The next live Coaching Club Question & Answer Call for our Gold & Platinum members is on Saturday, February 8th to Ask Val Anything about Animal Communication, including reposting any still open questions. These audio only calls last up to 2 hours to provide:

– coaching and modeling how to do animal communication
– the healing Heart Wisdom Meditation
– a live guided practice communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month
– in addition to answers to your questions with modeling of how to do animal communication yourself.

Please, in your specifically focused questions include specific details especially related to food, events, etc. for better clarity. If your question is related to communicating with a specific animal, please attach their picture using a small sized image that is named with your specific animal’s name and your name. This allows all of us to practice our communications skills as Val models techniques for us.

If you connect with an animal and ypu get back what their fears and stress are, how do you verify what they are feeling? Check with their owner, if possible. Then what?

Appreciate this is not directly related to animals, although similar behaviour. Possibly an example of fear.

During 9 Nov Q + A call Val discussed the meaning of fear that strike a chord in regards to a friend, whom I know very well, who suffers from chronic abdominal pain that has dictated her life for years. Doctors cannot find a reason for the pain. I am not a medical practioner. I’ve lightly chatted with her in an attempt to get to the root of her problems – what/where/when first triggered the pain. I feel it may be related to stress/fear/an incident that has manifested the pain in her which is increasingly getting worse. Seems around the same time she stopped absorbing iron in her body. She is having an iron infusion to help her.

Dear Val,
Can you ask Serenity if she is in pain and if so find out about it?
She has had various tests since 2022 (low nutrients, elevated inflammation, elevated cancer cells, imbalanced microbiome). No cancer and I am beyond infinitely and eternally grateful for that!
She is scheduled for a veterinarian visit in person on December 6th because I am concerned about things, particularly if she is even more nutrients defecient while trying to switch to making raw meals for both cats myself and not eating food made for cats at times. It’s been a JOURNEY doing this!!!
Serenity has most of her Life with le since six and a half months old in february 2015 when i adopted her in this form nit been very active.
I feel it has something to do with elevated this and that and low this and that and i feel STRONGLY it’s connected to cat « food » made by companies…i feel unless food is homemade with the ULTIMATE ingredients THOROUGHLY RESEARCHED! it’s all junk! It could be related to other things, environnement senditivities, my energy, other energy, boring apartment, past vaccines i talked with the vet about and she suggested a detox she does and I want to talk about dr Pitcairn’s detox with her (she trained under him in person many years ago when he still did that!).
If you could help, I would aPAWciate it.

Oh! And , Val, I’m going to ask Serenity if she’s in pain like the Glacier Peak test says or if she feels lack of even more nutrients than before when i stopped feeding « cat food » every meal. However, I might be too close to the situation to get accuracy.

Hi Val.
Alana connected with Serenity and mentioned about her whole left side of her head hurting at level 10 and being from my energy (anxiety). I sense it’s the worry, fear, thinking too much continuously, and maybe other things.
Alana said about level 2 pain in her throat. Supposedly her most recent geriatric panel said her thyroid was high normal. The vet said it could be situational.
Serenity seems the vet on December 6th.
I feel so beyond horrible and this definitely a way to get me to stop over thinking and such and shift my energy for the better.
I feel beyond awful as well for my negative energy (impatient, irritable, fear, dépression, etc) and lack of warmth, nurturing, showing Love, and lack of being aware of feeling Love and gratitude. I will shift now.

Serenity saw the vet. She got out of the zipped up carrier somehow and then It was very stressful to get her in carrier and her head was bobbing up and down when waiting to see the vet.
She had Dental extractions in May if you recall and wouldn’t let me take her to get re checked for bacteria. I he vet in July said she had gingivitis. The vet on the 6th said she has gingivitis and possibly an absorption lesion (she had those in May).
I’m certain this is from lack of crunchy stuff that is not kibble. I might have ideas about that.
Anyway, if she needs extractions that means more anesthesia- and less than a year since May.
The vet Friday didn’t think she was in pain just stressed. Vet wanted to get results before knowing deciding what to do. I have concerns about anesthesia but about putting off too- this is already too much information and you probably won’t address this so no need to explain my past about putting off and then the animal passed on…
Can you tune in and scan Serenity and ask about if she’s in pain, and if she is what kind of pain, where, source, if it’s my stuff or her stuff, and tell if she can handle anesthesia, surgery, and other western veterinary medicine stuff if it’s needed (gaba pentin and pain medicine I sense are a NO and we never did them in the past).
I know this is a lot of stuff and you probably will pass on this because there’s not enough time in a call. I feel details are important and that byUnfortunately, I will have to figure it out myself I guess if I can’t get clarity from her Because I don’t have money for a session and my other expenses.

