Patty has volunteered to host her horse Willow as our next Featured Animal Teacher (FAT). I am sure you will enjoy getting to know this wonderful animal teacher.

Gold members will have an opportunity to connect with Willow along with Val on the next Q&A call Saturday, July 15. I encourage all of you to connect with Willow now and through the month.

Tune into Willow first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from tele meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and pathic that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.

How does Willow feel to you? Happy? Sad? Excited? etc.

Ask Willow ice breaker questions as you might with any new teacher. It’s not about “getting the right answer” but about connecting with a wonderful animal.

      Have fun!

Many thanks to Patty for offering to host Willow as our featured animal teacher for this month. We look forward to Patty and Willow sharing feedback, information and stories along our journey.

Ok Patty, here goes………this is what I received when I tuned into Willow.
My first question was ‘are you happy’? Willow said, ‘oh sure, I am well cared for and well loved’. ‘I have been around the block for a while now’. I think she is around 14yrs old. She likes apples and carrots, though she says ‘mostly for the companionship/bonding moments I get when my human friends feed them to me from their hands’. She says she sometimes gets gassy.’ I have a friend in the pasture with me to make my lazy days more enjoyable’. The name that came was something that sounded like Jolly. (It was funny that when I looked at the Student Animal Handout following my conversation, I saw that Jewell, who is in Spirt, could be the one she spoke of. That’s kinda close to Jolly, tee hee hee And, I believe that animals remain in close connection with those that have moved into Spirit.)
I see a lot of Green in her energy/aura. She is a patient horse, and tolerates the shenanigans of the dog (I got a Mitzy instead of Ginger.) Willow says she enjoys the sunshine on her back, it feels good, though I am thankful for shade. I do have a nice home & I am protected, cared for, and am safe’.
She says that not too often does she have people ride her, but she likes to take the little ones on rides from time to time. (I am guessing children?)
She is an Angel; her teaching is around being grounded & calm in one’s own center. I sense in her belly a strong power and can teach much about controlling (keeping in check) ‘willfulness’. Putting your own self-interest by the wayside, for moments when a bit of restraint is necessary, for the good and needs of another is an important positive trait Willow has to teach. As we ground and connect in our own power we will have much more ability to assist others.
Willow has a quiet charm about her. She can be playful & teasing and there too, is this strong matriarchal energy that somehow calms her to a state of being easy going and nonchalant. The energy comes not in the form of ‘high-energy athleticism’ but more from her solar plexus; which from there I see many flexible, yet incredibly durable strings connecting deep into the earth. Her strength is her stability. Her name is fitting, Willow like a Willow tree flows easy like the tree’s branches and as well the roots run deep making the tree strong. I too sense with all that energy concentrated in the region of the solar plexus Willow can have indigestion issues at times. Perhaps a pro-biotic for horses could help in keeping digestion moving more healthfully.
Willow’s colors match her essence; beautiful white like Spirit balanced with brown like Earth.
At one point my attention was directed to her left rear shoe, has she had problems here before? Or perhaps check it out.
Lastly I asked Willow if there was an experience with you personally that made her chuckle inside? I quickly had a vision of you on her back (bare back) coaxing her to step into water or cross over a small creek and she was about to concede but then decided not to and stopped abruptly which knocked you off balance and nearly fell off. I think this happened quite a long time ago. This came through really fast and I may have missed something more about it……..or I just made it up. Hee hee or maybe Willow was teasing me.
There is my first attempt with mingling with beautiful Willow. Let me know Patty if any of this makes any sense at all. Thank you, Pam

Patty, I just was reading your comment about Willow on the Accountability Posting here a couple weeks back, and saw that you were concerned about her rear legs. Interesting that I wrote this morning about having the impression that there was something about a possible problem with her left rear shoe.
I went to talk to her just now and asked her where she was having discomfort? Is it your left shoe? “yes” Do you feel discomfort in your left lower leg? “No” In your upper leg and into hip? “Yes” Does your back hurt? “No” Do you have any pain when peeing or pooping? “No” Is your tummy upset? “No” Do you think it has to so with some accident that has happened? “yes” then I had a visual of her tripping or stumbling in a hole or on some uneven ground. I think this, something, happened about 4weeks ago. I get the sense she feels something in her leg/hip is ‘off kilter’. I will do the Mind Healing Meditation with her and see what more info I get. Okay? will check back with you soon. Hugs, pam

