ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Gold Member1 Did you meditate this week?
Very little. only a few minutes here and there. Ths has been a very busy week but a rather stressful week too.2. What is the name of the animal of the animal you communicated with this week?
Every day with my own 2 dogs of course and whilw I talk to Mowgli, my cat, I have not really tried to communicate with him so last night I did, try that is, I didn’t really get anything back from him ( surprise surprise) but I am pretty sure he got what I was saying and understood me.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate.
It’s not much of a thing, but for me it is. Just the fact that I am here relating my week even though it next to nothing to relate. Usually I will write one week, then the next week I have been
too busy to do much in communicating so I don’t write and then let it go. This time I am being accountable and writing, good or bad, to keep me in the habit, and I have to do it at work on my laptop and like Margaret, that is not the easiest thing for me. But if I wait till get home I will get busy and forget or be too tired.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I don’t know. Maybe I am not understanding the question. Since I am so bad at it I should have a lot of questions, I guess the question is why am I so bad at it? And I think the answer to that, or onr answer, is that I am bad at carrying the conversational ball.I I actually have been thinking abt this this week and I think that is one of my big problems. I think need to go back and review or study the art of conversation. And I think that is one good reason to do this accountability exercise because it because it makes us think, contemplate, and figure out what our problems are. So that’s a breakthrough! Goes back to question # 3. Not only celebrate the fact that I am writing, but that I realize the value of doing it!5. Did you communicate with the FAT? Actually I did. It was while it was quiet here at work so I decided to take the opportunity and connected with Boumba. Just before I could write anything down, a customer came in and I had to go. I will try to reconstruct the conversation and post in the discussion but it was more of him taunting and playing with me, he wasn’t into a question and answer game but devised his own.
6. Did you play one of the intuition games this week?
No I didn’t. But I realizes that I do noy
t have anything to play that with. I will have to out and buy some diff colored candy, yum! or find myy deck of cards that I used to play this game with. So that’s on the list for next week.Kathy S.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
10-40 minutes each night before going to sleep, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been focusing on Boo kitty this week after Val talked to her last Saturday on the call. I’ve been using my energy wand on her 2-3 times each day, and each day I’m seeing improvement. She’s eating and drinking again, not a lot, but better than not. She actually walked away from the wand this morning, indicating that she’s had enough. 🙂
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrating Boo getting better!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I made an attempt, as usual I received no response.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games. Always leaving room for intuitive thoughts to come in.

Platinum Member1. Meditate!
Yes. This week was upside down comparing with last week. I succeeded meditating mostly every morning, and some evenings. I also have left to play one night some meditation while sleeping hoping to work on the subconscious mind.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
Right now I have realized that this week I have only offered energy healing, and verbal communication. I honestly can’t remember doing it purposefully to receive something back, only when concentrating to send healing energy after meditating.
3. Celebrate!
I am celebrating for having found my purpose. I am determined to become a healer and an AC. Yoo-hoo! I feel very optimistic in my strength. Even my incredulous and skeptic husband accepted a session of healing energy for back pain! 😁 I have started the AC course and in the meantime, I have discovered the healing energy and it disoriented me a little bit, not knowing which one to follow first, but today I have received my answer. I can and will do them both!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Nothing new.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
King Boumba … my sweet heart. I communicate with him every day, and I know he understands me, verbally and at energetic level. We enjoy staying together and he loves listening to me. He even helps me choose what to wear in the morning. 😊 I also ask for his guidance and help with AC. He knows I am on the right way.😀
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I have discovered the new quizzes from the beginning classes, and it was so much fun! I did well, but one of them I had to redo, because I was too confident on my English, and there are also booby traps inserted. I loved them! -

Gold Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Attempted but couldn’t. Extremely busy and emotional week and will be into next week. The passing of our monarch, Queen Elizabeth 11 so suddenly, took all of us by surprise and our emotions and conversations flying everywhere. .
2 .What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Didn’t communicate with any animals this week as couldn’t really concentrate or get focussed. Found tuxedo Princess, a neighbour’s cat, which I already knew was a very caring and understanding cat hardly left my side from early morning till around midnight.. It was very comforting and allowed me some calmness at times….. When out and about just gave a greeting to the animals I saw.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing this week
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Must I overcome this current block of emotions to communicate with animas as it appears I must do as these feelings keep bubbling up…….. Already knew Tuxedo Princess was a caring and understanding cat but this week she proved she really was
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No but will do
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not this week

