One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?I was unable to keep up my daily meditations this week and I can tell a difference. I am going to start back tomorrow. They really help me stay grounded and open.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I talked to Maximus and got the impression that he is an old, powerful soul and here to look over us.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I feel inspired by my communication with Maximus and know that when I allow myself to stay grounded, I can connect and receive information.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Being grounded is key and to let go of any preconceived ideas about what will happen in the session. I’m still a bit frustrated about not really being able to “talk” but I think I need ore practice.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did – please see above.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Card guessing. I had nixed results. I think I was rushed and not fully grounded.

      1. Yes, still meditating as usual.
      2. I’ve tried connecting with a couple of wild animals (bird, chipmunk) without luck, they aren’t still enough.
      3. With some more thought, I think part of the reason I didn’t get accurate answers from the great horned owl from Last week is because I wasn’t clear enough in what I asked. Maybe.
      4. No new questions. I think I am starting to feel the difference between when my intuition is working well and when it isn’t. Maybe.
      5. Nope, still sticking to animals I can see.
      6. Yes, I’m enjoying feeling like my intuition is getting stronger! Muscle testing also is getting easier for me, and I’m loving that!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, every day.
Today (Thursday, October 13th) was real quick getting in heart and centered to clear and shield energy.
Starting with last Thursday: Thursday second Val private meditation.
Connected to heart. Connected to Star and Mother Earth. Sent Love energy. Envisioned stuff would like in life. Rainbow tornado and rainbow shower.

Friday short meditation did privately with Val.

Saturday the one during the call.

Tuesday the third meditation I did privately with Val.

Wednesday short meditation did privately with Val.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Serenity and Hawkeye. I tried to tell Hawkeye that I might take him to the vet tomorrow and he said he doesn’t need to go. I tried to tell him and I might have told Serenity too about the new apartment and having concerns I talked with a cat who is lost. Also, with a dog in Spirit and her sister in physical body. The dog in Spirit talked about her life with her mommy and purpose. The other dog talked about her life early on and being sick and about why she gets aggressive when she does.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning the absolute pure total constant continuous reality that my kitties are with me through everything and here for me through everything.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Clair voyance over time has really developed.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not. I would like to. If I do I will post.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games but more with numbers-communication to me from Loved ones who have passed on and communication from others in another realm than mine. I am concerned that the communication means not good stuff if one thing or another.

      1. Meditate!
I did meditate every time I got the chance, not so consistently as either it’s me or my mind, or life is getting faster. Feel like in a whirlpool…

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I communicated with Drop. He is one of the Angel Guardians disguised as a cat, living on the street. He is waiting for me every day for more than a year now, to go and to come from work. He went missing for 3 days, and I thought he is going to marry, so I wasn’t so concerned about him, but thought a lot about him, and calling him to come at least for dinner…. Than, on Sunday evening something happened. I went to refill one of the water bowls and I thought I hear a cry. I looked on the small window, like an air vent, of the building I live inside of the basement.. There I saw a foot and a cat tail. I immediately I sensed it was Drop. I started to talk with him, and he recognized me and he started to yell loudly. I ran into the basement, and there he was…. Not afraid of the flash lights, and talking with him, and than we took him out. I have noticed he had difficulties moving the left leg from behind. He couldn’t stand his weight on it very well. I took him to the cats house, where he usually liked to stay as he became somehow boss on the street, and he could stay wherever he wanted to. My husband and I took the decision to wait until morning, because sometimes cats need some time to recover from a stressful situation, so he had food, water and shelter, and we’ll check on him, as anyway it was already 10 PM. I did some energy healing on him and he received it very well. When we left from the enclosure, he went over the fence to accompany us, but he wasn’t strong enough to return. He went underneath a parked car. Of course I couldn’t just leave him there… I breathed in as slow as I could and I visualized him returning, and sleep in the cat house. He than started to crawl from underneath the car towards the house… I was amazed, and happy and felt a deep gratitude to God and Universe for helping me help. We didn’t leave him to struggle, so we took him to the cat house, and I did some more energy healing, and asked him to wait for me till morning.
The second day he was there, he ate and I provided short energy healing for him, asking to rest as when I will come back I will see him up and running again. When I have returned on Monday evening he wasn’t there…. I have searched and called but no answer.
Than on Tuesday morning, I heard him but I didn’t have time (as I had to go off to work) to stay and turn every stone. In the evening my stomach was churning with guilt, as I was thinking I should have taken him to the vet when I had the opportunity.
It was getting dark, and I knew I had to find him. I went staying crouched, and with my right hand on the ground, to ground faster … There was no sound from anywhere…
My instinct told me to search again in the basement, but he wasn’t there… Than I thought to make one more tour before going home, and I again found him in the basement of the neighboring building. When I have found him this second time, I noticed his tail was dirty and as I wiped him with baby wet napkins, I noticed his whole tail was in blood.
He is now safely at the vet hospital, and perhaps he is going to be neutered, since he is feeling well.
Don’t know what happened to him, but hope one day he will tell me. 😊