I did a mind healing meditation with Willow yesterday afternoon and saw a lot of dark energy leaving her body, especially in the rear end of her body. Just curious as the days progress if you notice her movement is not as slow as it has been. I will check in again, hopefully later today. Thanks, pam

Here I am, Pam. Sorry, I didn’t realize anyone had posted here yet. There doesn’t seem to have been any change in her leg issue. She seems to do things to her legs when she gets in the mud. She sent me an image last year of something that happened to one of her front feet when she twisted it or something in the rain. This time it’s the back right that she keeps favoring, holding up the foot when she’s resting. Curious to find out what she did and what (if anything) I should do about it. About 4 weeks ago is pretty close.

The age is pretty close. Her origin is questionable, as I found her in the classifieds, was told one story when I went to see her, was told another story a couple years later by a different person. 14 or 15 is what I have been going on.

I don’t ride her anymore. Nobody rides her. She never liked my saddle, and tried in every possible way she could think of to let me know it. Through the process of elimination, I finally came to that conclusion, after making sure it wasn’t a physical issue. Would’ve been so much easier if I had been able to talk to her. She would be fine while we would play on the ground, but the minute I got in the saddle she turned into the horse from hell. Until I can find a saddle she approves of, I won’t even try to ride her. Would not try to put a child on her or ride her bareback. We still need to establish a trust between us before I try that.

You may be right about her being “gassy”. Had to have the vet out a few months ago when she quit eating and drinking. Another animal communicator suggested indigestion and to give her some tums. I did, not sure if it helped or not.

She has a pasture buddy, my other horse, Shiloh. She always picked on Jewell, wasn’t nice to her at all. She and Shiloh are inseparable, but both are alpha, so “ears back” is pretty normal for both of them.

Not sure about the aura or her matriarchal abilities. I’m not that in tune yet.

Did I miss anything? Let me know if I did. Thank you for connecting with her.

Thank you for the Feedback Patty. I will continue to converse with her through the month and see if I can ‘listen more openly’ to what she has to say. It feels like I am moving in the right direction, but it gets blurry when I fall into ‘trying to hard to see or hear from the animal’. My senses are broadening little my little…I’ll get there….there is no stopping me anymore from walking this path to become a good animal communicator. Talk soon! Hugs, Pam

      Hi Patty,
Willow showed me her teeth really big, then exaggeratedly big teeth. Like a big smile? Or showing me something with her teeth. I got a thought of something stuck in teeth. Just giving you my first thoughts and actual visualizations. I got that she does not want to be used and just wants to be allowed to be. She is very sweet. Thanks for sharing her with us!

Thank you for sharing this, Joy. I will look at her teeth. I believe you are correct about her just wanting to “be” left alone. She seems happiest that way, which I have allowed her to be for the last several years, since I don’t ride anymore at this point. Thank you for speaking with her.

Hi Joy, Just want to let you know I checked Willow’s teeth today. She had a big glob of stuff stuck in between her two upper front teeth and some smaller stuff in the others. She wasn’t real cooperative in letting me get it out. I tried telling her what I was going to do, she would let me look but took her head away when I tried to get it out. I finally managed to, and while I was at it, checked my gelding’s teeth, too. Thank you for sharing her communication with me. I’ll make a habit of doing this from now on so she’ll get used to it.

I would love to get information from Willow on what is bothering her in her right hind foot/leg. I’m curious to know what happened to the foot/leg. Also curious if the zero-point energy wand I used on her front foot last year helped heal that foot or if this requires a vet. If someone can ask her about this, I would appreciate it very much.

