ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have made an effort to meditate and focus every night as I get into bed and try every morning when I get up. It is usually about 5 minutes. Mostly I focus on my breathing and my heartbeat and then turn my attention to intentional thoughts of future present imaging. I have also tried to deep breathe and focus while trying to communicate with some animals, but felt I was rushed and forcing it so nothing really happened.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I felt a cat that I was on a consult about with the owner, the cat seemed to be telling me that her issue was related tot he owner’s stress and situation. I related that to the owner and she said she would try some of the things I suggested.
I tried to communicate with Maximus, but he seems to only communicate when I don’t try or with his loud meows, that I have figured out what they mean almost every time, whether it be, I am hungry, I want brushing/grooming or rubbing or let me out.
I have just said (telepathically) “oh hello” to dogs walking by with their owners, I have seen some turn an ear in my direction, like they hear me and say “gotcha”3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have managed to meditate almost every night and most mornings. I have listened to my intuition and thanked the universe when I realized that it had sent me the message/parking spot/needed action. I think I got Maximus’ communication with me.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I realize that animals do tell me stuff, I get it in feelings or sensations, but why do they only give me information rather than have conversations with me?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did communicate with Boumba, or I should say he reached out to me as soon as I tuned in to him. I documented that encounter and the one I just had with him in that feed. He basically let me know that he was not happy with me (I would say dissatisfied or he had disdain for me) and it had to do with Maximus and that somehow Maximus was upset with me. Like I need to work on communicating with him more or something to do with an email I missed from Barb… perhaps, things seem okay now. Boumba seems to be more approving of me today… what a King!6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have been a bit rushed lately. I did surprise myself this week by tuning into a message I was getting. I did not put much thought into it, just felt the intuition and told myself to act on it. It turned out good (cannot remember what it was right now) and I smiled and thanked the universe. I am learning to accept the type of communication Maximus is giving me. -

Platinum Member1. Meditate!
Yes. In the evenings and some mornings. I started again the Barometers of our Souls: Exploring the Mysteries of the Human Animal BodyMind Connection Masterclass. Unfortunately I felt asleep twice… I hope this need for rest will end soon. Someone told me that it is no problem to go asleep if the meditation is started as the body will regenerate, and the mind will keep on rebooting, even though I go asleep. I hope it is true. 😊2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
This week I have putted effort again to connect with my cats and dogs. I couldn’t as I could when concentrating on other animals on pictures. Occasionally I will try again. I did succeed to do a healing session with Bebe, my dog. As I have already made a question for the Q&A he and his companion Estella, are going through some unusual state regarding behavior. Bebe has always been a very easy to handle, talk, manipulate physically when wounded as he was very good at understanding us. He is a bit rebel chasing the cats and not only. On Saturday when we got them out of the yard for a walk, they chased a baby rabbit, and when we saw it, we immediately called them back. A few seconds later a small dog appeared, and of course they chased him out of our property and beyond. In the chase somehow Bebe has hurt his tail. The next day I have noticed he is not wagging his, tail nor he lifts it up… I have offered him some healing energy but he refused it. Last night when we went to visit them they were both very affectionate and loving, and Bebe has finally accepted my healing energy. Yoo-hoo ! I hope this counts a little to communication.3. Celebrate!
I am celebrating love this week! This whole lot love for animals has made it’s mark on me! 😊 I hope it will grow and last forever!4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Question posted also last month, because it is nagging me: How can I stop my analyzing mind? Meditation it seems not strong enough medicine, as in daily life, this analyzing mind creates a frustration within.5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I tried to connect with Boumba. I was basking in his energy, or better we exchanged some energy and love.6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still trying to figure out what is up with the food I’ve been feeding my dog for a couple of years now, and now she won’t eat it without a lot of coaxing and mixing it with other food. I’ve started giving her a different brand, but it has by-products in it, and I would rather stay away from those. But she likes it and she’s eating it. Also have her back on Essiac tea.
Also, my Boo kitty has stopped eating. I feel she’s either healing or getting ready to leave, I can’t tell for sure.

Breathing exercises’ to help with stress and obtain some ‘quiet time’
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Neighbour’s cats now will wait and watch Tabby Princess while he – yes he, has a drink. Tabby is wary of Tuxedo and will sit and watch her.
Tuxedo Princess still chirps/chatters anxiously but a little less now, when tabby Princess (a male) is in garden having a drink of water. Tabby sits and watches her. Tabby is very sweet and shy. Tuxedo will sit or wander in the house or garden longer now watching tabby. I talk her to keep her calm then suddenly she will chase tabby up the fence
Seems with Tuxedo it’s about territory which I have explained to her that the territory is mine and want them both to visit.
Tabby used to regularly come into the house and lounge around but now tuxedo is older he’s more cautious but will still visits and even when outside will come to me for have his head stoked and treats
Progress is being made

I could not do the usual meditations as I’ve been unwell…so instead I did self healing visualisations which are a part of pranic healing practises for times like this.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have one dog who sleeps with me (he has grief issues so I sleep on the floor near his bed. I’ve been telling him that I’m not well so he understood and is sleeping next to my son.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Platinum Member1. Yes for some of the week, and then no for the other half of the week. Work took over and I was so tired. I fell asleep when trying to meditate, then couldn’t sleep at night – listened to guided meditations in bed but very passively.
2. I keep greeting all animals I come across – and have been acknowledged by a seagull, dogs – not the pigeons though. Other than that, I haven’t done a concentrated practice this week and I’m sad about that. I got so up in my head because of work that I couldn’t get back down into my heart. Not a great week.
3. I want to celebrate Elsa and our relationship, which has improves and continues to grow since working with Val.
4. My question again is how can I stay heart centred in the work environment.
5. I haven’t this week but am hopeful of doing so before the Q&A tomorrow.
6. I haven’t done this properly this week. ☹ -

Gold Member1. My meditations lately have been focused on energy work to help family members.
2. Have not had a strong connection with any animals lately, I try to check in remotely with animals I’ve connected with before
3. I celebrate that the opportunity to do this work isn’t going away. It will still be there when I am ready. 🙂
4. My question is: how can I speed up being ready? 🙂
5. No, I’m only working on “local” animals.
6. Yes, watching intuition show in my everyday life. I’ve noticed that first thing in the morning my intuition is NOT turned on.