      3. Celebrate!
I celebrate the my results! I can’t hear them yet but they understand me better, since these courses 😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Nothing particular at the moment, as I already feel vey sleepy…

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
      Yes, I did and posted.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

Even though I wish, I had no time for games this week…. Again.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

10-40 minutes before going to sleep each night, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My fur family daily conversations. After my call with Val last week, Boo kitty seems more available and less reclusive than she has in the past, and she seems to be really enjoying food now. Per Val’s advice, I am trying to find her some better food, which may help her situation. Thank you, Val!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      I’m still celebrating Val!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No time. I offered a greeting but I’m too tired and it’s too late in the day for me to focus.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. I always try to leave room for intuitive thoughts to come when they want to.

Nothing in particular about communicating, but one on animals’ transitions, which I will post about.

Yes, I got more than usual during the call, but will connect again before posting.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m trying to connect more to nature and since we live surrounded by mountains, trying to guess what they’re trying to tell me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Appx hour joining an online relaxation class plus appx 30 mins sat outside late evening after all the local noise died down to drink a hot chocolate and just listened to the distance noises imaging what was happening

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Chatted to Tuxedo to let he know I will be away a few days and won’t be able to visit me. Gave her the ‘number of night and day’ scenario so she is aware of the time scale of when I’ll be leaving and return. No reply from her, but know she understands. When I see tabby Princess will do same for him

Progress is being made with both Tabby Princess and Tuxedo Princess (neighbours cats. Tabby was outside having a drink of water from the bowl on a stand. Tuxedo, with a single low level chirp ambled out of my home towards Tabby. tuxedo stopped, looked at tabby then ambled back indoors, jumped onto an armchair and curled into a ball. It appeared tabby was little more relaxed.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate that tuxedo princess (neighbours cat) trusts me so much that I can stroke her anywhere on her body or hold her paw while she sits, sleeps or cleans herself while on my lap or not. She also buts my hand to receive head and cheek scratches that she adores . Also celebrate it appears progress and peace is being made between Tabby Princess and Tuxedo Princess

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      None at moment

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes will post in forum. Conversation with Maximus centred on connecting with the spirit world

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Usual guessing games. Watched part of National Television Awards live and guessed which of the nominees won in their categories. Got a few winners right

      1. Did you meditate this week?
I did short little helpful meditations, not to communicate but just to help me, relax and to have a better day

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week?
Hmm…I didn’t really except constantly trying with my own animals, and while I am not really getting anything back from them, Iam developing a deeper connection with them. I guess I am getting something back, just not the words.
Also a friends dog, Milie, pooed into my head this morning. Not just random but she wanted to tell me something, unfortunately I did not have the time to explore that. I will have to call my friend and ask whats going on.
And I did connect with Maximus briefly. I got that he is a very loving and caring cat and he did tell me to relax and somethihng else but I think I fell asleep. I am still recovering and tend to nod off at odd times.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I don’t know if this is called a celebration but I finally was able to find the recording of Sat
call and listen to it. I really wanted to be on the call but could not find the call in instructions. I think I know why I felt compelled to be on that call. I always love Val’s meditations but this one…the healing circle, I really needed that. I felt so much better and could feel the love and had a big smile on y face. was so happy. It really made me feel good.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      NONE at this

