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I tried. I worked on the breathing and listened to some of the meditations from the basic course. I also did a few soft focusing exercises. Each night as I got into bed and some mornings. I usually do about 10 or more minutes, not feeling like I got much progress there. I try to be very mindful as I drive around the country for work.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Maximus was very demanding this week. To the point of biting me and drawing blood! I don’t get clear communications from him just feelings or just knowing. So He insisted I sit still with him and just caress him which I did a few times this week, much more than normal. He seemed stressed that now the month is over, he would not have as much communication especially when we leave next week. So I promised him I would work on communicating with him more and we could send each other feelings and thoughts. He seemed okay with that and relaxed more. He still wanted to be close to me whenever I am home.
After Krys mentioned that trees, I was driving through Jerusalem and towards the Dead Sea and had an amazing time feeling the trees – they seemed excited to have me see and hear them. I got so many sensations. For the first time, I actually heard words (okay not words but expressions of joy, like “Yipee” which made me laugh) I sincerely felt they were for the most part very happy. Especially the ones away from the more high traffic roads in fields. The ones near the roads, some felt like they were heavy with responsibility and burden of taking on the toxic burden from the vehicles so the plants in the fields along with the trees could live better. They said they were the guardians. The younger trees along the road, some were just smiling, feeling important.
The desert seemed to breathe and send strong positive energy to me, I felt a strong sense of joy and energy from the land, hills and trees. It was amazing and gave me pure love and joy.
I tried to communicate with birds near my house, but they flew away and the goats looked at me but were way to skeptical to speak with me, I tried soft focus and they would not let me see from inside, and even when I reminded them I was the one that fed them occasionally they just were too much in fight or flight mode. I wished them well and walked away as I felt they were feeling too stressed.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I think Maximus understood me, though still not getting him clearly as he started biting me recently and it is not pleasant. I am happy I got such wonderful communication with the trees and land!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Still not really getting much when I reach out to those animals I encounter. I am sure I am missing something. (probably more practice in the club… will do)5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
See above I have not reached out to Coco yet. I will later.6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I worked on being even more aware and who was texting or calling, forgot to keep a tally though lol. Oh, I did work on trying to see if I remember the name of the manager at each place I visited for the vet health checks or at least who they were and if I remember the way the store is laid out. I did pretty well and actually surprised myself. -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
90 min of hypnotherapy to release stress. Fell asleep at the end
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Neighbour’s cats Tabby Princess and Tuxedo Princess who now seems to ignore tabby. Tabby still wary of tuxedo. Slow progress being made with tabby who appears is more reserved/wary now than he used to be. Am told another cat had started a fight with the mild tabby who now has a scratch on his nose. Hasn’t seen much of tabby these last few days but will ‘communicate’ with him. Tabby is still taking my treats and am glad he’s still visiting me even if not as often now but that maybe due to weather changing and it’s dark by mid afternoon in uk
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing this week as unable to accomplish much of anything this week
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None this week but would like to know more about symbology that seems to appear in ‘communications’. With animals
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. But will do so
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
As usual my own intuition games but completed very little this week. Will check Vals ‘intuition Games’ from the course as have missed some

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week?
No, not really. Did a few breathing exercises to try and relaxI had a very week what with out of town company all week plus working every day plus working
every day and going to dog classes so most of my responses are going to be in the negative.2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? Just my own animals and a couple on facebook that I tried to talk to and send healing energy.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing really this week
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
none5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
No. There are just not enough hours in the day to do everything and ever since I was sick I just get so tired. I feel guilty about not being present and doing enough with my own dogs.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games?
Not this week. I will try today. -

Platinum Member1. Yes – not long stretches but little and often.
2. I practised with my friend’s cat, Marvin. I have tried before – her concern is that he lies in the road. I felt last time that he didn’t take my concerns seriously. He went back to lying in the road. This time was different. I described the worst case scenario – being run over. But again this didn’t seem to have much effect. However – when I then described being hit by car while on the side of the road, I felt a real energy change. This really did get his attention. And he asked me: Is this how my brother died? I asked my friend and she confirmed it. I have asked her to watch and see if he continues to lie in the road. I will also try and talk to him again this weekend because I don’t want to leave him with that shocked energy. I think that he couldn’t take being run over as a real threat because it just didn’t connect with his experience. He understood the idea but it just wasn’t real to him. So interesting and I learned a lot.
I also connected with a bug in the grass. It was lovely. He was intent on eating leaves. He showed me that he respected himself and everything around him. And then his message to me was to live and be myself. Such a heartfelt bug! Thank you.
3. I want to celebrate that I’m making myself practice more despite the fear of getting it wrong and I’m loving it and still getting stuff wrong. 😊
4. I realised that I wasn’t practising as much as I would like because I just didn’t believe in myself and wasn’t taking my goals seriously because of it.
5. Not yet.
6. Trying to just listen and be around trees so I can sense their energy. And thanking the tree for the apples. What a gift! -

I have been able to return to my daily meditation ritual in the morning. Silent meditation with Sutras.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
All of my cats. Zuri and Sal were very distressed after I was gone a week for the wedding Zuri was vomiting and not eating well. I felt like they all wanted healing energy so I have tried to focus in and send frequently. They are settling down and Zuri is much better.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Listened to 4 Monthly classes yesterday and it was so good to listen to Val’s voice again.
I had a few epiphanies regarding my daughter’s dog’s behavior. My son and husband are actually starting to believe the stuff I am telling them. And becoming more mindful of their energy. It’s pretty great.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I want to dig into the Bach Flower Essences more and have questions about their use with animals. Will post
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