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’ve been doing meditations to connect to my spirit guides, as I need some specific directions.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The usual casual conversations with one of my dogs, and some connection with his mother in spirit.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have just upgraded to the gold membership, hoping to gain insights to dealing with the issues of some of my rescues.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I really wish to know how to deal with these issues on my own.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m still recovering from viral and also dealing with a conflict situation that occurred last week between 2 rescue brothers, , so am too physically and mentally tired to focus on this. -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have tried and I guess I have allowed myself to wander. I keep trying, I feel I have been very distracted this past week. As I said to someone the other day, too many plates in the air.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I think I may be over trying. I feel several animals I have come across this week have reached out to me, literally, they came towards me, and only after they moved on I realized it was a missed opportunity. Maximus has been very talkative (meowing) and I feel he is really wanting me to improve so we can communicate, he really wants me to understand. I have told him we are leaving again today for our usual month away. He has clung to me and I get the feeling he is listening and understanding, but disappointed that we are not properly communicating as I imagine we should and he wants.
A neighbor dog pulled towards me this morning and as he walked away, I swear I felt his disappointment that I did not talk to him other than hello.
A cat I was consulting on, felt like he was reaching out to me, and after I realized what he was doing it was too late, he was off to do his thing. So, many missed (just) times, but I guess I am at least aware now more and so that is a start.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I really feel like I want to cry and pout about my lack of being present, but maybe that is the thing to celebrate, the fact that I am noticing missed situations and from there I can stop and be present and not rush about my day. I will work on that.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
As I noticed someone else say, I am not a great conversationist, I need to work on that so maybe I can have better communications. I guess that is a breakthrough. Up till now, I got what I got, and if I tried I got nothing. Now I think even though I think I am being present, I am not. So, discovering that is where I need to focus and work on.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I posted what I got before and discussed on the call what I got from him. Just before I came to be accountable, I went to look at his picture and connect. Again, I felt he just reached out and slapped my face, almost like “dips..t, focus and work on better mindset for communicating with us all.” I feel he he omnipresent, he is fully aware of what is going on with me in my life and wigth Maximus. Maybe they talk to each other at a distance?! He really is claircognizant. lol6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
My nutrition has been a bit off, and yes I bought some m&M’s peanut (one of my favorite) and briefly tried to hold some in my hand and take one without looking and decide what color it was, got them all wrong, but ate them anyway (oh dear) will try a different game this next week when I am back in the US (flying out tonight). However, while working something came to me and I decided to follow through, it was the right thing to do. This happened more than once and I made a conscious effort to follow the thought, and each time it paid off. Yay! at least one positive. -

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, every day for 30-90 minutes. It is finally becoming easier to “drop in”. It does wonders for mental clarity
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked to my nephew dog, Brownie about healing. I think she is mirroring my sister with her shoulder pain.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have finally become more faithful to journaling, through Val’s encouragement.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I plan to and will post for Lucia. Very busy week with wedding plans and preparation
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have been fact checking things I get in meditation. I’m getting a lot better.

Platinum Member1. Yes. Every day. A lot during the night to try and sleep. But no regular daily sessions – a bit all over the place due to struggling to sleep and work.
2. I had my session with Val and tried to follow her communication with Elsa. I did pick up the same things twice. I didn’t practice with anyone else apart from the FAT except for with Elsa. Practising with Elsa is very different. If I’m calm she just understands me when I speak – but not if I’m not calm. I’m annoyed with myself for not practising more – especially given how much joy it brings me!
3. I want to celebrate Val and Elsa – who together have just totally revolutionised my whole life for the better – and who would have known that needing help for my dog would have such a profound positive impact?????
4. My question is: why do I resist practising when I want to do it? And yet I feel myself avoiding it and squirming out of it – and yet I love it.
5. Yes. But I only just posted it so no feedback yet. I didn’t feel at all confident about it – so resisted feeding back. I didn’t get a lot of really concrete verifiable stuff I think. But…you never know!!!
6. This week I have been concentrating on heart breathing, finding my heart centre again after work, trying to stay heart centred during work. Not 100% successful – but better than last week 😊 -

Gold Member1. Continuing what I usually do. Wanting to do more – hopefully when real life settles down some, I’ve got big projects I need to wrestle.
2. I connected remotely with Mickey the elephant with whom I had connected face-to-face a few weeks ago. I did “become one with an animal” with her too.
3. I CAN connect remotely with animals, if I have first connected with them at close range.
4. No specific questions.
5. No FAT, doesn’t make sense to try yet.
6. I am now experiencing *some* success in muscle testing, long awaited and very exciting!!!!