Ay! Val,
The vet is so unavailable and takes long to respond to questions.
Serenity’s thyroid has been in healthy Normal range since 2023 after switching foods. It’s still normal but in July it was high end normal and à but higher end in normal again according to December 6th test. Am I right it’s the food again (and treats from same company as food that I started giving after December 6th in order to clean teeth and gums ideally)? The treats are also to give more calories because I discovered I have been perhaps under feeding them.
We’re getting a special home made recipe from the food vet for Animal Diet Formulator soon and I Hope to be able to start it ASAP.
The December 6test we have received results for said very low non conjugated something but vet didn’t comment and it said low some sort of blood cell count- am I right that guving more liver will help thé blood cell aspect?
For thyroid does she need gizzards or just getting off the food? What about the organ freeze dried treats from same company as food?
Regarding teeth and gums – a reason for the organ freeze dried treats- is that Serenity had gingivitis and absorption lesions and in MAY this year anesthetic teeth cleaning and FOUR Dental extractions. In JULY à vet at new vet office said about gingivitis. On December 6th a different vet at same office said about gingivitis and about possible absorption lesion. I think it’s from nothing scraping the plaque from crunching. I don’t know if she will have that in ADF recipe but maybe there will be ginger which might kill bacteria. There are two oral health products companies (Healthy Mouth and TEEF) that I might one to do- HM if I choose it I would choose thé dog one and put in food like company said can do since the cat one has ingredients from sea and is a NO NO I have learned from the past for thyroid.
Am I on the right track with this?
The vet takes so long to reply and didn’t address what to do about teeth and gums other than MAYBE try TEEF product.
Am I right in switching/inckuding Dr Pasternak even though he was rough and so was the vet tech with Serenity thé only time we went there and vet prescribed antibiotic for possible UTI (but now I strongly feel I was overreacting and thé red was from red in the cat litter grass seed pieces) and her seclusion was because of my energy). But vet prescribed antibiotic without urine sample!
I am so confused and lost and worried but wonder if i actually have things figured out and all will become great and will get complete attention and help needed???
I don’t know when next rewards are at the moment until Jade replies and then there’s the money factor because if all the money I’ve been spending on various sessions and food equipment etc for cats and possible expenses coming up for me and not much business happening for me because of SEO stuff and having to switch people for that.

And when I try to ask the vet about the previous test results from past vets and the previous test resukts from their office and ask questions in her replies, the office suggests a telehealth! They’re going to make me go broke!
Do I need a more available and more responsive veterinarian and vet tech if they won’t be like he was last time (rough with Serenity and vet prescribed antibiotic without urine sample- I think the red was the cat litter pieces because it’s all natural grass seed and I was stressed so she was secluding Because of that). I feel she never had a uti and the antibiotic was bad for her.

In UK you should have 16:30 as starting time.

I prefer phone, because both methods are free of charge.

Hi Val, sorry to be taking up space again with Sunny, but only you can solve this puzzle (as with his diagnosis)! Recap…choking/swallowing difficulty and many other issues that you diagnosed (wasn’t apparent) and healed, along with sealing an energy portal. He’s been stable since then (5 months) but of late, some episodes during breakfast (albeit nothing like before) and this is the strange thing, never during dinner, though things are much the same (just a bit warmer)! Tried switching the menu, wrapping a warm scarf around the neck (temp around 4c/39F then), giving warm honey-water before the meal, massaging the throat…not much impact. Is it due to the cold (he wears a warm coat) or energy attacks again, or gobbling?? What can I do to nip it in the bud…it’s going to snow and get much colder! Thank you ever so much!

Hi Val,

I wondered what would be good practice in terms of communicating with pets who have passed over.
I would obviously love to keep a connection with Daisy, but I know she stuck around a bit before moving on to help me heal through my sadness.

I’m not sure how it works, but if connecting is going to hinder her on her journey, I don’t want to hold her back. However I do really miss her and would love to be able to check in with her and maybe if it’s appropriate work with her to continue my journey as a healer and animal communicator.
