It’s taken me awhile to get back to post after our June call. Since we’re in July now with a new FAT, I thought I’d post here what Rosie’s responses to my follow-up questions were.
During the call Rosie mentioned a blue-eyed Xolo cat friend that Julie said must have been prior to Rosie being with her. Here’s what Rosie had to say.
“The Xolo cat was very interesting – sort of mysterious as I’d not encountered one of her kind before. We chatted on and off about her uniqueness. I learned not having hair wasn’t something “wrong” with her, it’s simply a different type of genetic evolution. She said she doesn’t gt as cold as people think she would, but sometimes she’s cold. I called her Lily because there was nothing tainted about her – simply pure. We didn’t live together although that may have been nice. I miss our chats. She was a wealth of information which was a bit like a “gossip club” but without the gossip, just great talk and information.” Rosie asked me if I knew where she is or how she is. I let her know regretfully I did not know anything about Lily. The other follow-up I had for Rosie was about her telling me she was the only cat living there (which turned out to not be accurate). Here’s her response when I asked her what had her respond that she’s the only one.
“I didn’t realize that’s what you meant. I was talking about when I was alone in the house and yes that day I was the only cat in the room. Easy mistake on my part. So sorry to confuse you. I’m not the only cat although I sometimes fantasize what it would be like to be the only cat in the house. It’s sort of an imagination game. I pick obscure things to imagine. Another one is what is would be like to have the ability to walk on 2 legs for extended time like you humans do. That doesn’t go far because I feel tired just thinking about it all.” Rosie said that as the month of June winds down that she won’t have as many chats. She said she liked chatting with everyone (just not so much all at once). She said she’s better suited for one-on-one like when she chatted with the Xolo she called Lily.