      Hi Patty,
My first impression when I asked about Willow’s right hind foot was tingling from nerves and acupressure could help. Just what came to me! So have you done any bodywork? Even on yourself? Wow thanks for the teeth feedback!!!!!! So cool. I’m a fanatic about using those little interdental toothpicks on my own teeth and brushing my dogs teeth and taking her to get her teeth cleaned every 6 months. So maybe that could be why Willow knew I would understand!!!! I hate the feeling of something stuck in my teeth! Thanks soooo much for the feedback!!!

        Hi Joy,
Thank you for this information. I am a Reiki master and have lots of zero-point energy products that I use daily. I’ve been trying to figure out how to use them on Willow other than just using my wand a couple times a day. Horses tend to tear things up pretty quickly if left on their bodies. You should see what she did to her winter blanket!! I have a book on acupressure that I will refer to. It’s for the human body, but maybe I can translate it to hers.

Anyway, when I got the stuff out of her teeth, there were big gaps in her teeth that I never noticed before. But then I didn’t check their teeth very regularly, and the vet didn’t mention anything when he floated them recently. I guess this will become a regular thing now because stuff gets stuck in those gaps. Thank you so much for alerting me to this.

        Much love, Patty

Thanks Patty for feedback. Your wand sounds interesting! I guess you can’t get braces for horses teeth for gaps! It sounds like you take very good care of your horses. It would be interesting to see if acupressure points can help with animals too. I read a book on Rolfing. It seems to be deep pressure massage to assist with spinal alignment to prevent pinched nerves. One time one of my dogs would not bear weight on one back foot so I checked her paw and there was a sticker stuck way up inside. After I got it out he walked and ran perfectly! Good luck with Willow! :o)

      Hi Patty
I finally took a few minutes to connect with Willow this morning. The only other time I did was on the call last month. I basically got the same thing. I love her. I get a happy, energetic, playful essence from her. I asked if she was an only horse or did she have a buddy. It was confusing. If I looked at her picture, I got that she was alone, but if I closed my eyes I saw her with another horse paling around. She said she said she likes to run, but not necessarily be ridden. I asked if she had any ‘toys’ and talked about the big ball they have for horses. She said she would like to have one, she thought that would be fun. (you probably know, but they have big huge ones that the horses and lay their front on and push around, etc) Both times I get that she is 6 years old. I just now for the first time read what others have written about her and see that you think she is 14 or 15 but to me she seems much younger. I guess its just her spirit that is younger. She is definitely very confident in herself and likes to be the leader.
She also knows she is beautiful and likes to show off. I
I didn’t have much time so thats about all I got this morning. But I do love her!

        Hi Kathy,

You’re right, Miss Willow is a confident young lady and definitely an alpha horsenality. So is her pasture buddy, Shiloh, and he’s bigger than she is, so they go around with ears laid back at each other all the time, acting like they’re gonna bite each other. But don’t try to separate them!! OMG!! They will have a complete fit if you do. They are pretty inseparable.

Interesting about the big ball. Seems like I tried one of those once and it lasted about a day. They’re not cheap, and I never got another one. Maybe I’ll try another one and see what they do with it.

She doesn’t like to be ridden, at least not with the saddle I have currently. I’ve been looking for one like what Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling describes in one of his books, but can’t seem to find one. Willow doesn’t like any kind of pressure, so maybe no saddle would be satisfactory for her. Maybe that’s why I can’t find one.

When I adopted her, I was told she was 5 years old, and I’ve had her for 10 years. She does still behave like a youngster, so it must be her young spirit you’re connecting with. I call her “bright eyes” because of the sparkle in her eyes. I saw that light go out one time when I sent her for “training” with someone that I really trusted to treat her well. I’m not saying they didn’t, but when I went to visit her to ride when the training was almost over, she was tied up at the fence, head down, no sparkle in her eyes. I made a promise to myself then and there that I would never do anything to take that light away again. She’s quite happy just being a horse and living life in her pasture.

Thank you for connecting with her. I’ve attached a picture of Shiloh, her pasture buddy.

Thanks Patty. I love that it is more important to you for her to be happy than for you to ride her. U forgot to add that I got that she likes to be brushed, especially along her back and upper sides, almost like she is ‘itchy’ up there. All in all, I think she is a love! 🙂
