We are glad you are interested in practicing talking together with an animal!

To get started, greet the animal and ask if they have time to talk with you. Remember that animals also lead busy lives even though we may not see all that they do. If they aren’t available, check back later.

Introduce yourself and explain why you are reaching out to them: that you are a member of the Animal Talk Coaching & Mastery Club and learning to better communicate with animals and would appreciate their help. You can ask them any questions you want. Typically they do provide a response. Please share your impressions of their personality, energy, how they feel and any insights they may share with you. By sharing what you get, the animal’s person can provide you with feedback and others can jump in too.

Use the Forum SEARCH field (located at the top of the right column above the picture of the Featured Animal Teacher) to find more discussions involving this animal (or other animals with the same name).

Some conversations have been lively, and we’ve learned some amazing insights, and laughed at jokes. Remember that this is a safe place to practice. This is about practice and learning, it is not about getting it perfect. The animals have much to teach us, to share with us and we with them.

Hello: This is actually a conversation I had with Malou. When I clicked Malou’s link it took me here and I could find no way to get around it. So here we go about my conversation with MALOU. Malou told me that she/he (I forgot to ask the gender) was lying comfortably in her spot. She said she was a single cat in the family and an indoor cat. She likes to go to high places in the house and look down. She loves her person and says that her person is soft and graceful and loves her a lot. Malou’s wishes that her person was more confident in her abilities. Malou says, “…but I try to show her that I believe in her and love her.”

Malou told me that I was interesting and said the same about me…that I need more confidence.

As we finished the conversation, Malou said that she/he loved to be stroked. I believe Malou said she was about 4 – 5 years old. Thank you, Elizabeth

      Hi Elisabeth

Thank you so much for the communication with MAlou, she loooves to talk! She has a special spot in the house. She is not a single cat and she may go out at times. However, she is indoors a lot as we live in a very busy area. This time a year she is indoors most of the day. She loves high places and has a few of them at home. Yes! Malou is right, I am working on being more confident. She does her best to encourage me and help me to believe more in myself. She tells me many times a day how much she loves me. She is 5 yeras old 🙂 Thank you for her messages 🙂

      Hello Malou,
This is Barb I am a student in the animal coaching club like your mom. Do you have a moment to connect?
      I received agreement.
So I felt her “queenly” energy. She is self-confidant and she has her own agenda. She does what pleases her but has compassion for all she lives with. She enjoys her freedom to roam but is careful when outside.
She has been in a cat body for many years which is why she is so confidant. I received a glimpse of her as a female mountain lion many lives ago ruling her pride.
Relevance for today: She is a natural leader but now she is domesticated would prefer Heléne step into that role.
Malou: I am a teacher. I show by my actions.
Heléne can learn from me if she chooses to. I wait and watch and I know all that is going on.
Barb: Thank You. I can learn from you as well. Waiting for answers is something I can learn. Do you have anything more to share?
Malou: I like to eat(ha ha). Let’s not be too serious. Seriously: don’t dither. Decide and Do.
      Barb: Thank You! Malou!

Hi Barb 🙂 Thank you for connecting with Malou, she loves to talk and teach! She knows who she is and she is a teacher. Your description of her is very accurate. Ha ha I have to laugh!!!! Don´t dither, decide and do is sooooo like her 🙂 She loves food, especially treats which she keeps asking for a lot 🙂 She loves to teach me things and she often have things to teach me about animals i connect with, essentially if I miss something important she wants to help me get the message across.

I felt attracted to Malou today. As we opened, he said I’m good, and I saw him stretching him legs. I asked what he likes to do. I like to lounge around, eat, and cuddle with my human. Do you like where you live? I like it. I like cat toys! I play with the other cat, but like my own toys, and keeping them away from the other cat. What do you think of us talking with you? This AC stuff is neat. You humans that do this rock! I’m content. Then — the conversation seemed to take a turn. I got– now, just leave me alone. I sensed Malou has something bothersome, but isn’t ready to share it. I felt a sadness with Malou.