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
      Briefly as stated above

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games?
I did not. As stated above into week 3 of this illness and even tho sick, was called in to work to not only work my hours but to cover for other people as well. Have barely made it thru this week and with my body exhausted and my mind was foggy, I didn’t thnk I would be any good at intuition at this time.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes – a lot at the beginning of the week and then little towards the end. Work. Flu. ☹
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I only did the FAT call – I’ve had flu and managed to go to work but not a lot else.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The gradual discovery or the way the world really is!
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries! My question is: why do I sometimes easily spend time in my heart and perceive things easily and then at other times I’m so shut off.
      5. I posted what I got from Maximus. Some things wrong, some things right. But…the music was definitely very strong so I need to explore more what this is about. Also: how come in the same time I can get things wrong and right?
      6. Intuition development: I played guess which door is locked at work – and got it all wrong this week. I blame the flu!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I had a hectic week, but did the Saturday call meditation and spent about 10min maybe twice this week repeating that light focusing meditation technique. I did do a grounding meditation before work each morning at the hospitals I was doing relief work at.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I have felt Maximus quite a bit since he started being the FAT and have had sights of him walking near our place as well as reaching out to hug with me.
I also tried to communicate with a couple of dogs in the hospitals that I saw in tough shape and asked what they felt about their situation. One was too out of it at first but I did not sense he wanted to give up. Later that day he was still not great but definitely wanted to have more time and I told his caregivers that and gave them.resources to help him have more quality of life with more natural medicine. The other dog did not seem to know what was going on and so I explained what I found on x-rays to him and his guardian. He started to worry and so did his guardian. I gave them information on how to help make things easier and also how to see how bad he is suffering each night. He seemed to understand and also gave me the impression that he still wants to try to relax and not get too ex it’d or worried so he can breathe easier and live longer and less distressed at night.
A dog did reach out to me on the street while I was in NYC and really did not want to continue with his guardian until he said hi to me. I felt he was saying hi and thank you for caring for the sick guys.. he felt like a messenger. I greeted him and said thank you back and told him he really needed to continue with his walker. In NYC this is somewh a t unusual as most dogs there seem very focused on staying away from strangers.
There was once more dog on the subway, a puppy dying to get attention from people and they were not happy about that, so I told him he could come get cuddles from me and after let him know he was real cute but should not just jump up to everyone and should listen to his mom. He went back to his mom and stood calmly with her after that so I guess he understood as I never felt any other response from him.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The fact that I did a grounding and soft focus before starting work at the hospitals. That I remembered to work on listening to the dogs to hear or feel their side. That even though I was busy, I still managed some communication even though I feel it was not as much as I wanted and did not “hear” responses just “felt” cognizance..

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
As I wrote above. No questions really I guess I still just have cognizance and will have to work on developing the other claires

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, Maximus and I cuddled and I let him know we are coming back next week. Did not get anything other than love from him that I could tell and I also got the feeling he was running around in circles like confusion at one point and not sure if it was from the communications of others or something else.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have worked on “sensing” when the Berkey filter is full when I fill it rather than use the top as a mirror so I know how much more water to fill without overfilling. I was fairly close. Other than that telephone calls or messages from.others to my husband’s phone I tried to guess.. that was so so.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      Yes every day

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Cat named Mo. spoke to her before her transition and explained what was going to happen and gave info from her to her mom and dad. I felt her energy field very clearly.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I really made a difference and brought comfort to my friend, MO’s mom telling her what I sensed about Mo before her transition. Felt pretty good about that.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      None at this moment

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Traveling all week for work. Did not have an opportunity to connect

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Listened to recording of calls for energy healing, then guessed what chakras are imbalanced