        Hi Sharon 🙂
Thnk you so mucjhh for your connection with Malou. I am sorry I missed your message, thank you for asking for feedback. Malou is a she. She does like lounge around, eat and cuddle with me. She is playing with Lion heart but when it comes to me playing with them (with toys), she preferes to play alone with me so that she can play at her own pace and not be disturbed by Lion heart. Lion heart can be a bit rough at times when playing.
About something bothering her, her stomach has been a bit out of balance lately as I shifted her food. I got her something today to help her with that and she will soon be on her regular food that works well for her. I know she is also missing Pepper. When connecting with her today she asked for some healing which I sent to her.

Thank you so, so much for the feedback. I truly appreciate it. I didn’t ask about the gender, so I was off there. What a beautiful kitty!

      Hi Helene,
Thank you for allowing us to communicate with Malou 🙂

When I first looked at Malou’s picture, I felt that she is very sweet. She is very feminine and very much a lady. I also got that while she does get scared sometimes, it’s not often and that she’s very confident.

Malou said she loves blankets, boxes, bushes, and flowers. She said she loves how flowers smell and their energy. An image of a rose came to me.

She said she’s very patient. She also said if she’s hungry, she’ll gently tell you she wants to eat.

Malou said she’s like a princess and a queen and is in charge in your home.

She was telling me about her past life. I got “black”, “black cat”, Egypt”, and “Queen of Sheba”. I then looked up some things online. I think Malou was telling me that in a past life she was a black cat, the Queen of Sheba was black, and that she was either the Queen of Sheba’s black cat or a black cat in the Queen of Sheba’s life.

I also got that she misses Pepper and has adjusted to Pepper not being in Pepper’s physical cat body. She said they were very close when Pepper was in the cat body and are still close and that they still spend time together and that Pepper is around.

She also told me she has a lot to tell me. We said we’d talk again 🙂

      Hi Martha 🙂
Thank you so much for your communication with Malou. I so enjoy the hear from her trough communications with others. She is supersweet and gentle and very ladylike. Ha ha yes lately I have been aware that she has been telling me when she wants to eat. She usually has axcess to food but a few times the food bowl has been emty and she has told me so. It is funny to hear her say she is like a queen and princess. She used to say she was like a princess, lately she has started to say also queen and I belive I have also started to call her queen sometimes. She has been talking to me several times about being a cat in a temple in Egypt.

Yes she and Pepper was very close, they where a coupple. Ww all miss him so much. His energy was larger than life and he saw himself as the protector of our household and and has been a rock for all of us. He used to guard the area around our building we live in fiercly and my other cats has been feeling more unsafe when being outside as he has not been there to creaye a safe space for them. Malou has adjusted very well but she does get scared sometimes of certain people coming and going in the building or around it. She is very confident in who she. She has so much to talk about and she loves connecting telepathically with others. Hope to hear more from you and your communication with Malou.

      Blessings

Thank you for the feedback, Helene. Malou is such a sweetie. My sense is that even though other people come around the building and there are strange noises and such that the kitties are okay even without Pepper being in his cat body and it came to me that his Spirit protects them from those things. Love to you whole clan.

evening 2/28/19: I saw images of Malou being very demonstrative/expressive/theatrical like a Sagittarius sun-sign might be. She also felt very calm and relaxed most of the time. She says she loves to chill and sometimes likes to sit in the kitchen. I got that she loves to eat and loves to hang out with Lion Heart but likes to eat out of a different bowl. She says she likes to follow other people around a bit, shadow them, not underfoot. She showed me a pink ball (maybe bowl?) and other toys. Do you have kids or just lots of cat toys? Was there ever a Lab type dog in her life, particularly one that drooled on her?

Hi angela. Yes she is very calm and relaxed most of the time and then she gets burst of playfulness and can go a bit cray. She can be a bit theatrical, and I am also a sagittarius sign 🙂 She does love to hang out with lion heart and to eat. She alsways asks me to bring home something good when I go outside 🙂 She does want her own bowl to eat from and preferably a bit high up. She does like to follow people around at times, especially if the walk a dog. There is a lot of people walking their dogs in my area. She has never had a lab dog in her life, but she was born in a family that had a big dalmatiner dog. (A huge white dog with lots of smaller dots on it). There is a lot of dogs in my neighborhood so it is very possible she has showed you one of them. I just went outside with her for a walk and some play and a brown lab crossed our path. I do not have any children but they do have a lot of toys. They have a box with toys 🙂
